On July 31, I used this car wash in Falcon, Colorado to have my vehicle wash. The first set of brushes tore the passenger side mirror housing off. The mirrors were folded in. After exiting the wash tunnel I got one of the attendants to help pick up the pieces and filled out a claim. I was told then that I would be contacted right away and what repair shop they used. 2 weeks went by and I had not heard anything. I went to the car wash and asked for the manager. He was to busy to talk to me and said he would call me back. I waited 3 hours and returned since I had not heard from him. He refused to talk to me and sent one of the attendants out with a copy of my claim with a hand written note on it that said he was denying the claim based on the age of my vehicle. Again he refused to meet with me to discuss. I later received an email that said my claim had been resolved and was closed. I have replied to that as requested and told that this was not resolved, and today received another email that said to contact claims at SSCWS. Email address doesn't work. PLease help.
Desired outcome: I would like the mirror repaired or replaced
My antenna was broken. I spoke with the manager and got paperwork for a claim. He instructed me on how to fill it out. It was submitted to the company. I receive an email denying my claim for insuffient paperwork. What a joke! the paperwork was filled out per instructed by the manager. It is a lame excuse on how super star car wash treats their customers. I have sent 4 emails back to them asking why it was denied when i filled out the paperwork properly. It just excuse not to fix the damage. Buyer beware!
