material misrepresentation
I signed up with Sundance Vacations back in November 2014 at their New Jersey branch. I had won a free trip at Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey but they asked me to come in to see the presentation.
After the presentation, which already wears you down as it is, they sit you down with a representative who will grind you down with questions. I felt worn out, the sales rep was really enthusiastic and the deals started to sound great so I signed up with them. I decided to use one of the vacation weeks with a couple of friends in the spring. The room was OK but it definitely was missing a few accommodations that they had listed it would include.
After making several payments to them after signing up I decided to cancel for the following reasons:
1) The sales rep promised me that there wouldn’t be any hidden or maintenance fees being made to my bank account, however that was completely false. Later on I realized there were a couple of amounts being taken out of my account that were not part of the payments I agreed to give them. This is practically material misrepresentation.
2) The monthly automatic payments that were being made to them were not being withdrawn on a constant basis as stated on my agreement. Even my bank told me that those same payments were sporadic.
3) Sundance Vacations failed to inform me, in writing, about my 3 day Right of Rescission at the time that I signed the contract. However in the contract it states that the agreement is not subject to any Right of Rescission and may not be cancelled, yet that is completely false. This then makes my contract automatically null and void.
Now that I am trying to cancel after discovering these inaccuracies they are giving me a hard time. They won’t communicate with me via writing, which reputable companies would usually do to protect themselves and the costumer, and insist on calling them which I keep telling them over and over again I won’t do.
All I want to do is cancel my membership and get a full refund.
unable to cancel
I called today to cancel my account with Sundance Vacations, Inc.
I was mysteriously dropped from my first call attempt.
On my second one, I talked with a supervisor, who would not let me cancel my account. She eventually hung up on me.
I am dissatisfied with every aspect of this company.
Do not fall for their gimmicks.
misrepresentation, manipulation, illegal business practice
Travel Advantage Network, part of Sundance Vacations, uses very manipulative and illegal business practices. In my case, they got me to go to their presentation by telling me I would get a free cruise. While there, they used many material misrepresentations to lure me in. I was told studio size units would always be available, I was told they were going to add properties in Europe, I was told there would always be lots of excess inventory, some always in exotic places, I was told off season rates were lower, without being told there isn't much time that is off season. I was told other things as well that have not proven true.
In addition to all of these lies, they informed me, in writing, that I did not have a right of recission. In fact, this is against they law, and they were legally supposed to tell me that I had a three day right of recission.
When I said NO, they would change their story. They did this many times before finally twisting my arm to buy. I did finally buy, and have found out the hard way that much of what they told me is not true.
Finally, I have written to try to communicate with them to cancel and get a refund. They flat out REFUSE to communicate with me in writing, which is another of their schemes to continue their manipulative tactics.
Stay away from Sundance Vacations! They cannot be trusted!

waste of money
Was sold a vacation package for $5, 000 for 10 weeks of vacations at various locations. When you add on the yearly service fee of $350.00 plus the booking fees, a week of vacation ends up costing $1000 if you only do 1 a year. TAN sent me an offer for a "FREE" week which ended up costing me $300 in booking and upgrade fees. Over the 5 years that I've had this plan I used 4 weeks + the one free week. Those 5 weeks have cost me close to $8, 000 just for a hotel room. SOME DEAL!
If you get this offer RUN LIKE H(-!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
From my experience the package is not saving you money...in the long run, you end up spending 3 times the amount of money purchasing their package...Its more cost effective making reservation on your own, anywhere you want to go...There is no hidden cost or fees and yearly upkeep fees for something you don't even own...All these are associated with Sundance..
fake nascar certificate
John was told on the phone he had won 2 tickets to the June Nascar race in Dover Delaware. This is a scam don'tbelieve a word Sundance Vacations tell you it is false. We went to the website to go to to claim our tickets. There is not a website found. It only comes up to the Sundance film festival. Please don't waste your time going to their presentations. I feel what they did was wrong even though we did not spend any money their. They are falsely stating that we won a prize. This should be illegal.

disclosure/misrepresentation
I attended the presentation for the free getaway from Sundance Travel in Penna. . I attended realizing that there would be extraneous fees--there are.The presentation is smooth but they do pressure and try to sell their travel packages. There was one travel package (small and not costly) that peeked my interest, but I did not accept it. Their packages are borderline scam and definitely are misrepresented. On Jan 15, 2013, I phone the 945.. number to inquire on the free 3 day getaway locations and extraneous costs. The rep would not disclose the locations and said I must register the certificate, send in the %24.95 processing fee and then when I select my dates I can view the locations. Not all Marriott, Wyndham Hill or Holiday Inns participate in the offer. I might investigate further and then decide if I want to continue with the process. There are upgrade fees and there is a $18 per night fee that bothers me for this package.Regarding any prize, I expect full disclosure (hotel locations and exact $$ amount of the fees). Common sense. . I woul like to speak to someone who has booked and taken this small 3 day getaway and uncover the experience--fees, locations, and room accommodations and appearance.
FOLLOW UP to initial complaint. I registered and was still not able to view the destination (hotel) locations. I received a request for $24.95, but did not follow through. The offer is for 1 single room (1 bed ) and to upgrade you are responsible for $40--50 plus any miscellaneous fees charged by the hotel. This is not an offer worth winning. if it was truly legitimate, you would be able to view the hotel locations without paying a cent. Bogus--troublesome.
scam!
Do not fall for their "Win a Trip" scam. You do not win anything. A way for them to bypass the FCC DNC list and harass you. They get you to a high pressured sales pitch and start off by telling you it's not a high pressured sales pitch, lol! We should have went running out the door when they said that. Then after the presentation, tell you things that make it sound great and wonderful ("yes, we have properties in Jamaica" but really don't) just to get you to sign a contract that is non-cancellable. Then you get home to find out there are more hidden costs and the vacation that sounded like such an amazing deal is now more than double the retail cost. This company is completely unethical. We've been in contact with them for a month now trying to cancel our contract and get our money back. They are willing to cancel the contract (even though they're not supposed to) but will only refund us back half the money. SCAM ARTISTS! This was their bit all along to take our hard earning dollar and not give us back anything in return. You either can get the vacation you paid for plus an additional $99 processing fee but they tell you when and where to go, or you pay $210 a week extra if you go during a properties prime season (note: most properties are in prime season all the time), plus your processing fee of $99 or course, then if you need more than one bedroom, another $210 a week for each additional bedroom (note: when trying to book a vacation, most properties are only two bedrooms or more). Add on another $359 for their annual fee as long as you hold onto your paid vacation weeks. So you basically pay for these vacation weeks, but can't really use them because they end up costing more then if you were to book from their "Excess Inventory" or "Hot List". When booking through the Excess Inventory, only $199 and you don't have to tap into your paid vacation weeks! Who wouldn't go for this? Why would I use up a vacation week that will end up costing me almost $1200 for a week when I can just book from your excess list or hot list ($299 for the week). At this rate, you hold onto your vacation weeks and continue to pay the annual fee of $359 for the rest of your life! Again, they are scam artists and know this. They offered us half of the money we paid and this will cancel the contract. Proof that they are only after your money and never intended to give you the vacations that were promised during their sales pitch. They stated that the vacations were there for us to use but our choice not to use them. Why would I use a vacation that cost my more than double, even triple the cost if I were to go directly to the property myself and book on my own. I will continue to post about Sundance Vacations until I receive my full refund. We have reported this to the Attorney General and will not be stopping from there. My husband will continue to call them everyday and I will continue to report to every agency I get my hands on until they do what's right. You will eventually be seeing my husband and I scouting out these "Win a Vacation" scam booths and tell people not to sign up because they are a bunch of scam artists and you won't win anything but phone calls almost every night until you agree to show up to their presentation. It's not worth it! And the free vacation is not a free vacation so don't get excited when they tell you it's a free vacation just to sit through the one hour presentation. There are hidden fees involved with this "Free Vacation" as well, an early sign of what you will be getting yourself into when you purchase their vacation package.
Update: Matter was resolved satisfactorily.

scam or rip off
Has anyone tried to book a vacation through Sundance or Tan, and not been able to get a date or month because all reservations are booked from now until whenever. I tried booking a few day get away in 5 different locations and all were booked. I tried from Oct. thru March of next year, Nothing was available, seems a little odd to me. I feel as tho I've been ripped off big time. I would appreciate hearing from anyone with a similar complaint.
Im sad to say I once worked there. They try to to brainwash the employees into thinking its such a fabulous company to work for.. after some time, you end up catching on. I could no longer bring myself to lead people into believing it was a great offer, so I quit. They are horrible to their employees. Its like a sweat shop. Your only a number to them, and the stress to produce appointments of people to come in is insane. They need to be shut down, and it seems as though that's what's going to happen. I urge you all to complain to the attorney general, because they are fined for each case. Its at least $10, 000 each time, so if you have a legit claim, go for it! Best of luck to all of you!
Check out the boycott Sundance vacations page on facebook. The company makes their money by suckering you in for a so called hour presentation offering a cruise. If your one of the lucky few (and when I say few, I mean seriously a few) to be able to use the cruise, you end up paying for your cruise with the "taxes" you are responsible for. However 99% of people don't even get to use the cruise because its such a hassle to put your reservations in, because you must select 3 dates and send your refundable deposit in. You end up being told the dates are not available, then you end up losing out on it because its only good for 9 months. They try to con you in to buying a expensive vacation package at the presentation with offering monthly payments to make it more
affordable ... So think about this.. you go to the presentation, spend your time, possibly buy a vacation package, and never get your promised cruise.. so its a win win for them.. do yourselves a favor and don't fill out any entry forms, and most important, DO NOT GO
Same here. Im trying to figure out how to cancel or see about getting my money back. I just finished paying it off after 12 months. Would love to get my $1500. back.
tactics
So the family went to a Globetrotters game and filled out a prize form. Interesting that my wife hand picked out of hundreds of forms. So much for being random. She got the call to come sit in on an hour presentation and then we would get a paid cruise (except for taxes). Catch was that we had to decide to come in a few days. I checked the internet and saw may complaints filed against this company and was not interested in dealing with Sundance so we decided not to call back and figured they would get the hint since we were given a few day timeline. When those days went by, my wife started getting calls about the vacation. She told them we were not interested but they continued to call. When she tried to tell them not to call they would hang up the phone quick like they didn't hear her. Finally I had to call and tell them if they didn't stop calling that I would fill a harassment complaint with the police. Part of the reason we were not interested was because of the complaints on the web. I can see that they are all true. Don't get suckered into this. If something is for free you should not have to sit through anything or pay for anything. Free is Free.

misrepresentation
In November 2011, my husband and I went to a seminar offered by Sundance. We subsequently signed up for 12 weeks of vacation at all of their "top of the line", five star vacation areas. We have had nothing but problems. My daughter, age 28, went to the Dominican Republic. The services and the accommodations were horrendous. My son, age 23, went to a Mexican vacation near the town of Playa del Carmen and was place in the middle of a town that was run down and unsafe. Neither one of these trips were what was promised to us. TAN vacations, the subsidiary of Sundance, had no problem taking my money, nor taking their money, because it cost extra for this "great" area, and now I cannot get anyone on the phone, who is not rude, to help rectify this. Do not sign up for any of these packages. They are not trustworthy. Now I am trying to get a refund and, of course, getting the run around. No one wants to take responsibility.
Thanks for the heads-up! and just as a warning too, if your son, you, or someone you know ever goes to Playa del Carmen, tell them to BEWARE of Royal Elite/Sandos Playacar and the misleading timeshare sales tactics they use. Don't fall for this scam. This is another forum with more complaints made on royal elite timeshare presentations:

Me and my fiancée went to this bs place - total scam! Yea they say that they won't pressure you into anything... Total bull – we knew this was a scam within the first 10min and a lot of people actually fall for this scam! They wouldn’t leave us alone we said no to 5 different people and they kept pressuring and pressuring by the last person we saw to get our “gift” for coming he started with the bs again until they started noticing we were getting irritated and just wanted to leave! Such a scam don’t fall for this!

I you wind up sitting in the offices of this company listening to a presentation and you have second thoughts, get up and run outta there. It is a very high pressure pitch with very tiny writing. I have given up $1200 of my hard earned money for nothing. They offered me a trip to a place I didn't want to go to. They gave me a coupon for dinner which I...

In october 2009, I fell hook line and sinker for what was presented to me as a fabulous deal. Unfortunately, much to my dismay, here I am 2 years later and trying to cancel my contract and finding that this contract was misrepresented and had so many omissions to begin with some may consider it not even a valid contract. I remember clearly asking the salesman several things, first I asked if this was a time share, I was told no. I also asked if this was a bbb acredited business, I was told yes. After much research I have found that not of those things are true. Not to mention that this whole started from a telemarketing call about a cruise I won. My phone number has been on the do not call registry since 2007. The relentless messages left by the "sprint incentives' caused me to call just to get these people to stop calling. I made an appointment to meet at their downers grove location and cancelled my first appointment with several calls to reschedule. At the second appointment, it turned out to be a high pressured sales pitch where so many things are thrown at you that you really are spinning a bit and quite unclear of what they just told you. None the less I signed, only after trying to contact them to cancel did I research this place. Unfrotunately this was 2 years later and due to financial difficulties. I have been counter offered to lower my packages and payments but have not been able to reach an amicable agreement with these people. I was last told today in an email that if I cancel, I will not recieve a refund? I have paid to date $2194 to tri state financial (which is owned by the same people) and $450.53 to travel advantage. I am supposedc to just walk away form over $2500 and let them keep my money when I have never used their services? I am a little irked how they think this may be fair or that it should be acceptable. By all means if I used your service to begin with, maybe there would be some sort of money I would owe them. I did attempt a few different times to try to book some weeks. You are told up front that there is a $99 booking fee and if you choose to go in"peak season"this would be $30 a day additional. What they fail to mention is that most of the time you are in"peak season"and the majority of the time the place you want to go is unavailable for the time you want. I have seen so many others with the same situation with this company or companies, since they are all the same. I wonder how it is that they get away with this. I have worked customer serveice for almost 20 years, I know for a fact that contracts can be cancelled and full refunds can be given. I am wondering why they think I would be foolish to just give up that money? As a single parent and a soon to be student I surely do not have the means to throw money away like that. Since I can't seem to get anywhere with this, I think the next step it to contact a consumer rights attorney. I have also been in contact with someone in the same near area as me and they have offered her the same cancellation agreement, I am sure we can get together when I speak to this attorney. Unfortunately she was taken for alot more than me. It's really sad when a company takes advantage of the unkowing and feels they can just take money from people. My advise when you hear about these companies"sundance vacations, tan travel advantage network, tri state financial and sprint incentives" run as fast as you can... The contract is not at all what it seems

I was lured in and I agreed to sign the contract also. And I've only put about 300 dollars into it. They keep calllin me tho because the card info they have is no longer good. Never went on. Vacation. It'd suck to have to gave up the 300 that I put in but better that than thousands. especially since I have a 2 month old daughter to take care of and I definitely can't afford to pay into the scam. I'd like to get that cancelation but I'm scared or nervous to call them back because I was talked into signing to begin with

Sundance was holding a sweepstakes at a local fair the summer of 2010, to win a "free" cruise in which I signed up for. I received a phone call a few days later stating that I had won and would need to come in for one hour to sit through a "presentation" for one hour in order to receive our free cruise vouchers. During the one hour seminar we were told that...
Read full review of Sundance Vacationsmisleading free cruise
This "free" cruise is supposed to be valued at $1, 200 dollars for a basic, inside, bunkbed room? I understand that taxes must legally be paid by the person cruising, but you can easily find an all-inclusive cruise package (airfare, ground transportation, etc.) for under $1000 (taxes included) for two people with the same cruise lines that sundance/spirit incentives are using, and for a double bed. The fact that you are still paying $300 in taxes and fees for this basic cruise is ridiculous. You can get a better cruise for cheaper. And it is not at most $225 for taxes in the high season, as sundance stated when they initially called. There is an additional charge of $99 for the high season, which bring the taxes well above the $225. Additionally, when I was initially called by sundance, they made it sound like you could go on the cruise anytime you wanted. There were no blackout dates, there were cruises available all the time. You can go anytime! Great! Then why was it when I called to book that they only had one sailing date available for the rest of the year? They claimed it was because I had called a week after they sent the email telling me to call and book. So, if I had actually booked that one cruise they had left (which I did not), then I guess everyone else who called them for the remainder of the year would have been out of luck?
I understand it is a free cruise, and you get what you pay for. But I definitely would not have wasted my time at their pointless two-hour sales pitch with incredibly rude and pushy salespeople if sundance had not made the cruise sound like it was so easy to book anytime you wanted, no problem. There is a reason why sundance gives you nothing in writing about either the free cruise or their travel program. I did not receive a single informational brochure from them about their program. They were super eager to answer questions about your free cruise on the initial phone call trying to get you to come into their sales presentation. Once you were there, they refused to answer any questions about the cruise and simply said, "we don't deal with the free cruise. You'll have to contact spirit incentives with any questions you have about it."
I will never again attend one of their seminars for the "free" gift that is too good to be true, and would not recommend them to anybody. They basically give you a bunch of misleading information about your free cruise just to lure you into their seminar and then are incredibly rude to you once they realize you just came for the free cruise that they pumped up on the initial phone call. I'm sure nothing they told me was a flat out lie, but the information they give is incredibly misleading and bad business practice.

Due Diligence
1. I was under the impression I was getting a good deal from sundance vacations - 30x vacation for 15, 000 (500 per vacation per rental (7-8 days) including all other fees. Taking 2-3 weeks of the rental would be a really nice offer since I love to travel. WHY NOT, I TRAVEL 4-6 WEEKS A YEAR ANYWAY, HOWEVER, !
Fishing, The Catch-----THIER SELL
Sundance used coke cola in my presentation( a high end cola brand (breverage) as a example of their wholesale model business- There intent to compare themselves and makes one believe that they are getting a high/mid end product.
Their slideshow included 1-2 higher end vacation homes as an example
Their vacation home book offered a few mediocre picture of the home you will be staying.
There are not pictures to show you all their vacation properties. (they have a 2-3 pamphlets showing actual vacation homes in hawaii (I find out later on the website it does not even have air conditioner)
At this point you are infactuated by the prices and the pictures - Im a smart guy too and I was fooled (not because I don't know any better, I just love to go on vacation and can not pass on a good deal)
The problem---
After all said and done, I thought I had a good deal, about $600 for a comfortable stay during my vacations. This is not the case, The places/reviews of the places sundance offers are old and outdated- For the price, you can live comfortably in a mediocre hotel. Most of the vacation home quality (sundance vacations; tan offers) are the equivalent of 40-50 dollar hotel without the kitchen.
I would not complain if I was lead to believe the that I was buying a higher end product for $15, 000. About the price of a car, But this is complete garbage.
During the presentation, you only know the name of one company (sundance vacation), so I go on their website to look at what property they offer (they do not have any; tells you to login), after buying the package they tell you to go http://www.planwithtan.com/ and reserve online. After going to this alternate website, than you start to find out the places are old, outdated and not worth the price. This is the point where you feel misleaded, angry and your hope of your family dream vacation sail away.
The most popular properties tend to be booked
110, 000 booking this year by their claim with a couple of nice properties. When will it be my chance to go there, or should I waste my time in "dump" properties.
I feel that there is nothing wrong with their business plan, however, misleading consumers into buying their packages with "higher end" examples while 95% of the homes are lower end.
telemarkers calling stating I won a free trip
I entered to win a beautiful red car at a nets basketball game. A few weeks later I get a call saying I won a 3day 2 night trip to flordia or las vegas. Asking did I have a husband or boyfriend to bring along. Very spektical I took all the information down and a friend and I make the 2 hour long drive to 100 inter prize drive in rockaway n.J. I went to the presentation, heard the schpeal for about 2 hours, I should have walked away immediately, but I have a really hard time telling "no" to anybody. I ended up buying a bare minimum package, 7 weeks for $2500 and they let me trade in my "free" cruise for an 8th week. They will tell you anything to get you to commit to a package, keep in mind also that if you get cold feet as I did, you can cancel within 3 days time. I think the law actually states a month, but don't push your luck. They talked me down promising that if I didn't like the program I could get a full refund, which ended up total bullcrap! The hotel I went to was nice, nothing slummy or fancy, but the part that I think is bs is they tell you that every week you buy will sleep 4 people and that just isn't true. Unless you can actually picture 2 of your grown adult friends sharing a pull-out or rollaway bed in a hotel room. The all-inclusives all carry $70/day/person mandatory meal-service, which is what a normal resort charges in the caribbean so why not just go there instead? The part I feel the most regret about is that you have to plan/book everything 90 days in advance to get what you want, otherwise you're taking your chances with the excess invetory, which is just like the island of misfit toys, it's the "leftovers." if you're someone who routinely makes travel plans and commitments that far in advance then this might be a value for you, but it's a miserable program for a single person who likes to book things a month or so in advance. Feel free to contact me if you have other? S, I really wish I could "undo" this but once again I got burned by being a little too trusting. I could sue them, sure. They're in pa, so unless you have a cousin lawyer who wants to waste their time on it, you're not going to touch them. Writing this commentary is about the only recourse i'll ever have, and helping people not get sold something they don't want/need would be my biggest pleasure to save you from my experience. The way I see it, if you really want to take a vacation, the economy is so bad right now that you can go just about anywhere you want as cheap as you can with this company, and not have all the restrictions and "gotchas" and you'll appreciate the flexibility. Vacation prices are going to stay cheap a long time, it's the fuel costs in getting there there probably won't get any cheaper over time. Good luck! Sh
from the 7 weeks that you purchased, how would you rate their properties portfolio? Did they let you view the properties before you commit to the package deal? I went to one yesterday, hoping to get a donation of a vacation from them for one of their rental properties, but from all the complaints that i have seen, it may be more of a hassle to the person who won the prize, if Sundance were to donate one. i see the package as a way to get discounted vacations but unless I plan to take muttiple trips in a year, it is not a bargain. Do they have decent properties, at least a holiday inn suites quality and do you find that it was easy to book the properties even 2 months in advance?
Holy S! Thank goodness i decided to investigate this. I just went today and exactly what i am reading happened. EXCEPT i didn't let them talk me into anything! I just drove for an hour and payed toll and gas which frankly pisses me off too but it could be a lot worse from what I am reading. I am going to cancel this so called FREE cruise. I was looking them up too and said to myself this is not going to be worth it. I can see myself sleeping in the worse cabin possible. I had a feeling this was too good to be true. I only wish i turned on my brain before heading out to their office and waisting my time. Damn I could have gotten my dog groomed today as planned! So sorry for anyone who was hurt by these predators! :( .
fraud?
Recently received a call stating that we were selected to receive a free vacation from an entry we filled out a exhibit center. Curious, we called. The vacation and a $20 reimbursement from a restaurant of our choice if we sit through there presentation. Bored, we went.
Sundance presented a very promising vacation package if there were no surprises. Bottom line : 30 vacation weeks for $15, 000 at any of the sundance owned properties across the u.S. A member fee approximately $350 a year to cover trip taxes and service charges even if no trips are taken that year. You pay a booking fee of $99 for every trip booked. You can offer your vacations weeks to anyone you like. Or invite as many people you like for the booking fee and $30 per night for an extra room as need. Other fees are discussed and still each trip is cheap. Wow!
Not the gullible type. Of course, if you sign up now you get additional weeks and access to a surplus vacation list at dirt cheap.
Still, wow. Sundance boast consumer awards, major league sports afiliations and support major charities. It did seem pretty simple. At the presentations end were wisked away by our own private consultant without a chance to take our free consolation trip and $20 dinner out the door.
As we sit in a room at our own table and consultant we are getting anxious. The 60 min of our time is now pushing two hours. We turn the offer down graciously. Our consultant asks if we could wait for her supervisor. Just a formality. The supervisor offers a trial package at a much lower price with the option to pick up the rest of the package at alatere date if the trial lives up to our expectations. They show us marketing materials. We fall hook line and sinker. A little nervous and excited we write a check and leave.
That night we start researching the companies associated with our vacation package. Pulled up the consumer award, major league sports and charity site online and yes, they are affiliated. Whew! As we roll along the web, there it is, my worst nightmare. Dozens of sundance vacation reviews listing scams, misrepresentation, dirty accommodations, no availability, unable to cancel, uncooperative personnel, the list goes on. Never slept that night.
Made the decision to cancel my check, consult an attorney and notify sundance that I made a mistake and see what happens. To my surprise when I explained my concerns over all the bad reviews sundance cancelled our agreement and sent me a confirmation letter.
With all the negative reviews, how could this company still be in business for 19 year? Everyone we have delt with from sundance were informative, courteous and professional.in no way do we feel that the staff in rockaway nj failed to disclose the terms of the vacation package. Just too expensive to take the chance. Hope they are on the up and up and can reverse the poor reputation. Until then, we will keep our money.

scam
I won a 'free vacation' from this outfit. Surprisingly, so did the other people I was with who also filled out entry forms. I did a quick look online, and good grief! This company is horrible! I called them back to tell them to give the 'free vacation' to someone else as I was not interested. I could not get off the phone with the woman! She was trying to argue with me about not being listed by the bbb, and about all of the bad complaints. I literally had to hang up on her. If it's such a great deal, they could easily find some sucker to take my place, isn't that right? I would strongly suggest that if you're unhappy with this outfit, call the place that allowed them to set up their sweepstakes scam and tell them to do their own research into this company. If the place that allowed them in in the first place is sensitive to their own reputation, they might do their homework and cease business with sundance vacations.

scam harrassment
After being scammed into a vacation package deal with tan vacations, sundance vacations, now I am being harrassed at all hours of the day and night by their financer, tri state financial. They call me at least 5-6 times a day from an unknown number, and as long as they don't initially leave a message, they can call me as many times as they want. I've...
