The watch is a cheap fake, there was no box or operating instructions, the manual winder is loose, and it can't be wound.
I'll be taking this up with PayPal, my credit card provider, and if necessary the Small Claims Court.

Neck massage
Product purchased on Sunday, April 19, 2020. It does not perform as advertised. Want to return it and get my money back.
Called the number on the order, [protected]. Answered with a recording, went through the instructions and was put on hold. After 10 minutes or so, a recording came on asking me to rate the call, then I was disconnected. This happened each time I called. I also replied back on the confirmation e-mail I received and received no reply back.

Never received watch
On 16 May I purchased an Oshen Watch from these people for $58.94. I never received the watch and they will not respond to my emails. I sent them another email two days ago, but still no response. The Paypal transaction ID for this is: 9JN21297M9065564V. I either want the watch or a refund. I am filing a fraud complaint with AMEX and I have filed a formal complaint through PayPal.

TV buddy caster & antenna
I ordered the tv buddy caster with the antenna to get local channels also bought the 2-year warranty it took me 3 months to get it and it is nothing like they told me it was going to be. You have to jump through hoops to make this thing work and it's still not even worth it I took it right off my tv and put it right back in the original box and I never opened the antennae. I do not want this rip off. I have it still in original packaging I want to be refunded I will send it back to wherever I have to. I used my paypal account so I have all the information that's needed and the funny thing is I received a noticed that it was being shipped two days after I file the complaint with paypal saying I never received it. Please refund my money and I will send it back to you i'll give you any information you need on this if you need me to screenshot the transaction details I will very dissatisfied with this product..

I ordered an OshenWatch (smart watch) online on May 21, 2020 from Strong Current Enterprises Limited. I used PayPal which is linked to my AMX to pay for the order. I have not received anything from the seller; no order confirmation, no tracking information, definitely not the watch. I tried to contact Strong Current Enterprises Limited but no luck.

The bleaux wearable air conditioning unit
On June 9, 2020, I purchased 2 of the Bleaux wearable Air conditioning units using PayPal. The total was $143.93. I was charged for it & then minutes later I was charged a second time for the same amount. One unit only costs around $60 so there should NOT have been a 2nd charge. Yesterday (June 9), I could not find a way to contact STRONG CURRENT so I went to pay pal. PayPal told me to contact S.C.E. I was able to cancel a payment on PayPal & had $143.93 returned to me. I basically want to know if I am still going to receive the 2 units I have not been refunded for & if not then I need a refund. I'm very upset that I was charged twice. ordered an oshen watch on may 27th and did not recieve an order confirmation email. found a number for them and was told it would be deliverd in 15 days. on June 1st. started reading complaints about these people and called the back and was told it would take 30 days to recieve watch. I got to thinking nothing should take that long to deliver especially since i paid 8.95 for shipping so i decided to call them back today to check status. Well now they wont answer as the line goes from "we are connecting you to a service rep." to an after call survey asking if your inquiry had been satisfied and how likely would you be to reccomend company to a freind?. lol. checked my email and found one from them dated june 9th saying that "Thank you for your patience as we strive to get your order out as soon as passible. I would like to inform you that your order will be shipped out within as soon as June 8th 2020 and no longer than 14 days from today." (today was dated june 9th., so what they are saying makes no sense.) It seems like they are trying to keep you hoping that it is not a scam for as long as possible. By the way the second time i called as mentioned above the lady told me my order was being shipped from new jersey. Someone is lying about something.

Product was ordered on 4-25-20 and just arrived and not what I was lead to believe I was buying. Not compatible with my Sony and I want to return it and 3 TV radius antenna and refund for a lifetime warranty. Order TV Buddy on 5/18/2020. Received no confirmation for delivery and no product. Product should have delivered by now and nothing. I want to stop payment and receive refund because I see others have had bad experiences with this company delivering on their commitments. The product caught my eye due to its potential capabilities during this unprecedented time of isolation, and now it has caused nothing but a feeling of being taken advantage of.

Item not received
I purchased an Oshan smart watch on May 20th from this company. I never received a confirmation of the sale and assumed it may not have gone through. When I checked my Paypal account, it was listed as a transaction. I never received the product and there was a service agreement also as a separate transaction that I don't remember purchasing. I checked reviews and they are not good. Some reviews even mention that it may be a scam. I have since ordered the product from a reputable dealer and have received it so I would like a refund. I placed a complaint also today with Pay Pal.
