SuperJeweler Buyer beware

My wedding set has consistently lost stones in the band -- 6 times in 2 yrs. Each time the company takes 1-3 months to repair it. Cumulatively, its been in their repair shop longer than its been on my finger. They consistently refuse to refund this piece of junk.

If you are buying a cheap costume piece of jewelry with no expectation of longevity, then go for it, they're cheap. But if you expect quality and long lasting, buy elsewhere.

Recommendation: AVOID buying here

I had several emails with Andrew Fox, the SuperJeweler CEO. After much explanation on my part, Mr. Fox agreed to resolve the issue and very generously credited me above and beyond my original purchase price as a gesture of ethical goodwill for my hassle and headache. He has been attentive and cooperative and kept a polite head, even when I may not have. If you experience an ongoing issue that is unresolved within the normal chain of command, I recommend going to the top to seek satisfaction. At the end of the day, Mr. Fox was helpful and kind, even assisting me in the selection of a new set which is ultimately much nicer, differently, than my original purchase.

SuperJeweler Disappointing Experience with SuperJeweler: Poor Customer Service and Misleading Product Description

SuperJeweler is a website that sells jewelry. I recently purchased a piece from them and unfortunately, it was not as advertised. However, the other pieces I received were satisfactory. I tried to contact someone for assistance, but I was ignored. The live chat suggested I call in the morning to speak with a manager. I did so, but the manager was unavailable due to a meeting. I never received a callback, so I called back the next day. They provided me with the manager's email address, but I still have not received a response. I believe the manager's name was Jason. It would have been nice to have received some help, but unfortunately, it seems like they were too busy to deal with my issue. To make matters worse, the piece I wanted to exchange is now sold out. Overall, my experience with SuperJeweler was not great.

SuperJeweler SuperJeweler: A Smooth and Stunning Online Jewelry Purchase

I gotta say, I was a bit skeptical about buying jewelry online, but SuperJeweler proved me wrong. I ordered my engagement ring on Feb 9th and let me tell you, the process was smooth as butter. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, sending me messages about the preparation and shipping of my ring. And let me tell you, when I finally received it on Feb 14th, I was blown away. The ring was absolutely stunning and my now-fiancé was over the moon.

SuperJeweler SuperJeweler Review: Cute Diamond Pendant with Great Customer Service

I gotta say, I recently got myself a diamond pendant from SuperJeweler and it's pretty darn cute. Don't get me wrong, I'm definitely happy with my purchase, but I gotta say the picture on the website didn't quite match up with what I got in the mail. The chain it came on is pretty delicate and all, but it's shorter than I was expecting. And let me tell you, that certification card that came with my diamond was a bit of a struggle to read. It was all grainy and hard to make out.

But hey, shopping on their website was a breeze and my order came in real quick. And let me tell you, SuperJeweler is on top of their communication game. They sent me emails left and right, letting me know when my item shipped, when it was gonna arrive, and even followed up after the delivery. That's some good customer service right there.

All in all, I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase and I'd definitely consider shopping with SuperJeweler again.

SuperJeweler Super Jewelers: Quality Products and Exceptional Service - My Go-To for Jewelry Needs!

I gotta say, I was in a real bind. I needed a gift and I needed it fast. I stumbled upon Super Jewelers and decided to give it a shot. I ordered a gold chain on December 22, thinking there was no way it would arrive before the new year. But boy was I wrong! The next day, I got a message saying my order was already on its way. I was blown away!

And then, on the morning of December 24, the package arrived. I couldn't believe it! The chain was absolutely stunning and the price was unbeatable. I looked at a bunch of other places before settling on Super Jewelers, but none of them could match the quality or the service.

I gotta say, SuperJeweler is the real deal. I spent a lot of time browsing their website, trying to find the perfect ring for me. It wasn't easy, let me tell you. I'm super picky when it comes to jewelry, so I had to make sure I got it right. I spent about 3 weeks putting different rings in my cart, looking at them from all angles, and sending pictures to my friends for their opinions. This was a special ring, after all, so it had to be perfect.

Finally, I found the one. It was in the first picture I saw, and I just knew it was the one. So I ordered it and waited anxiously for it to arrive. It took about 2 more weeks, which felt like forever, but when it finally came, I was so excited to open it.

SuperJeweler SuperJeweler: Great Deals and Easy Checkout, but Clarity Could Be Better

The SuperJeweler website is a great place to find some amazing deals on jewelry. The checkout process is super easy and I was able to upgrade the diamond earrings I bought for my wife without any hassle. The delivery was also very impressive, as I received my order within a reasonable time limit.

However, I was a bit disappointed with the clarity of the diamonds I received. They were I2 (low) on the clarity side, which was not what I was expecting. I understand that the items were on a "clearance sale", but I wish I had known upfront about all the Cs. It's partly my fault for not doing my due diligence, but I still think it would have been helpful to have that information readily available.

Despite this, I am still a satisfied customer and would definitely consider buying from SuperJeweler again in the future. I appreciate the excellent customer service I received, as the staff were very thoughtful and knowledgeable. I also liked the fact that I could track my item, which gave me peace of mind throughout the delivery process.

I gotta say, I was a bit skeptical about ordering jewelry online, but SuperJeweler really exceeded my expectations. When I first received the necklace, I have to admit, I was a bit underwhelmed by how small it looked in my hand. But boy, was I wrong! Once I put it on, I was blown away by how beautiful it was. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the attention to detail is impressive.

The necklace itself is stunning. The chain is delicate, which really makes the jewel stand out. The chain is also attached to the top of both sides of the jewel, which keeps it securely in place. I had a bit of a hard time ordering from the SuperJeweler website, but thankfully, I was able to get in touch with Elise who was a real lifesaver. She helped me place my order with ease, and I have to say, it was one of the best online shopping experiences I've had so far. SuperJeweler really knows how to take care of their customers, and they were on top of every step of the transaction. Their communication was top-notch, from the moment I placed my order to the moment it was delivered to my doorstep.

I placed my order on December 23rd, and I was expecting it to be shipped out on December 29th with free 2-day shipping. SuperJeweler Disappointing Experience with SuperJeweler: Delayed Shipment and Poor Customer Service

So, I gotta tell ya, I had a bit of a rough time with SuperJeweler. I mean, I placed my order for this gorgeous ring and they gave me an estimated shipment date. I get it, ya know? They gotta source the gemstones and all that jazz. But here's the thing, it's been over 4 weeks and I still haven't gotten my ring! Like, where is it even? I checked my SuperJeweler account and the shipment tracker, but there's no info to be found. And when I reached out to the employees, they didn't seem to know much either. It's like my purchase is just floating around out there in the universe somewhere.

Honestly, it's been a pretty sad experience so far. And it's not over yet! I've tried contacting them multiple times and all they can tell me is "it will ship today." And now that it's finally shipped, they're telling me the tracker isn't working or that it should arrive soon. Like, come on guys, that's just not good enough!

I really wanted to love SuperJeweler, but this whole ordeal has been a bit of a bummer. I just hope my ring shows up soon and that it's worth the wait.

Yo, I gotta say, SuperJeweler is pretty dope. I've been browsing their site and it's mad easy to find what I'm looking for. They got all kinds of jewelry and I can even search for specific stones and settings. I had a coupon code for $10 off but I lost the paper I wrote it on. I hit up customer service but they haven't gotten back to me yet. It's all good though, I'm still gonna cop some sick pieces for myself and my peeps. I'm hyped to see what they look like in person. Customer service seems chill, but the chat could be faster. I tried it once but didn't get a response in 5 minutes so I bounced. Overall, SuperJeweler is legit. Can't wait to rock their bling.

SuperJeweler Refund

I made a $6849 purchase with them on 7/6. Returned the item next day upon receiving items. Don't understand why this company is giving has not refunded me my money. One rep says I should've been refunded by 7/27/23, another one says it's been processed, another says it's been processed, another says she's going to escalate the matter. Omg superjeweler you need to do better or do I need my lawyer now!

SuperJeweler Shining Diamond Necklace from SuperJeweler, But Cart System Needs Improvement

I gotta say, I got myself a real nice diamond necklace from SuperJeweler a few months back. It's still shining bright and I'm pretty happy with it. So, I thought I'd keep shopping with them and fill up my cart with some more pricey pieces. But, let me tell you, their cart system is a real bummer. You can't move items to a saved cart or even click on the jewelry to take a closer look later on. It's a real hassle, you know? I mean, come on SuperJeweler, get with the program! Take a look at Gemvara's site, now that's a website that knows how to do it right. I've bought some expensive rings from them that I could have easily gotten from you guys instead. But, hey, I'm still gonna keep shopping with SuperJeweler, just maybe not as much as I used to.

SuperJeweler Mixed Experience with SuperJeweler: Lovely Ring, Slow Processing Time, and Poor Customer Service

I recently purchased an engagement ring from SuperJeweler and I have to say, the processing time was a bit longer than I had anticipated. It wasn't clearly stated on the website, so I was a bit disappointed in that aspect. However, the ring itself is quite lovely and I'm happy with my purchase.

I did have a bit of trouble with the company's customer service. I had to reach out multiple times via chat and was told that someone would call me back, but they never did. Eventually, I did receive a call back and the representative was able to give me a delivery date. In the end, the ring did arrive on the promised date, so that was a relief. I do wish I hadn't opted for overnight shipping, as it ended up being unnecessary given the processing time. SuperJeweler Great Jewelry, No Financing: My Experience with SuperJeweler

So, I was looking for a place to finance my wedding rings and I thought SuperJeweler would be a good option since I'm already a customer. But, to my surprise, they wouldn't let me finance through them even though I have good credit. I was really disappointed because I know other places like Zales and Tiffany's offer financing and while they're a bit overpriced, I was willing to pay for the convenience.

I was really hoping to get my wedding rings and bridesmaids rings from SuperJeweler, but now I'll have to go somewhere else. It's a shame because I really like their selection and the quality of their jewelry. I just wish they would offer financing to their customers with good credit like me.

Overall, I still think SuperJeweler is a great store for jewelry and I would recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality pieces. But, if you're looking to finance your purchase, you might want to look elsewhere.

SuperJeweler Disappointing Experience with SuperJeweler: Fake Jewelry and Poor Quality

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at SuperJeweler. I mean, I know they've got a lot of good reviews out there, but I don't think those people are actually wearing the jewelry they bought. I bought an engagement ring for my fianc?e and it was supposed to be worth over a grand, but after just a month, the white gold plating started turning her finger blackish green. I knew something wasn't right, so I took it to a professional to get it checked out. And surprise, surprise - it wasn't real. I mean, I already knew they don't set mined diamonds in fake metal, but I was still pretty disappointed.

So yeah, don't be fooled by their slick marketing. I think they're pretty good at making their jewelry look legit, but it's definitely not worth the money. I mean, if you're just looking for something cheap and flashy, then maybe SuperJeweler is the way to go. But if you actually want something that's going to last and be worth the investment, I'd look elsewhere.

SuperJeweler Shipping Address Issue on SuperJeweler Website - Review

So, I was trying to order some earrings from SuperJeweler and ran into a bit of a problem. The website wouldn't let me add a different shipping address from my billing address. I tried to edit it multiple times, but it kept reverting back to the wrong billing address. It's like the website is forcing me to use the same address for both, even though I unchecked the box for same billing and shipping. Maybe it's because I'm using my cellphone to place the order, I have an android Samsung s20, but still, it should be looked into. Despite this issue, I'm still excited about my new earrings. Can't wait to see them in person!

SuperJeweler Disappointed with SuperJeweler's Emerald Quality and Appraisal Promise

The emerald I received from SuperJeweler looks a bit synthetic to me. I mean, the description says it's a natural oiled one, but it just doesn't look that way. I'm not sure if it's just me or if others have noticed the same thing.

Anyway, I contacted customer service on 4/7 to request an appraisal for my order. They told me that it was sent on 4/8 and that I should receive it within 5-7 days. However, it's been almost a month now and I still haven't received it. I keep asking for proof that it was sent, but they don't show me anything.

I'm a bit disappointed that I didn't receive the appraisal that was promised on the product description. I mean, it's not like I'm asking for something that wasn't already included in the purchase. I hope SuperJeweler can resolve this issue soon.

SuperJeweler Review: Hoping for the Best - Frustrating Sign-Up Process for Online Purchase

So, I haven't gotten my stuff yet, but I'm crossing my fingers that it looks as good as it does in the pictures. I tried to use my Amazon account to log in, but your website kept saying my password was wrong. Amazon said it was right, so I don't know what the deal is there. I had to type in my name and address twice, even though they were the same, and I checked the box that said they were the same. It was a pain in the butt to sign up, let me tell you. I had to make my password a certain way, but then it wouldn't accept it. Ugh. But I really wanted those rings, so I toughed it out. I hope they're as nice as they look in the pictures.

SuperJeweler SuperJeweler.com Review: Hassle and Delayed Refund Process

So, my husband bought me a gift from SuperJeweler.com and it wasn't really my style. I sent it back the very next day after it was delivered by FedEx. I did everything just like they said on their website, but it was a real hassle to get my money back. I had to call and email a bunch of different people before I finally got a refund. I mean, come on, I sent the item back in the same condition I got it in, and it was only one day after I received it. But they still made me jump through hoops to get my money back. It was really frustrating.

Eventually, they did give me a refund, but it took almost three months! That's just ridiculous. I had to keep calling and emailing them to get any kind of response. Finally, they said they would give me my money back because I had the tracking information and one of their employees signed for it. But it shouldn't have taken that long.

Overall, I'm not really impressed with SuperJeweler.com. The whole experience was a hassle and it took way too long to get my money back. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

SuperJeweler Disappointing Experience with SuperJeweler: Broken Earrings, Poor Quality, and No Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with SuperJeweler. I ordered a pair of earrings from them and when they arrived, one of the posts was broken. I sent them back right away and it's been weeks since they received the return, but I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone at the company. I've tried calling their 1-800 number, but no one ever picks up. And when I've tried chatting with their customer service reps, they just keep blaming COVID for the delay and saying that no one has signed for the return. But I have the FedEx receipt showing that it was delivered and signed for!

To make matters worse, the earrings themselves were a total ripoff. I paid $700 for them, but they're worth maybe $20 if I'm being generous. The setting is flimsy and the stone looks like it's made of dirt - it's milky and cloudy and I'm pretty sure it's not even real. Honestly, I've seen better quality jewelry at Walmart.

It took a whole month for the earrings to even arrive in the first place, and now I'm fighting tooth and nail to get my refund like they guaranteed. This company is a total scam and I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money on them.

SuperJeweler 1/4 carat diamond gold earring with screw back

This was ordered for a gift for my son. They said it was delivered but it wasn't. He has a closed mailbox in Hollywood, California.
It was not delivered
Super Jewelry was not helpful at all and keeps asking me to sign affidavit's and give my license number and copy of it. They are not responsive and terrible.
Do Not Buy From Them
Be Warned
They told me not to involve my credit card company.
They told me they could not look into the matter for three days after, I figure that is so they could make sure they got payment.
I am going to report them to the BBB and internet commerce so they can't do this to anyone else.
It will be a month on April 19 and still no earing and no return on my money.

SuperJeweler Customer service

The worst customer service on the planet! My nightmare dealing with this company started in June of 2022. I received my first order which was a heart Diamond necklace. It was ok so I kept it and gave it to my granddaughter. Then game my next 3 orders! I sent them back because they were so cheap looking that I couldn’t give them as gifts! I called the main number and could never get through until the third day of trying. The rep said was rude and when I asked for my money back it was like pulling teeth. After weeks of waiting for a refund I got refund on two of the items and received a store credit on one of them so I can buy another item. I bought another item and still had a 20.00 balance. After chatting with 3 of their reps, they could not refund my 20.00 balance and kept referring me to Jason, the supervisor. I spoke with him and it was awful! He was rude and acted like it was his money he was holding and said he would get back to me. Two weeks in to it and he never got back to me. I called and reached out again. I was going to try and use my 20.00 towards one more item and after 54 minutes chatting with a rep, she sends me an email address to Jason and said I had to send him an email. This was the straw that broke the camel’s back! I asked for the escalation manager or their corporate complaints manager and she refused to give me that information. I googled it and it all pointed back to the same website and phone number I was at to begin with! Not only do they give you the run around to give you your money back, but they have a real problem honoring their own credits and coupons which is bad business. Think twice before you buy from them because the jewelry really does look cheap and if you are in to costume jewelry, this is the place to be.

Desired outcome: I would like them to be more transparent and honest. I would like them to have better customer service and to honor their coupons, credits and discounts,

SuperJeweler Horrible company

I ordered 7 Inch 9 1/5 Carat Peridot And Diamond Alternating Tennis Bracelet In 14k Yellow Gold 4000 dollars worth for my daughter as a wedding gift.
If it's important, its item number is JWL 42101. I ordered it a month ago and haven't received it yet, even though I paid for an expedited shipping. Her wedding day in on Saturday and I guess the bracelet won't arrive.
I am extremely disappointed. I have no words to describe how you made me feel...

SuperJeweler there's still no package

I ordered a necklace for my mother as a gift and expected it at the end of September. Nothing arrived. Oh, I didn't mention that I ordered the item in the beginning of September and they promised its fast delivery as it was expensive. Called them several times, but unfortunately, they didn't do anything helpful. So I have no idea where my very expensive item is and if it stuck at customs it's a disease then...

SuperJeweler They are ridiculous!

I bought a bracelet from www.superjeweler.com as a Christmas present for my wife and received no information regarding my order. Customer service rep said that since they have too many orders I will get mine somewhere in January. I was not satisfied with that and asked them to cancel my order. Recently I called Superjeweler and they said they were already working on it. I hope I'll get my money back soon because I need to buy another present as soon as possible. I will not order anything from Superjeweler again, they are ridiculous!

SuperJeweler The seller hasn't provided order's shipping details

I have bought necklace and ring from www.superjeweler.com. I got the email from the customer services and they asked to verify the order. I did it, so afterwards I thought that I would get the shipping details and information about the order, but there was nothing. The seller suddenly stopped to respond and it was suspicious. I have already informed my bank and if I didn’t get any news from the seller, I would try to return my money back then.

I have bought engagement ring from Super Jeweler .. I found the variety of beautiful rings here and was attracted .The coupon offered for me was 20% savings . I applied that coupon but didn't work . I found many other coupon all over websites but didn't work .I contact their support .They said you have to go their specific link for selected engagement ring, if you want to save 20% . Then i go to their link >> https://t.co/8IZhiEsxc2 . I applied that coupon here but it didn't work again . I contact them again and they said that the offer is expired, available for limited period of time . but i want buy that ring, at the end i had to pay full price . I am middle class with a low budget .I can't afford expensive items . The quality was good but i had to pay the full price ..

SuperJeweler Worst service ever!

My husband bought me a ring few years ago. Several months ago I sent my ring back to get it resized. Few weeks later I received it, but after 3 days it broke! While I was taking a shower the top of the ring broke. So I sent it back again. Few days later I sent them a message asking about the status of my ring. They replied that they need 14 days to fix it. I finally got my ring back two days ago, but it was to small. I still haven't heard a word from SuperJeweler! Sent them multiple emails, demanded a refund, but still no response. Horrible company!

I wouldn’t advise the website www.superjeweler.com. I bought ring from them, but it came too late. It was completely useless, but the seller refused to take it back. He told me that he didn’t care about my problems. I was really disappointed and decided to warn other people, ‘coz the company was awful and the seller behaved like jerk. An attractive pricing sale from one of the biggest sellers on Ebay -SuperJeweler.com drew my attention.14k white gold necklace with 1/4crt round cutting diamond, for only $99.99.Perfect for my NewYear gift to surprise her.============Ordered it with excitements, anticipation,  took more than 3 days to finally confirm shipping.Tracked the parcel and it was delivered so far so good.============Until one morning, I received a phonecall from Fedex Import Team, asking me to provide Commercial Invoice of this item.According to my trading experiences, this is the type of invoice that only seller could provide, and I have no copies of it.So I answered "No, I don't have the invoice with me.""Ok, we will get in touch with your sender instead, "that's all I heard from the call.============As for my knowing, this package would never pass customs without that invoice.Instantly I emailed Superjeweler.com through Ebay about this issue.=============Another day passed, I tracked this parcel again to only realize it still stuck in customs.I had to know what happened, since I got no replies from both Fedex and Superjeweler.com.Full of anxiety, I called Fedex.According to them, this parcel still could not be released by customs because they haven't got any replies from my sender, which was Superjeweler.com.I double-checked Superjeweler's email with Fedex, and added other possible contact information of this seller to their knowing.(You could easily find a seller's contact information through the email of Paypal receipt on that transaction)"Ok I have updated your case and emailed this seller for Comercial Invoice". Fedex answered.=============I was surprised to realise the fact that SuperJeweler was probably unreachable,  since this was my first deal from them(with fingers crossed, hoping this was not a scam), and this was meant for a NewYear gift(though I knew it meant no more due to the delay of package, but I'd still give it a try).=============I waited until it was their business opening time and used the Live Contact of their website -SuperJeweler.comhoping to at least reach someone from their office.Good thing after I sent the message about this issue, a representative named Elizabeth signed into this chatroom and replied me with extremely short answer,  "K we'll reply to that Fedex email".=============Another day passed, I received a phonecall from Fedex that told me they have received the Commercial Invoice, but still needed to enquire me some questions because that invoice was not filled completely.I cooperated and answered them everything I knew about this sale and this necklace, it was almost like an interrogation.After I hung the call, I had mixed feelings.Good thing the wait was worthwhile,  seemed like Elizabeth did look into my case.Even though the invoice shouldn't be left out in the first place, and the resubmitted one was not filled completely, well, at least the needed invoice was finally provided.==================What would happen if I did not use that Live Chat, then this seller would still be unreachable and my parcel was left there to rot?I sent message to SuperJeweler.com again through Ebay to update them about this case and to thank Elizabeth.I also expressed in that message telling them I didn't feel good about how they were being unreachable.===============Another day passed, I tracked this parcel again and found that it had finally been released by customsbut had a indefinite delivery period with Shipment Exceptions status.Again getting no replies from Fedex and Superjeweler, I chose to call Fedex again to look into this case.They said because of the delays on custom paperwork, now this parcel had to wait for days or weeks to get back on track again.Now it's confirmed that my NewYear gift plan was ruined.=============I sent message to Superjeweler again to update this case and told them because of insufficient document provided, my parcel went into a indefinite delays.============So more days passed, it was still the same status whenever I tracked this parcel.Still getting no replies from both Fedex and SuperJeweler, I knew I could only wait.This was a frustrating stage, not sure when this wait would be over.============Another day passed, I finally received the shortest reply from SuperJeweler, "We'll in touch with them, "and that was a reply to my very first message to them about this case.Wow, if I had to wait until this very moment only for you to respond, and did not use that Live Chat function to get this problem solved, my parcel would really go rotten.I replied to that message instantly telling them about how I felt and how disappoined I was, especially since they were such big and power seller on Ebay, I expected more and better from them.==============By the end of that day, I checked my parcel and the status finally changed to Released by Customs, In Transit.Good thing I made moves first before SuperJeweler was able to assist me with anything(In fact,  nothing besides Elizabeth's part)===============Finally the wait was over,  doorbell rung, and this dying parcel finally arrived.I couldn't express how excited I was, I thought I was about to jump-hug that delivery man.It was no longer NewYear when the parcel was here.But at least this parcel was no longer suffering in the customs.================I opened it with anticipation, yet it was dissatisfying.Packaged badly, a zip-locked bag with everything stuffed inside.Sloppy giftbag with a cheap pearl chain inside of it.The certificate card of the diamond looked fabricated.The blue cardboard box was no-way described as elegant.=================Opened it,  listless necklace lying inside.Sponge was trimmed uneven.The chain was too fine, almost breakable.(I strongly suggest not to wear that fine chain to avoid breakage)Diamond looked okay but the clarity was definitely not there.I wondered if it would worth the price that certificate stated.==================I sent another message to SuperJeweler to inform them about the package arrivaland told them the quality of the whole package could be improved.With disappointment, I went to bed.==================Another day passed and I received the following response from SuperJeweler: "The package arrived in 1 week from the U.S, before New Years.This has been by far the worst buyer experience we have ever encountered.Very unfair."What a big accuse!It did arrive after NewYear.They were the unfair one to accuse me as the worst buyer.===================I obliged as a buyer, paid instantly, contacted them instantly when the parcel was stuck in customs, which obviously was not my fault for leaving out Commercial Invoice for paperworks.=================After all those messages I sent, they only responded by now!================1. Missed out commercial invoice which caused this parcel hadindefinite delays.2. Unreachable and never reply to my emails.3. Did not keep me updated in time about this case.4. Did not provide me any assistance or professional advices on this issue.5. Serve me badly by replying extremely short response.6.Accusing me as their worst customer.7. It's clearly their mistake in the first place by leaving out the invoice, yet they don't think they owe me any apologies.8. Made my NewYear gift pointless now.=================All those points just officially made SuperJeweler the most disappointing seller I have encountered.===================Buyers are not here just for shopping leisure, but for a great customerservice as well.I have had pleasant shopping experiences from those little sellers origin from Chinaland, who speak imperfect English yet serve customers so well.They respond fast, even with broken grammar, still good communications.==================SuperJeweler is one of the most power-sellers on Ebay, I trusted them but the fact spoke differently.They really should put themselves into buyers' shoes, and to be moreconsiderate.===================Just look at how many negative feedbacks they received only a few days since January 2014, these comments speak louder.====================If you were a buyer reading this post, be very cautious when trading online and internationally.Power-sellers don't always mean they are good at serving, communications, and providing good quality of packaging and products.=======================If you were a seller, keep in mind that good communications and after-sale service, honesty, sincerity, would help cover up all the other flaws in your business.Once good impressions are left and customers are pleased, they will patronize your store more often, a win-win situation!=======================Thanks for reading my long post, if you have any good/bad shopping experiences to share, or any comments about this post, feel free to respond.======================

SuperJeweler Stay far away from this company

I ordered from their website and it said Guaranteed for Christmas. This was on 12/17/12. The very next day I was in a chat session with their company and they said there was a delay but they would upgrade it to next day and I would get it in time. So the very next day Friday still no tracking number. I chatted again and they guaranteed it would ship out on the weekend and my wife would receive it by Christmas. Low and behold no tracking number and they weren't available to contact until until after Christmas. I did receive a tracking number on Christmas Eve...Really? It was delivered Dec 26th. I called to complain and they apologized saying they were short staffed. Looking at other reviews, others were promised their merchandise by Christmas and they were lied to as well. Stay far away from this company.

I ordered a Moissanite engagement ring over two weeks or more ago. When I ordered I got the impression it would be shipped right away. I've called twice so far and the worker told me that they would ship it out the "next day." I have two-day delivery. Well, I haven't seen hide nor hair of that ring yet! I called again today, and the girl told me that she would put a call into the shippers to see when they plan to ship. But, she also said that she would be gone by the time they called back. She didn't bother to say that someone else could help me, though, because they are open until 8:30 p.m. I had to asked her that!
With the lax customer service-plus no tracking-I'm beginning to worry about the quality of the piece I ordered, and if I'm going to get the ring as described. Please tell me that they do not come from China!
The SuperJeweler staff could use some training in efficiency and customer service. Very disappointing!
