I bought a car on Saturday August 7th from St Cloud Hyundai
I bought a car on Saturday August 7th from St Cloud Hyundai. I spent almost 7 hours testing and deciding which car was the best for the price, warranty, and my specific desires. I was not only told by my Salesperson/Manager, but was given the key with the keytag and the paperwork on the "free" remote start. ALL stating this vehicle was a 2021! Not until I got home and completed the paperwork for automatic payments (Sunday Night August 8th) did I see/realize that this vehicle was a 2020, not a 2021! To say the least, I was furious... I reached out to the salesman I dealt with on Monday August 9th -- and he said he couldn't believe what had happened and suggested that I talk to the manager. So I did, and he said we'll work out a deal when you return tomorrow/Tuesday Aug 10th for the remote installation. I assumed it would mean either 1. lowering the price of the vehicle -- which would lower my monthly payment or 2. let me return it and purchase another vehicle, An ACTUAL 2021! Not only would the MANAGER not do either of those requests, but said he'd take back the Hyundai and charge me full retail to get the car I turned in 3 days ago for what they now would to sell it to someone else for.. grrrr. by then my sales person pulled me aside to talk to me in private to work out some kind of deal to make it better. He could only offer me at first: 5 free oil changes, and a couple years of free washes.. KNOWING I came from St Michael MN.. Nice YES--BUT not what a person should receive when, in my book what they had 'accidentally' done, was FRAUD! After calls to family and friends trying to figure out what to do about what they offered and another evening spending over 3 hours fighting for my rights!-- i felt forced to take the deal which ended up being 7 oil changes and free car washes whenever in the area. This 'deal' did not make me feel like i was treated fairly or was even a legal transaction. My suggestion do not purchase a vehicle from St. Cloud Hyundai!
I ain't gonna buy no car from this dealership no more
I ain't gonna buy no car from this dealership no more. They sold me a car with illegal tint on the windows, and they've been giving me the runaround about fixing it. I've been fighting two tickets in court for the past two years, costing me even more time and money. The tint is still there, and I ain't gonna pay to have it removed unless they replace it like they said they would. I live two hours away from the dealership, and I finally got an appointment to remove the tint. But then I realized I better make sure they're gonna replace it too, like they promised over a year ago. When I called, they said they were only gonna remove it, not replace it. Can you believe the nerve of the manager? He actually asked me why they should replace it! I told him, "Because YOUR dealership sold me a car with illegal tint, and they've been giving me the runaround. I've been pretty nice about it, considering I could take legal action." I could definitely take them to small claims court and sue them for the cost of removing and replacing the tint somewhere else, plus all the time and money I lost in wages because of this nonsense and the court cases! I mean, seriously! After that conversation, I talked to a lawyer today. Depending on how well they do with removing and replacing the tint on Wednesday, I might still think about taking them to small claims court and reporting them to the cops. Selling me the car in the first place is a crime in Minnesota. I bought the car certified, but they didn't say anywhere that the tint was illegal. Makes me wonder how well they checked the so-called 25 point checklist to certify it. They also promised me a $50 visa gift card that I never got. The knock sensor on the car had to be replaced three times (thank goodness it was still under warranty), and the paint on the rims started peeling off the week after I bought it, and they wouldn't do anything about it. Their customer service is a joke. Never again.

I got a car from St
I got a car from St. Cloud Hyundai. In just 30 days, we had a sensor go out, the alternator went out, the water pump went out, and I was sold the car with tires that had real low tred (wires poking out) that put our lives in danger.
I bought a 2015 GMC *** HD Denali Truck from St
I bought a 2015 GMC *** HD Denali Truck from St. Cloud Hyundai, LLC. I traded in my 2007 *** HD for it. When I got the 2015 GMC, I knew it had some hail damage. We bought it on June 18, for $44,898.00. We got a trade allowance of $11,500.00 and made a downpayment of $2,000.00. That left us with a balance, which we took a loan for. Now, here's my complaint! My tabs are due in November, but I haven't received my title yet. I called St. Cloud Hyundai to ask about it, and they said they're trying to get a duplicate title from the previous owner. That seems strange to me. So, I paid for a carfax report to check my Truck with the *** number, and I found out that it has a RED ALERT from the 3rd owner, stating that it's a Salvaged vehicle. They never told me or my husband about this when we bought the vehicle. If we had known from the start, we would have never bought it. We were lied to.
I bought a 2019 Hyundai *** in December
I bought a 2019 Hyundai *** in December. The dealer, Saint Cloud Hyundai, said the vehicle only needed a front left fender replacement. But when a body shop inspected it, they found out it needed a front fender, fender skirt, fender *** & front facia replaced with primer, ***. It cost me $3000.00 because Saint Cloud Hyundai didn't take *** responsibility for a $35,000 vehicle manufactured in 2019 that shouldn't have been sold in this condition. I still owe $3000.00 to the body shop and I expect Saint Cloud Hyundai to compensate me for the balance owed plus $1000.00 for the dealer misrepresenting the actual condition of the vehicle. The dealership also promised to refinance the vehicle after 6 on-time payments. However, after 4 months into the contract, the vehicle depreciated $8000.00. When I made the 6th payment, the dealership said they couldn't refinance it due to depreciation. This was another misleading and not truthful statement. As a result, our credit scores have dropped significantly. I also expect a written apology for the disrespect and the rude staff at Saint Cloud Hyundai. I have given them more than enough chances. They lie to *** people just to make money.

I took my vehicle to St
I took my vehicle to St. Cloud Hyundai, LLC on November 15 for a suggested recall to fix the engine knock sensor. The dealership told me that there were no service appointments available, but later on, my vehicle went into limp mode after driving for more than 15 miles. This happened three more times over the next two weeks, so I had to bring it back to the dealership each time, which meant taking multiple days off work. They gave me four different loaner cars in total, but the first three were not comparable to my crossover SUV. They were sedans and had various issues like warning lights coming on and no blinker. I even got stuck in my rural driveway in -35-degree temperatures. After two meetings with the general manager, they finally provided me with an SUV loaner.
Fast forward to five months later, and I now have a new engine, new parts that have already failed due to an installation error by the dealership, a new catalytic converter, and a new starter. All of these suddenly stopped working while my car was at the dealership for five months. However, the dealership refused to provide any warranty on the work done and told me that if there are future issues, I would have to submit another claim to Hyundai. I refused to pay for any of this because my car was in perfect working condition when I brought it in. I picked up my car on April 18th, and when I got home, I noticed that it had dents, chipping and flaking paint, and rust where the hood meets the vehicle body on the driver's side door. I was never informed about this, and it seems to have happened when they replaced the hood after the engine replacement.
Throughout this whole ordeal, I have been given the runaround, received no callbacks, dealt with a rude manager, and now I have a damaged vehicle. The way this business and their corporate case managers treat customers is absolutely unacceptable. This is just a summary of my experience, and I have a notebook full of conversations and examples, including unauthorized work that was done on my car. Overall, this dealership is terrible in every aspect.
I was told 15 minutes before signin for my new vehicle that the dealership doesnt do new car bras but they in fact use 3M clear ***
I was told 15 minutes before signin for my new vehicle that the dealership doesnt do new car bras but they in fact use 3M clear ***. I was told the clearshield was expensive but worth the money and was priced around *** dollars. Soon after(15 mins later) I was called into the finance office and was told about the warranties and that my car wasnt certified pre owned (later found out it was in fact certified pre owned) and that if I bought the full (most expensive warranty package - *** dollars) that they would throw in the 3M clear shield on my entire car for free. So i said yes and signed. I was also told that the scratches on my car would be buffed out and all paint chips would be filled in by the body shop with their paint marker. It took 4 weeks to be able to get my car serviced for these items and after 2 week of having a loaner car they demanded I came back with the loaner vehicle but the car was not 3M wrapped, the scratches were not buffed and when I tried to speak to the entire staff and top management team all they did was make me wait, bounce me from person to person and be disrespectful saying that I was expecting perfection. All I want is to hold this dealership to their words and for the *** dollars I spent on the vehicle I would like them to stick to the promises they made. On top of going back and forth with them for the past 3 weeks and getting nothing but disrespect, they had a multitude of things I saw completely unfit for a high level auto dealership in every faction of the business. I run a medical manufacturing company and I was in shock, and still am, to the way they run their business. All I want is some respect and an answer to the lies and inability to hold them responsible to the promises they made. Please please please help me in this situation. I feel so taken advantage of, lied to, belittled and lost in my process of buying a vehicle that I hope to one day pass on to my child. There were a lot of other thingstoo.
I bought a 2008 **** Expedition from St
I bought a 2008 *** Expedition from St. Cloud Hyundai, LLC and right from the start, the whole situation wasn't very good. I was there to buy a truck that they knew about, but it was sold to someone else before me. So they convinced me to buy this expedition instead and I was confused. When it came to financing, the guy didn't go through the paperwork with me and I didn't receive my paperwork until 22 days later. I had to take the truck back to their shop because when I tried to use the defrost/heat, my windows fogged up and I almost crashed into another vehicle. I called them 6 days after getting the truck and scheduled a time to bring it in. They finally got me in 10 days after I purchased it and they were going to charge me to look at it. They never mentioned this when I called. They had told me that everything would be covered and taken care of, but when I got there, everything changed. They accused me of being unprofessional, which wasn't true. I had 3 people with me who can vouch for that. Then they made me wait for 3 hours with no updates and finally told me that it wasn't covered and it would cost me almost *** to fix. So I left and got a second opinion. The other mechanic said that there was a broken agitator in it and it had been broken for a while. But before I could get the second opinion, the car got a check engine light and started stalling out at the light just a few blocks from home. So I took it to another mechanic and they told me that the #2 cylinder was out. I had the mechanic call St. Cloud Hyundai and they agreed to replace the cylinder, but not fix the heat issue. I am so disgusted with the whole thing. I can't drive the car and I can't afford to fix this problem. It's *** and it's getting cold outside. I almost had a collision because the windshield kept fogging up on me. So now the car will just sit there. I live on social security and I needed a car with 4x4 to get around and take my son places. And on top of everything, I never got to see my paperwork because everything was on the computer and the guy was pushy, telling me to sign with a 22% interest rate.
