The website in general
Do NOT sign up for Stage 32! Do not sign up for this platform! I beg you, do not sign up you will regret it. You should avoid this site as much as coronavirus. Here is the reason why:
I signed up for this site hoping to get someone in a career I always wanted since I was a little girl. When I signed up and I was on the site long enough. I started getting trolls coming to my account. What is even worse about this platform is there is no block system where you can block trolls. When I reported this to the Stage 32 support, five days after sending the message I got a behind the scenes message on a email address I do not use and was not linked to the account. It was a very rude, cruel and extremely evil message. I will even quote some of the remarks that were made in the email. “I was told to get lost, nobody will respond to you because nobody gives a [censored], saying everybody is laughing at me and good riddance.” This is very inappropriate, childish and unprofessional from a site that is supposed to have professional people operating it.
I contact support about a concern I am having on the site and this is what I get! Bull crap like this! This is simply uncalled for. Even my mom got pissed about this. This is not an appropriate site for anybody especially if you have autism, are sensitive and very vulnerable. The Stage 32 crew needs to be ashamed of themselves for allowing evilness to happen on their website. Because of this experience with them, they have forever lost a supporter. I enjoyed using their site until I started getting these people on the site bothering me and reaching out for help leads to cruelty like this. So uncool! You should not use a site where if you are having issues, contact support and you get people from the website cyber bullying you behind your back. If you want your work published or to sign up for contests, I recommend give all your support to somebody. NEVER I mean never give this site any props. Don’t sign up, don’t pull it up, don’t even look at it, just ignore this garbage of a website. If they give me evilness in return for seeking help, they will for sure do the same for you.
Here is something else about this that I did not mention earlier to you guys but….
When I posted this exact same negative review on Sitejabber. I got another mean message on my private account.
Which only proves it has to have come from a Stage 32 employer. Because why after I post a bad review due to harassment and harassment continues?
Stage 32 is not a legit website and they cannot be trusted. That’s why I advise you away from this site.
If you want your work published join Coverfly their support team is supportive. Not Stage 32, they are just evil people. They have severely traumatized me!
Because of this trauma I received being a member of this stupid website. They will receive a thousand thumbs down to the moon and back!

Pitch to Agustine Calderon on 9/17/22; Mr. Calderon provided feedback three weeks later.
In his review Mr. Calderon asked "how does DNA by satellite work?"; this was explained in the script as ground data was converted into RF signatures uploaded to satellite. He read a pitch. My pitch did not explain how the satellite worked. The script is not about how a satellite works. He wanted lead character ages: the pitch said these were young soldiers. He asked "How long had they been friends?; the pitch indicates these two young female soldiers met at DLI for Arabic language training (in 2004). He asked "Why did they want to join the military"? This is explained in the script but not in the pitch. His questions were largely answered in the pitch.
Desired outcome: Please refund the cost of this pitch session.
Creating a TV Show For Yourself
I signed up for a webinar class AND PAID FOR IT. I was told that if k could not attend live, an option would be provided to view the class after. NEVER was that given to me and j contacted them repeatedly with ZERO response. They only care about your money. They also refuse to let you cancel your account and I no longer want an account with these scam artists.
Desired outcome: I want the feedback of the class I paid for and it the $49 refund for all the hassle I’ve been put through. This is NOT a legitimate business and it is scheming writers.

Web classes
I've taken a few of their "classes" and will never ever take another one! Sound is horrible, no follow up even though they promise to, classes promise to deliver but unless you have a Mac... they don't. Skip these people. They don't know what they are doing and what's worse... they don't even care! There are so many other classes out there that are lot better. Try ScreenwritingU they do free classes and will give you cash back if you don't like the ones you paid for. Any class is better than Stage 32!
screenplay reviews
Stage 32 deluged me with spam offering to send my script to 500 managers etc. If I received 2 recommendations from their reviewers. After spending $2000 on reviews (all my life savings and money borrowed too), they sumarily banned me for a comment about a third party on a third party web site that has nothing to do with me on the grounds that I am not a nice person... And kept all my money.
This place is AWFUL
a skiving ground for producers
I came across Stage 32 in 2016, I posted multiple synopses to serveral of my potential scripts hoping to find collaborators. One synopsis in particular, was titled Ladies of The Lake, which was set at The Lake of Ozark and involved money laundering, drugs and prostitution etc... (loosley based on what I had seen, heard and leardned about working at the Lake for MANY years).
Then in March of 2016, I recieved an email stating that one of my "works" had caught the "eye of a producer" and advised me to join a webinar to learn about taking the next step, a guide to "option agreements, reserved rights, purchase agreements, contingent compensations, passive royalties and episodic royalties".
However nothing came to pass but low and behold guess what is a hit show now? Ozark! Yes, that's right, the only difference between Ozark and MY Ladies of The Lake is that MY storyline followed those in law enforcement taking on the seedy underbelly of The Lake. So, before you go pouring your heart out onStage 32, just know it's nothing but a skiving ground for producers, where they can peruse at their leisure.
script coverage
I gave the company Stage 32 150 dollars for script coverage I haven't received from Pat O'Brien in mid October. It is currently Mid Feb.I have been in contact with an employee named Nick. He has done nothing. I have asked for a refund and now have been received no contact since my request. As it stands, I have paid money for a service that hasn't arrived so Stage 32 has stolen my money. I need this situation rectified asap.

script coverage / fraud
Stage 32 Contests/script coverage Fraud. I signed up for some script coverage. Only AFTER I paid them, did they inform me they would not provide the coverage for 3 months! This is a complete bait and switch and fraudulent advertising. I contacted the website, and they responded with a copied and pasted email and refused to provide me with a phone number for someone I could talk to about the issue.
They blocked my access to the website
I joined the website www.stage32.com couple of month ago. I was so happy, because it was possible to show my works and join other groups and share your interests with other people. But one day I couldn’t log in. I tried couple of times, but nothing. I emailed the moderators, but they kept silence. Be careful and check your content on the website. It was unpleasant and terrible from their side to throw me away from the website.
They didn't paid for job
I recently finished one job for the website www.stage32.com. I was so excited about it, but now I understood that they simply search for idiot, who would make the job completely for free. They still haven’t paid me and told me a lot of promises and excuses. But I stopped to believe them. I want my money and hoped that someone would help me to get them. Please, post comments if you have the similar thing with this company.
The sign in page for Stage 32 refuses to recognize my email as valid.
Please help.
Sincerely,
Roberta M Roy
