Yesterday upon a visit to spur in Westgate mall mitchells Plain. I ordered a waffle. Had to wait more than 45 minutes for it. It was said the batter was to be made then it came that the machine was problematic.
When it was finally done it was very disappointing. The waffle was dry and half cooked on the inside. The dough was still chewy. The ice cream was served on the side. A bar-one waffle was ordered but geees I've never been this disappointed ever. A few drops of chocolate sause was sprinkled over it. Is there no shame in serving such a dissatisfying desert. That little sause had to be spread over the entire waffle.
I am honestly not happy with this at all and I for sure won't be visiting this spur again. Clearly for better service one has to drive out. Way better service was served at blue route spur.
It is upsetting that something a guest really wanted turned out so bad and highly disappointing.
No manager checks on their guests they rather sit and have long conversations based on religion which I have no problem with. But please check that your guests are satisfied and take note of your what is happening around you.

Me and my family went to spur wesgate mall watergate lastnight. Myself and my mother inlaw ordered the Texan burger special. The burger was not up to standard and this morning we both have upset stomachs! to top it off our water (did not get his name) was so unprofessional and threw the straws on our table. Did not come to check up once to ask if e are still fine.
