SwimOutlet Disappointing Decline in SwimOutlet's Products and Services: A Customer's Review

I've been a SwimOutlet customer and affiliate for a long time now, but I've noticed a decline in their products and services over the years. It's been about two years since they started taking products off my team affiliate page without notifying me, and since then, the product selection has been drastically reduced.

Recently, I placed an order in December, which was lost. I placed two more orders since then, but they were also lost. SwimOutlet blamed me, saying that I must have a neighbor who is taking the packages from my front door. However, FedEx told me on the second order that they lost it and I should receive it in a few days. When I followed up with them and didn't receive it, they then said the order was lost.

After a third notice that my third order was delivered (and it wasn't), they told me that my address in their system was incorrect, even though I have automatic ordering set up. As someone who runs a large swim school, I depend on quality products and services. It's disappointing to see a swim-specific company like SwimOutlet decline in this way.

I'll miss supporting them, but I just can't trust them anymore. It's a shame because I used to love their products and services, but now I have to look elsewhere for my swim school's needs.

SwimOutlet Disappointing Experience with Swim Outlet: Technical Glitch and Poor Customer Service

I've been shopping at Swim Outlet for quite some time now, and I must say that my recent experience was not up to the mark. I encountered a technical glitch while placing my order, which resulted in me being charged twice for the same order. I was quite surprised as I have never faced such an issue before, even though I shop online frequently.

To confirm my suspicion, I checked the timestamp of the email confirmation, and it was identical. I immediately called the customer service team to rectify the issue, but to my dismay, they informed me that they couldn't cancel the order. I was left with no other option but to return the duplicate order.

However, my troubles didn't end there. When I reviewed my bill, I noticed that they had deducted the shipping charges from my return. I had to call them again to get these charges reversed, but the customer service representative was not very helpful. In fact, they even gave me some attitude, making me feel like it was my fault.

To sum it up, Swim Outlet has a great selection of products, but their technical glitches and unsatisfactory customer service can be quite disconcerting. So, if you plan to shop from this site, be aware that you may be charged twice, and the service may not be up to your expectations.

SwimOutlet SwimOutlet.com Review: Poor Customer Support and False Shipping Claims

I recently tried shopping on SwimOutlet.com, as their website clearly states that they ship to Europe. However, after waiting for a month, I noticed that my shipment was being returned to the sender. I contacted their support team, and they blamed me for giving them the incorrect zip code, even though I had used the same zip code before without any issues.

After waiting for another month (a total of two months now), the same thing happened again. I contacted support once more, and they started by asking me twice if I wanted a refund, which I refused, as I wanted the products I had ordered. They then tried to tell me that they were still waiting for my package to be returned from the first time around. However, I had two tracking numbers in my hands, so it was easy for me to show that this was not correct.

At this point, the support team enforced a refund on me, telling me that I was never supposed to be able to order the items in the first place, and that the only reason I could was because of a system glitch. While the website looks fine, their tactics and extremely poor customer support do not. I will not do business with them again, and I cannot recommend anyone else doing business with them either.

We worked with Matt C with the repairs on our roof. The insurance company was a bit of challenge to work with, and didn't cover the whole roof, but we decided it was better to replace the entire roof, due to the age of it. Matt was very professional, easy to work with and responsive when we had questions. Would definitely work with him on any future house projects we may have.

I had wind damage to my roof. Corey from Modern remodeling came out and started the process with my insurance company to repair the damage. He was excellent at following through with the claim. After the claim was processed, Modern set up a date and came out early and finished replacing my roof by 3pm the same day. it was a very professional and organized job. I am very impressed with my new roof. Thanks to Corey for all of his good work!

Michael Miller and his team were a pleasure to work with. He was always on time and they delivered everything up and beyond expected. He and his team made the transition into our new roof and siding very easy. He helped me walk through the insurance claim process and worked directly with my adjuster. If you have had any damage to your home from a storm or you are just looking to upgrade your home you should definitely reach out to him!

Modern Remodeling Inc did an outstanding job on our roof replacement. We called them to assess storm damage on our 20 year old roof. Matt C @ MRI was found roof damage and worked with my insurance company to get my complete roof replaced with insurance paying for it all (but my deductible). Also, we have solar panels and Matt was great in managing that (extra) process or removal and reinstall. Frequent communications made the whole experience fantastic. Quality of materials is outstanding. I recommend Matt and MRI for your roof inspection and insurance replacement!

SwimOutlet Disappointing Experience with SwimOutlet.com: Defective Products and Unhelpful Customer Service

SwimOutlet.com is a website that sells swimming equipment and apparel. I recently had a negative experience with this company. I purchased two products from SwimOutlet.com, but unfortunately, both of them were defective. I was disappointed, but I decided to return the items and get a refund.

However, when I contacted SwimOutlet.com to request a return, I was met with a rude and unhelpful response from Ms. Chavez. She reminded me of their 60-day return policy and defect liability period, which I was already aware of. She also told me that the period starts on the date the order is placed, not when the item is opened or used.

I was frustrated by Ms. Chavez's response, as it seemed like SwimOutlet.com was trying to avoid taking responsibility for selling me defective products. I decided to take my business elsewhere and have since switched to shopping at my local swim store and Amazon.com.

Overall, I was disappointed by my experience with SwimOutlet.com. While I understand that companies have return policies, I believe that SwimOutlet.com could have handled my situation with more empathy and understanding. I would not recommend this website to others.

SwimOutlet Swim Outlet's Guarantee Period is Too Short for Chlorine-Resistant Suits: A Disappointing Experience

I've been a loyal customer of Swim Outlet for a few years now, as I hit the pool twice a week for my exercise routine. I always go for the chlorine-resistant suits, and I've been pretty happy with my purchases so far. They usually last me at least eight months, which is pretty impressive considering the amount of time I spend in the water.

However, I recently ran into a bit of a problem. The suit I usually order got discontinued, so I decided to try out the Speedo Chlorine Resistant Ultra Back One Piece Suit. Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. After just five months of use, it started to fade and stretch out, to the point where I needed a new suit.

I reached out to Swim Outlet to express my dissatisfaction, but I was told that I had exceeded their guarantee period of 60 days. They couldn't offer me store credit to purchase a new suit, which was pretty disappointing. I mean, if a suit is marketed as chlorine-resistant, shouldn't it last longer than just two months? It doesn't make sense to me that their guarantee period is so short.

To make matters worse, they only offered me a 10% discount if I wanted to order a new suit. I don't think that's a fair solution, considering the poor performance of the suit and the inadequate guarantee period. I'm sharing my experience so that others can make an informed decision when it comes to purchasing from Swim Outlet. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again in the future.

SwimOutlet Appalling Customer Service: My Terrible Experience with SwimOutlet.com

I'm not one to write reviews often, but when I experience either exceptional or terrible service, I feel it's important to share my experience. Unfortunately, my experience with SwimOutlet.com falls into the latter category - it was absolutely appalling.

I ordered a pair of expensive arena goggles from SwimOutlet.com, but when they arrived, they were damaged due to poor packaging. I spent a total of four hours on the phone with customer service, trying to resolve the issue. However, they were unable to offer a replacement item, refused to compensate me in any way if I accepted a different color, and even denied my request to speak with a manager three times. They also asked me to take photos of the damaged item, but didn't inform me of what would happen if I went through the trouble of uploading the photos.

As a result of this terrible experience, I decided to order the item from another vendor. I requested a return shipping label from SwimOutlet.com, but I have yet to receive it. I'm also concerned that they may not refund my money because the item was damaged.

I live in a rural area where there are no stores within 200 miles that stock this item, so I had no choice but to order online. However, I will never order from SwimOutlet.com again. If you're considering ordering from this vendor, be prepared for a potential nightmare if there's an issue with your order.

In conclusion, SwimOutlet.com's customer service was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone. I plan to file a complaint with my state attorney general's office to ensure that other customers don't have to go through the same terrible experience that I did.

SwimOutlet Disappointing Experience with SwimOutlet.com: Frustrating Return Policy and Promotional Credits

I recently had an experience with SwimOutlet.com that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had ordered a swim fin, but unfortunately, I had ordered it in the wrong size. When I went to exchange it, I noticed that the size I needed was running low in stock, so I decided to call customer service to make sure I could get the right size before it sold out.

The representative I spoke with was friendly and helpful, and he waived the shipping fee for my exchange. However, he didn't mention anything about my account status or any promotional credits that might be applied to my order. When I received my refund for the original swim fin, I noticed that it was $10 less than what I had paid, and that the remaining amount had been applied as a promotional credit that would expire in just 10 days.

When I contacted customer service again, I spoke with Brittany, who explained that they could only refund part of the amount and that the rest had to be applied as a promotional credit. I was frustrated by this, as I didn't think it was fair to be forced to use the credit before it expired. I explained that I didn't buy swim accessories every month and that I would prefer to keep the credit for a future purchase. Unfortunately, Brittany told me that she couldn't do that and that I had to use the credit before the expiration date.

As someone who has recommended SwimOutlet.com to others in the past, I was disappointed by this experience. I'm part of a swim team and have two swimmers in my family, so I've always appreciated the convenience of being able to order swim gear online. However, after this experience, I don't think I'll be recommending SwimOutlet.com to anyone else. It's just too inconvenient and difficult to get a full refund when you return merchandise, and the $4.99 return postage fee is just another added expense that makes it less appealing to shop here.

In the future, I think I'll stick to shopping at local sports stores where I can try things on, feel the material, and return or exchange items without having to pay for postage. Overall, I would not recommend SwimOutlet.com to anyone looking for a hassle-free shopping experience.

SwimOutlet SwimOutlet.com: Poor Customer Service and Refund Issues

So, I decided to give SwimOutlet.com a try and ordered a swimsuit. Unfortunately, when I opened the package, I discovered a 6 inch rip at the seams on one side. I was disappointed, but I really liked the style of the swimsuit and there were no more available for exchange, so I decided to keep it and mend it myself. SwimOutlet.com offered me a 10% discount for the inconvenience, which was okay, but not really enough to make up for the defect.

Later on, I decided to return some items that were worth $50 and were unused. When I received my refund, I noticed that they had deducted about $5 from it. I wasn't happy about this, but I let it go. However, things got worse when I changed banks and SwimOutlet.com had to refund me via a refund check instead of my credit card. They said they sent the check two months later, but I never received it. I emailed them and they told me that they only send checks at the beginning and end of the month, and that they would try again. Unfortunately, I still didn't receive the check.

I called them several times, but each time they were unable to help me or confirm anything because they apparently couldn't contact the billing department or corporate. This was frustrating and made me feel like they were being shady. I mean, why tell me this? It's their problem, not mine. I tried talking to different customer service representatives, but it didn't help. Finally, I decided to communicate with the same representative each time, hoping that it would make a difference. Unfortunately, it didn't. She sent a memo to Billings and said she would call me back, but she never did. It's been 6 months now and I still haven't received my refund check or anything. I'm very disappointed and I don't think I'll ever trust this store or buy from them again. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes and they don't seem to care about their customers.

SwimOutlet Disappointing Experience with SwimOutlet.com for Team Suit Orders: A Frustrating and Time-Consuming Process

I recently tried ordering my team's suits from swimoutlet.com for the first time this season. Unfortunately, I had a lot of issues with the process and I don't think I'll be using them again in the future. It seemed like every step of the way, something went wrong and I had to call their customer service line to try and fix it. It was frustrating and time-consuming.

One of the biggest issues was that we were quoted a lower price for our sizing kit, but when we went to place our team order, the price had increased by several dollars per suit. I later found out that I was supposed to receive a quote via email, but I never did. This caused a lot of back-and-forth with customer service and wasted a lot of my time.

Another problem was that our team order was incomplete. We were missing a few suits that we had ordered, but we also received suits that we had never ordered. It was a mess and we had to spend more time on the phone trying to sort it out.

To make matters worse, the team sales phone service was down for a few days in November, which was incredibly frustrating. And when I returned the sizing kit, I didn't receive a full refund because they claimed I was missing one suit, even though I had counted and double-checked everything.

Even the returns process was a hassle. The status on the website said "waiting" for weeks after the suits had been delivered, so I had to follow up with customer service to make sure everything was processed correctly.

Overall, every phone call to swimoutlet.com took a long time and was inefficient. I had to give my card number multiple times because of system errors or the representative being on the wrong screen. It was a frustrating experience and I wouldn't recommend using swimoutlet.com for team suits unless you have a lot of patience and free time to deal with any issues that may arise.

I recently stumbled upon SwimOutlet.com while searching for swim goggles online. I was pleasantly surprised to find an amazing deal on a pair of AquaSphere Kayenne goggles for only $8, which is a steal considering the MSRP is $35. I immediately placed my order and eagerly awaited their arrival.

However, three days later, I noticed that my order had not yet shipped. I decided to follow up with customer service to see what was going on. To my disappointment, I received a response stating that the last stock of the AquaSphere Kayenne Goggle Smoke Lens Smoke/Silver was not qualified enough to ship out when the team processed my order.

It seemed like they were promoting items at a deep discount, but then backing out of their commitment if customers didn't order enough other items for them to make a profit. SwimOutlet Disappointing Customer Service Experience with SwimOutlet.com - Defective Shoes Not Exchanged, Only Offered Return or Store Credit

I recently made a purchase on SwimOutlet.com and wanted to share my experience. I was in the market for a new pair of sandals and stumbled upon a great deal on Keen sandals for Christmas. I couldn't resist and made the purchase right away. However, due to the cold weather, I didn't get a chance to wear them until a few months later.

To my disappointment, after only a few blocks of walking, one of the shoes started to squeak loudly. I tried adjusting the laces and checking the bottoms, but nothing seemed to work. It was clear that the shoes were defective. I immediately contacted customer service to see what my options were.

To my surprise, they didn't offer to exchange the shoes for a new pair. Instead, they only offered a return, repair, or store credit. I was shocked that they wouldn't exchange the shoes, especially since they were clearly defective. When I asked why, they explained that because the shoes had been worn, they couldn't resell them. I couldn't believe it! I was left with no other option but to return the shoes.

To make matters worse, the only compensation they offered was 20% off my next purchase. I was not satisfied with this offer and declined. I was disappointed with the lack of customer service and the fact that they wouldn't stand behind their product. Needless to say, I won't be shopping on SwimOutlet.com again.

Overall, my experience with SwimOutlet.com was not a positive one. While they have a wide selection of products, their customer service left a lot to be desired. I hope they can improve their policies and procedures in the future to better serve their customers.

SwimOutlet Mixed Experience: Great Selection, Poor Customer Service at SwimOutlet.com

SwimOutlet.com is a great place to shop for all your swimming needs. They have a wide selection of products that are sure to meet your needs. I have purchased many items from SwimOutlet in the past and have always been satisfied with my purchases. However, I have noticed that their customer service has been lacking lately.

I recently had an issue with my order and contacted SwimOutlet via chat. The person who assisted me, Queency, was not very helpful and borderline rude. She told me that the delivery date was clearly indicated when I checked out and that it was my fault for missing it. This was not true. The shipping was clearly listed as being 2-6 Business days. I am still waiting for my products to arrive.

One thing that I find amusing is that the "Rate your experience" button does not allow you to leave a comment on your experience. This is quite telling of SwimOutlet's customer service. Despite this, I will continue to shop at SwimOutlet because of their great selection of products.

SwimOutlet SwimOutlet's Lack of Customer Care: My Disappointing Experience

I've been using SwimOutlet for a long time now and I always check out the reviews from other customers before buying anything. It's important to know what other people think about a product before making a decision, right? Recently, I decided to purchase three jammer suits that had good reviews and were top sellers on the site. However, after only 12 workouts, the suits started to fall apart. I was really disappointed and wrote a review on the SwimOutlet site expressing my frustration. But to my surprise, they refused to post it! SwimOutlet Disappointing Experience with SwimOutlet.com for Surfboard Fins

I gotta say, SwimOutlet.com is not the best place to shop for surfboard fins. I recently bought what I thought was an FCS JF-1 fin from them, but when it arrived, it was a completely different product that didn't fit the FCS 1 fin template. I was pretty disappointed, and when I reached out to the company to try and fix the issue, they were not very helpful. They insisted that they didn't falsely advertise the product, and the only solution they offered was for me to ship the item back and get a refund. I don't think they really care about their customers or their time, based on my experience with them over email and phone calls.

Honestly, I'd recommend shopping somewhere else if you're looking for surf gear. SwimOutlet.com might have a lot of products, but if they're not going to stand behind what they're selling, what's the point? It's frustrating to spend your hard-earned money on something that doesn't work, and then have to jump through hoops just to get your money back. Save yourself the hassle and find a company that values their customers and their products.

SwimOutlet SwimOutlet's Speedo LZR Racer PRO Jammer Review: Disappointing Quality and Customer Service

I bought a Speedo LZR Racer PRO Jammer swim suit from SwimOutlet for $201.88. I was really excited to wear it at Nationals in 2018 and perform well. However, when I received the suit, it was like someone had already worn it before me. It was baggy and filled with water on every turn. It was a total disaster and I felt like I was wearing a parachute.

Luckily, I was able to find a Michael Phelps suit from a vendor at the meet and did well despite SwimOutlet trying to offload a subpar suit on me. When I tried to return the suit to SwimOutlet, I got no sympathy for my plight. I was really disappointed that I didn't get a refund even though I got a return authorization #***.

Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and I will NEVER EVER purchase ANYTHING from them again. This company sells crap for high prices. I hope they improve their customer service and quality of products in the future.

SwimOutlet Disappointing Experience with SwimOutlet.com: Torn Wetsuit and Unacceptable Exchange Policy

I recently made a purchase on SwimOutlet.com and I must say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered a wetsuit at what I thought was a great price point, only to receive a torn suit upon arrival. To make matters worse, the suit had been taped together with package tape! I couldn't believe it. I attached a photo to my request for an exchange, just to show how bad it was.

Unfortunately, the wetsuit I originally ordered was unavailable in the size and color I wanted for an exchange. However, I did find the exact same model and size wetsuit available in a different color for $150 more than what I had originally paid. I requested this product as an exchange, but was told I would have to pay half the difference. This was unacceptable to me, especially considering the price I had already paid.

In the end, I was forced to process a return. I understand that defective products can happen and that stock can be limited, but to refuse to exchange my product and honor the price over the color is just outrageous. I was really disappointed with the whole experience and I don't think I'll be shopping on SwimOutlet.com again anytime soon.

SwimOutlet SwimOutlet.com Review: Overpriced, Deceptive, and Unreliable

SwimOutlet.com, where do I even begin? Let's start with their prices, which are absolutely ridiculous. I mean, who do they think they are? And don't even get me started on their so-called "specials." Free shipping after $50? Wow, what a joke. And good luck trying to get a promo code out of them. It's like pulling teeth, I swear.

But the real kicker is their "Price Match Guaranty." I highly doubt anyone has ever actually received it, considering how strict the criteria is. It's just a way for them to make themselves look good without actually having to follow through on anything.

But the worst part about SwimOutlet is how they sneak in extra charges during the checkout process. You hit that final button to process your order, thinking you know exactly how much you're paying, and then BAM! Sales tax appears out of nowhere. And it's not like they tell you beforehand, oh no. You only find out when you get your bill emailed to you. And depending on your state tax, you could end up paying way more than you should have. It's a total scam.

Honestly, if you need to buy something swim-related, I would recommend shopping elsewhere and only using SwimOutlet as a last resort. I mean, just look at how much they have to spend on advertising to overcome their terrible reputation. It's not worth it. I would never shop there again.

SwimOutlet Disappointing Customer Service Experience with SwimOutlet.com

I recently bought my second swim parka from SwimOutlet.com. I was excited to try it on, and it fit perfectly with the tags still on. However, after taking a dip in the pool, I realized that the material of the jacket was causing my arms to stick to the sleeves, making it difficult to take off. I reached out to their customer service team, hoping for a solution to my problem. Unfortunately, their response was less than satisfactory. They told me that since I had used the jacket, I couldn't return it. I explained that I couldn't have known about the issue until I had used it, but they didn't seem to care. It was like they were saying that I should have known the milk was spoiled before I bought it. The customer service agent's response was so passive-aggressive that it left me feeling frustrated and unheard. They simply said "understood" and then stopped responding. Needless to say, I won't be shopping there again. It's a shame because I really liked their selection, but their customer service is just not up to par.

SwimOutlet Terrible service!

Here are several reasons why I want to ship this crap back and refund:
* the swimsuit I received has nothing to do with the picture shown on the website
* its quality leaves much to be desired. A very cheap material, poorly performed. Looks like a crap.
* not worth its price. too expensive.
* took forever to arrived.

however, customer service doesn't think that I have serious reasons for shipping this crap back and refused to refund. Is it legal? I don't think so.

SwimOutlet Stole my money!

I bought two swimsuits from www.swimoutlet.com website several months ago and received my order in a timely manner and also was satisfied with the quality.
Last week my card was charged and $1500 disappeared from my account! I contacted my bank and they said where the charge came from and that was SwimOutlet. I tried to reach them but they did not reply!
Then I decided to check the reviews and found many complain about the same incident! Some people say that SwimOutlet was hacked and someone is stealing money from SwimOutlet customers.
I need explanations now! And I need my money back!

SwimOutlet Do not buy from this site!

There is something wrong with their size chart. According to their size chart I ordered my size but when I received my swimsuit it was super small. Then I contacted SwimOutlet and asked for replacement. When they asked what the reason was I told them that I received incorrect size item and they said that it was my fault. They claimed that they sent me what I ordered and the whole thing was my mistake. Are you kidding me? No matter how hard I've tried I wasn't able to get my money back. Do not buy from this site!

SwimOutlet Bait and switch

I ordered 2 pairs of bib shorts on sale with 1-2 day shipping. 5 days later, i received 2 pairs of regular shorts, not bibs, and after calling was told 'sorry, you can send them back or pay full price for the bibs', which amounted to 174.10 they were asking me to pay for what I already ordered. I'm making complaints with ever organization I can and will take them to small claims court if neccesary as they are close to me and I've done small claims before and won.

We purchased a competitive swim suit for my son. He only wore it 8 times before it fell apart. The company refused to do anything about it. They only return un-used merchandice. BEWARE...this product was worthless but I paid a lot for it...

SwimOutlet SAVE YOUR TIME DONT GIVE SWIMOULET A DIME! Bad customer service!

After waiting two weeks for my order to process and ship I found it needed to be exchanged I went on the site and filled out the EZ exchange form for the item I wanted. So I shipped it back on my own dime. TEN days later I get an E-mail saying I got a refund No mention of the exchange when I called the line was busy for an hour. I went to the online chat to get help and asked to be called back, Chris said it would take 10 min... never happen. 30 min later I called and finally got through. I got no real help the guy I spoke with he did not now if I was going to get an exchange he just kept saying it could take up to two weeks to process. Process what? He did not know how to find out if the exchange was or was not ever going to happen. SAVE YOUR TIME, DONT GIVE SWIMOUTLET A DIME!

SwimOutlet They are simply slow and unresponsive

On July 3, I ordered two bottles of Kinesys Fragrance-Free sunscreen from SwimOutlet.com. The order arrived very quickly -- just a few days later -- but they had sent mango-scented sunscreen instead of fragrance-free. I emailed them -- twice -- but received no reply. I called several times but was placed on interminable holds. Finally, on July 18th, after waiting on hold for twenty minutes, I spoke to a customer representative. They said they would send a UPS return mailing label so that I could return the improper merchandise and get a credit issued. (Since receiving the order, I had found what I wanted at a local store.) It doesn't seem like there's anything particularly fraudulent or otherwise nefarious going on with them; they are simply slow and unresponsive.

They cannot ship things within 24 hour and the order status remained as "PENDING" as a week. The online chat takes forever to get through. Only answer is "They are experiencing serious backlog". They cannot offer any other remedy. Your shipment will not arrive within a week although all items may seem "in-stock" online.

Bad web design. Slow shipping.
