I agreed to try the publication on a trail basis. The first issue was OK but a little thin, so I decided not to subscribe. I only received two issues, the second issue was basically a rewrite of the first. I did not return their invoice with any payment. They kept sending invoices. I did not receive any issues after the first two. Now I get a notice from a collection agency. This is a total ripoff. My next step is to contact the Texas A.G. office with complaint.

So I replied the mail and wanted to check out the issue whether to subscribe or not. But unfortunately, I received a demanding payment letter of $31.52 recently, which is a shock to me totally. I feel I was defrauded by the publication. Please investigate, I want to cancel the subscription if I accidentally did that, please stop sending me any advertisement or sample letters from the organization. The emotional damages are far more harmful than any benefits from reading the health letters.

On several occasions I wrote that a specific report was unsolicited, that I would not be paying for it, and if they wanted the merchandise back, they'd have to send me a postage paid return label. I never heard from them but then received another bill for the very same book. A number of months ago, I was finally able to get a phone number, called and was assured that the mailings would stop and that I didn't have to pay for that report. Alas, I have received another mailing, called again and received another assurance that I would not have to pay and wouldn't get anything further. I want assurance that I will never again receive anything from this company.

I sent my payment to this company on the same day, along with a request in writing to discontinue the subscription. Yesterday, June 6, I received another shipment of Combo-Brain Games, along with a bill for 19.95. I do not want these publications, nor do I think I should pay for this bill when I assumed that my subscription would be discontinued in April. My bill does not include any reference to a customer service phone number where I can contact this company.
