My Dr recommended constant flow ox
My Dr recommended constant flow ox. And I was told this was a good replacement.IT IS NOT. it keeps me awake with the alarm because it doesnt detect my shallow breathing I called to see if there was anything that could be done and it was very obvious they didnt care.In regards to the alarmI have to have the cannula so tight on my head for th e darn thing to NOT set off the alarm.VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS EXPENSIVE PRODUCT WITHOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I dont think I was sold the item I discussed with them.

I purchased 2 oxygen concentrators from them to be shipped to India given the current COVID crisis. When we opened the boxes in India, we realized that the boxes did not have nasal cannulas or the bottle. Without the nasal cannulas the machines are useless. We now have to figure out alternative cannulas. Very irresponsible of them to send machines without the necessary equipment. We actually paid 50% more than some other websites as we had an urgency. Shocked that they took advantage of someone in desperate situation like this.
Great machine. Does everything it said it would do. Delivered fast and efficiently. Painless easy purchase.
I am very satisfied with my portable oxygen generator.I have had the portable unit for well over one year and have found it indispensable for doctor *** shopping and short trips not to exceed 3-4 hours. I use my charger as needed while I am driven around. If I bump the unit while entering an automobile or electric cart in a store it shuts off. I appreciate this action as a safety measure and since the unit resets quickly I have no issues with this safety design. The carrying handle and shoulder strap work well wherever I go, at home or out, good design.Thank you
I purchased a *** GCO portable generator for use when I am traveling. It is quite light and works well for the time that I am using it. It sets up quickly and can be taken as carry on luggage on an airplane. I otherwise depend upon a much larger and heavier Everflo Respironics unit that I use nightly at my home.
When we were first struck with *** decided to purchase an oxygen concentrator. I live in a rural area and I have ***. I didnt really need the concentrator at the time. I just worried that if I did get Covid it could be deadly for me considering the *** I have.My concentrator went basically unused for some time until i was hospitalized with Ecoli. I was hooked up to oxygen while in the hospital and continued using my own concentrator once I was released from the hospital. I am very pleased with my concentrator and feel assured it will be helpful when I encounter breathing problems.Thank you
We got a POC and moved across country as our primary O2 supply
We got a POC and moved across country as our primary O2 supply . In late June we had still not been to move into our house. And not back ot th the house unit. We had an issue with the machine and they had replacement parts the next day. When we continued to have issues they had a whole brand new system to us the very next day. They made follow up calls to make sure everything was OK. While having the issue with *** supply is not something I would like to repeat, if we ever have another issue, I am glad they are their. Great job!
unit operates very well. have had no problems or concerns since purchase.

They were very helpful in making my decision and getting a fair price on the oxygen concentrator that i needed.
Good Service and they did what they said they would do.
I have enjoyed using my oxygen concentrator that I purchased from SpryLyfe
I have enjoyed using my oxygen concentrator that I purchased from SpryLyfe. When I felt my family should have one, I researched for the best units & where to purchase it. I contacted SpryLyfe customer service/sales and they explained the benefits of several different types of units available. They were knowledgeable & very professional about helping me purchase the best unit for my needs. Once we decided on the right unit, I was quoted a fair price and delivery time was as they promised. I would highly recommend SpryLyfe to others w/o question. Thks Ron
I purchased a Caire Freestyle oxygen concentrator from these folks, within two weeks they had to replace the battery. Since that time my machine has worked well up until about 45 days ago when I noticed an error message. I called their office and they said it needed to be repaired and they would ship it to the manufacturer for repair at my cost? If it's under warranty why am I paying for shipping? So, it gets shipped off to Georgia and I hear nothing from anyone. After a few weeks I called and asked what was going on with my machine, they told me it was in the repair queue and would be returned in 6 to 8 MONTHS. I asked if my warranty would be extended those 6 to 8 months and they said no. I was told that they would check weekly and call to give me progress reports, NOTHING. I talked to about 5 different people and each time they say, "We'll call the factory and call you back". Not one stinking phone call has been returned. Right now I don't believe I will ever see it working or not again. But they did send me an email offering to sell me a new and improved model.
I purchased a portable oxygen concentrator from this company in January. The sales person was pleasant and explained all questions I had about the unit. I had a problem with the unit shutting down in Sept and when I called the company, They sent me instructions how to restart the unit which were sucessful. All of the contact I've with this company are positive and I am happy with my purchase
Very efficient with quick delivery.. portable o2 concentrator has been a life changer.
I am somewhat satisfied with my concentrator. I wasn't expecting the burst of oxygen. Thought it would be solid stream. When you first turn it on, takes awhile before you can start using it.

I purchased a intagen 1 G 5, 2 years ago during shipping the nozzle on the holder for cannala was cracked they immediately sent out new one that day. No cost no question, 11 1/2 months later I had problem with tower which is to be replaced every year even though the warranty was up in 2 day's they sent new one that day. I had low o2 on new one even that it was not on warranty they sent brand new one. later we found out not the thing still no charge, and they sent me another machine right away, If I had got this from Inogen I might still be waiting for service, Thank you Sprylife

Got an oxygen compressor from this company, after being hospitalized for a lung issue, twice
Got an oxygen compressor from this company, after being hospitalized for a lung issue, twice. This 2500 dollar machine does not come with a spare oxygen cannula. There was no explicit instructions about when it needed to be replaced. Started smelling mold, and stopped using it. Immediately ordered more oxygen cannulas. They were held up at the postal service for over a week. Called to request one be sent Fed Ex. They said they would call back about this, and never did. Called company for help today and got an answering service. If I end up in the hospital, or worse, because of this, either me of my family are going to file a lawsuit.

I highly recommend this product and company
I highly recommend this product and company. I was worried about how the purchase would go, if there would be problems with what they said and what I received. I had absolutely no issues with any of the transaction. The rep was knowledgeable and honest. love the machine and the mobility it gives me. The chargers are great. The in car charger is a real game changer for being able to travel for hours. It works great and charges fast. Service. I did have a problem with my home unit, I spoke with a rep and he had it resolved in minutes. A new machine was delivered within the time they said it would be and the defective one was picked up. The hoses they supply are wonderful. They are soft and easy to wear. If I need anything I would go to them without hesitation.
Bottom Line the equipment sold is not top of the line
Bottom Line the equipment sold is not top of the line. Equipment fails within 6 months of purchase and you have to wait a week before you see your new machine. Even paying $139.00 for overnight shipping you do not see your replacement machine for a week. The $500.00 warranty could not be argued with, so there were no repair charges. There has been no reimbursement for the "Over Night" shipping charges, that I paid and my credit card had been charged before the call ended. When contacted where the machine was on Friday after waiting an extra day, someone entered order in system incorrectly. That's an internal problem and it didn't put my machine in my house until the following Tuesday. It was suggested that I get a backup system in the event this happens in the future. I totally agree, now that I see how your company processes orders, but it won't be with your company.
Be super careful!
Be super careful! This company has absolutely no moral or ethical means of handling a legitimate and proven reason regarding returning a product. I very clearly stated that I needed to return the product in the stated 5-day period allowed, but would be unable to do so until returning home a few days later. That's when I would need the Return Label, now when I was away working.Additionally, the sales person, ***, sold me a O2 concentrator that was obviously not appropriate for my needs and I'm sure he and other management at SpryLyfe know it. They are not stupid, only "highway ***sales people.I am now being taken for 25% of the cost of the Rhythm P2 concentrator which is a whopping sum of $660.00 for a "restocking fee". Ridiculous!*** in so-called *** is useless - nameless managers are the the unethical folks at SpryLyfe Buyer Beware!

I purchased an AS200-A Arya Portable Oxygen Concentrator on April 26, 2022 from Sprylyfe
I purchased an AS200-A Arya Portable Oxygen Concentrator on April 26, 2022 from Sprylyfe. The cost was $3,495.00. This unit was received the next day. The unit's DC cord never worked, and on August 13th the *** power cord stopped working. On August 1st I ordered a new DC cord at the cost of $87. To date, the cord has not been received. When I called on August 15th to inquire about the DC cord and a new *** cord I was informed "they forgot to send it." When I asked about overnighting it, I was told the customer service rep would have to contact their manager, and all calls and emails since have gone unreturned. I also asked to return the unit on August 15th due to the noise level, no *** or DC cord, making the unit unusable. I was informed they would only offer $600 back since I was out of the 30 day window. When trying to contact ***, the manufacturer of the product, I uncovered that they (Arya) only allow Sprylyfe to market their machine. This experience has been regrettable from the first day. My husband is on oxygen *** as a result of long Covid, and is now back on canister oxygen to leave the home. Unfortunately, since I do not live in ***, an out of state attorney to press action is out of the question. I would respectfully request the ComplaintsBoard.com look into the rating of this company and into the complaint I am filing against Sprylyfe. I would encourage everyone who is looking to purchase from this company to rethink their decision and save valuable time and money going elsewhere and dealing with another company with more ethics than Sprylyfe.

I bought what was suppose to be an Inogen One G3 machine in Oct or Nov of 2019 from this company & have been dissatisfied from the start. The representative that sold me the machine said he could get it financed for me so I agreed to buy it. Within the first couple days, I realized it wasn't as big as I really needed so I called to return it. You are suppose to be able to return it within the first five days, but the representative informed me I couldn't because he got it financed outside of the company. I checked the machine over good & realized it had a G4 label on *** had ordered the G3 so I called the representative again. He said some of the machines had the wrong labels on them & didn't get the correct label replaced on it. He guaranteed that mine was a G3. Last month I ordered a new small battery to have as a spare & when it came it was about 3" too long to fit my machine. I went on the website & started comparing the *** pictures & realized mine was a G4. When I returned the battery, of course there was a restocking fee. I emailed the company & explained how I had been sent the wrong machine from the beginning & had tried to return it within 5 days & the question of it being the G4 label on it. I got a call from a representative offering to sell me another machine for over $3000 & me still making payments on the other one. Be very careful if you deal with this company. I was told by the ComplaintsBoard.com that I should file a complaint with them which I intend to do. I already need the 4 liters of oxygen for my breathing & no way to be able to get anything to help me because of my dealings with this company.
I bought a *** last June 22,2021
I bought a *** last June 22,2021. I also paid the extra $500 for warranty. December 28, I started having problems with it while I was out at the doctors office. It kept alarming code7; service. I called Spylife. I called the person who sold it to me. After several phone calls he finally answered. Told me to call some one else. So I did. Long story short I sent the unit to Fl to be repaired. I had to pay additional monies for shipping. I asked if I could get a unit to use while mine was being repaired. She told of course at $395. I didnt agree to the use of a loaner. Now Ive paid well over *** for something I cant use. I had to go back to the bottles of oxygen. I called several time regarding my poc for four months. I finally got it back sometime in end of April . They didnt send back the cord I had to wait another three weeks for that to come in before I could use it. At 10 months of buying the poc ( only used 6 months). Finally I get to use the unit going to the doc. After an hour it started alarming again. Service. By this time Ive had it. The battery didnt last an hour either so sprylife sent me my second unit in hopes of the battery would not drain it juice. I received the second unit. Used it for less than 4 hours started alarming again. Ive emailed an sent in two work order requests and cant get any one to respond. I had to pay additional money to have the second unit sent as well now Im getting close to *** bucks down the drain with a lemon for poc number two. I just want a unit I can rely on and stop shelling out money. Im on a fixed income and cant continue to be spending money like this. Thanks

Inogen 18 lb home unit
On 3/13/23 I ordered an Inogen 18 lb continuous flow Oxygen concentrator + warranty from David Braun for $1074 on invoice [protected]-01 along with an Arya portable concentrator + warranty and extra battery for $3040 on Invoice [protected]-1. The total charged to my credit card was $4114. The $3040 part of the order was received correctly but I called David the day I received the $1040 part of the order to tell him I received the wrong home unit. I was shipped a 525DS DeVilbiss 5LPM Concentrator and warranty rather then the Inogen unit we agreed upon. He told me as soon as they received the Inogen home unit he would ship it along with a return label for the DeVilbiss unit. I contacted him several times about the 30 day return limit and he assured me I would e able to return the DeVilbiss unit and not to worry about the time limit. It has been over a month and I still have not received the Inogen home concentrator nor the return label to return the home concentrator received in error. I want the return label and credit for the DeVilbiss unit shipped to me in error.
Desired outcome: Please send me a return label and permission to return the incorrectly shipped home unit and credit my credit card for $1074 immediately.

I recently purchased a concentrator from SpryLyfe. I am not satisfied with the machine I bought. I have tried several times tried to contact them but they don't take my calls. I just want to send the concentrator back and hopefully get most of my money back. This business should not be in business.
I purchased an oxygen concentrator from this company in October under the buy back program. I sent the buyback concentrator in on October 22 and was told I will receive a check for $550. To date I have not received. I have been calling this company repeatedly only to be told each time that I will receive my check in 2-5 days. I was told on 12/3 that my payment went out on 12/2. I still have no check. When I ask for a manager, I get told no one available but one will call me back. They never do. I am a senior and I feel taken advantage of.
I purchased a Caire Freestyle portable oxygen concentrator in the summer of 2020
I purchased a Caire Freestyle portable oxygen concentrator in the summer of 2020. The concentrator came with a three-year warranty. In January , the concentrator stopped working properly. I contacted Sprylyfe customer service and was told to send the concentrator to the manufacturer, Caire Inc., located in Georgia, to be repaired. I shipped the concentrator to Care Inc. on January 14. Caire Inc. received it on approximately January 19 or 20, 2021. I have made several calls to Caire Inc. regarding the status of the repair to my concentrator, I've been told that I need to contact Sprylyfe to get this information. I have tried calling Sprylyfe several times, but no one will return my calls. Without this portable oxygen concentrator, I am unable to leave my home for an extended period of time.

I purchased an Inogen G5 oxygen concentrator from Sprylyfe in May which involved me trading in my G3 concentrator for which I was to receive a $500 payment for. I have tried on numerous occasions to reach their customer service and generally after waiting for several minutes am sent to voicemail to which they never return the call. They also sent the wrong battery with the G5, different from what I paid for. I've emailed the sales representative but she always says the she can't help me, that I have to talk to customer service.

I ordered an Inogen One on April 28 and it arrived on Friday April 30th
I ordered an Inogen One on April 28 and it arrived on Friday April 30th. I used it for an hour or so and quickly realized it would not supply the oxygen I needed. I called to get return instructions on Monday, May 3 and mailed it back on Tuesday, May 4th. I finally got a refund on May 5/24 but it was missing $200. When I called repeatedly to get an explanation, I was put on a "call list" because their Billing department was not taking direct calls. I sent several emails asking to talk to someone, anyone to discuss the $200 shortage. Finally someone called in Billing to say she would have to talk to someone else about it. She did explain I was due only $155 because the shipping of $45 was not refunded. So I agreed, but no one has called back, no money has been refunded and I can't get anyone to call me back.
A Philips Respironics Simply Go Portable Oxygen Concentrator was purchased January
A Philips Respironics Simply Go Portable Oxygen Concentrator was purchased January . The respiratory specialists I spoke to over the phone misled me into thinking my insurance company would reimburse. At no time did she say that this company was not a Medicare Approved Participating Provider. My daughter has tried numerous times to contact this company through telephone calls and emails. Customer service said they would listen to the phone conversation between the respiratory therapists and myself and get back with us. After contacting the vice president Andy F through an email, he said he would listen to the phone conversation and get back with my daughter through email. No one will respond to my complaint. I am asking for reimbursement for what I would have received if this company was a Medicare Authorized Provider.

I paid 2100 dollars for spryl lyfe portable 02 tank. It didnt work from the start, and it wouldnt recharge. The rep at the company said it just needed a new battery. the company sent tne battery but the machine still didnt recharge. At that time I called to say I wanted a refund and I sent back the machine. Instead of refunding all of my money the company only gave back 1300 dollars. they claim that 600 was a restocking fee! This was about 3 weeks ago. I was never told of the restocking fee, and I shouldnt have to pay for defective equipment!
I called this company regarding equipment that I may need. I needed a doctor's prescription to get it first. I gave them my debit card number in case it was approved. I'm on a six liter prescription currently. He said the one they had only went to 4-5 liters. I told him that wouldn't work. My doctor told them it would not be efficient for me to use. They sent the machine to my house anyway. I gave it to the delivery person on 3/13 and he took it back. The next day the delivery person snuck up to my home and put it on my porch. I took it to the UPS office to return. I told Sprylyfe I was returning it. They took $1700 out of my account prior to sending it. It was sent back to Sprylyfe by FedEx. They have refunded me $1300. Their policy states you would receive a full refund as long as its returned within five days after receipt. They told me I was charged $400 because I had it for more than 10 hours, but I never opened the box.

We bought the g5 oxygenerator on the internet
We bought the g5 oxygenerator on the internet. The machine did not work for me, I did not receive oxygen. I called to send back after 3 days. They insisted on sending out another machine to try even though I said I was not interested. I returned the original machine and the new they sent. They said they would return all the money paid,$2445. They charged us $611. because we had used the machine 17 hours, even though I had only used it for 3 days about an hour each day, trying to get something from it. We did sign a contract on the internet, without reading it while on the phone with the sales rep. at his request. It seems to me that $600. is an astronomical amount to charge for getting nothing from the machine. We are old (89) and we aren't used to dealing with people who are not upfront with everything , which we don't feel they were.

we order a portable oxygen concentrator from sprylife and we recd it on [protected] we called on 9-16 and said it would not work we needed a continuous flow one. i drove up there on 9-17 and i returned it which was within the day time limit for no 25% restocking charge and i picked up a different brand but after taking it home to my wife tried to pick it up and it was too heavy to lift up to put in a car she also is on a walker, I called on 9-21 and said that it would not work and i brought it back 9-22 and they checked it in. they credited me back my money less a 25% restocking fee. My contention is I brought the first concentrator within 5 days and I did the same after i picked up the second and should not have to pay for restocking the amount is 783.75. I called and explained it to *** and she said a supervisor would call me back no one did, called two days later left a message and no one called me back

I ordered the Caire FreeStyle Comfort Concentrator with all the accessories in May from the SpryLyfe Company [protected]
I ordered the Caire FreeStyle Comfort Concentrator with all the accessories in May from the SpryLyfe Company [protected]. One month later (June) the AC Power Supply stopped working. I called text support and tried everything they told me to do but in July it stopped working again. Another call to text support and they said send the AC Power Supply to Caire, Inc. at 2205 Airport Industrial Drive, Ball Ground, GA 30107 as it is still under warranty. Part was sent back and I received confirmation that they received it and it was set up on RMA#1038638 for a warranty exchange. We are now in the month of October and still have not received the AC Power Supply and when I call the company their response is always it has been ordered and you should receive it shortly. I have been waiting patiently for the past 3 months without receiving the Power Supply. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you.

I called this company regarding equipment that I may need
I order a Oxigen Concentrator from SpryLife as of 04/13, and a amount of $2,660.00 USD was charge to my Master card as of 04/16
I order a Oxigen Concentrator from SpryLife as of 04/13, and a amount of $2,660.00 USD was charge to my Master card as of 04/16. I did not received the Oxygen Concentrator until 04/20. I purchase this for traveling, but did not have to used all night until I travel last weekend 05/15, and it was then that I realize that this is a very noisy machine and it beeps every 5 minutes, I was not able to used it during the two nights that I was on my little trip. (I have a home concentrator winch I used at home every nights). I call today 05/18.2021, and they told me that my 30 days to return this product expired as of 05/16, so they count this period as soon as they charge it to my credit card not when I actually the product was received. I ask if they can buy it back and they told me that now they can only pay me $ 600.00. When I order my unit I was offered an used a little over $2,000.00. This company is for sure rip up seniors.

Prior to leaving the hospital, I purchased 3 Oxygen concentrators from this company
Prior to leaving the hospital, I purchased 3 Oxygen concentrators from this company. I paid express shipping to ensure they would be home and ready by the time of my discharge. On the largest concentrator the unit was clearly an open box unit. The packing and tape holding everything in place made this point very clear. The unit did not work. I immediately contacted the company by phone and the next day I followed up with emails. Over the phone, they say that a different company area needed to contact me regarding customer support. My initial complaint was made June 21, I did not have any contact with customer support until the 24. I was told that I would get a replacement unit directly from the manufacturer and that it would take them a couple of days to ship. They had new units in stock but they refused to send me a replacement directly. Today, July 6, I am getting the same run around number. I want my money back or a working new product without run arounds.

I purchased by phone an oxygen concentrator from Sprylyfe and received it 6/11
I purchased by phone an oxygen concentrator from Sprylyfe and received it 6/11. This unit is too heavy for me to carry. I wrote an email to Levi on 6-13 to let him know I needed to return the item due to it's heaviness. I did not use the unit and website says 30 day return policy. I made a $500 deposit and financed the rest through United Consumer Financial Services. 1st Class Medical shipped the unit to me and Sprylyfe has been referring me to them. Brooke from Sprylyfe said the unit cannot be returned due to it being financed. I've been on the phone explaining the situation to each of these companies almost every day. I have been trying to return this item within 48 hrs of receiving it with no avail. I had Covid and am suffering long term effects with breathing, autoimmune disease, and a host of other health problems. I'm also 63 years old and I am not working now due to my disabilities. I want my deposit, the contract cancelled and to return the DME item. Please help!

I purchased an Inogen One G3 in June
I purchased an Inogen One G3 in June . Upon receipt, I decided that keeping this item was not in my best interest and called Customer Service to obtain a return authorization. I sent it back to the Inverness address following their instructions on June 8th. They assured me that they would credit my accounts within a "week or so" of their receipt. I called on July 1st and customer service told me that the department that handles refunds was "out to lunch" but that she would pass on the message. I then called on July 3rd to inquire about the refund, and was assured by customer service that it would be done within the next week. I received nothing. On July 13th, when I called Customer service, she said she would follow up with the appropriate individual, and that I should expect an e-mail acknowledgement on the same or next business day. Needless to say, I have received no such acknowledgement. I seems clear to me that I'm getting a run around over a refund which does not include their exorbitant restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price.

On January 2nd I spoke with a SpryLyfe representative and ordered an oxygen concentrator for my mom
On January 2nd I spoke with a SpryLyfe representative and ordered an oxygen concentrator for my mom. On the same day the representative e-mailed to me and I signed the SpryLyfe Return and Exchange Policy. That policy stated in part "... Within 30 days after your unit has arrived, if for any reason you are not satisfied we will refund your money 100%.." I paid to have the unit shipped to my mom's home via Federal Express, next day delivery. The order was confirmed and we were notified it was being shipped on January 4th. The package arrived on January 6th. The RN caring for my mom opened the box and spoke with a SpryLyfe representative who determined the unit sent to my mom was defective. The SpryLyfe representative advised the RN that a replacement unit would be shipped. It was shipped via UPS Ground and due to the shipping method used took time to arrive. We could not wait this long to start my mom on the oxygen so contacted another vendor. I contacted SpryLyfe and the representative advised me we would receive the 100% refund when both units (the defective one and replacement) were received). Initially I was told a return would not be accepted and when I mentioned that the Return & Exchange Policy that both I and the SpryLyfe representative had signed stated I would get a 100% refund (less shipping) if the unit was returned within 30 days, which was my case. She put me on hold and then came back on the line to tell me she had spoken with the manager and we would receive a 100% refund (less the shipping charge of $175). When the replacement unit arrived the RN on duty did not accept the delivery. She did not realize the box also included the return shipment label for the defective unit. I paid for and shipped via UPS the defective unit back to SpryLyfe on January 15th. I then spoke with a SpryLyfe representative and confirmed both units had been received (and in addition confirmed it on the UPS website). On January 4th my mom's AMEX credit card was charge.$1,470 ($1,295 for unit plus $175 for shipping). I was expecting to see a refund of $1,295 on her next statement but instead she was only credited for $861.25 (and oddly this credit was issued before I had even shipped the defective unit back to SpryLyfe). Upon seeing this I called SpryLyfe on February 12th and the representative who I spoke with told me the Customer Service Representative was not in but I would receive a call back. No one called me back. So I placed another call on February 26th and spoke with the a Customer Service Representative who advised me the difference of $433.75 ($1295-$861.25) was shipping charges. I explained to her that did not make sense because I paid shipping charges of $272 to ship to me and ship back to SpryLyfe a defective unit and then another $433.75 to ship a replacement to me and back to SpryLyfe. She put me on hold while she spoke with a manager. When she came back on the line she told me the $433.75 was a 25% restocking fee plus shipping and she told me SpryLyfe made an exception for me to return the unit. I questioned her because the SpryLyfe Return & Exchange Policy that both SpryLyfe and I signed stated I would receive a 100% refund if for any reason I was not satisfied with the unit and it was returned within 30 days and I met those requirements. Her reply was she could not answer my question because she had only started working for SpryLyfe and would request that a manager call me. To date no one has called me.

Great job!
The concentrator was a surprise donation and Sprylyfe was fantastic! They made sure I got everything I needed and went over how to use the concentrator! I highly recommend Sprylyfe!
it does a good job at a fair price. thank you
