SpeedX I want my money reimbursed to me ($87.04).

Really would like to give Zero stars. This is the 2nd time my packaged was stolen because Shein used Speedx Courier. I've done everything but begged them not to. I left specific instructions about delivering my package. 1st package was left in Lobby of 168 apartments and stolen. Unable to get accurate tracking from Speedx. Unable to reach them. Package expected bet. 4/17-4/19. Sunday, 4/16, @ 1:01PM ET, I text Speedx asking to advise me of the date for this my shipment. It is now 7:19PM and still no response from Speedx. Approximately 1:13PM, I received message from Shein that package was delivered Sunday @ 9:22 AM. I wasn't home. I wasn't expecting my shipment today. Speedx took picture of package and left. Either they kept the package or it was stolen. This is the 2nd time. I am proposing the Federal Government investigate their fraudulent practices and prosecute to fullest extent. You can't reach them on the phone. The answering machine says upon calling the next representative will text you back which never happens. Everyone complaining on this Site can't be wrong. It seems we are all experiencing the same egregious behavior from Speedx. I have very little funds. Shein needs to be held accountable, as well.

SpeedX Unprofessional Delivery service, merchandise never made it to my hands

This company claimed to have delivered my package of clothing for grandson. I live in an apartment building, the worker didn’t ring the intercom he/she tossed package outside a closed door in the courtyard. Camera above the building number captured it. Then took a picture of where they tossed package. Never attempted to ring the bell which is connected to my phone for building access entrance. I’ve called a number I googled and it’s been a week and still no call back. I called my debit card and because this company took a picture claiming prof of delivery I can not get a refund, clothing company still has not reached out to refund me or redeliver my items. This may not mean much to you but it’s my hard working money I spent on my grandson. This is wrong in every way and this company should not be in business.

Desired outcome: Either my order be redelivered or shut down this company and give me a refund.

Hi my name is dovante brown I’m contacting you guys cause I orders a package and SHEIN that said delivered by you guys and I never got to my house the it said on SHEIN delivered and signed but I didn’t or no one in my house sign never got my package so it was redeliver by SHEIN and delivered by you guys a second time and I got the same thing delivered and signed but I never got my package

SpeedX Package in limbo

I ordered items from Shein on February 22nd. It is now March 11th and no further information on my order exists. My package has been stuck "In Transit" since February 27th with no movement. I've emailed SpeedX with no success. Their "Customer Service" number is a recording saying an agent will text you back, but that never happens. Shein's customer service has been no help and keeps telling me to contact SpeedX when there is no way to do so. SpeedX dumps packages on sidewalks and in the lobby of buildings without notifying you so you have no way of knowing your parcel has arrived. I've had this happen to me twice. Shein offered to replace the items only for them to use SpeedX again.

Where is my package? SpeedX has no address listed.

Desired outcome: For SHEIN and SpeedX to locate my package or refund me my money.

SpeedX Shipment

Hi, my name is Susana. I had ordered something from a company name TEMU and this is shipping company

It says my package was delivered on February 26 and ever since then I keep calling the one 800 number and a voicemail comes up that someone will text me back and to leave a message and it’s now March 6. No one has had the courtesy of returning a call. I don’t have my package and I already paid for it.

SpeedX Didn’t receive order but it say it was delivered

My order says delivered but I don’t have it and I checked with neighbors and outside my home and I still have nothing I contacted shien and they told me contact you guys. My order say it was delivered on 3/3/2023 but here it is 3/6/2023 and I still don’t have it. It say my package was signed for but I never signed anything at all.I really need someone to contact me asap

SpeedX package in germany

My fiancée sent a package through speedex.
The tracking number is SDX98225870314.
Account number: [protected]
Using the tracking code the package has arrived in Germany. The package is do be delivered to the USA.
I received an email stating I had to pay $2550.00 euros for the package to continue shipment. It's says due to taxes. They ask that I send the money through western union or money gram to an individual. Not a company.
I'm afraid this is a scam.

SpeedX Delivery of a package

a package was sent to me by a solider whom i met on line, his, name is Cripps Charles, it was supposed to be a box containing his personal items .He took my name address an telephone number .He then passed this information on to an agent at speed ex courier who inturned emailed me telling me of when he will be in my country to deliver the box.A few days later he emailed me again telling me i need to pay for him to get some documents in order to clear the box, i then asked why am i being asked to pay for this an i am the recipient of the box an not the sender any how i payed the fee of 3769 euros through a bank wire transfer then i sent him a scan of the document to confirm i made the payment, he then indicated to me via email that he was arranging the documents.A few days after that i was sent another email telling me that they passed the box through a scan an noticed it was filled with united states currency an i was then asked again by the agent to pay 7550 euros to another account to which i refused, since then the agent Frank Vann has been calling my phone with a private number demanding that i pay this money i was never given a client number or a tracker number for the box, number for the company or even a license number for the agent .up to date i have not even a scan to show what i payed 3769 euros for.Now i am being told i will be locked up an i an the agent Frank VANN keep calling my phone telling me i need to pay this money .I will like to know if it this is normal company procedure to ask recipients of packages to pay for delivery, an to verify if this person is employed with this company.The bank to which i transferred this money is as follow account name;Tatcher Duke account number;[protected] Iban ES44 [protected] swift code CAIXESBBXXX Beneficary address ;Avenida Zumala Carregur 20 Donostia Gipuzkoa Spain Bank Address ;Plaza Easo Calle Easo 65 290006 Donostia.San Sebastian . Never heard of these people till now . They delivered my package and left it outside where I live on busy street where people always are walking by . They didn’t bother to leave it inside the second door ! My package could have been stolen

I am also a victim of this. I met a stranger namef Patrick Carter and he told me he is sending a gift lots of gift. But all of the sudden people from Manila is asking the amount of 15, 000.00 ( 350 usd). And they asked me to pay before delivery.

I live in an apartment, not the lobby. When the delivery guy left my package in the lobby someone was nice enough to bring me my package. Speedx needs to do better. Come on now?! Shein needs to stop dealing with this company. I just want my packages delivered at my door and not left in the lobby. Let's get it together speedx.

Horrible service. The laziest people get hired here. They leave your packages anywhere ! Pathetic workers stealing packages and leaving them outside so other people can steal it. Evil employees. 4 orders from Shein falsely delivered.

They left my package in the courtyard apt building. They normally leave packages inside building in the downstairs lobby. Which is unacceptable also. So I did not get my package. We have 75 tenants in my apt complex. Is this for real? No phone call. They throw the package over the gate. Left it there.

Today 9/4/23 they delivered my SHEIN package outside of a 99 cents store took a pic of it and when I went around the corner where the store is of course someone stole it I have a picture of it I’m trying to get a refund from SHEIN and this is the second time this happened.

They claimed that they delivered my package a little after 2pm yesterday and now 23 hours later I still haven't seen it. They had to nerve to produce a picture of the shipping label but nothing showing the location of where they so-called made the delivery.

They are liars and theives! Noone needs to use this courier service.

My package said delivered and was no where to be found. I looked everywhere no one rang my bell but when I checked shipment status it showed delivered. I am very upset because this is the first time Shein ever shipped anything for me with this carrier and Fisrt time I never received my package from Shein after it say delivered where is my package
