Service is good, preparing for shipping takes long
Preparing for shipping took very long so I contacted their customer service. They responded very quickly! My order got delayed for more than 2 weeks because the item was not in stock. Although preparing took long shipping itself was really fast tho, it was shipped on May 8th and I received it on May 11th (I live in the Netherlands). Make sure to check for customs/import fees, I only ordered about 20 euros so I didn't have to pay customs. If you want to order makeup from 3ce I can recommend checking out Yesstyle (ships out faster and usually no customs).
Shipping was super fast for me
So they get an A plus for shipping. I got my skirt from them in like 4 days. The quality of the skirt was ok but I'm almost 5'9 and it's clear that the cut wasn't made for my body type I'm skinny but I have a little bit of booty the pockets were so high on my butt it was weird like if you're petite with no type of shape as in no curves it might be good for you to shop here but if you're tall no not gonna be good... I hear ppl say the shipping takes long mine came quick but that could be just because it was in stock use your own discernment if you're willing. I still wore the skirt but I noticed that the fit was funny really made for a petite woman..

Good if you live in California
The good:
-After it was shipped out, it literally got to me two days later.
-There was no extra charge for customs/duties, I guess because I'm in the US.
-The clothing looks very cute and stylish. The shoes I got are to die for; they have a square-toe design which gives them an extra edge.
- I was really worried about how the clothes would fit since it's an Asian brand. I am a US size 6, with broader shoulders and bigger butt. But to my surprise, everything fit okay, albeit the cami top being a bit tight.
-The customer service representatives always replied within 24 hours.
-I got a great deal with the summer sale discounts-- 2 skirts, one top, 1 pair of shoes, and 1 necklace all for ~$80
The bad:
-My new member coupon for free shipping could not be applied just because the items were on sale. (I believe if even ONE item in your cart is on discounted, then you can't apply it)
-The website was hard to navigate due to login errors
-It took more than 2 weeks for them to prepare the shipping (possibly due to COVID delays so I'll cut them some slack)
-I was having second thoughts, but they wouldn't let me cancel my order it even though it was still "preparing for shipping". So don't order anything from here unless you're 100% sure you want it.
-One of the items I ordered was a pre-order for June 30th, but they somehow ran out of stock a week after I paid for it. Thankfully I got refunded really fast.
-The material on some of the items is very thin, so I don't know if they will last long.
All in all, I would recommend shopping here! But only if you're sure you won't want to cancel anything. I hope this review was helpful for you!
STYLENANDA Complaints 2
Pretty awful
I've always admired the clothes on this site but never made a purchase because of the shipping fee. One day I stumbled upon an amazing pair of shoes, and sucked it up because they were perfect. Conveniently, a week after making the transaction I received an email saying they were out of stock. I asked for them in black after seeing them as still available on the website, and of course they were also out of stock. Would be convenient if they updated their site before customers spend money on something that doesn't exist.
Anyhoo, I ordered a couple of small items along with the shoes that I would not have paid the shipping fee for alone. After the inconvenience, I asked if it would be possible to get a refund for the shoes and the shipping fee and they declined.
Their reasoning? They're unable to refund the shipping in my case because I spent less than $100 and didn't qualify for free shipping. So, their twisted logic is that since I paid for shipping in the first place they couldn't refund it. Props for the backwards explanation, actually impressive.
This site truly blows, and gives zero $#*!s about customer service. Shop elsewhere because there's a good chance there will be an issue with your order and an even greater chance they won't do $#*! about it.
Update your stupid website
I just ordered from them 2-3 weeks ago and they said shipping should be around 7-10 days. Since it passed, I emailed them about why it was taking so long. They gave me some half ***@ssed answer and also told me one of the items I bought was sold out and that their website is on a pre-order based system so they are selling items that they dont even have in stock. The item that is currently sold out is still shown as available on the website. It's been like that for the 2-3 weeks since I bought the sold out item. So some unlucky person is going to purchase that today and be notified god knows when that it was sold out over a month ago. If you don't have it in stock then don't sell it.
Update... so now they gave me two options for the refund. 1, is get reward points and 2, is to get refunded back to my card but pay service fees for that refund because apparently the payment method they use has so relation to their company so it is beyond their control. PHOEBE (customer service)... don't BS me.
As for the transaction fee, this is a payment service that stylenanda website is using. Clearly, it is stylenanda's responsibility. Whether service fee is $1 or $100 does not matter. It is the payment offered by your website thus it is the same as coming from your company. So, in the end if there is a fee then refunded amount should include the service fee charge so buyer is getting their full money back.
As for the rewards point, who you trying to play? You want me to save this as store credit and pay $20 for shipping again? Damn, son you trippin on way too many balls.
