On February 23rd, 2024, at approximately 2:30, I took, I took my car through the automatic car wash located at 91st Ave and Northern. When my car was pulled into the bay, the top brush started beating up my car pretty badly to the point I thought it was going to break my windows. I immediately exited the car wash and ran to tell the attendant not to let any more cars in the bay due to the damage that the car wash was causing, but he ignored me and proceeded to guide cars into the bay. Immediately the car behind me also had the same issue. Upon inspecting our cars, we both realized the damage that was caused to both of our vehicles. My car’s hood, passenger mirror, passenger quarter panel, widow trim, trunk, and taillight were damaged by the car wash. We asked to speak to a manager, who took an incident report and assured us it would be covered due to the damage being caused by their equipment. The following Monday, the 25th, I received the email from their claims department. I have sent them info, every single time that they request it on the same day. I also went and got three quotes for my vehicle at their request, and have yet to receive a SINGLE response to any of my questions or queries via email. There is not a number you can call, and they have not responded regarding my claim. This is incredibly frustrated due to the amount of damage caused to my car and others, and have been in complete limbo for close to three weeks now. I would like a resolution and I would like to have my car fixed. The issue has been cumbersome, aggravatingly unresponsive, and incredibly inconvenient.
