Made a reservation for 8/31, canceled same day it was made. Decided to stop over in another city, talked to clerk who said he would take care of it. Next morning I was charged 89.00 called again and was told clerk put down I was a no show. The man said he was new property manager and would reverse charges. Now it's September 5th and still nothing. I called on the 4th and spoke to yet another man who said that the so called property manager didn't know how to put back in account and that he would do it. Still nothing and I'm extremely angry because I canceled same day and apparently no one knows how to do their job in Lee's Summit Super 8. I want my account reimbursed the 89.00$ and will most defiantly never stay near your Lee's Summit location. I'm a Wyndham rewards member and have never had any kind of issue before.
