I ordered the Dynamic Turmeric and have had great results. The multiple popups at check out are annoying but I am going to try the Dynamic Brain.I saw a review indicating the return policy hid the info about saving the empty bottles. I DID see their return policy indicating to save the empty bottles and return them if I wasn't satisfied and it was clear to me. When dealing with a new company you need to read EVERYTHING to be sure they are legit and if you do need to file a complaint you have all your ducks in a row.Will update review once I know how the Dynamic Brain works for me and if I need to return.

I saw the commercial on TV. in the end, they say 90 day 100% percent money back guarantee, so, I think, it wont hurt to try their Dynamic Brain pills. I ordered from my phone. at the end of the order page, it also says 90 day 100% money back guarantee. When I got the 6 bottles I ordered, I made sure to read the part about returns in the invoice. it also said 90 day 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied in any way. I tried one bottle and threw it away, started an other bottle after a few days I didn't notice any improvements, so, I returned five bottles. I only got a partial refund. I called customer service asking why. They say it's because I didn't return the empty bottle. They refuse to refund me the full amount, I paid. I CALL THIS A SCAM!

From reading the reviews toward Stonehenge Health, I would fire your customer service team. I ordered several of your products from Amazon, I love how I am treated by Amazon. I don't know yet if the products are a viable option; sounds to me like the reviews in the product are good. So, I will try your product and hope to not be fooled, but with Amazon, I know I can return it. People should not be silly by thinking a magic pill is available for your brain...POOF! "Now I remember my birth." That is just silly thinking. You can't know if your memory has improved in the span of a month, it takes time to understand the workings of our mind. I would say it was not the product that failed to perform here, possibly just poor insight on behalf of the beholder.

So I came to this website by doing some research and finding out that the ingredients for their Dynamic Mushrooms should be good.I went to check out and chose the 3-month supply and to my surprise after clicking purchase, a window opened offering me to buy a 12 month supply and that my order was not complete. I decided to decline the offer and was then offered a 6 month supply and again that my order was not complete. I decided to leave the website as it seemed fishy and did not want to have a bad experience. The following day, I receive confirmation of my order and a SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE! They not onlycharged me for my order but subscribed me to autimatic payments. This all sounds of a scam to the point I am not even willing to try their product should I receive it. I have sent an email to their customer service hoping I get a resolve but after looking at the reviews here I am not expecting much.I hope raising concern here for future "clients" will make the company act in a more honest way.I will update my review once I receive an appropriate response and explanation from the company.

If I could give a zero, I would. Their money back policy is a sham for the exclusive purpose of selling. Three months down the road (once you realize you feel no change whatsoever as a result of using the product), you discover that its written somewhere (where they know no one will see it) that you must return EMPTY bottles in order to get the refund. This, of course, after they offer you half their kingdom NOT to take them up on the money back guarantee - meaning, of course, that the product is ridiculously overpriced. In my many dealings with these people they have gotten their facts all messed up, and evidently tripped all over each other to try to respond to my common sense assertions. Then, to add insult to injury, after all was said and done, they said they couldnt do anything because the 90-day money back period had lapsed I wonder why? To be clear, they DID refund me on all but one bottle, because I couldnt send them back their piece of plastic. Why would that be a requirement - to prove I had bought it? Hmmm perhaps their records should show them that? Or might it possibly be a conveniently contrived loophole to get them out of honoring their sales pitch promise? Totally disgusted with this company.

They need to change their information to accurately reflect what they know about deliveries. They sat on my order for 4 days, it's gone from California to Oklahoma in 8 days, I'm not sure they even know where Florida is.

They never updated status and it took 3 weeks to get my product. They are part of those supplement companies that give the natural foods/supplement industry a bad name. He's a 'doctor' out to make a buck anyway he can. Stay away!

CONSUMER REVIEW. Shipped order after it was cancelled online within an hour of placing and by phone the following morning when they opened. Spoke to Customer Service Representative who offered a 50% discount if I would keep the product. Moreover, despite the "No questions asked, money back guarantee," there is no confirmed return shipping address on the packing slip. I suspect it will take a significant amount of time to get my refund. Simultaneously, I am turning this over to Consumer Protection Agency for investigation -- I'll bet I am not the only customer.

You have to deny each screen to move forward for payment/shipping. Super annoying. After paying for the product I received an email that showed a 3 month subscription! I got on the website and tried to "cancel" my subscription - THAT'S NOT AN OPTION ONLINE! I had to email customer service to request a cancellation, which I did... NEVER received a confirmation or response. I went back to the cancel page and got the number for customer service. I called one of the representatives and told them to cancel my subscription, I'm still waiting for a confirmation email from 'Stonehenge Health'. These tactics are vulgar and negate any quality of their product. I felt like I was walking down the street in a small, poor village in Mexico. I will NEVER order from this company again. They are grossly irritating and unsettling.

Order a large supply of vitamins over ($600 usd) back in early April. I have been promised multi times that the package will be send right away and even was given 2 different tracking number to eDHL. First time i waited and waited looking at the tracking info and one day it just disappeared, so i called DHL and they said the package was NEVER sent just signed in but never picked up/dropped off with them. So i called and talked to customer service representative and he said sorry another package would be sent out soon 3 more weeks went by with me calling them every 3 days asking for a update, Finally on today they send me a tracking number dated May 20. So today i called eDHL again and they said the same thing. Package has not been received. I would like the product or my money back. Thanks for your attention.

I was in the process of purchasing Turmeric pills. Trying to finish the purchase, their website is set up to push multiple marketing attempts to get you to purchase more. You are not able to finalize the purchase without going through their attempt to get you to buy more. At that point, before I agreed and confirmed my purchase, I closed out of the website. They took it upon themselves to complete the transaction without my approval. I called the company within 30 minutes and stated I did not want to complete the purchase and they need to refund charges to my credit card. I was assured it would be done. Then the next day, I get an email stating the purchase was completed and shipped. I called and the representative stated it was shipped as soon as purchased. We know that is not true. I tried to cancel again, requested a refund, and she said I could send it back to them at my own expense and get a refund then. This is consumer fraud since I did not have the choice to complete the transaction at my own free will!
