Have had know contact concerning accident with one of your customers
I was involved in an accident with one of your customers on 2/25/22 in the city of Caldwell, Ks. There was a police report done on the accident in which your customer was at fault. The police case number is 22-59. Your customers policy number is [protected]. I am wondering why I have never been contacted about what needs to be done in order to repair my vehicle which is my only means of transportation. A copy of the police report can be obtained by request from the Caldwell Police Dept. I can be contacted by Email at [protected]@hotmail.com.
Sincerely
Robert D. Keown
Desired outcome: At least know that this has been reported to you and restitution will be made for any cost that the accident has incurred upon me. Think there has been plenty of time to at to have contacted me!
Liability coverage
My Daughter who is an adult and owner of a car in California was brad sideswiped by one of State Farms insured. He admitted fault at the scene to me and my daughter and a LEO. It appeared that this driver's policy had lapsed two days prior. It took four days to get them to admit that the insurance was in force and then they decided they could not talk to me. OK I understand California insurance law requires written permission for them to share. It is now five days out and now they are telling my daughter there is a liability question when their driver openly admitted fault. They don't elaborate the question of liability
I believe they are stalling so that I pay for her repairs and rental and then will deny the claim.
Desired outcome: State Farm to immediate provide my daughter a car to drive and let her get her car repaired at a shop of her choice
Service
I write very upset as this is a serious matter. First I regret calling in my payments to State Farm, but I never thought that they would be influenced enough to bear false witness against me. First I decided to review my payments to STate Farm. I have been a customer since about 2014. I faithfully made my payments over the phone for years without incident. But suddenly, while reviewing past banking statements , I saw payments to State Farm were understated. I spoke with someone at STate Farms and she was very flippant. My bank indicated this is what they received. Again I attempted to enter my account online to pay, and it kept refusing my password, or freezing me so I couldn't review my payment history. Next, I contacted STate again, copying the agent of my request for payment history for the last 5 years. They stated they would get a hold of "the Accounting" Department and send two years. As stated I was concerned about past payments. They claimed "Accounting" didnt go back that far. Anyway, I waited for what they were sending me. It arrived a few days later via e-mail. It had the dates of the bill and dates of payment. But it did not mention HOW payment was made or from what bank account. Peaking my curiosity, I emailed them and asked, why didn't I see the source of payment for each payment, and also, there had been a problem with one of the representatives with a payment.what they sent was obviously from a computer account and not a draft of listed transactions. I recorded the
representativeher taking my payment and she kept saying, that's with four zeros right, not 3 but 4 ( and added the remaining numbers) I was paying via phone check that time. To be fair, I must mention that I had problems with two other sources indicating rejection of payment. I couldn't understand why, but I have proof when the time comes. One entity actually changed dates of payment and amount, the other "added" a rejection that was actually paid without incident. But I digress, I decided to try to enter online again and this time was successful. I reviewed my account and it only went back 18 months, any further options were "grayed" out.(meaning I could not access(curious it offered ) There was a column entited "details" which it meant how premium was paid. For instance I made a payment 1/28/22, details indicated "customer person check-9x9x(not true numbers) Or customer paid by Visa ending in 2x2x(not true numbers) but what struck me as odd is other payments under details said "Agent" and did not reference a bank card number or check number. These were the ones I was "forced" to call in when I couldn't go online. And I knew who specifically I spoke to on those times(noted) these were the payments that were "rejected" or "account not found".So it has become obvious, that certain person has been either instructed to fraudulently enter false transactions, or he was influenced to do so on his own. State Farm representative contributed to fraudulently submitting false information. But interestingly enough the payment amount was correct. So why was my bank account only showing a little less than HALF was I paid. This is for legal assistance to ascertain. But I am filing a complaint(true complaint) to Pennsylvania Insurance Bureau.
Desired outcome: I would like this matter investigated .I further request a transcript of my payment activity from [protected].
First let me add that I believe said employee may have been instructed or influenced to do what she did. On 12/28/21, I wasn't able to get online to pay my premium and it was too late to mail it in. (I usually call anyway but strange things occurred so I went online as much as I was able access) The office I called is in West Chester. A very nice agent there. And two nice people. On 12/27/21 I called State Farm office to call in my payment. I decided to pay by phone check. My call was taken by Jean H. First I had a question:
Problem #1- Why did my insurance card have the number #3 on it when there are only two (2) insured cars in my household. Ms H. stated she would check. She came back stating at one time I had 3 cars. I distinctly remembering calling ( and spoke to her) regarding dropping previous car( it was idle for two years 1/2 years. And add my new 2014 Nissan Murano. She said it was a while ago. Did not answer my question but I moved on.
Problem#2- I told her I would like to pay my premium via phone check. She said yes and asked for the usual information. However, when she got to the routing number she kept acting like she was confused. I said as gently and slowly as I could the number. She kept asking about the number of zeroes and I told her.She said ok and we were set to go. For 3 working days I kept looking for the amount to should account, when it didn't show up I called and spoke to Sharon F. She politiely told me payment was rejected and I probably would receive a rejection notice.( I never got that however, as we did a -re-payment) But I did ask how did that(rejection) happen? She said somewhere I must have given her a wrong number. Shocked I told Ms F, I made the routing numbers quite clear, but I didn't argue and we just made the adjustment.
I looked for the payment and I believe it was documented as paid 1/2/22/
Problem #3-Because this I am going the issues about my payment account, I started reviewing my past payments to Wells Fargoand got the shock of my life when I only saw my daughter's premiums had been paid in the past( [protected].( there are legal ramifications here that may not involve State Farm but I wanted to explain it for the simple reason I requested payment history for the period of [protected]. I was told by Matt C. accounting would only give him 2 years. Ms. E(agent) very nice lady, sent me a print out from the computer of 18 months of payments. As I anted to know the "source" of my payments, because Ms. H. made a statement, "Do you want to pay premium with your Police and Fireman account? Which was odd, as yest I had an account with them, but it was a savings for down payment of a car, and I never used checking account AT ALL. This makes me know there is somethng going on that sounds much like a liable situation. The fact that I couldn't access my account on line but once or twice was eithe r coincidental or someone didn't want me to pay online. I did when I could. Not feeling apprehensive at that point I want to see my account because that statement was alarming and telling. Thankfully, today, I was able to access my account and noticed a a column entitled "details" indicated an interest fact. Some payments made by me were noted as either -"customer personal checking xxxx. or customer visaxxx. Both accounts were correct. Then I noticed under "details, payments method listed only as "agent". These payments were taken by Matt C and Jean H. specifically as I noted them ( and still do) when I pay by phone. Also noted were two entries noted as account note found". I have written the agent Nancy E about this. It would appear that transactions were fraudently entered or missing.
Joyce Trawick, Does State Farm outsource to other countries? Pay very close attention to the way these people talk especially because they may have accents and their lacking in intellect as well and you can tell when they repeat themselves because they don't understand or in your case don't know how to enter numbers (supposedly) etc...These people from other countries will not only screw up your account but they keep your banking information and access your accounts, the businesses that outsource to other countries are stupid because the people they are using are the SCAMMERS calling, emailing us to get our information to steal from us. I am a victim of identity theft and credit card fraud as a result from a specific creditcard company that only uses other countries to employ for future reference use you bank to pay your bills only (ONLINE BILL PAY) that way there will never be a problem and never ever talk to someone on a customer service level with any company because they are ALL from another country and will screw you by keeping your information. I never talk to people from other countries and always request to speak to someone from America and if they tell you/me that they cannot transfer back they are lying to you/me.
The commercial
I have had State Farm for many many years and when my agent was Tom Richert if I had a problem he would call me back personally. This yahoo I’ve had for over 10 years just doesn’t bother. He has his minions return my calls. Your commercial about agents calling back is a big fat lie.
Home owners ins.
We have a winter home in Arizona. On July 18th, 2020, our Neice who checks our home every two weeks called and said our home had sustained major flood damage from a burst pipe. We immediately called State Farm ins. They sent out serve pro to remediate the flood damage. We were in Michigan and could not inspect what was going on. At first State farm denied the claim after being a customer for over 30 years. Three homes. Many cars, Motorhome, motorcycles ect.
State Farm Stated that our policy had expired for 4 days, they believed that the flood occurred during this time period. They were not covering. We were on our own to prove that it didn't happen in that 4-day period. Our bank had sent our check to Allstate. We had considered switching our Arizona home to Allstate due to state farms 1/2 percent of your home's value for deductible. We decided not to switch but Allstate sent a letter to our bank that had them send the payment to them. Took 3 months of investigation to prove it happened before the expiration date. We were able to get a daily water usage that showed the break happened two weeks prior.
State farm agreed to cover.
So, it's been 1 year 8 months and our house is still not completed. Serve pro busted a tile in our master bathroom that had just been remodeled in 2018. The flooring people and I searched for the tile for 4 months. They discontinued the tile. All the tile was matching on the floor and walls and shower. State farm replaced the tile on the floor but not the walls or shower and we now have mis matched tile that state farm says is good enough. I now have over
Twenty thousand and counting in attorney fees for an 8900. claim. state farm keeps dragging this out. The adjuster that I worked with is Mark Rodriguz. He turns things down that should be taken care of. It is my understanding that he treats a lot of elder people this way. All the contractors that have worked on this house say the same thing, OMG you got Rodriguz, Good Luck.
He may save State farm Money in the short term, but I wonder how many customers leave State Farm.
I will be leaving State farm after 30 years as soon as things get finished. I don't know how many customers state farm can lose but I here from many friends and family that they are leaving also.
Robert Hunt
Desired outcome: I would like our bathroom tile on the walls and shower to match like they did before.
wow that is horrible. Good luck to you. I'm leaving shortly.
State Farm Claims Specialist Does Not Return Calls
When I call State Farm I am told that only the claims specialist assigned to me can help. State Farm Jolie Sanford is assigned as my claims specialist. I have left multiple calls and she has not made any further attempts except one call to me a month ago.
I have talked to multiple State Farm specialist and I am told that only the specialist assigned to me can help. I let them know that this specialist works Mon-Wed and does not return my calls. State Farm then tells me no one else can help. I ask to speak to a higher up and I am told that only the specialist assigned to me can help.
Insurance claim for property loss due to fire was denied.
It has been over a year since the fire occurred in December, 2020. I submitted my claim once and it was denied. Im having friends help me resubmit a new claim. I have head injuries and brain damage so I need help with the paperwork. Do I have a deadline and how do I know if Im doing the claim correctly besides reading the instructions. I feel like my claims adjuster does not want to deal with me.
Desired outcome: Get paid for my property loss.
Denied claim/unfair claim handling
State Farm Insurance handled my personal injury claim in an unfair manner, they denied it without doing a proper investigation, I am the third party claimant.
On March 10, 2021, I sustained a deep laceration to right arm it was caused by a sharp piece of glass that was sticking out of a fire extinguisher glass cabinet. The fire extinguisher is located outside the front door of tenants apartment. I backed into the glass while opening the screen gate door to get inside the apartment, the screen gate is made out of medal. I was not aware of and did not notice the glass case was broken or how long its been broken.
I went to the ER for medical treatment I was experiencing heavy bleeding and pain the muscle and fat was being exposed and laceration required stitches.
The incident was reported and work order was made regarding the broken glass and manager was notified that someone had been injured and required medical emergency. The next day some one came and removed the sharp pieces of glass from the cabinet but failed to clean up the area on the ground were the glass fell onto. A new worker order was submitted to have the glass on the ground cleaned up but nobody showed up to remove it.
The property manager was aware that the glass from the fire extinguisher had been broken several times in the past. In knowing that, it should have been repaired or replaced with a plastic cabinet to prevent it from breaking and causing unforeseen injuries. The fire extinguisher glass cabinet has since been replaced with a plastic one, it took for this incident to occur for the change to be take place there negligent in knowing broken glass of any sort is a hazard and can cause serious injury.
State Farm denied my claim due to false information given to them by the insured the property manager. Lied and said an inspection was done on premises and fire extinguisher cabinet did not appear to be broken at that time. How is that possible, the tenants who live in the units up stair and down stair around the common area where the fire extinguisher is located and I did not notice the glass was broke how would the maintenance notice it unless he was strictly there to inspect it. And the bird nest on top of the porch light fixture out side the apartment upstairs, why wasn't that removed at the time of inspection. Bird nest on top of light fixture is a fire hazard.
State Farm chose to handle my claim in an unfair manner, did not do a proper investigation they are guilty of allowing there insured to get away with not having to compensate and pay for the injuries there negligence has created.
Is it fair that I am stuck with medical bills of over $12000, loss wages, on top of all the pain and suffering I am left with a permanent scar a reminder of what happened that day.
I have faith the justice system will see that I was not at fault and hold State Farm Insurance, the property owner and manager responsible for there negligence.
Desired outcome: State Farm to re open claim and do a full investigation as to what indeed happened and make an offer to settle claim in a fair manner for the both of us. or resort to mediation.
Insurance Claim
Filed my claim in June 2021 and still haven't received payment. It was supposed to be sent out a while ago and I called several times last week and had at least 3 agents say they sent it. 1 sent a check that I did not request and canceled it after I insisted thet use deposit into the account I provided months ago. I was promised that someone would follow up last Monday and nothing. I called 3 more times and nothing. Their system and people don't seem capable.
Desired outcome: Would like to receive my funds this week.
Commercial into the wild
Remove it stop making light of animal abandonement, how dare you
horrible company
especially considering the pandemic and people have adopted more animals
abandoning responsilbility for anything is a crime and you are depicting just that, shameful!
Desired outcome: REMOVE "INTO THE WILD" COMMERCIAL IMMEDIALTELY
Car Payment
My payment was sent to the payment center, December 27, 2021. Payment due date was December 24, 2021, the payment was signed for at the payment center December 29, 2021.
I got a letter in the mail on January 18, 20222 about a late payment on my car. The letter was post date January 3, 2022. When the company had my car payment since the December 29, 2022. I called the 800 number and was told my payment only was posted on January 3, 2022. The last day of the ten days grace period. I know this was the holiday season, that wasn't a reason for my payment to held over 3 day. Then I get the notice that my payment is late. With over $100 of late charges, when the payment was their only 5 days after normal due date.
I've bought 6 vehicles with State Farm Bank, if this, I'm trying to find another company to take over my car payments. I have 7 vehicles and my home covered with State Farm Insurance. I plan to remove my home and all of my vehicles to another company.
Thank you
Desired outcome: Even if it's the holiday season, it's still a job that needs to be done. Thank you
Mutual Funds

Fund # 872

I have been trying for over a year to get online access to this account. I spent another 3 hours today with no resolution. I want transferred around and around and ended up being transferred back to the beginning.
I have several policies with SF with my husband and I as the named insured and our trust as ADDITIONAL INSURED. The mutual fund has my trust as the named insured (It must remain this way). So for this reason the fund does not group with my other policies. Therefore I am unable to view my account on line.
In the past I tried to set up a separate account and login for just the mutual fund...It told me that I could not do it as I already have an account associated with my email address. I was trying to reach an IT person who could help me set up the account. Since my husband is also an executor on the trust could we possible use his email address to set up the online account?
I just want someone to take ownership and put forth a little effort to get this resolved. One person told me that I should just called the fund when I want to know the value...That is not an answer.
Please have someone call me at [protected]
Home insurance
Last year my copper plumbing failed under the slab. A known issue for the area. I had a certified expert come and look to verify and the confirmed my fears. So choices where to dig up my foundation every 4-6 months and slowly replace the copper 6-8 feet at a time at a starting cost of $2300 per visit plus 1 week in a hotel and repairs to my kitchen and floors or a one time cost of 3800 for a PEX replacement. As i need the house i bought to live in i opted for the fix that didn't see me posting $1500 @ 5 times before the line exited concrete plus 5 weeks collectively in a hotel and other costs. State Farm who I have been with since I was 16 (Im over 40) told me to all but piss off and have fun suing them. The only thing they would cover was ripping my home apart repeatedly at my cost.
Charlie Mcqueeney is by far the worst insurer in the greater Charleston Area. I suggest avoiding them like they plague they are.
Janice Complex Claims Dept
Apparently Janice doesn't work for me need John Green to call me back. State Farm stopped payment on a check I had already deposited authorized by whom? Notes I'm my file do not reflect what Janice told me before hanging up on me.
Desired outcome: John Green to call me
car insurance/ road assistance
Last Monday evening, 01/03/22, I was not able to start my car. I called to state farm and quested road assistance to tow my car to the mechanic on the morning of 01/04/22. Everything was great. I scheduled the tow, the person on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Except that tow truck has never appeared! I called state farm multiple times to check the status of my request, but every call was disconnected after about 20 minutes of waiting. Nobody contacted me during the whole week to apologize and explain what happened. This is simply unacceptable. I am paying the state farm every month for the service, but the state farm is not doing what I paid for. And my summer experience with state farm after my car accident was also terrible.
I am extremely unsatisfied with the state farm.

Claims
In August 2021 husband was rear ended by unlicensed, uninsured motorist while on his way home from work. I provided all info to State Farm when I filed the claim His truck sustained over 10k in damages to the rear end. The claims department did not call husband regarding the accident, I called the claim handler to get status updates when they advised that "your husband was at fault". WTH! He was rear ended! Claims office never called him, he had to call them to give more info and to get them to change the liability. They never reviewed the photos we provided on the other party and just said "he rear ended the other party".
Claims office does not answer calls, return calls at all. They never keep you updated on anything. The shop kept us updates on everything.
Due to being an uninsured motorist claim we wanted to file for diminished value on the truck. The damages were over 10k so we know there was some diminished value but we were told "you have to provide the info to us". We went to dealerships who refused to provide diminished value (DIV) since we were not trading the truck. We provided other info on same year/make/model with comparable mileage showing values. Within 15minutes of us submitting the information to them they called us back (first call back for entire claim) to advise "you didn't sustain DIV and we don't owe. They rely on you to provide info instead of them having appraisers/appraiser managers do their job running comps/values.
We discussed with our agent and they called and spoke with the claims department who advised our agent that"we demanded 5k" which was a lie. We know that the truck lost value but they don't want to pay out. We never demanded anything, we just supplied information they requested us to submit. Claims department does not want to do their job, they don't look at the facts of the losses or even speak with customer before finalizing liability. Been a customer almost 40yrs and seriously thinking about changing companies as State Farm customer service has declined and they don't care about their customers at all.
Desired outcome: Would like them to do their job and provide an offer for DIV

Good evening, hope you are doing well after a great safe Christmas. Listen, I have a complaint against Melanie and Carla Varrales. My mother has a policy with your agency and all she needed was an explanation of her policy. She was under the impression that it had doubled and it turns out she had an option to pay 3, 6 or 12 months. She has been with your agency fir at least 20 years so it didn't make sense that it had doubled. My mother is over 65 and is none English speaking, but that should not matter. Once I got involved I realized that all it took was a simple explanation. Even with me Carla was saying things like OMG ! making me feel like I was missing something she never explained to me or my poor mother. My mother visited that office at least 5 times prior to todays call and I personally talked to them at least 3 different times. I appreciate your time and hope to hear from you soon. I wish you the best year ahead. I hope the New Year will be peaceful and successful for you and your agency. Sincerely. Jessie Hernandez [protected].
Desired outcome: Professionalism and Respect. The old fashion way, CUSTOMER 1st.(20 years with StateFarm)
CX Service should always be number one. Like the old fashion way CX is always right, we are missing those values.
car insurance
Bait and switch rip-off. They lured me in with a low quote and then two months later billed me for another $170 with no explanation. If I canceled the policy I would lose their time cancelation fees and still have to find another insurance, and if I didn't pay they would screw my credit rating and cancel the policy, so I had no choice but to pay the money. Absolute rip-off...I will never use State Farm again. EVER!
Auto policy
I recently had to file a claim for one of my three cars covered by State Farm. I was very surprised to be told that I didn't have rental car coverage for a repair that is estimated to be three weeks. Interestingly, I do have it on one of my cars (the newest) but not the other two. I didn't know that I had to proactively tell the State Farm agent I wanted rental car coverage. Apparently State Farm doesn't think it should have informed consent even though the cost of rental car coverage will exceed my deductible and may get close to the cost of the repair. I did not explicitly request it on my one car but there it just happens to be covered. Why? Is this a State Farm initiative to blind side policyholders? I'm getting no answers. State Farm also required I install a used engine that they specifically picked from a garage. It was not usable but it set me back even further. No accountability as my expense increases. My email is [protected]@gmail.com. I prefer not to provide to many details publicly on this site.
Desired outcome: One week to full coverage for rental car.
