We are pleased through the process of the construction of the Tiger Wood deck. While working through difficult weather conditions, they were considerate of our home and surroundings. We recommend the company because of their professionalism.

I reached out to these professionals after my sump pump went out and caused water damage to my basement. They were very professional, efficient, and did a great job on refinishing my basement! If I need any more work, they will be my first call!

STL Design and Build, LLC was hired by myself and my wife to rework our kitchen. The job from start to finish was exceptional. The desin to the finish , we couldn't be happier. All the future remodels we do , not even gonna look around , calling them right off..

We just finished a bathroom remodel with STL Design and Build and we are very happy with the updated and expanded bathroom. Grant and Brian were very nice to work with, arriving on time, cleaning up at the end of each day. We hope to work with STL Design and Build on a kitchen remodel next.

I absolutely love working with STL Design and Build. We are fixing the exterior of our house and they are doing a wonderful job. Every time I get a call from them updating me on the process I am so excited! They are always so quick to make sure I know what the process is and if there are any changes. I feel like I know exactly what to expect!

We are extremely pleased with our new deck! Ken,Brandon, and Grady showed up every day in all kinds of weather, and did a superior job. (Snow,rain,and freezing temperatures.) The tiger wood is gorgeous. The company was very easy to work with and did a great job of keeping in touch. They also took such good care of our property, including putting down a couple of bails of hay to protect our yard during construction. Well done!

STL Design and Build removed my old 2nd story deck and replaced it with a gorgeous Brazilian Tigerwood deck. The quality of the new deck is such an improvement. The crew was extremely friendly and professional. The crew leader kept me informed on progress, and made some in-the-moment decisions to overcome an unforeseen issue...that really enhanced the useable space on my deck. They even made sure to pick up carefully each evening, because I have a dog and kids. I was really impressed, and I love my new deck.

We just had a 20 year old deck removed and replaced. The project from the sales to product delivery to installation was all very professional. We decided to go with the Tiger wood decking for our replacement, this wood is not only a superior product but it is just beautiful. The crew who installed our deck was very professional. The foreman on our project John did and awesome job and his crew were all great guys. The beauty of the wood with the combination of the aluminum railings is just magnificent. We are extremely pleased with STL Windows Direct. The windows are beautiful and have made our house look spectacular! The installers did a beautiful job and left no clean-up to be done. They were professional, courteous, and tidy, taking care to put drop cloths down on our floors to prevent any dirt from coming in. We live on a busy street and cannot get over how the new windows have made our house so much more quiet. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome and job well done. STL Design and Build built us a beautiful 4 seasons room! My meditation room, as I call it, has been a saving grace during this Covid 19 confinement. The room was designed to look as it was built with the house. The HVAC system is separate from house giving me the option to heat or cool as needed. Ken listened to what we wanted and gave us a fantastic room. We had a few bumps along the way but all was straightened out in the end. We are very pleased with the work and professionalism we experienced AND will be hiring to do a kitchen remodel next!

We are using STL Design on a step by step basis to upgrade and beautify our 40 year old home for the first time. We are starting with the outside and then will do the interiors. The quality of the work is wonderful and the direction and guidance we are getting is very helpful. We started with columns for our porch, then siding, then guttering. We are now doing shutters, windows and doors. The choices we are given are great materials. Every step of the way has been followed up with personal service and our review has been requested before, during and after the work is complete. My family was in the construction business and I know what I see. I highly recommend this organization for any work of this type.

We now have an AMAZING deck for our hot tub and swim spa thanks to STL Design and Build! Tom and Bill came out and helped us with the design and type of material to use. We choose the Tiger Wood! Roger and Louis then went to work on the build. City permits caused some slight delays and the weather was not on their side but they worked trough it, even laying down some straw to help with the yard! They stayed in contact with us throughout the build and even helped get someone there for our concrete pad! They worked professionally through any issues they encountered! We looked at other companies but went with them after another great review from a friend! I would recommend them to anyone! We spend almost every night on the deck now!

I used STL Design and Build to completely remodel a bathroom. They did a fantastic job. However, moisture in the concrete subfloor caused the vinyl flooring tiles to not set right. But they completely replaced the flooring with ceramic tile and the bathroom is now perfect. I was so pleased with their work that I asked them to do much the same thing to the second bathroom. Everything went very smoothly and I now have two beautiful bathrooms. The staff at STL Design and Build are very courteous. They know you by name, they were quick to return my calls, get me to the right person, and answer all of my questions. Their contractors are knowledable in all areas and were able to contribute work or advice on areas not related to the bathrooms. I highly recommend them and I would hire them again in a heartbeat for any future work I need done.
