This company is a POS
Do not even think about ordering from them. You will regret it. They lied to me about my rush order and did not bother to tell me there was a problem,. I found out by inquiring where my order was on the day it was to be delivered. Stay away from these miscreants.
Desired outcome: there is nothing u can do other than warn folks
ordered t shirts for a family reunion.. they did not honor the arrival date
Awful... Awful... Terrible...Horrible... Do not order from...here!
This is an awful company to do business with... I placed an order 8/30 even called to make sure the order would be complete and delivered by 8/8 for a family reunion on Saturday 12pm. I gave you all of this information paid the extra money for shipping and rushed. I called 5 times from 8/30 to 8/5 and was told yes we are on schedule no problems. I went with you because you had the best prices. 40 shirts 661.00 dollars... I check in on 8/8 and then I am told oh sorry won't be there on the 8/8 or the 8/9. No one called me or informed me ahead of time. Now I am paying 1200 dollars for a rushed order through custom ink to get the shirts by 8/10 at 930 in Maryland...
This organization screwed me and now I am paying double. If you could not file the order I could have went with another company and save 400 dollars. Now I cancelled my order and expect 100% of my 661.00 dollars back. I am very disappointed in how you treat your customers and will never use this organization again. You are truly not customer oriented. I asked for a supervisor to call me back no one bothered to show any kind of consideration, remorse or accountability...
my experience exactly.
don't order from them
I am here to warn you. I don't want anyone to make my mistakes.
And I wish I was smarter and had read all the reviews before buying from them.
My problem is that I waited for my order for about 3 months. If I hadn't called them, if I hadn't pissed them off, I would have never received my t-shirts.
And you know what? Their representatives were angry at me for being so impatient. I would like to see their reaction if their orders took forever to be delivered.
I doubt I will ever order again and highly recommend you not to do it.

terrible quality and customer service
I would not recommend Ooshirts.com to anyone unless you have time and money to waste.
The initial service (sales people) and website gets a thumbs up.
The final product: TERRIBLE and gets an F.
The customer service (Monica B., Claims & Escalations Department): TERRIBLE and gets an F.
Ooshirts.com - you asked me to write a review before my order arrived in exchange for $25 off my order. Here it is.
The print on my shirts was 1 inch OFF-CENTER (too much to the left).
I tried to resolve it with customer service and here's what happened:
1) Sent Photos #1: They asked photos showing the problem. I send them photos with rulers showing the problem.
2) Sent Photos #2: They asked for photos of multiple shirts to confirm the problem was not just one shirt. Ok. Fair enough. I spread out the shirts on a table and put 2 rulers to show the misalignment on the front and back. I suggested that I send the shirts back and they can examine, measure, and take as many photos as they wish.
3) Sent Photos #3: Next, they asked for another set of photos so they can see the entire image. Most of the image was in the photos but I also wanted them to be able to see the measurements on the rulers. I'm starting to feel like they are wasting my time -- but ok, they need to see the entire image. I sent that too and the detailed measurements of how much it was off. I also asked for all of the specific things they will need to process my claim so I can take all the photos they need at once instead of going back and forth. If they had told me up front "send photos of multiple shirts and make sure the entire image is in the photo" then we could have saved more than a week of back and forth. I suggested a second time that I send the shirts back and they can examine, measure, and take as many photos as they wish.
They responded:
"while I do understand as stated that these image may be an inch off, this is considered to still be within industry standards. However, I do know this to be an unideal situation, at this time I would like to offer you a coupon code good for 15% of this order in the amount of $26.00"
I checked with 4 other shirt manufacturers and they said all told me there is no such "industry standards" and they would have just redone the shirts - all of them. One day I was walking in Union Square past the Reebok store and saw someone manually printing t-shirts in the window. I watched and then I walked in and asked about "industry standards". He had previously run a t-shirt printing business for many years and was said that its definitely NOT TRUE: 1 (one) inch off is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Ooshirts.com lied to me - likely hoping that I would not check.
I told them that a coupon for a future order would be useless for me as I would NEVER order from them again.
4) Sent Photos #4: Monica B then, for the 4th time, asked me for more photos. This time, she wants photos of the shirts being worn.
"Is there any way for you to send photos of a couple of shirts being worn. I would very much appreciate the requested information, and in turn, will do my best to assist you in further resolving your claim in the most beneficial manner once I receive these photos."
I responded that I'm not willing to invest any more time for the possibility of getting a slightly larger credit for a future order. I also suggested for the 3rd time that I send the shirts back and they can examine, measure, and take as many photos as they wish. I also requested the industry standard in writing and told them that several other shirt makers disagree with their supposed "industry standard".
They responded: The industry standard is generally not something that is in writing, however, an inch off is commercially acceptable. If you feel that the offer was due to false assessment, I need the photos requested to show otherwise in order to move forward with the claim.
I reluctantly sent the photos - having to ask someone to take photos of me wearing the shirt and suggesting for the THIRD time that I send the shirts back and they can examine, measure, and take as many photos as they wish.
They responded "we cannot process product for inspection".
Oh I see, your company is unable to receive tshirts that you sent to me and look at them. I guess it needs to be done electronically so you can repeatedly keep asking me for more and more photos wasting as much time as possible and making the process as frustrating as possible.
I have now sent 4 sets of photos over the course of 8 days.
Guess how they responded:
Monica B. responded: Due to the lack of detailed pictures we received, at this time I am unable to move forward, however you are still eligible to receive the 15% coupon.
I said I sent many detailed pictures 4 different times!
Monica B responded:
The images you have sent were not of the full shirt, only half, there is not way for me to tell how skewed these shirts look without seeing them as they would be worn, also I cannot go off of one shirt that you send
Realizing this was pointless, I did not respond and instead submitted a dispute with American Express. I did send pictures of the full shirt and of me wearing it. There were many different sizes and I would only fit one. Did they expect me to go find people to fit in each size and ask them to pose for a photo for me? Of course, maybe I should call up a few customers and ask if I can meet up with them to have them put on the shirts and let me take a photo. Perhaps I should just take a few days off of work so I can travel from client to client taking photos. Or maybe I should just go ask strangers walking by to put the shirt on so I can take photos, hoping that I can find one person in each t-shirt size that is willing to do it.
Never again! Ever.
The guarantee they provide sounds great - but it is all meaningless. Do NOT trust ooshirts.com!

What We Guarantee
We know how difficult it can be to trust an online company with customizable apparel. There are so many details that must be communicated, and so many questions that can be asked. We want to this process as easy as possible, and have worked hard to do so by offering online reviews, instant quotes, and one-on-one customer support. In addition to these, in the rare case that something still goes wrong, we also offer a fair satisfaction guarantee.
No Surprises
We guarantee that the design you receive will look like the design you created in the online proof. If the print is much different from what you expected, we'll reprint your entire order for free. (Good job including the word "much" before the word different. This lets you decide how "much" is "much". Everyone should know that they think one inch off is ok, maybe more. They will probably tell you whatever mistake that made is "ok").
Print Quality Assurance
The very last thing you want to see when you receive your custom t-shirts is a battered down design. We promise our prints are of the highest quality, and will last through many washes. If within the first two weeks, you wash your garments according to our care instructions and see your print deteriorate, we'll reprint your order for you and ship it to your door free of charge. (Make sure you wash all your t-shirts within 2 weeks to see if they fall apart).
Absolute Delivery Deadlines
One day can make a big difference. Whether it's a vacation or a fundraiser, if your shirts are late even one day, they can become a wasted purchase. We understand this and deal with deadlines very seriously.
The Best Prices
In addition to offering store-quality prints, we offer them to you at the lowest prices. We always look around to make sure our prices are the lowest, but if you catch any other site posting lower prices than ours, please let us know!
All-Inclusive Pricing
We know how frustrating it is to deal with other sites that confusingly leave out shipping, setup, and other hidden fees from their prices. It is a terrible feeling to see your checkout price come out unexpectedly come out higher than you had originally envisioned. We believe nobody should have to go through that process. That is why we provide all-inclusive prices when you get a quote.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
had the same experience with their customer service. absolute buffoons.
