Discovering Stylewe has been a game-changer for my wardrobe! The variety of styles and designs from independent fashion designers is truly remarkable. The items took came in various shipments. One shipment was sent with counterfeit postage so never received.
Had to get my credit card company involved and they sent information to the credit card company that they should have sent to me for the return. So I returned the items as per the policy they included to the credit card
and no refund. They continued to send misinformation to the credit card company.
They do not respond to the service email nor is there a phone number.
Worst experience and do no recommend purchasing anything from time.

StyleWe Return Policy: Easy Exchanges and Reimbursements
The sizes on StyleWe are completely off, which can be frustrating when you receive an item that doesn't fit. However, the good news is that they offer several options to make returns and exchanges easy for you. If you choose to return an item for exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. But StyleWe will reimburse you $5 store credit for the first return item and $1 store credit for each additional item. This means that if you return one item, you will receive $5 store credit, and if you return two items, you will receive $6 store credit, and so on. The maximum reimbursement is $10 store credit per order, and the store credit will appear in your account after StyleWe processes your return package.
If you decide to keep the original item(s), StyleWe will reimburse you either 20% store credit or 15% money refund (if the original payment method has enough money for 15% of purchase price). If you choose to return an item for store credit, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. But StyleWe will reimburse you $5 store credit for the first return item and $1 store credit for each additional item. Mixed Experience with StyleWe: Cute Dresses, Terrible Customer Service

Overall, I give StyleWe two stars for their cute and affordable dresses and for eventually giving me my money back. However, the pain of being misunderstood and having my order delayed was not worth it. If they can correctly give me the sale price, provide free express shipping, and give a good apology, I may consider ordering from them again.
UPDATE 1/29: After posting my review, a customer service agent reached out to me and made some progress. However, there were still misunderstandings, and progress was delayed by two days each time. They eventually agreed to give me free express shipping, but I cannot give a better review until all issues are resolved.
UPDATE 2/4: StyleWe delivered my order and refunded me the expected amount, but the experience was far from satisfactory. I cannot give a better rating due to the grief they put me through. Additionally, a customer service agent asked me to post a "neutral" review to help them look good, which was unacceptable. StyleWe needs to improve their communication and customer service if they want to succeed.
StyleWe Review: Poor Customer Service, Shipping Delays, and Possible Scam
I recently made a purchase on StyleWe's website on December 14th. Unfortunately, I noticed that one of the items I ordered was duplicated and I was charged twice. I immediately reached out to their customer service through their contact section to correct the error. However, after two days, I still had not received a response. I attempted to contact them again on December 16th, but still no answer. I was extremely disappointed as I had paid for expedited shipping (2-5 days) to receive my items in time for the holidays, but had not received any notification of shipping or tracking number. At this point, I was starting to wonder if this company even existed.
After posting a review on SiteJabber, StyleWe finally contacted me and claimed that their email servers had been down. They promised to refund me for the duplicate order in three days and informed me that my other items had shipped. However, they did not provide me with a tracking number or expected date of arrival. I emailed them back asking when I could expect my items, but I received no response. They even emailed me twice telling me to remove my review. I requested that my order be cancelled altogether as I no longer trusted them.
StyleWe refused to supply any shipping number or estimated date of arrival, and they would not respond through normal email channels. I opened a dispute with PayPal to get my full money refunded and reported them as a possible scam. Nowhere on the site did it say "2-5 days to PREPARE the order, and then 7-10 days for shipping, for a total of up to 15 days." This was frustrating as the company is actually based in China, and I expected my orders to arrive in a timely manner.
StyleWe still refused to refund my order despite telling them they needed to respond in the PayPal Dispute area. They continued to email me at my personal address telling me to take down the dispute and my review, or they would not refund my order. There was no timely email response, no confirmation of shipment, no consistency in telling me the status of the order and the cancellation of the order, no clothing that I paid for, and the only way to get their attention was through SiteJabber.
I received emails saying the order was cancelled, but they would not refund my money because I opened a dispute on PayPal. Today on PayPal's dispute center, they now say they shipped the order. So even after cancelling the order on December 16th and receiving confirmation of the ordering being cancelled, they went ahead and shipped it? Why was there no consistency with their customer service? I kept hearing different things from different people over there. So now even if the order does arrive, it won't be within the time specified (2-5 days), and will add another layer of legwork to get my refund.
It is now December 31st, and I still have not received my refund or clothes. StyleWe claims they mailed the order, even after there was confirmation that it was cancelled. They continue to email me different information every day and are now complaining that if they refund me, they will lose money. How can they expect to do business with these practices?
In conclusion, if you want to contact StyleWe, do it through SiteJabber, not their "contact us" section. Do not expect a response through normal channels. Do not bother paying for rush shipping, as your items won't arrive any faster (2-5 days is how long it takes them to "prepare" the order). It is better to get clothing from a company that has better business practices, such as working email, better customer response time, a working United States or toll-free phone number, and 21st century shipping practices. I learned my lesson the hard way.

First, they need to add product reviews to their items. This is critical because it would help customers make informed decisions about sizing and quality. Second, they need to add a live chat option to their website. The only means of communication they have with customers is an email address, which is antiquated. Customer reviews and live chat are two things that their competition has been doing for years.
I am still on the fence about whether I would use StyleWe again. Right now, I am leaning towards no, but I will likely check back someday.

We are not stupid when it comes to reviewing your feedback on this site. We are humans and write reviews as such, so we possess certain cognitive abilities to differentiate between a real review and a fake review. I think I can speak for all of us when I say that we do not have any respect for reviews that are obviously fake from the company to get their rating up on this site. Perhaps we can coach you on what a real review would not contain. For example, the names submitting these reviews usually have one review and some commonalities, like a lowercase for the beginning of the last name or extremely ambiguous comments without any details or ordering numbers (best service, love the dress, or - my personal favorite - OMG!). We do not think anyone with a real experience with any company would write that, although who am I to judge. Just leave the real reviews in there to show you care, are looking to improve, and that you respond to the feedback here, which - to be fair - it sounds like you are doing based on my own experience. Just stop taking away from that, StyleWe. Stop the madness. This community is not that naive, we notice it, and it just makes you look bad. We know people are far more likely to rate a negative experience than a positive one. In my own review, I tried to be fair and do not blindly trash your company based on emotion. I left my real review/experience below for the benefit of you and the benefit of the readers and raters of this site. Show people you care about it by addressing real feedback in focusing your energy there and not redirecting that energy into creating fake people to hide the issues. We'll understand. We're human. I placed my order with StyleWe on February 15th for 13 items. On February 17th, I received a notification that three of the items were out of stock. I was told I could select another item(s) within 15% of the original amount. If I did not respond within 48 hours, I was told I would receive a refund within three business days. I opted not to respond, and a refund was issued to my account on February 25th as promised. Although I was disappointed that three items were now unavailable, I completely understood that this may have been a one-off situation and was not concerned as this refund easily processed through PayPal.
I received my other items on February 29th and the clothes were as-described and neatly packaged. This turnaround was fair as StyleWe indicated up-front that the items would take longer than usual because of the holiday and they included two scarves with the items to make up for the wait. The clothing sizes ran a little small, but I had measured according to the site and ordered up in a few instances. This is not a company where you would skip measuring and order the size number you are used to. I did not have to return for fit, but be prepared to thoroughly measure and use your best judgement based on other reviewers' feedback.
Upon receiving my order, I noticed that I did not receive a long-sleeved top. I also became concerned because the top was now on sale on the site for around 50% of what I had originally paid for it. I did not receive notification via an out-of-stock notification like I did with the other three items. I contacted StyleWe via the contact form on their site on March 2nd and, shortly thereafter, received another out-of-stock e-mail for the long-sleeved top shortly after the submission and also on March 2nd. Again, I was told that, if I did not respond in 48 hours, I would receive a refund within three business days. On March 4th, StyleWe replied to my inquiry via the site regarding the missing item. They indicated that the item is in a hot sale, the designer makes it in bulk, and that it would ship out when it was ready. This clearly was conflicting information and there appeared to be a miscommunication somewhere.
I continued to receive daily out-of-stock notifications for the long-sleeved top. On March 8th, I became more concerned given the easy refund process the first time around and simply replied with, "Please issue the refund." I received another identical e-mail on March 9th, so I responded to indicate concerns that the refund was past the five business day turnaround from when the e-mails first started going out. Given Round #1 of the experience, I became nervous that this was clearly not as streamlined. On March 11th, I received a reply that the refund had been issued, but StyleWe was confused as they were talking about the refund I first received and not the $76 refund I am still owed.
I am concerned with the ordering process and how much I have to be on my toes in getting this refund appropriately issued. The clothes are fun and unique, but I do not think I would order again based on this experience alone. When companies hold on to my cash as long as it has been without actually ever delivering a product, then that is not right because I could be earning interest on that cash (probably pennies, but still, on principle).
After submitting this review, StyleWe confirmed the refund and it hit my account late on Monday, March 14th.

However, this was the same process I had already tried with no success. I contacted PayPal to update them about the communication from StyleWe, but StyleWe was yet to respond to PayPal.
Finally, StyleWe provided some data to PayPal and they determined that I was due a refund. However, the catch was that I had to mail the package back to China, which was going to cost me upwards of $100 or more. I was frustrated that StyleWe was not providing a US address, which would have been more convenient and cost-effective for me.
After filing a complaint with the BBB and various other resources, I finally received an email from StyleWe asking me to accept 20% of the item cost back and keep the item to make the issue go away. This was not acceptable to me as I did not need the item.
PayPal eventually closed my claim because I did not return the item to China by the dispute due date. However, I had been unable to do so as StyleWe refused to provide an updated US-based address to PayPal. Finally, after several back-and-forth emails, StyleWe provided a US return address and I was able to return the item.
I believe that filing the BBB complaint turned the tide on this issue, and I finally received confirmation from StyleWe that they received the returned item. Overall, I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service from StyleWe, and I would not recommend them to others.

Disappointing Experience with StyleWe: Slow Processing, Sizing Issues, and Poor Quality Items
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with StyleWe. I used to love this site - their prices were reasonable, their selection was amazing, and their shipping was super fast. But lately, things have really gone downhill.
For starters, it takes forever for them to process orders now. I've had items marked as "processing" for weeks on end, with no explanation as to why. And when I do finally get my items, they're often not what I ordered - I've had items cancelled or substituted without my consent, which is super frustrating.

Overall, my experience with StyleWe has been frustrating. The website did not properly register my shipping request and the dress did not arrive on time for my event. While the customer service representative was polite, they did not provide me with accurate information about the location of the dress and the shipping carrier. It took multiple attempts to get the tracking number, which was ultimately from China and not the United States as I was originally told. Hi, I order these jeans and the waist is too big. I filled out the return and was suppose to get a label in 3 days, never happened. I waited and waited. Then I did a live chat and the representative gave me an option of 20% or return. The pants simply don't fit right so I opted for the return. The rep said a label would be sent. I explained that I have items in the cart but if you can't take a return then whats the point of taking risks for buying items I have not tried on and don't fit-no return. 9/11/23. Bought 2 dresses from stylewe. Never got the dresses although they sure were quick to take my money. They showed me the mailing label they used. It had the zip code and apartment, but not the actual street, not my name or street so USPS returned it as undeliverable. I complained to Style We and they told me tough luck. They got the dresses back AND kept my money! Update: they have promised to fill my order and send the dresses as long as I take down the complaints from the Internet. I said I would when I finally get the dresses.
Update: now they said they will resend the original package when they get back.
That should only take 6-8 weeks :/.

I placed an order on 6/16 (never saw an wmail confirmation) - order HBB03230810. There were a couple of pieces that were much bigger than expected being mediums. I submitted a return request within the 30 days online on 7/1. Although the website shows it in “Returning” status and said I would receive return instructions by email, I have yet to see anything. I also submitted a return request for a 2nd item, which just shows “processing” and again, no email. Their website says you’ll receive a response in 48 hours so not sure wvat happened, but I won’t be buying from them again!

Unable to return an item of clothing that does not fit properly for a refund
This was my first time dealing with "Sylewe" and the last! I ordered a dress from Stylewe on-line and did not receive a confirmation email with an order number or any information. The only confirmation email I received was from Paypal, after fully paying for my purchase ($62.98US).
The dress did not fit, there was no sales bill attached only a flimsy small paper stating return instructions, the dates ordered and shipped and a "Details for Order #"- HB [protected]. I followed the return instructions however was repeatedly rejected as the message said the company did not recognize my name nor email nor the order number. I submitted "a ticket" and still no answer after 3 days. I tried "24/7 LiveChat" however only a dark cloud appeared and it stated the agent was not responding. I have been trying to contact them for almost a week now without success and I am getting frustrated. I understand that I will have to pay for return shipping however, and nowhere, does it state the companies business address to deal with them.
Desired outcome: I would like to start the return process for a refund which I have 30 days to do so. My order date was May 30 and that same day the order was shipped.
Mixed Experience with StyleWe: Fabulous Dresses by Gyalwana, Poor Return Process & Hidden Fees
This website, StyleWe, is a bit of a mixed bag. I recently placed three orders for a total of seven business dresses, and I have to say, the dresses by Gyalwana are absolutely fabulous. I got two for my daughter and one for myself, and they are all well-made and look stunning. I did have a bit of trouble with sizing, as I ordered one dress in both Large and XL (my daughter is a size 5), but the extra large fit and I had to return the Large. In total, I ordered four dresses from Gyalwana and had to return one.
I also ordered from another fashion designer on the website, but unfortunately, neither of the dresses I received fit me. I returned both of them along with the Gyalwana dress I had to return. I received the dresses in mid-December after ordering on November 30th, and they were received by StyleWe on January 18th. However, I heard absolutely nothing from them for over a month, despite sending three emails starting on February 16th.
Finally, I received a very poorly worded email from them stating that my order was over 60 days since purchased and they could not process a refund directly. They offered to transfer the money through PayPal, but there would be a 4.4% handling fee for the transaction. I was not happy about this, but I confirmed my PayPal account and waited for the refund.
In the meantime, I spent 30 minutes going through my order, my Visa account, and my PayPal account to try and figure out what was going on. I even made a spreadsheet to keep track of all the order numbers, dates, and amounts. I noticed that the totals on the StyleWe website did not match the amount on my Visa account, nor did they match the actual amount on one of my orders.
After all of this, I decided to call PayPal to see if they could help me out. It took about 14 minutes before a nice lady in Nebraska answered, but she was able to solve one of my questions right away. I had wondered why only one of my three orders had shown up on PayPal, and she explained that it was because I had placed two of the orders as a guest and didn't log in. She then asked for my Visa number and the tracking number from the package, and with her magic fingers, she was able to place a refund to my Visa account.
The best part? She told me that there are no charges for returns from anywhere, so the 4.4% charge from StyleWe was bogus. I was relieved to hear this, but also sad that this website has turned out to be such a problem. The Gyalwana clothing is really designer stuff, and I was impressed with the quality. Don't be put off by the fact that it comes from China, either. I recently finished fashion design classes at UD and learned that most clothing comes from China, as designers send their designs there to have them made up all the time.
Overall, I wish that StyleWe had a better return process in place, as I would have loved to buy more of the beautiful items on their website. However, I'm hesitant to do so after my recent experience.

Here's the deal: if you're used to buying clothes in your usual size, be prepared to go up a few sizes when you order from StyleWe. I'm normally a size 6, but I've learned the hard way that I need to order XL if I want any chance of the clothes fitting me properly. I'm not sure if the customer service reps at StyleWe just don't understand English well enough to work with US customers, or if they're just not paying attention to what we're saying. Either way, it's frustrating. And it's not like I'm the only one who's had these issues - I've seen plenty of other reviews from people who've had trouble with sizing and fit.
So here's my advice if you're thinking about ordering from StyleWe: be prepared to go up a few sizes, and don't expect everything to fit perfectly. If you're a size 8 or higher, you might not be able to wear anything from them at all. And if you do have issues with sizing or fit, don't expect the customer service reps to be super helpful. They'll probably just tell you how to return the item and move on.
All that said, I do think StyleWe has some really beautiful clothes, and I'll probably keep ordering from them despite the sizing issues. But I really wish they would make some changes to their descriptions and sizing charts so that people could have a better idea of what they're getting. Disappointing Customer Service from StyleWe: No Refund for Misaddressed Package
I've been waiting for a shirt from StyleWe for three months now, and I'm not happy with their service. They're based in China, and they misaddressed my package. I've spent over two hours trying to sort this out with USPS and DHL, but the package is already on its way back to China. I stumbled upon StyleWe about two years ago and was impressed with their site. I even recommended it to my friends. However, my recent experience with them has been a complete disaster. In April, I placed a few orders, including order number I on April 18th. After over a month of waiting, the order was still processing, and I couldn't get any information from their customer service, which was the worst I've ever experienced. Eventually, the order was canceled.
To my surprise, a few weeks later, I found the same sandals on Aliexpress.com for one-third of the cost on StyleWe's site, and shipping was included. On May 2nd, while waiting for my previous order, I ordered another shirt and a pair of sandals, which looked nice and of good quality in the only picture available on StyleWe's site. However, the sandals I received were of poor quality and looked cheap compared to the picture. I had to return them.
Despite my disappointment, I remained a fan of StyleWe and ordered a dress on April 17th, which looked beautiful in the picture. However, the dress I received two months later was way different from the one in the picture. It was a poor quality, cheap version.
In May, before placing my last order for a striped dress, I discovered that Aliexpress.com offered the same products as StyleWe but at a much cheaper price. I contacted StyleWe via email and informed them that I saw the same dress on Aliexpress for one-third of their price, but I was still going to buy it from them because I trusted them to deliver on their promise. Unfortunately, I was wrong.
What frustrated me the most was that my questions were ignored. I repeatedly asked if I would receive the products as advertised, but they never answered. I have more respect for Aliexpress than StyleWe because at least the sellers on Aliexpress inform you via email before processing your order if you won't receive the product advertised in the picture.
This was my worst online shopping experience ever. The back and forth emails and unanswered questions made me feel like an idiot. My friends and I are done with StyleWe, and I hope they improve their customer service and product quality. It's a pity because they had a promising start. Guess who's the biggest loser now?
StyleWe Review: Proceed with Caution - Processing Quality and Communication Issues

I just wanted to share my experience with StyleWe. I have to say, I'm a bit cautious about recommending them to anyone. While I don't think they're scammers, their processing quality has definitely taken a hit and feels like one of those cheap Asian operations.
We've been waiting for three orders now, and our communication with the company has been nothing short of ridiculous. Every time I've reached out about my orders, I've received canned responses that don't even make sense. I'll share some of them with you later on.
Our first order was placed on May 4th, and we ordered two dresses and one blouse. One of the dresses arrived about a week ago, but we had to ask about it repeatedly. When we asked about the blouse, we were told it wasn't in stock and asked if we wanted to replace it. We said yes and chose a replacement, but it's been a week and nothing has changed.
Our second order was placed on May 10th, and all items were listed as shipping in 24 hours (which is complete BS, by the way). One dress was shipped, another was cancelled within 7 days and refunded, and the third item is still being processed. Did I mention that this was advertised as shipping in 24 hours? I did, right?
Our third order was placed on May 27th, and it's a larger order of 6 items. Nothing has been shipped yet.
Here's the funny (or sad) part - you can make requests online, and the responses range from "it's packed for you and will be shipped soon" to "we lost your order." Some responses even contradict each other. Out of the 15 items we ordered over the course of a month, we've only received 5 (one is excellent, one is good, and two are questionable but wearable). Two were cancelled, and the rest are just canned responses. I'll update you on what actually happens with the remaining 8 items.
If you do manage to receive something on time and like the product, consider yourself lucky. You have a 30% chance of getting something sort of on time. And if you want to return something? Good luck with that.
I'll attach our communication with customer service later on so you can get a sense of what it's like dealing with them. If this review helps even one person avoid the frustration and confusion we've experienced, then my day is made.
Oh, and I should mention that we did receive one order that was placed on May 15th. It arrived in about 2 weeks, and while the quality of the store has definitely dropped, the pricing has dropped too. So no complaints there. I'll write a separate review about that order and include some pictures.

Unethical Practices and Disreputable Behavior: My Experience with StyleWe

I was shocked and appalled by this request. How could a company be so disreputable as to try and silence their customers in this way? I refused to take down my review and instead filed complaints with the FTC and Consumer Affairs.
In the end, I did receive my refund (minus the shipping cost, which I had originally been willing to forgo). However, I am left with a bad taste in my mouth and a warning for other potential buyers: be wary of doing business with StyleWe. They may try to take advantage of you, as they did with me and many others who have shared their negative experiences on this site.
I will not be giving StyleWe any more of my business and I urge others to do the same. It is important to speak out against companies that engage in unethical practices and put their own interests above those of their customers. Don't let StyleWe get away with it - share your own experiences and help others make informed decisions.
Unprofessional Company with Terrible Service and Low-Quality Products
This company is like, totally unprofessional! Like, seriously, from the first glance, their website looks pretty cool and all, but when you actually order something, it's a total nightmare. So, like, they have these young designers who offer their clothes, which is a good idea, I guess. But when you actually get the clothes, they look nothing like the pictures on the website.
I ordered this short dress called Free Fit (Order NO.BD***), by some designer named LONYUASH. And let me tell you, it was a total disaster. First of all, it took them like 12 days just to tell me where my order was. And when they finally did give me a tracking number, it turned out that the dress never even left China! It took a total of 19 days for me to get my dress, which is like, totally unacceptable.
Their customer service is like, non-existent. I tried calling them, but all I got was some robotic message saying they were too busy to answer the phone. And when I tried chatting with them online, it was a total waste of time. They couldn't answer any of my questions and just kept apologizing for the inconvenience. Like, seriously, do they even have real people working for them?
And don't even get me started on the quality of the dress. The fabric was like, the cheapest polyester ever. It was all wrinkled and scratchy and felt like I was wearing aluminum foil. And the so-called "Free Fit" was a total lie. The sleeves were too narrow and the crew neck was too small. I don't even think their sizes are equivalent to US sizes. Like, seriously, who even wears XXXL?
Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their service is terrible, their products are low quality, and they mislead you with false information on their website. And don't even bother trying to get a refund, because I'm sure it's going to be a total nightmare.

Since I was in the middle of a busy work period, I didn't have time to go to the post office during the week. I wrote a review about StyleWe back in January after purchasing two dresses. At first, I was hesitant to order from this site due to the mixed reviews online. Unfortunately, one of the dresses was so off in size that it must have been a mistake. Stylewe Review: A Nightmare Shopping Experience with Poor Quality Clothes and Terrible Return Process
I totally agree with Stacy Pratt's review about Stylewe, but let me tell you, my experience was even worse. Shopping online is supposed to be easy and convenient, but shopping with Stylewe is anything but that. Sure, the idea of buying clothes from indie designers is intriguing, but the clothes you receive are nothing like what is pictured on the website. The clothes don't fit well, the colors are completely off, and the images of the models wearing the clothes are usually of them walking or moving, so the clothes seem fuller with some form and shape to them. But when you receive them, they are flat and unflattering.
So, you decide to return the items, and that's when the real trouble begins. It seems simple enough, you go on the site and initiate the return, but then you receive an email urging you to keep the items as you'll have to return them to China and pay shipping and duty charges, etc. And let me tell you, it can get expensive. They offer a 15% refund or 20% credit if you choose to keep the items. And just like Stacy Pratt, when I responded back and said I would still like to return the items, they sent me another offer of a 25% refund or credit if I keep them. But what's the point of 15/20% if you don't want the items? You're still out a lot of money, and you're stuck with an item that you don't want to wear and can't wear.
And who wants a credit with a store like this? Okay, so it does not state anything on their return policy about having to return items to China, but whatever, I still don't want to be stuck with these items and out thousands of dollars. Yes, thousands. I placed three very large orders all within a few days. I even paid for expedited shipping because I wanted a few things for my ski trips. But what's the purpose of expedited shipping when it still takes weeks to get?
Okay, so I was willing to pay to return the items, whatever they cost. But because they have a 30-day return policy and they ship one or two items at a time, I waited until I got everything to return all at once. Well, I didn't know that most of them were supposed to be returned to China and a couple of them to Walnut, California. I assumed they were all going to China, but when I got to the Post Office, the Post woman pointed out that the shipping label they sent me was to Walnut, CA. So that's where I shipped them to.
This morning I received an email stating that they have received all the items, but that it was to the wrong location, so therefore, they are not refunding me. I had to call my CC company to dispute the charges because even though they have receipt of the items, they are unwilling to refund me hundreds of dollars because I accidentally sent them to the wrong return center. It's just unbelievable.
Oh, and let me tell you about trying to cancel an order. I asked to cancel the last of the items remaining that had not shipped and even received a response that they have cancelled them. But then the next couple of days, I receive an email stating that they have shipped. I went through all this hassle, spent money on shipping, time repackaging the items, and shipping them out, and didn't keep one item because they were all not of the quality shown on the pictures.
And to top it all off, you can't even get a hold of anyone if you try calling their number. I have let them know many times how inconvenient this process is and that I will never shop on their site again. But you get no response to that at all. They just don't seem to care.
In conclusion, I would not recommend shopping with Stylewe. The clothes are not of the quality shown on the website, the return process is a nightmare, and the customer service is non-existent. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.
