Berkley Jensen 254270
I am trying to get replacement parts for this wood Pavilion Berkley Jensen 254270 because of a bad design on their part.
I am willing to pay for the parts but the company wants to charge me $660 to ship the parts which is about half the cost of what I paid for this product.
There have been several emails sent and I have asked to speak with a manager but they are not reaching out to me.
For Living Gazebo
I purchased a gazebo in June 2022 and had it set up for 2 months. I took it down and stored it in my garage. When I went to put it back up this summer it’s all ripped. I contact customer service and Vivian Lee was no help. She asked me questions then she stopped responding. Your product is junk. The metal stand is wobbly and it is rusting. I paid over $300 for this and had it set up for two months.
Desired outcome: I want a replacement or refund
Gazebo
Purchased a gazebo for almost 500 in April 2020. Installed in June and Used until September. The gazebo top was removed entirely after 4 months of usage. It was washed and stored indoors over the winter. In june the 2021, when putting top back on again. the material completely ripped along the cheaply done single stitch line. I called and fought with customer service for weeks getting nowhere. I asked for an escalation and they would not escalate to the corporate admin office as I requested. They claimed it was out of warranty and would not see the issue beyond the receipt stamped date. Customer Service was HORRIBLE. I have a record of all correspondences. It lasted 4 months for 500!

Gazebo
We purchased a 10x12 gazebo, metal frame, polycarbonate roof panels. After 2 years, the roof panels have started to deteriorate to the point that the outer part of the panels have more holes than surface area. I have been trying for 2 years to reach someone at Sunjoy to order new panels since they are only warrantied for 2 years. I have close to a dozen times where the phone sent me to a holding queue for over 2 1/2 hours due to "high call volume" (this is anytime during the day or night). The store manager from the store I bought it from didn't believe me and called Sunjoy, left it on speaker for over 4 HOURS with no one ever answering his call. We paid over $1, 300 for this in June 2016. It will be junk by the end of this summer 2020. I will NEVER buy another Sunjoy product. Todays call to them had me in the hold queue for 11 minutes and then sent me to a voice mail to be called back. 4th time for this. They never call back. If you are looking for a product that is backed be the manufacturer, this is not it. BUYER BEWARE!
The worst customer services
Don’t buy from the company Sunjoy Industries. I bought replacement parts from them and the price was good, but unfortunately after they got my money, they didn’t provide any info about the order. Their customer services are also bad, ‘coz they didn’t reply and it was shown that the agents were offline all the time. These people are scammers and ###, so be careful if you buy from them as well as post comments about your things with them.
Bought a gazebo missing roof top, been dealing with them since 2016 . They have given every excuse . From fake tracking numbers from Fedex don't even exist . From saying that is back ordered . Horrible company ! Don't buy from sunjoy company or sunnest . They stole my money !
Won't deliver replacement parts
We have been trying to purchase replacement parts for L-GZ212PST since May of 2010. We have already paid for the parts, now we are told it may be until November 2011! A tree fell on the gazebo in Oct 2009, we have been unable to use the gazebo in a year and a half. We paid $600 originally, and last May paid $122 plus shipping for the replacement parts. I already purchased a replacement canopy and screen set, which were also damaged, for $160. So all together I have spent almost $900 and have no gazebo! I spoke to Marshall who said he was a "manager" and he refunded my shipping, and he said he would notate they we were to get free shipping and a replacement canopy when the parts were back in stock. We need these parts, otherwise we have wasted $900 dollars! Please help us!
No stars for this company. Simple request for missing parts ignored forever. Finally received response saying needed invoice proof. Copied and sent all the information I had. Company said "insufficient." Wish I had read all the complaints about Sunjoy before ordering. Never again, and I hope Amazon will cut its ties with the company.
What warranty? Sunjoy does not honor their gazebo warranty and requests more and more documents to "prove" you own a gazebo. Why would I want a replacement canopy that is ripping at the seams after six months if I didn't own it ? They will not honor my proof of purchase with my lease agreement from biglots and proof from the leasing company. My last payment is 4/7/18 and my supposed warranty expires 4/2/17. How convenient for sunjoy. There is no joy in owning anything from them and I will never purchase anything from them again and I will tell the world how terrible their customer service and product is.
