I bought carpet from Stock Interiors LLC for my 2008 F150 truck that I'm fixing up. I got everything a few weeks after ordering. However, the carpet I received had a piece missing from the side and didn't fit properly across the truck. I tried contacting them several times to sort out the problem, but didn't make any progress.

Order number *** was not delivered. I called when the delivery date passed. They said the item was backordered due to the covit-19. I was instructed the flooring would arrive in September. Now it is October, no one called so I checked with the company. They said the flooring was delivered at the original promised date. It was not sent. After reading the other complaints this seems to be a normal process for Stock interiors.

Ordered a factory molded carpet for my Trailblazer. This product is absolute garbage. It ain't properly molded and doesn't fit my vehicle's molding. It ain't cut to match OEM. The company's policy is that once the carpet is cut, they don't cover any returns. Yet, you won't know it don't fit until you cut it to match the existing carpet. These people are robbing folks, and I wish I had known before I ordered. Ain't never gonna do business with this company again, regardless of whether they fix this issue. My truck is torn down to the frame, and I've wasted 6 hours and 400 bucks for nothing.

I bought 2 car carpet kits from Stock Interiors for my vehicles. I had previously purchased another set a few months ago. It took about a week for the sets to arrive. When I opened the kits, one was in great condition, but the second kit was covered in cat-like hairs and had sand-like particles ingrained in it. It looked like the kit had been sitting on a shelf for years. The hair-like materials didn't come out even when I tried using a shop vacuum from a professional upholsterer. So, I called Stock Interiors right away on the same day to complain. The lady named Tabitha said she would send me a return label so I could send the set back for inspection. She didn't mention anything about an additional $100.00 for replacement carpet if they determined it was okay. Moreover, the carpet was also miscut at the center top. She claimed they had cleaned the carpet with an air gun, but I don't have that kind of tool at home, and neither did the installer. Then, she insisted that I would only get half of my money back or else, and she hung up on me. I don't understand why she acted so poorly. It's not my fault.

Bob from *** Auto (the manufacturer) gave me terrible customer service advice, and the product was defective. I tried to return it with Bob, but that didn't work out (see emails). So, I talked to Tabatha at Stock Interiors and she helped me start the return process. The website says there shouldn't be a restocking fee for a manufacturer defect, and you can see in the attached documentation that the mirror wasn't painted, so it wasn't customized (see screenshot). Also, the hardware couldn't move to flip the visors up and down. I explained all of this to Tabatha, but she said it was just "customer dissatisfaction" and charged me a restocking fee for something she told me to destroy. Tabatha's emails are confusing (see emails). It took them almost a week to issue the refund after they received the product, and only after I contacted them multiple times by phone and email. I paid $346.36 and got a refund of $230.60 (see attached). I want the full refund I was promised for the amount I paid, and they should cover the return shipping since the product wasn't custom and was defective. That adds up to a difference of $150 that they owe me. Thanks for your help.

I called to check if my order went through and the CSR told me it was flagged for fraud and didn't go through. They said there was nothing they could do and advised me to call my bank, which I did. The bank confirmed the charge went through and told me to call them back. I called them 3-4 times and everyone, except one lady, was rude, unhelpful, or simply didn't care about getting my order to me! When a customer is doing a rebuild and chooses you as a supplier, it's important to provide solutions, understand the customers' needs, and offer reassurance. But no one bothered to investigate the issue or assure me that things would turn out well. So, I'll take my business elsewhere, even if it means paying a little more. I don't want to deal with people who clearly don't care about the customer experience and ensuring repeat business. I asked for a manager or someone who could help, but was told no one was available. Now I have to do a chargeback and wait 30 days to get my money back. That's okay because I'm going to call every day until I get my money back and leave multiple reviews of my experience on Google, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and Yahoo. Horrible experience, 0 stars.

After getting it professionally installed at an auto interior shop, I noticed that the carpet doesn't fit properly and the headliner has waves. I contacted customer service, specifically Tabatha, and sent them some photos. I paid a lot of money for the installation, and I trusted Stock Interiors to provide me with the correct size for my vehicle. Many shops recommended Stock Interiors for vehicle materials, so I thought they would be reliable. However, Stock Interiors is fully responsible for the installation issues because the materials they provided don't fit. The installers and the shop are not at fault since I purchased the materials from Stock Interiors. It's Stock Interiors' mistake for sending the wrong size for my vehicle, even though I specifically ordered it for my car. You can't know if the carpet and headliner will fit properly until they're installed. If everything fit correctly, there wouldn't be any problems. So, I trusted Stock Interiors to send me the right size, but unfortunately, it didn't fit properly when installed. This is not the shop's fault in any way. Stock Interiors should take full responsibility and refund me the installation cost that I paid for using their materials that didn't fit. If this issue is not resolved in a civil manner, I will take legal action!
