I gave Super Deal Auto Group, LLC a deposit of $*** to buy a used car from them on July 29. I ended up buying a BMW 4 series sedan from them. On April 21, we agreed to an auto consignment service for the sale of my 2016 BMW 4 Series sedan. The company promised to pay me the full amount of the final sales price of the vehicle. They paid me a deposit of $*** and had the exclusive right to sell my car. However, they mistakenly sold my car on June 9, at a price lower than I expected without telling me. They kept pretending to sell my car until I found out on my own on October 28. We agreed on a settlement price of ***, but I still haven't received payment.
