Frustrating Experience with SSE PhotoVideo: Mishandled Delivery, Lack of Communication, and Disrespectful Customer Service
I recently made a purchase from SSE PhotoVideo and I must say, I had quite a frustrating experience. I ordered a mavic 2 from them and they decided to ship it via FedEx. Now, here's where the trouble began. The FedEx driver couldn't get a signature from me, but instead of trying again or reaching out to me to sort out the issue, they simply requested for the package to be sent back. Can you believe it?
Naturally, I called up FedEx to find out what was going on. To my surprise, they informed me that the seller had instructed them to send it back without even consulting me. I mean, come on! I'm the recipient, shouldn't I have a say in this? But according to FedEx, my permission wasn't necessary. Can you believe that?
Feeling frustrated and confused, I decided to take matters into my own hands and contacted SSE PhotoVideo through both phone and email. They assured me that I would receive a reply within 48 hours. Well, guess what? I waited for a whopping 72 hours and still didn't hear a peep from them. Can you believe the lack of communication?
At this point, I had no choice but to reach out to their main website for assistance. They put me on a three-way call with their customer service representative, and let me tell you, it was not a pleasant experience. The guy on the other end of the line started talking over me while I was trying to explain the situation. I firmly requested him to wait until I finished speaking because I needed to express my concerns. I wasn't yelling or anything, just being assertive. But you know what he did? He had the audacity to tell me that I had to deal with the website and then abruptly hung up on me. Can you believe the rudeness?
Overall, my experience with SSE PhotoVideo has been nothing short of disappointing. From the mishandling of the delivery to the lack of communication and the disrespectful customer service, it's safe to say that I won't be shopping with them again. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their services for the sake of their customers.
Misleading Delivery Promises and Lack of Communication: Disappointing Experience with Walmart.com and SSE Photo
I bought a camera from Walmart.com and it came from SSE Photo. I chose them because they said it would arrive in two days (on a Wednesday). I had a crew ready on Wednesday to use the camera. Today, Fedex came (the promised delivery date) and no package. I contacted Walmart.com and they said the delay was from SSE Photo. I called SSE Photo and they told me that they were all on holiday on Monday and Tuesday, so they shipped it when they returned (today) and it will arrive on Friday. By the way, as far as I know, there are no official holidays in Union, NJ, or the United States on September 30-Oct 1. The website and confirmation email lied about the arrival day. SSE apparently didn't tell Walmart last week that orders this week would be delayed because of their holiday. SSE didn't contact me to inform me about the delay. SSE didn't offer any assistance. I'm really disappointed with this transaction from all perspectives.
Terrible Customer Service and Warranty Experience with SSE Photo and Video - Avoid at All Costs!
I bought the Autel Evo drone combo from SSE, along with a 3-year warranty. After a year, one of my batteries went kaput, so I sent it back to SSE for a replacement. They tested the battery and said it was all good. I argued with them, saying they should just replace it because it might be faulty in certain conditions or temperatures, but they flat out refused. So, they sent it back to me. I decided to give that faulty battery one more shot, just to test it again. Surprisingly, it worked fine. But guess what? A month later, while I was flying, that same battery went belly up. I nearly lost my drone over the water! Luckily, the drone was close enough to the shore, so we had to bring it down manually since it wasn't responding to the RTH button. My buddy, who's a towering 6'7", had to jump up and grab it. Thank goodness he didn't slice his fingers on the spinning props! Anyways, I've had enough of SSE's nonsense. They completely disregarded my 3-year warranty. I'm never doing business with SSE Photo and Video again. If you're in the market for a drone or any other electronics, I highly recommend checking out B&H, Droneworks, or Carolina Dronz instead. Trust me, they won't let you down like SSE did.
Terrible Customer Service and Missing Items: A Warning about SSE PhotoVideo
When I first contacted SSE PhotoVideo, the person I spoke to was incredibly rude. They put me on hold for a whole 5 seconds, which I suspect was just so they could talk smack about me without realizing I could hear them. How rude! I specifically told them that I wanted the Mavic Mini with all the bells and whistles, and money was no object. But when I opened my package, guess what? Both of the extra batteries were missing! Can you believe it? The packing receipt clearly stated that they were included, so I had to call them a whopping 8 times to get this issue resolved. The first 5 times, they promised to look into it and call me back within an hour. Well, guess what? I waited for a few hours and never heard a peep from them. So, I had to take matters into my own hands and call them back. And you know what they told me? The batteries were on backorder! Can you believe the audacity of this company? Their customer service is absolutely terrible.
Oh, but that's not all. I also specifically asked for a battery charger since I was getting 2 extra batteries. The person I ordered from said, "Sure, we can do that." But guess what? They didn't include the charger in my package. I had to go through the hassle of calling them again, and after trying to lowball me, they finally refunded me the money for the 2 missing batteries. But here's the kicker - I had to order the batteries from another place and pay extra for shipping. So, once again, I got screwed by SSE PhotoVideo.
Let me tell you, folks, do not waste your time or money ordering from this company. Their employees are rude and clearly shouldn't be dealing with the public. Save yourself the headache and find a different place to shop.
Warning: Terrible Customer Service and Refusal to Repair Grey Import Cameras by SSE Photo and Video
I bought this Nikon Coolpix P900 from SSE Photo and Video, and let me tell you, it's a great camera. I paid the regular price for it, nothing fancy. But then, disaster struck when my wife accidentally dropped it and the lens broke. Bummer, right? So, we decided to send it to Nikon for repairs. Little did we know that SSE Photo and Video sells these so-called "grey import" cameras, and Nikon refuses to fix or service them. Can you believe that? I mean, seriously, Nikon, get your act together!
Anyway, since Nikon wouldn't help us out, we had no choice but to return the camera to SSE for repairs. They assured us that they could fix it, and at a reasonable price too. Well, let me tell you, it's been almost six weeks now, and I still haven't received any updates on the repair status. I've sent them countless emails, and they always say they'll find out and let me know, but they never do. And don't even get me started on the phone calls. I've called them multiple times, and each time they promise to get back to me, but guess what? They never do!
Now, here I am, camera-less and beyond frustrated with SSE. I get it, things might take longer to fix due to this whole Covid situation, but that's no excuse for their lack of communication. It's just downright infuriating! I swear, this will be the last time I ever buy anything from SSE. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company. They have zero regard for their customers once the sale is made. Trust me, you don't want to deal with their nonsense!
Warning: Defective Camera, Missing Package, and Poor Customer Service - My Disappointing Experience with SSEPhotovideo
I bought a 5D Mark IV camera from SSEpphotovideo through google shopping. When it arrived, I noticed that the screen was defective and there was no manual or warranty card included. To make matters worse, the camera was in an open box. I decided to return the product, but SSEPhotovideo rejected my return, claiming that the item was "missing package" and had "signs of use." I had sent the package without the plastic baggies, which apparently gave them a reason to reject it.
SSE sent the package back to me, and in order to prove my case, I took the time to record the unboxing. The so-called "signs of use" were nothing more than tiny specks of dust and finger smudges on the screen. It was clear that I had been wronged and scammed by this company, and I felt let down by google shopping as well. I tried to involve google in resolving the issue, but they failed to realize that SSE never addressed the camera's defect when they rejected my return. When google asked them about it, SSE simply repeated their claims of signs of use and missing packaging. It was only then that they mentioned the defect, conveniently in their own favor.
To cut a long story short, I ended up losing $1900 in this whole ordeal. Yes, $1900, even though the 5D IV is priced at $2500. This should have been a clear warning sign for me not to buy from SSE. I sincerely hope that SSE gets the karma they deserve for their dishonest practices.
Beware of SSE PhotoVideo: Advertising Used Items as New - Stay Vigilant!
So, I was browsing on Google during Black Friday, trying to find some sweet deals, ya know? And guess what? I stumbled upon SSE PhotoVideo's website and they had this sick offer for a GoPro Hero 7 camera. They had it listed for just $229.00, man! And it looked like it was a brand new camera, so I thought I hit the jackpot with this deal.
I was so stoked about my find that I went ahead and placed an order. They even sent me an email to confirm my order and told me that if I called their store, they could process and ship it to me even faster. So, I tried giving their customer service a ring, but guess what? The recording said they were closed! Bummer, right?
But hey, today I got another email from them, and this time I decided to choose the "sales" option instead of "customer service" when I called. And you won't believe what they told me, man. They said that the reason I got such a good deal was because the camera was open box and used! Can you believe it? They were trying to pull a fast one on me!
To make matters worse, they refused to honor the agreement and ship me a new camera for the advertised price. And get this, they even had the audacity to argue with me about other prices that were advertised on Black Friday. They were saying stuff like, "Oh, those prices at Best Buy, Walmart, Target, they're probably open box too!" Can you believe the nerve?
Well, I wasn't having any of it, dude. I immediately cancelled my order and now I'm on the hunt for a good deal on Cyber Monday. I just wanted to warn you all, be careful with SSE PhotoVideo. They're out there advertising used items as new, and then they think they can just "tell" you after all the other sales have ended, hoping you'll be stuck with their order. Don't fall for their tricks, man. Stay vigilant and find a legit deal elsewhere.
Terrible Experience with SSE PhotoVideo: Late Delivery, Wrong Product, and Horrible Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm pretty ticked off with SSE PhotoVideo. So, get this, I finally got my camera on 7/8, but guess what? They sent it in a way that I couldn't make any changes to the shipment. I wasn't even home when it arrived, and to top it off, FEDEX wouldn't leave the package and I couldn't pick it up either. Man, I had to bug SSE like crazy through calls and emails just to get them to hold it for pickup! Can you believe that?
Anyway, after all that hassle, I finally got my camera. But guess what? It's a PAL model, you know, the European one. I called SSE and told them they sent me the wrong camera, but you know what they said? They said it's past the 14-day return policy, so tough luck for me. Can you believe the nerve? It's their mistake, but they won't do anything about it. Now I'm stuck with a camera that I can't even use with my setup. SSE is a total scam, man. I'm telling you, go shop somewhere else. Their customer service is a complete joke. Once they have your money, they couldn't care less about you.
Let me tell you, I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. I placed not one, but two orders with them. One on 6/28 and the other on 6/30. And guess what? It's 7/5 now, and I still haven't received my orders. Can you believe that? On top of that, they haven't even given me a tracking number. I've been trying to call them, but no one picks up. The only emails I get from them are just to say that my orders are still being processed. Can you believe the nerve of these guys?
I even asked them for an estimated shipment date, but you know what they said? They said they couldn't commit to anything. Can you believe that? This is some seriously lousy customer service, man. They're just handling their business in the worst way possible. I'm telling you, stay far away from this company. I am beyond disappointed with them.
Unreliable and Unprofessional: My Experience with SSE PhotoVideo
I'm a professional photographer and I was on the hunt for the latest Canon EF 2x II Extender. Usually, I buy my gear from B&H Photo in NYC, 'cause they always have everything in stock. But this time, they let me down, 'cause they didn't have it and it was listed as backordered. Even Canon's own website said it wasn't available. I searched through 14 different online photo equipment suppliers, and guess what? None of 'em had it in stock either. Not even Amazon had it available. Can you believe that?
But then, by some stroke of luck, I stumbled upon SSE PhotoVideo's website and guess what? They actually had it listed as 'in stock'. I couldn't believe my eyes! Every other place on this planet had it backordered, unavailable, or just plain out of stock, but this company had it. I was about to jump for joy, but then I started having second thoughts. Something didn't feel right, you know? So, I decided to shoot them an email using the support email address listed on their site. I had a couple of questions that needed answering.
Firstly, I wanted to know if it was really in stock or if they were just tricking people into buying. And secondly, I needed to know if it was a genuine CanonUSA item or if it was one of those "Gray Market" ones. You know, the ones that aren't sold by authorized Canon distributors and are made for foreign markets. I got burned by that once before, ended up with a lens that had all the Canon markings but came in a gray box. Tricky, right?
So, I eagerly awaited their response, hoping for some clarity. But you know what? They never replied. Not a single word. Their silence spoke volumes and confirmed my suspicions. I knew I was right on both counts. And let me tell you, that was a big red flag for me.
Curiosity got the better of me, so I started reading reviews about this company. And boy, am I glad they didn't have that extender in stock! The reviews were downright scary. People were saying that SSE PhotoVideo is as unreliable as it gets. They called 'em unprofessional and claimed that they refuse to honor returns, even when it's their fault. Some folks even said that they either send out the wrong product or don't send anything at all. Can you imagine?
After reading all that, I can say with certainty that I'll never, ever do business with SSE PhotoVideo. It's just not worth the risk. I'll stick to my trusted sources for all my photography needs.
Terrible Experience with Olympus Tough TG-6 Camera & SSE Photo & Video: Faulty Product & Terrible Customer Service
I had a major problem with the PRODUCT I purchased from SSE Photo & Video. I decided to buy the Olympus Tough TG-6 Camera because it had really high ratings for being a durable camera that could even be used underwater up to depths of 50 feet. The camera was supposedly waterproof-rated to IPX8, so I thought it would be perfect for my beach vacation. I carefully read all the instructions on how to use it and made sure to follow them exactly. However, to my disappointment, water somehow managed to get inside the camera, causing it to stop working. And guess what? This all happened within the first few days of using it. I was really frustrated and upset about this, so I decided to reach out to Olympus for some assistance. I filled out a service request on their website, hoping to get a response and some help. But guess what? I received absolutely no response from them. Talk about terrible customer service!
Now, let's move on to the problem I had with the MERCHANT, SSE Photo & Video. I had actually purchased the camera through Amazon from SSE Photo & Video. When I went to check their return options on their website, I was shocked to see that they required me to return not only the camera but also all the accessories that came with it. There was no option to simply swap the camera for a new one. So, I reluctantly sent the camera back, hoping to get a replacement or a refund. However, my hopes were shattered when I received a notification stating that SSE Photo & Video would be charging me a whopping restocking fee of $194.50. I was furious! I immediately called their customer service number to complain about this ridiculous fee. The person on the other end of the line told me that it was a mistake and that they would credit the remaining balance of the return to my credit card. But, they also mentioned that it would take 3 to 5 business days for the credit to appear. I patiently waited for a week and checked my credit card statement, only to find out that there was no credit applied. Frustrated once again, I called SSE Photo & Video for the second time. This time, they told me that the restocking fee was actually because of "User-Inflicted-Damage" and that it wasn't covered by the warranty. Can you believe that? They were basically blaming me for not sealing the battery door properly and allowing water to get in. What a load of nonsense! The person I spoke to claimed to be an SSE technician, but I'm not even sure if they had any real authority or if they were just making things up.
I can absolutely guarantee that I sealed the battery door properly before using the camera, just like the user manual instructed. SSE Photo & Video's position seems to be that the camera will only fail if it's the user's fault. How ridiculous is that? I've had two completely useless phone calls with SSE Photo & Video, and they absolutely refuse to change their position or take any responsibility for the faulty camera. At this point, I'm in the process of dealing with Amazon and will eventually escalate the issue to my credit card company for some relief. Trust me, I would strongly advise you to be cautious if you're considering buying this camera, and I would definitely recommend staying away from SSE Photo & Video. They are not to be trusted!

Terrible Customer Service and Refusal to Replace Defective Battery - Avoid SSE PhotoVideo!
I recently purchased the Mavic Pro Plus More kit from SSE PhotoVideo (ssephotovideo.com) and received everything in good condition. However, I encountered a problem with one of the batteries as it turned out to be non-functional and wouldn't charge. These batteries are usually priced at $130.00 when sold separately, but unfortunately, SSE PhotoVideo refused to exchange it for a working one. Instead, they insisted that I return the entire kit in order to receive a refund, even though I had already opened it. This seems absolutely absurd to me! They claimed that they couldn't provide a replacement for the faulty item and the only option available was a refund. Needless to say, I will never consider doing business with them again.
If it were possible, I would give SSE PhotoVideo negative stars for their poor customer service. Now, I am left with no choice but to go out and purchase a new battery for $130.00 to replace the defective one they sent me and refused to replace. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere when making their purchases. Buyers, please be cautious and aware of the potential issues you may encounter with SSE PhotoVideo.
Disappointing Experience with SSE PhotoVideo: Lack of Stock, Poor Communication, and Delayed Refund
Well, let me tell you, my experience with SSE PhotoVideo has been quite a disappointment. To start off, they had the audacity to sell me a product that they didn't even have in stock. Can you believe that? And what's worse is that they didn't bother to inform me about it. I had to patiently wait for the package to arrive, only to discover that the item I ordered was missing. Talk about a waste of time!
Now, you would think that a professional company would take responsibility for their mistake and offer a refund right away. But no, not SSE PhotoVideo. I had to take matters into my own hands and reach out to them to inquire about the missing product. It's like they didn't even care about the inconvenience they caused me.
And let me tell you, getting that refund was no walk in the park either. I had to specifically request it, as if it wasn't their duty to offer it in the first place. It's as if they were hoping I would just forget about it and move on. Well, sorry to burst their bubble, but I wasn't about to let them off the hook that easily.
To make matters worse, they didn't even bother to respond to my refund request. Can you believe the nerve? I had to follow up with them multiple times just to get a simple response. It's like they were purposely ignoring me, hoping I would give up and go away. Well, newsflash SSE PhotoVideo, I'm not going anywhere until I get my refund!
It's been three whole days since I last followed up with them, and guess what? Still no response. I'm starting to doubt whether they will ever refund me or not. It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I mean, how hard is it to provide a simple response and process a refund? It's not rocket science!
Overall, my experience with SSE PhotoVideo has been nothing short of a headache. From selling products they don't have in stock to their lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction, it's safe to say that I won't be doing business with them again. I strongly advise you to think twice before considering them for your photography needs.
Disappointing Experience with SSE Camera: Broken Nikon P900, Delayed Refund, and Lack of Communication
I bought a Nikon p900 for my wife's birthday from Google, and SSE Camera was the seller. When the camera arrived, it was broken. The LCD display would light up, but it only showed a single line. I reached out to Google, and they provided a return UPS label. They also informed us that we would have to wait for the camera to reach SSE. It has been more than ten days now, and SSE has not credited back the amount to our credit card. They haven't even acknowledged that they received the camera, even though the UPS tracking shows that it was delivered.
I contacted Google multiple times, and SSE responded by saying, "the credit will come soon." It's difficult to understand what they mean by that.

Nightmare Experience with SSE PhotoVideo: Delivery Mishap, No Accountability, Shady Reputation
I gotta tell ya, my experience with this company, SSE PhotoVideo, has been an absolute nightmare. I mean, seriously, it's been the worst. So, get this, when I placed my order, I specifically mentioned that I needed a signature upon delivery because, you know, I live smack dab in the middle of a bustling city. But guess what? These guys didn't bother to put that important info on the shipping label. Can you believe it?
Now, here's where things really went downhill. FedEx, bless their hearts, just left the package right on my doorstep without even asking for a signature. And you know what happened next? Yup, you guessed it. Some sneaky thief swiped my precious package. Can you imagine the audacity? So, naturally, I reached out to SSE to sort this mess out.
But guess what? They didn't take any responsibility for their blunder. Nope, not a single ounce of accountability. They had the nerve to tell me that, according to their records, the package was delivered and that was that. Can you believe the nerve of these people? They wouldn't even replace my stolen merchandise or offer me a decent discount. All they had to offer was a measly $5 off coupon. Are you kidding me? I lost a whopping $400 dealing with these cheapskates.
Now, being the smart cookie that I am, I decided to dig a little deeper into this company. And boy, was I in for a shock. Turns out, SSE PhotoVideo is actually owned by a larger company called FUMFIE. And let me tell you, FUMFIE's got a pretty lousy rating with the Better Business Bureau. Yikes! So, take my advice and steer clear of these folks. Trust me, you don't want to get tangled up with a company that's got such a shady reputation.
In conclusion, my experience with SSE PhotoVideo has been an absolute disaster. They messed up my delivery, refused to take responsibility, and left me high and dry with a lousy $5 off coupon. And to top it all off, they're connected to a company with a terrible BBB rating. So, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from these guys. You'll thank me later.
Warning: Terrible Customer Service and Delayed Shipping - Avoid SSE PhotoVideo for Your Drone Needs
I spent a whopping 829.00 bucks on a fancy dji drone from SSE PhotoVideo on 6/6/19, expecting it to arrive at my doorstep in Ohio on 6/11/19. But guess what? The seller hasn't even bothered to ship it as of 6/9/19, and I desperately need it for work on Wednesday. Talk about a major letdown!
So, on 6/9/19, I decided to give this company a call during their oh-so-convenient hours of operation, which apparently are from 10am to 2pm. I patiently waited on hold from 10:05am until a frustratingly close 1:45pm, hoping to speak to someone who could shed some light on my order. But guess what? I never got through to a single soul. What a waste of my precious time!
Let me tell you, folks, before you even think about buying anything from SSE, do yourself a favor and check out all the reviews. Trust me, it's worth it. In my case, I had to shell out some extra dough and make a trip to good ol' Best Buy to snag a drone today. No time to waste, you know? Now, I'm stuck in a battle to get my hard-earned money back from SSE. What a headache!
Oh, and just to prove my point, I even took a few screenshots of my futile phone calls. Can you believe it? I had not one, not two, but three different phones all on hold at the same time. Talk about dedication, huh? I'm seriously considering reaching out to dji tomorrow to let them know how SSE is representing their brand. They need to be held accountable!
So, my fellow drone enthusiasts, take my advice and steer clear of SSE PhotoVideo. They may claim to be authorized dealers for dji drones, but trust me, they're not worth the hassle. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable seller. You'll thank me later!
Terrible Experience: Suspicious Payment, Delayed Shipping, Possible Scam
If I could give them zero stars, I would.
I placed an order for $260 and received confirmation via email. Three days later, I decided to give them a call just to make sure they had shipped my stuff. Unfortunately, they informed me that my payment was still pending on Sezzle. They told me I had to wait until my payment was approved, but the strange thing is that my bank statement showed that Ssephotovideo had already charged me. Confused and frustrated, I called them again the next day and finally got through to someone. They assured me that my order would be shipped that day.
On the fourth day, I decided to email them to double-check if my order had been shipped. To my disappointment, they once again informed me that my payment was still pending on Sezzle. Feeling frustrated and suspicious, I decided to call Sezzle myself to get some answers. However, they didn't have any information regarding my payment or any record of it. This whole situation seemed really strange to me!
So, I took matters into my own hands and called my bank. I explained the situation to them and told them that I believed it was a fraudulent transaction. I demanded my money back, and thankfully, two days later, I received a refund. I will never, ever buy anything from them again. They are clearly running some sort of scam, and I don't want anyone else to fall victim to it.
Buyer Beware: My Frustrating Experience with SSE PhotoVideo - Wrong Kit, Poor Customer Service, Gray Market Camera
So, let me tell you about my experience with SSE PhotoVideo. I was all excited when I placed an order for a Canon Rebel SL3 w/ 18-55 STM lens kit on April 27th. I even paid extra for overnight shipping because I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. But guess what? When it finally arrived, I was in for a big surprise. They sent me the wrong kit with a standard IS lens instead of the STM lens I had ordered. Can you believe it?
Now, I'm not one to lose my cool easily, but this really got me frustrated. I mean, I had been looking forward to using this camera on a photography trip, and now I had to cancel it because of this mix-up. So, I did what any reasonable person would do - I started calling and emailing SSE PhotoVideo to sort this mess out.
Let me tell you, it was like pulling teeth to get a response from them. I must have called them at least 10 times, and the only time I got a reply to my numerous emails was just once. Can you imagine the frustration? I was starting to lose hope that they would ever fix this mistake.
But wait, there's more! As if the wrong lens wasn't enough, I discovered something even worse about the camera they sent me. It was a gray market 250D, which means it's not even covered by warranty in the US. Can you believe the nerve of these guys? I only realized this about a week and a half after placing my order. At that point, I was so fed up with the whole situation that I decided to just keep the camera and forget about trying to return it. I didn't want to go through the hassle of dealing with SSE PhotoVideo anymore.
Sure, they eventually managed to get me the correct lens, but honestly, it's just not worth the trouble to do business with them. I mean, who wants to go through all this headache and disappointment? So, my advice to you is simple - buyer beware. Think twice before dealing with SSE PhotoVideo.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with SSE PhotoVideo
So, I placed an order for a Nikon Coolpix P900 on May 5th, and let me tell you, it took them quite a while to get back to me. Finally, the next day, they gave me a call and asked me which battery I wanted - the 2-hour one or the 4-hour one. I opted for the 2-hour battery and patiently waited for my camera to arrive.
Days turned into weeks, and I started to wonder what was going on. Then, on May 15th, I received a confirmation email from them. They asked if I had received the camera yet, and if not, they told me to wait for another 24-48 hours. So, being the patient person that I am, I followed their instructions and waited.
Yesterday, on May 16th, I decided to take matters into my own hands and emailed them. It was pretty early in the morning, around 1ish. And guess what? They finally got back to me today, May 17th. Can you believe it? They had the audacity to tell me that my order was cancelled because they were out of stock. Seriously? If they knew they were out of stock, why didn't they inform me earlier? I mean, come on! I had to be the one to reach out to them first.
Honestly, I'm not impressed with their customer service. If they claim to let customers know when something is out of stock, then why did they wait so long to inform me? It's like they don't really care about their customers. I didn't receive any notification about the item being out of stock, nothing at all. It's just frustrating, you know?
Overall, my experience with SSE PhotoVideo has been disappointing. I had high hopes for them, but they let me down. I wouldn't recommend them if you're looking for reliable and efficient service.
