SST Card Services Unethical Nefarious fees!

I paid in full for $1300. I check my next statement and Surprise! I have a new balance and it is not $0. I called them and they informed me the finance charges are calculated one month behind. How can you ever pay that off! It cost me $10 extra to pay and close the account for a new $25 finance charge after paying $1300 in full to pay it off. I had to pay by check which is how you pay on the internet. However the phone representative informed me that if I paid on the internet it would take 2 days to process and I would be accessed a late fee as well as being charged for the payment. If JPMorgan Chase had any integrity they would shut this company down. eBay and Travelocity are the next on my hit list.

I started having a problem with SST in MArch 2008 due to an error my BANK made. My bank contacted SST and they were not willing to resolve the issue with them. I closed my account and did a balance transfer to PAY OFF SST. I checked my account approx 2 weeks later to make sure the transfer had taken place. It had, but then I saw a balance of 27.44 (Finance Charge). I immediately paid the 27.44 and checked the account again on 4/16 to make sure the payment posted (It had) and low and behold, there was now a balance of 47.74 due (Finance charge). I contacted SST, listen to their crap and then told them I was not paying it and was reporting this to the BBB and also to the credit bureau.

SST Card Services SST with predatory practices

I to am one of the Providian customers that was converted over. My account was not switched until March of this year. I received a new card without any additional information. I had my providian setup with online payments and when I went to check the providian account told me to go to this Youraccountonline.com, so I went there followed directions and got lost. I made a payment on this new site and low and behold the next day when I checked and called the company it was not there. The guys walked me through it and I made my payment. The next month I see a late payment fee, (the payment was made the next day) when I called them I got the same we will investigate thing. So I went on May, June, July WHAM! I see my interest rate went up to 32%, so I called and they told me that was because of the late payment in March and my account went over limit in July (once they applied this horrendous rate and that I can kiss my... because they are not going to do anything. Also when it showed that I went over limit 2 days later I made a payment that was 2 times the amount of the minimum due, not to mention I do this twice a month so I am paying 4 times the amount. so Blah blah blah it was in your disclosure statement that we sent out to you, when I told them I never got anything other than the card Shiloh (manager by the way) said she would gladly send me out the disclosure statement. But would not update my account. If anyone wishes to pursue this in a class action suit COUNT ME IN!

This post is exactly correct. I have had this SST/Deeto card for years. They are out of Columbus, GA, and you cannot find a number online to call. I have had this card set up thru my online checking account. They claim they are not direct deposited as most other financial institutions, and that their funds are sent thru the mail. So, thru the years at least 2x per year, they will call and say they didn't get the payment. Without looking at my account I authorize another payment on the account. Today, I get a call, and instead of authorizing an additional payment, I looked at my checking account to review the payments. Because I sent a payment out on the 1st of the month and they did not receive it by the 6th in a previous month, I was charged $35 late fee. So, I backed the payment date up to be sent out on the 30th of the month. Guess what they did with that, the applied it to my BALANCE because they received it before the due date, before the billing cycle was finished. THIS IS A SCAM! Why in the world would anyone continually send $50 more than the min. payment due, $98. 1 time every month and not intend it to be posted as a PAYMENT. I asked to talk to a supervisor, a man named "Shawn Mintz" came on the line with an attitude, the first thing he did was sigh at each letter as he spelled his last name, as if it was hurting him to speak. I asked for all my late payments to be removed because this is a SCAM, he was so rude, it was ridiculous. He raised his voice, and kept repeating himself, "that's just how it is, if we receive the payment early we put it toward the principal", and added, "that's just how it is, why don't you understand"... I asked to talk to his supervisor, he said her name was Mandy and she was not available until the end of next week. So, I asked for her supervisor; he said there is no way I could have her supervisor, nor for Mandy to call me when she returns, I would just have to deal with it. Knowing how hard it is to find a contact number for this company, which I'd tried online many times thru the years, he knew I had no where to go. They called from [protected].

August 6, 2016 We should all report them:
Consumer Financial Protection Bureau @ http://www.consumerfinance.gov/ and the FTC @ ftc.gov and the Better Business Bureau in their supposed home state of Georgia

My interest rate increased without notice, the account was set-up on auto pay from my bank to this account. Not knowing the interest rate had been increased I did not increase the monthly payment which caused my payment to be short and was charged late fees for three months and then the over limit fees started to pile up. This was a Providian account initially without notice until they rejected my auto payment because it was sent to my Providian account number and not theirs.

Count me in.

SST Card Services Paid off in full - NOT!

I paid them off in full and they said that the funds were NSF, I have proof of canceled check front and back, and they will not credit my account and just keep adding all kinds of charges and making calls, day, night and at work... I would like to join that class action suit if someone can put my name in the hat on that... and it was great with Providian but this company is a nightmare...

SST Card Services has completely destroyed my credit. My card was originally with Providian, then sold to WAMU and then to SST Card Services. I never received anything. I just started getting phone calls, they wouldn't give me my new account number and until I paid what was due, they would not issue me a new credit card. I gave them a payment over the phone, they still didn't give me my account number or send a credit card. This has been going on for over 18 months. I don't know where I stand with them, they were rude, I got different stories from different people that worked there saying my payment was paid on time, then the same day another saying it wasn't. I then started receiving other letters from my other credit cards raising my intrest rate, because they felt like I was a risk with what SST had reported.
So I have gone from a 750 credit rating down to 400 or so. It's just plain ###!

I have so many complaints since my account was sold to this company! But my main complaints as of this moment are:

1: WHY when I tried to use my card tonight, was it refused, when I've got over $3000 in credit still to use, and I'm up-to-date with my payments?! Now I have to wait til Monday to call them and see what is up! Frustrating!

2. HOW does this company get away with changing their due dates every month?! Isn't that against the law or something?! It's confusing, and I end up sometimes missing my due date because of it, because I pay online - I don't pay the paper bills that come in. IT'S RIDICULOUS! IT SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW TO KEEP CHANGING THE DATE!

(And you know, soon as you accidently miss a day, they're calling you like crazy to get a payment from you - as soon as the very next day!)

3. I do happen to have my statement in my hand now for comparison - why doesn't it match my online account?!

4. Is 31.49% APR not highway robbery?!

5. HOW is it that you can have an account with one company, then suddenly be sold to another, without warning? Shouldn't THAT be illegal?!

6. Who is this SST company, anyway? I had never heard of them before my account was sold to them, and they've been nothing but trouble ever since!

OK...enough griping - just extremely angry and fed up with the whole thing!

OMG I am so infuriated right now, I have been going rounds with this company for over a year now! The original balance that WAMU sold to SST was 616.00 now a year later and 512.00 in payments my balance is 987.00!

What crooks! I have cried, screamed yelled, made complaints to the FTC etc etc their "dialer" calls me 4-9 times a day! Just last sunday I had 6 missed calls from 5pm-8pm!

I dont know what I can do, do I just pay them and put up with it? I tried to get them to settle for around 400 which would bring me to having paid over 4x's the original debt! and they said no...

Amazing. Similar occurance! I paid off my SST and they have some charges and been adding late fee that I was not aware of any of the charges because they didn't send the bill. Now they screwed up my credit because I am over 60 days. I called them serveral times their story is diffenrent depending who u talk to. It is very fraustrating.

My attitude towards the complaint is... I STRONGLY AGREE with ALL of you! My previous card was Washington Mutual. I have read through your posted complaints and there is nothing that I can ad that has not already been voiced! ALL of you have covered it concisely and comprehensively! A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT... you bet! I have only two (2) questions... WHEN and WHERE?! The sooner the better for ALL wronged parties concerned!

I was originally with Providian, and just loved the card and especially their website that showed me my credit score every month. Then I suddenly found that my account had been sold to SST and everything went to hell. My first payment was late because I didn't know my billing date had changed. Tried to get my due date changed back to the original date, but everytime I called, there was always a reason they couldn't do it at that time. The date would have been fine except that it takes forever for the payment to post. Yes, they have jacked my interest way up and my balance never goes down. Don't pay the minimum payment, because if you do, after they add the interest charges on, you will be over the limit.

You can add me to that class-action lawsuit!

I recently had my Providian/Washington Mutual Visa account sold to SST without any consent/notice. I always paid my Providian account on-line and on-time! I usually paid more than the minimum due. I was never late. One day I received a new credit card in the mail and found out my account was sold. The next thing I know is that my pymt. is due and I haven't received a bill until it was past due. I tried to sign up on line and had difficulty because of the website and the change over to my new account. I called SST and explained everything to them. I have had the same experiences with them as many others who have posted complaints. What I am so frustrated and angry about is that on two separate occasions, I've paid my account on-time through their website only to be called and told I was now past due and they haven't received my payment. The first time they told me I didn't hit confirm, so the next time I was extremely careful. I can see it happening once if I really did make a mistake, but not twice. So they have now since the very first time it was late (according to SST) raised my APR to 32.10%! I am devistated. I am always so very concerned and responsible with on-time payments. And now there is no way I can get this account paid off because the APR is so high. The rep that called me at work even couldn't get her facts straight when accusing me of being late. What can be done? There should be laws enforced regarding the selling of credit accounts and loans to third parties w/out notifying the consumer. There should be better laws regarding how much interest these companies can charge you.

This company does not post the payment correctly. They have accumulated over $500 in three months in unexplained fees that are never ending. This company is horrible in customer service, they harass you with phone calls, they don't try and help you, they make things worst. They wouldn't even set up a payment plan for me they referred me to three different numbers. All they care about is themselves and not their clients who are willing to pay them off. I'm willing to protest with anyone against this company, they are unprofessional, inconsiderate, and unreliable.

SST Card Services Fraudulent SST fee charging

My husband and I both HAD a WAMU and Providian credit card that were sold to SST Card Services. Now, the company calls us saying our accounts are over due and over the limit. They blame WAMU and Providian for "keeping poor records" and "it's is their fault that the fees are now due." I asked them about fees on my Providian and the woman at SST admitted that was SST's mistake but yet I am still responsible for paying the fees! I canceled the WAMU card and now they call me daily and harass me about paying a small past due amount. They never sent new cards when asked, bill statements, notices of change, etc. I NEVER missed a payment before this so-called company took over. I can't believe the number of sites that can be found online concerning SST's negative and unethical practices. BEWARE if your card is sold to SST!

Providian sold the service to SST Card and the finance charges increased. This complaint has charge over the limit fees without the ability to pay of the internet, before you are lock out. Never allowing the opportunity to pay on time. Once coming to a agreement to pay off the card the finance charges increased. Unable to speak with someone to come to a reasonable agreement.

Clarissa,
Are you an idiot or Employee of the Month at SST? We cannot get on the website to pay our bills. My bill was ALWAYS paid on time and ended up in the hands of the ###s at SST. When I try to call I can't get an operator on the phone and the website is always mysteriously down. No bills in the mail. When you actually can get on the website it records your payment late if ever. Try looking up the website yourself or just look up SST, yourcardaccount, or providian on here you fool and see how many people have been screwed over by this "company".

The company you believe to be SST is actually a scam. They have continually called my home asking for my father (wh0m has been deceased for over a year). When I tell them that and ask them what they want they say they refuse to talk to me if I do not give them my social security number. As I am sure you know, this is a ridiculous request and should never be answered to anyone who CALLS YOU and asks. These people are attempting to gain information about your credit through your SSN. The so called website they use is accountinfo.com which its only function is to ask you for your SSN. Do not reply to these people and next time they call explain you know that they are a scam and that you have already reported them to the Federal Do Not Call List and they will be prosecuted the next time they call. You are trying to be scammed!

Gosh, I am surprised a the # of "victims" the company has aquired yet they remain open for business despite your whining. Lets address a few issues:
1. YOU agreed to the APR default rate when you applied for the card.
2. SST does NOT own the card, they are a 3rd party servicer.
3. Most ppl I have talked to and dealt with are barely computer literate and can't seem to simply READ the web address correctly which is www.yourcardaccount.com NOT www.mycardaccount.com or www.yourcardacct.com!
4. The BANK owns the card, NOT the consumer...they don't need to get your permission to buy/sell an account.
5. Credit responsibility is the key...if you are going to duck and dodge your responsibility, at least have the dignity to call and set up a payment arrangement.
6. Refusal to pay WILL result in the account being sold to a 3rd party collection agency Tempest Recovery Services and it WILL end up on your credit bureau for 7-10 years and while you may think bankruptcy is the key...guess again. YOu could walk away still owning the debt!

Oh yeah, be the victim, whine, piss, moan, groan and complain about the fact YOU didn't make your payment on time causing rate default and collection proceedures. Hope that above all else that while you are pissing on the computer, bashing the ones who lent you $500-$20,000 unsecured to buy what you wanted and now that you are dodging the bullet. Ever think that is bordering theft when you don't pay your bill?
Get a clue!

WAMU reportedly sold my account to SST at which time the credit limit was reduced by almost $1300 putting me $10 from being over the limit. After dutifully setting up a new profile with banking information well before the due date I see online that I have a late charge. I call to inquire and lo and behold they tell me the payment of $50 did not go through as the bank said there was no such account. After setting up all of my accounts online for billpay, I know the routing and account numbers by heart and seriously doubt there was a typo on my part. To pour salt in the wound SST sent me a letter I received 2 days after the payment was late notifying me of the problem with the account. My solution... Pay those guys off and move on with life. Not every company focuses on unethical behavior in an effort to fatten their bottom lines.

SST Card Services Never received any statements now in collection!

My account was bought from WAMU to SST Card Services in April 07. To date all I received was a welcome letter and a collection letter. I had been with Providian for 3 years then WAMU bought my account last year sometime before Christmas then sold it in April to SST. In the 4 years of the open account I paid more than the minimum and never late. Now, SST never sent me any statements. I called and spoke to several different customer service reps most of them were very rude to me. I asked for statements or something so that I could know where to send my payment and stuff. They deliberately held my account over 30 days and charged me $39.00 late fee which put me over the limit and a $35.00 over limit fee. then raised my APR because I was in default. I started out with a 15.35% now it is like 30% BEWARE OF SST. I have spent over 7 hours on the phone with them and they do not keep records of it. They ask you to prove when the last time you called in. Don't use a land line it is a 800 number and you must use your cell phone to have proof of your calls. I would love to see a class action against the two companies for fraudulent charges and not sending out billing statements to make accounts default to higher percentage rates.

This company also took over Crescent and Friedman jewelers and are using rude and illegal practices such as contacting family members and telling them stories and information about people they say owe them money, which is illegal. They also call and harrass you. There are numerous complaints on the BBB site under Friedmans jeweler which has filed several class action suite againts Friedmans. I imagine they will start filing more complaints against them for Crescent jewelers as well. I certainly hope so as I don't see any other recourse.

I am very upset right now! I started receiving phone calls and a letter out of nowhere saying I owed SST $1500 and that they had taken over for another company I have never heard of. I called the number right away and no-one answered. i left 3 messages and also wrote a letter saying that I had no idea what this was and that this was not my debt. No one ever called or followed up. Now, a month later I received a 7 page affidavit with no company info or letter asking for my Social security number! the letter threatens jail time if anything is falsified! have you ever heard of such a thing? There is not even any contact name or number! So weird, but i checked and they are on my credit report, butno one will give me any info about what this even is! I am going to have my attorney send them a letter. Insane!

The same exact thing happened to me! I received a letter from Providian telling me that my 2 accounts were being bought out by SST. I always made my payments online and they said to continue doing so until I receive further notice. The next month came along and I went to make my payments online and couldn't, my account no longer existed with Providian. I called and spoke with a representative and they gave me the number to SST. I then called them to to figure out what was going on and among being very rude, they were very unhelpful. They said I could make a payment over the phone, for a fee, but they wouldn't give me my new account numbers for my records. They said they sent my statements, and should have received them. Meanwhile, a month later, it was the same routine all over again, no statements, no account info, so therefore no payments again! It took nearly 4 months to receive my info from them, and by that time my accounts were in serious default. Late fees and over the limit fees every month! I called several times and spoke with several people who consistently made me out to be the bad guy, blamed it all on me, and that I wasn't responsible enough to take care of my bills! Finally I sucked it up and started making my payments, and every month on my bill they still charged me a late fee even though it wasn't late! I called back, got into several screaming matches with these thieves, and they told me that they were taking my current payments and applying them to the previous months that I was late on! I wound up telling them to f*ckoff and they weren't getting a dime out me! I did manage to get one account under control, and I'm still making payments on that one, it's been about 1 1/2-2 years now, and still no card! They constantly call and harass me at work and at home, and I keep telling them f*ck off! If anyone ever gets a law suit going against these people, count me in!

I have had the same problems. I had a Providian Acct. with a good interest rate which was sold to Washington Mutual and then to SST. I have never received any correspondence from them, or a new card. They have continually harassed me, their people are extremely rude. I still don't know what my account number is. They won't tell me it and they won't issue a new card. So, I ended up paying with over the phone and still no card, no statement. I don't even know what my balance is or my due date. I am just completely frustrated and wish I could pay them off to get them off my back. They call my home and work so many times a day it's just not right.

My husband and I had a Providian card and received a letter a few months back that our account was being sold to WAMU. I tried making a payment on the Providian account since I never received a billing statement from this new company and it was not accepted since my account was sold. I received letters from SST but disregarded them since I had no idea who they were. When they called my husband spoke to them and they stated that I was $20.00 over the limit and that I had to make a payment by my due date (which was almost 2 weeks away). The day before my payment was due they called and said that I was $300.00 over the limit since I missed a payment (fees ect..) First of all, $300.00 for missing one payment? and secondly, my husband spoke to them and they made no mention that we missed a payment, just said make one by our due date. My husband called and told them about this phone call and they stated that they had no record of this conversation. Now I have been paying twice as much as I did a month (about $200.00), still cant get under the limit and they call and harass us constantly.
I really wish I had the financial resources to pay these guys off.

SO DO I! This company is so frigging lame. My story... and I both blame WAMU and SST. Mine was bought without prior knowledge from either company until it was all to late. I received a notice from WAMU... post date from their offices April 14 2007 that they would no longer accept payments at any branch of Washington Mutual on 3/28/2007. Already there is a problem. So already I'm late and I am getting very harassing phone call s from SST, and I have no clue who the guys are. They never said that they had taken over an account or anything... just that *you are late* and you better call. I never received a bill from this company while in transition and then I was 2 months late. But at the same time I called WAMU to try and figure out what was going on... and WAMU couldn't give me any relevant information... no contacts no forwarding... nothing. AND when I finally got a bill from SST... they told me it was my fault for not contacting them earlier. I told them about my reservations about this without prior knowledge... and with all of the scams going on out there, this company fits the bill BIG TIME of a scammer. And to boot after all this time they still can't get my address right. In 4 months I have received 4 different change of addresses.Guess what... I haven't moved since they took this account over. And to the guy above me I had a 0.0% for transfers and a locked 9,9% with WAMU... now it's 10.9% And yeah, when all this stuff happened, they I also asked why I didn't receive a bill... EXACTLY i don't know. This crappy company just wants their money and I hope SST and WAMU folds like a dried out accordion like the Bank of New York.

I COMPLETELY AGREE! The same exact thing happened to me. My credit card account was supposedly bought from WAMU in April 07. I had the account for approximately 7 months with no late payment and a 9.9% APR. I never received anything information from them, NO statements, NO new cards, absolutely nothing. I started receiving phone calls from SST. When I returned their calls I found out that I was 30 days late. I explained that I received no correspondence from them and I was not aware that my account was sold to them. I offered to pay the minimum balance on the spot and all I asked in return was the waiving of the late fee. The representative was most unhelpful. She said she could not. I asked why I didn't receive any bills. Her response was I don't know. You should have. When I asked if new cards could be sent out she said no because my recent payment needed to post before she could order new cards. I would have to call back. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! EVERYONE SHOULD LOOK OUT FOR THIS COMPANY. I haven't received a new statement or cards yet.

SST Card Services Unable to use SST credit card

I, too, used to have a WAMU card. Ever since SST took over servicing the account for Columbia Bank & Trust who bought the account, I have had nothing but trouble. Today I attempted to use the card and it was declined. When I called to find out why, I could not access my account. After twenty minutes and four phone calls to try to get a person (there is no such option... Just don't press any buttons and eventually someone will come on the line), I was told I had never activated my new card, which is preposterous since I have used the new card. These people are rude, unconcerned and downright stupid. If your credit card is taken over by SST, I recommend paying it off and closing the account.

I had a credit card with Washington Mutual. I even bought the credit protection in case I became disabled. Guess what happened? I became ill with a rare disorder which caused me to become blind.
Washington Mutual had charged my card with the total $200 for the protection.
Then one day I recieved a letter from SST stating that they had bought my card. They did not honor the disability protection.
My husband just recently lost his job because the plant closed down. Now my family and I are living on my husband's unemployment and my disability check. I have tried to work with SST to make payment arrangements, but they refuse to work with me.
They call me constantly. I wish there was something that I could do.

I too had a WAMU account in good standing until SST bought the account. Since then, it has been a nightmare! I closed this account as soon as I realized what type of company it is and am attempting to pay the account off; however, they continually change the due date on the account and charge exhorbitant fees if it is not paid by their arbitrary due date.

I have been trying to access the website to make a payment, can't get on it and can't get a LIVE person on the phone either.

I too am not able to use my card, somehow I was declined for trying to use a $7.00 transaction, how embarrassing is that, I had them rerun it 4 times, it makes me look like an idiot, even though I know I paid more than the billing amount that was due. I tried calling the company, of course they are closed on the weekend when it is more convenient for the customer, the website is no longer available online, and the automated system cannot locate the last 5 transactions either, this is ridiculous! I have been in the customer service field for 16 years with different types of companies and I have not ever seen anything as awful as this is! I hope the suit others are doing against this company will correct these problems.

I am in the same boat. My WAMU card, which I loved, was sold to SST. It has been an absolute nightmare. Although I use my card frequently, I have never been late on a payment, and indeed, I do not carry a month to month balance. I tried using it one day and it was declined. Upon speaking to customer service I was told it was closed because it wasn't being used. When I had them verify the usage, they told me that it was indeed being used but I had asked them to close it. I had not. I am consistenly told that my account will be researched and someone will call me. My balance is again paid in full, but I actually now have a credit of over $100.00. I have never received one explanation nor one phone call. I am told I will receive my check from SST for my credit balance in 7 - 10 days. I doubt it, but we'll see. My advice - if your account is not closed, pay it off and close it. If it is closed, leave it that way.

When my WAMU card was switched to SST, it was repeatedly declined. When I called WAMU they would not give me any information as SST had my card/balance. I was told by SST that they would not reissue a card to me as I had a "history of late Payments". I had to argue about that as well--twice in 2 years I had been late--when I was I paid double the limit required. This is a complete joke!

I am having problems using my credit card ever since SST bought my account from WAMU and I have tried several time to call your customer service line and every time after I put in the last 4 digits of my social security the system hangs up on me. I have access to my account on line and from there it doesn't seem like there is anything wrong with my account.

However, I tried to use the card yesterday and it was denied. Is there a number I can call to talk to a real person and not an automated system? I am getting real frustrated with the situation.

SST Card Services Unauthorized bank account withdrawals

I did not authorize SST to withdraw $84.00 from my bank account and last week I discovered my account overdrawn by about $36.00. I used to have Washington Mutual Visa and then it changed to SST about two weeks ago. I have since addressed this issue with my bank and it is under investigation.

I don't work for this company but one very similar and i would just like to say i don't feel a bit sorry over half of these complaints. over the limit fees and late fees are so simply avoided. If you would call the company, they can tell you just as easily there are more than one way to make your payment. If your late fee put you over the limit you shouldn't be that close to your limit to begin with. An overlimit fee isn't assessed as soon as your account goes over limit. You have until your account cycles (which is almost 30 days) to pay that amount off so DUH pay it far enough down so you won't go over again. If your complaint is you got a late fee and your payment was a couple of days late don't be mad at the company for not waiving it since it was YOUR FAULT. If you don't like your interest rates don't sit here and complain like babies and act like there is nothing you can do about it, there are a ton of credit cards out there, do a balance transfer! if you can't get another credit card because your credit is so bad then maybe you should think twice, if you were a credit card company, would you want to loan someone money who obviously has a problem paying it back? Absolutely not. I would love to hear the excuse given when they said they won't waive fees even when its their fault. I'm sure thats a one sided story when you say 'their fault' but if thats the case i would have it taken to a supervisor and higher if that doesn't work because if it truly is someone elses fault they wouldn't have you paying for it because they know they would have someone throwing a fit to get it taken care of.

As far as talking to rude customer service reps goes it happens everywhere not just with this company. I do similar work and i get an attitude right back with someone if they call in with one. No one, no matter what line of work you are in deserves to be treated like dirt. The rep didn't directly pick your account out and start charging you fees so don't treat them like the enemy. They are the one thing that could stand between getting what you want or you being hung up on. When people call in being polite i am usually willing to work with them more. So moral of this story is don't complain, someone gave you money you obviously didn't have, and if you do have the money, problem fixed pay it off. Be an adult they are your finances and if you don't keep them taken care of it will hurt you a lot more than it will this company. Also when you say 'unlawful' maybe you should learn exactly what the means. Read your terms and disclosures thats how most credit card companies save their ###. You signed it saying it was okay.

SST will not return any fees even when it is their fault... and this was told to me by an SST employee! Ridiculous! Definitely fight this with your bank. SST stinks.

This company has seemingly broken an amount or laws be defrauding many people with their unlawful billing tactics and arbitrary fees. I am seeking class action suit against them as I see there have been numerous complaints against them for the same thing. Please send me an email with your current standing with this “company” and some details about your...
