I got a quote for a car and gave them my credit card for the deposit
I got a quote for a car and gave them my credit card for the deposit. But when the car was on the way, they raised the price by $3,000! I told them that wasn't the price they gave me, but they didn't listen and just blamed each other. They said I had to buy the car at the new price or they'd sell it to someone else, even though I already told them what I wanted. This dealership is really bad and not honest. Go somewhere else.
Bought a (Jaguar) from Findlay Honda on 6/14/2022
Bought a (Jaguar) from Findlay Honda on 6/14/2022. Within 8 hours, the car cut off twice in traffic, the engine light came on, and the sterling wheel locked. Called the sales person "Tay Mann" but no call back. Went back to the dealership the next day, and the headlights wouldn't turn off, and a piece of the handle fell off. Asked for a refund, but was told no refunds after driving off the lot. Financing company disagreed. Was given excuses and told to take the car to Jaguar. A week later, the car battery was dead, and the keyless key had no key inside. The fuel pump needed to be replaced, which should have been mentioned in the inspection report. Salesman "Tay Mann" lied about managers being on vacation. Don't do business with this dishonest company.

Consumer credit transaction/ application accounted for/ prepaid/ withholding security and interest
I came to Honda to enter a credit consumer transaction and I applied and submitted an application in good faith and I am being treated unfair and the business is doing fraudulent activity and accessing my credit card without completing their end of the deal and running me back my interest and benefit and I am the security collateral to. This dealership i...

I got a truck from Findlay Honda in July. During the first week, I noticed some brake problems like vibration and squeaking. I took it back to them within 30 days, and they said it was the rear drum brakes, which they cleaned and adjusted. But the problem persisted, so I took it back again after a month. This time, they said the vibration was ABS and that the squeaking was not a big deal unless it got louder. They also said the brake pads were new and full. But now, in September, the issue has gotten worse, and they won't fix it even though it was under warranty before. I think they intentionally misdiagnosed the problem until the warranty expired.

problems. Finally, I took it to another mechanic who confirmed my suspicions, the brakes and rotors were bad. I was so disappointed in Findlay Honda for selling me a car with bad brakes and not taking responsibility for it. I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs. I will not be returning to this dealership for any future purchases or services.

I sold my car to Findlay Honda on 11/24 with a lienholder title
I sold my car to Findlay Honda on 11/24 with a lienholder title. They said they'd pay off my loan and give me the rest. Loan balance was $24728.29, they paid $43500.00, so I was owed $18771.71. They said they need the title before paying me, but didn't give a timeline. Now they say it'll take 6+ weeks because of the Nevada DMV. They've had my car since 11/24 and didn't tell me it'd take this long. I want them to pay me like they paid my lender and handle the title transfer themselves. They won't pay me and still have my car for sale.
Findlay Honda tried to charge me a lot more for a transmission that wasn't even broken
Findlay Honda tried to charge me a lot more for a transmission that wasn't even broken. They tried to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. On Feb. 3, 2020, I took my Civic to Findlay Honda to get the oil changed and to check out a rattling noise I heard from the muffler. The person there said I needed a new transmission and that it would cost a lot of money. They said they could get a used one from a junk yard for $4609.00. I was surprised and said I needed time to think about it. When I got home, I realized they never looked at the muffler like I asked them to. I also found out that the most expensive used transmission for my car was only $1000.00. I waited to see if my transmission would really break, but it's been 5 months and nothing has happened. I just took my car to another Honda service center and they said the transmission was fine. They did find out that the fuel pump was going bad, but Findlay Honda didn't tell me that. I think Findlay Honda thought they could trick me because I'm a woman. They wanted me to buy a part I didn't need and they were going to charge me a lot more for it. They also didn't look at the muffler like I asked them to.
I got my first car from Findlay Honda in Centennial Hills on April 9th and it was supposed to be great, but it wasn't
I got my first car from Findlay Honda in Centennial Hills on April 9th and it was supposed to be great, but it wasn't. The salesman lied to me about the features and the windshield had 2 big cracks that weren't there when I test drove it. When I complained, they didn't do anything. Then, the check engine light and traction light came on and I got a notification from Carfax that my tires needed to be rotated. I called the service manager and they said I needed to come back to change the Mass Air Flow sensor, but I told them I couldn't because I don't live nearby and I need my car for work and school. They didn't help me. Even after they changed the part, the car still had problems with the traction and they said they couldn't do anything. I still had the crack in my windshield too. Then, I found out that they didn't do a smog on my car and it failed the DMV registration. When I took it back, they somehow made it pass even though the lights were still on. This is against the lemon law.
