Our flight UL505 was delayed leaving Colombo on the 18/11/2023
It arrived in London Heathrow 10.40am approx we proceeded to catch our next flight with Aer Lingus EI159 due to depart at 12.15pm. When we tried to board the plane even though we had checked in and had boarding cards we were informed Air Sri Lanka had pulled our booking from the flight because our bags were not loaded onto air lingus flight.we were put on British Airways flight BA826 departing Heathrow 1520 hours. When we arrived in Dublin at 5pm we discovered our bags were not on the flight and we had to lodge a missing baggage report in Dublin airport.
We missed our onward travel from Dublin at our own expense for nothing as we still had no luggage and a huge time factor of all the waiting times we had to endure.
I want compensation I will go as far as I can with this
