Stellar Publc Adjusting services Inc., handled our Hurricane Irma case against Citizens Insurace with due diligence and in the end we received satisfactory results. Not even my sever years of university studies could've prepared me for this natural disaster and the aftermath that we had to navigate through to get a justified settlement. The situation looked quite bleek until we hired Stellar to help us. Their assistance was magnificent! Eventhough i was still confused in regards to the settlement, the Stellar staff were profoundly helpful in explaining everything to me in detail and also answered all of my inquiries seamlessly. A special thanks to Beatrice H., for her calming demeanor, compassion, and kindness during this most turbulent situation that eventually was resolved.

My insurance company attempted to say my windstorm damage was wear and tear and denied my claim for roof damage. I replaced the roof out of pocket and called Stellar. The entire team at Stellar are on top of their game and extremely helpful going above and beyond. Stellar worked for me for over a year to get the insurance company to pay what I was owed. I am extremely grateful for their hard work. Not only did they get the insurance company to pay out enough to cover the new roof but also covered other interior work that brought the payout high enough that I was able to use the insurance check to completely pay off my mortgage in full! I would recommend Stellar to anyone who has a claim with their insurance without hesitation. the process takes time but Stellar is worth their weight in gold. ?
I contacted Stellar due to a leak in my master bath. I can honestly say I am impressed with the quality of their work. Vanessa handled my claim from start to finish and Rami was my Public Adjuster. Vanessa was very attentive. She was on top of my claim the whole time. Sent me periodical updates even when I did not reach out. She always answered all my questions and explained to me what was going on and what was coming. 5-star customer service! My home was moderately damaged during a Hurricane. My insurance company initially low balled my claim. They gave me no where near enough what I needed to make the necessary repairs to my home. Just when I had given up all hope on my insurance helping me further, Ivan Cortes M. from Stellar Adjusting refused to let me give up! I was tired, and felt defeated. I just wanted the process to end. He was not only extremely positive about continuing to fight for me he was kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly he got the job done! He assured me from the very beginning that he would, and I should have never doubted him. There was never not one phone call unanswered, or one email overlooked. Hard to give 1 star. Perhaps for their sales staff? They make promises to obtain your trust and business and their adjusters fail at settling claims. They are ineffective and unprofessional. Do not use them. They are solely about their commissions and fees. First they file their name on your claim and then they stop working for you. You do their job and pay them 20% if you want to get your claim settled. Do yourself, your business, and your association a favor... Hire anyone else, talk to your insurance company, and settle without them. It will only cost you money and valuable time. My condo association is still waiting on a $12,000 claim 1.5 years later. Not enough money in it for them so they put you in the back of the line. Their principal owner won't speak with you so they let you speak to others who seem nice but just waste hours of your life because they don't make anything happen. There is no resolve. Stellar is anything but...

I waited approximately a year before my case was settled. My claim had to go to an empire (I feel is all a scam) and I did not receive the full $10,500 for loss of use instead I received $6,000. My house sat empty for 8 months and I kept telling my Adjuster, Peter Harden if I didn't receive some funds for loss of use I was going to have to sell the property. Peter promised me everything in the begin. He was all gunhoe the first 2 months after that he ghost on me the next 6 months. I ended up communication with the owner of the company . 8 months later I ended selling the house because I could not afford the mortgage and I had to wait to do any repairs (I had bathroom claims as well and was told by Peter Harden to wait until one claim was settled to put the other 2 claims in. This is the reason the house sat empty for 8 months. I could not rent the house in the condition it was in so I waited patiently). I will never work with company again and I will not recommend this company to anyone. The only good thing I can say about this company is the owner was very helpful and Alex Bagdihi is awesome. When I first called for advice, they did not waste time, and a representative quickly responded to my house. I was impressed by their customer service, where I hired them to handle my water damage claim, which happened one year after my initial claim. The Appraisal Coordinator, Cinthia D., dealt with both of my claims. Cinthia would always call and update me about my claims. I was very impressed by her wealthy knowledge and her experience. She is a highly motivated appraisal coordinator who continuously pursued the next steps of my claims. I have also dealt with Rami, who has years of experience in all fields, especially in the negotiation field. Stellar Public Adjusting Services have put together a great crew of professionals, and their dedication to customer service was beyond my expectation. I already and will continue to refer my friends and family to Stellar Public Adjusting Services.

Our experience with Stellar Public Adjusting Service was smooth and gratifying from beginning to end. We dealt with a number of representatives who were all courteous and knowledgeable in their respective specialties. We called them when we couldn't get anywhere dealing direct with our homeowners insurance company in our claim involving storm water damage. My husband was just out of the hospital then and we both could barely handle the pressure we were under relating to medical and home damage issues. Stellar took over and were very understanding when we told them we couldn't comply with some of their requests for documents and meetings. It was a relief to have them working on our side all the way. Our settlement was very satisfactory and we know we couldn't have done it without Stellar. We might add that we worked with Grace Blanco most of the time. She was very responsive to our concerns, was always courteous, and, most importantly, efficient and effective. Stellar is lucky to have her working for them!

After a water leak in our kitchen and bathroom, we decided to obtain the service of an adjuster and chose STELLAR. The water leak occurred April , and afterwards our insurance company liquidated. Stellar Adjusting came out and provided a full inspection. This was not just limited to the inspection. They provided a reputable plumber, a water removal company and a mold inspection. After receiving a portion of the settlement from the insurance company(took a year of washing dishes outside and the kids taking a shower in my wife and I bathroom), Stellar continued to be diligent and was asked by the insurance company to agree on an insurance appraiser. It took less than two weeks for them to finally agree on a final amount(GREAT NEWS). My wife and I cannot emphasize how much STELLAR ADJUSTING has accomplished regarding the arduous task of obtaining settlement from a liquidated insurance company. If you are in need of an OUTSTANDING public adjuster, you need look no further than STELLAR PUBLIC ADJUSTING!

Stellar Public Adjusting is consumer advocacy at its finest! Our home was significantly damaged by Hurricane Irma in 2017, and our insurance company issued us a pittance of a check which barely covered our hotel and living expenses. A neighbor whose home was damaged by the hurricane recommended Stellar's service. We had fired our first public adjuster and were impressed with Stellar's process and negotiating skills. *** B., the owner attorney, is a decision maker with the advanced credentials and experience required to achieve "stellar" results! Our settlement was significantly higher than the original one, and we are making the necessary repairs. This is a long process. Be patient. COVID slowed things down, plus we fired our first adjuster; however, *** and his team are skillful and persistent. We want to thank *** B., Jorge M., Jerry C, and Naividia N. and Konita H. who we call the Money Ladies! They made sure we did not lose a penny, and Konita even helped us to navigate the payment process with the mortgage company! Again, thank you all for your service!

What more can I say?Stellar Public Adjusting is, by far ,OUTSTANDING!. My wife and I submitted a claim with our insurance company more than a year ago. With nothing being done by our insurance company , My wife and I contacted Stellar. This in itself was one of the best decisions that we could have made, because our insurance company folded,liquidated their assets and they surely tried to downsize our claim. Stellar, with their continued PROFESSIONALISM and PERSEVERANCE, have been there, in our behalf, to make sure that our claim has been addressed properly. In April , Angela P. got us started and has always made herself available during the process. To insure the process flowed even better, we were always informed and updated in a TIMELY and FASHIONABLE manner by Beatriz H.(who is, by far, a wonderful team person). Thank You STELLAR for having these two people as part of your staff, as during these tough times, a welcoming and knowledgeable staff is all that my wife and I had ever hoped to be speaking to. Stellar Public Adjusting Services Is the worse company to retained. Pls be aware. If you want to be treated like crap, and never get a returned phone call, they will stand behind every word of mistreatment and misrepresentation. They are absolutely not the company to retained. Let me just say, initially I had hired another public adjuster. However; a great friend of mine, who happened to be a plumber highly recommended stellar public adjusting service. He bragged so much how good they were to the point I fired my current public adjuster. What a total mistake, and total nightmare. The first day, I was introduced to Zalmi, who happened to be *** assistant. He claimed *** was busy and should contact me to follow through with my claim eventually. During the process, I was the only one contacting them. Zalmi tried his hardest to assist, but was unable to further to assist. I guess he got annoyed dealing with me, and couldn't lie any longer when I wanted the status on my claim. He insisted *** will contact me. Mind you, *** never called me until one day after 4 months after retaining them, I received a text from the previous adjuster whom I fired stating " Please make sure that I'm not on those insurance checks. I'm receiving emails about your settlement with Stellar adjusting. BTW, I would have gotten you more if you just stuck with me ." I was totally taken aback and contacted Zalmi. He was speechless and recommended I speak to ***. I insisted how can I speak to ***, if he's my public adjuster and he never called me or formally introduce himself as my public adjuster. Zalmi, insisted he will have *** call me, after numerous requests. Finally, when I spoke to *** my first impression of him was not so great. Mind you, it took a minor error, for him to finally call me. He was very aggressive and rude over the phone. He pretty much lied and said, the previous adjuster must be mad and insisted he doesn't have information of my claim. I've never felt so rush and uncomfortable dealing with someone with his type of demeanor. I contacted my friend, the plumber right away and expressed my
concerns. He pretty much explained, perhaps *** was having a bad day, and that's just how Jewish people are. I wasn't too sure what that meant. But I took his words . Couple of days later, I did received the check indicating my claim was indeed settled. I was total confused because 2 days prior, *** office requested a Personal Property Inventory form to be filled out. This right here, led me to believe they wasn't doing their job and i was totally being lied to the entire time. When I tried to contact the office, every assistants stated I speak to ***. "Theres nothing they can do, and *** is the only one that can deal with my situation. After another 2 weeks and going off on the plumber, he said *** will call me in a few. I guess *** would only answer his call and was too good to deal with his customers. When *** call me, he basically didn't apologized and still had the same demeanor, and suggested I retained counsel. At this given point, I just didn't want to deal with ***, and dealt with my lawyer. In other words, *** company walk out with 20 percent off my settlement, not using any of their fingers and left the lawyer to their dirty work. Pls stay away from Stellar Adjuster Public Services . They don't care for their clients. Instead they will take your money, and leave you on read. Worse mistake I ever made, taken a friend word, and left to be treated like I'm inhumane.
