This is a complaint about your customer service and reservation.
The service rep lied to me about my room upgrade. And when I ask to listen to the call she refused to do so. She wants to charge me extra money that I was told I did not have to pay. I upgraded from a 2bedrm to 3bedrm condo. And when I question her about it, she became very rude. She refused to let me speak with a manager or anyone higher than her.
