Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. I ordered 3 car parts in November and the website said it would take 4 weeks to build the order. I asked for an update in late December, but they didn't get back to me. I asked again in January and February, but they still didn't give me any updates. I got upset and talked to a manager named Tyler P., but they still didn't show any sympathy or give me any updates.
They only cared when I posted about it on Instagram. I don't recommend shopping on this website.

I bought a grill for my 2007 Toyota 4Runner from SRQ Fabrications Inc. When I got it and put it on, it didn't fit right and I couldn't open my hood. I switched back to the original grill and was able to open the hood. I told SRQ about the problem through email and phone, but they didn't respond. When I called again, they said I couldn't return it and suggested I sell it on Facebook Marketplace. They didn't say anything about this on their website. I hung up and decided to file a claim.
