5 opal anniversary ring
I have requested a return label on 3 separate occasion and never received one. The ring is way below Stauers excellent quality items we have and still do enjoy with past purchases. I was asking for an exchange but I have changed my mind. Since I never got the return label I have worn the ring about 5 times and now the gold plating has come off all the way around the ring base and shows a tarnished silvery color. This ring is disgusting and I want a refund. Please send a self stamped envelope or return label, 4th request. I like style of ring but if they are all made this poorly I do not want to exchange. I'll return ring and you can refund me full price. The night we bought ring we took out the 1 yr. Platinum membership and so far that doesn't seem to mean much either. Stone fell out of cross
I purchased a walking stick, ring and a cross from Sauers for my husband. First the walking stick fell over onto the carpet from leaning on the counter. The turquoise on top shattered! I took it to my jeweler and asked him to fix it since I hadn't purchased insurance thinking your products were well made. My mistake! My jeweler couldn't find a full piece to replace it so used ground turquoise cemented with resin to replace the tip. After the walking stick was repaired, the stone fell out of the ring. Again my jeweler was luckily able to reset it. Following that, a stone fell out of the cross. It is a small piece of turquoise cut in a tear drop. My jeweler is unable to match it or even find a replacement. I need to send the cross back to you so it can be fixed! Received the ring on December 27th. Only had it a month and it started to tarnish on the band. I never put it in anything harsh to cause this. It's states it's.925 sterling silver but have big big doubts. I have had a right on for 3 years that sterling silver and I have never taken it off for anything and it's just like new. Also the stone is loose. My fiancee contacted the company and they stated they couldn't do anything about it since he didn't take the insurance. What a crock of crap. Sell this fake stuff and stick it to the people. I will never every buy anything from this company ever and will make sure everyone I know never does either. The jewelery they sell is terrible and they will not refund the money. I have bought rings from a bubble gum machine that was made better.

I ordered a ring for my mother. She was a faithful customer and VIP. The order was made on approx 11/2/22. She received the ring on approx 11/11/22. My mother passed away 11/14/22. I, her daughter and Executrix of the will, returned the item By USPS. Making sure it was weighed for correct postage. I received no tracking number for this item. That was on 12/19/22
After several phone calls, Emails etc. the Company says they have no way of knowing it was returned. The $88.16 she paid for this ring needs to be reimbursed

Tanzanite 5 Stone Ring amd paying for the ring
I could not find any other place to get a hold of anyone to talk to. In October
I sent the ring back after wearing it and after looking at it one day

Stauer Timemaster Watch
I bought this watch in May 2021. This week I had to replace the battery. I had a difficult time replacing the battery and a more difficult time replacing the back cover. When I tried to apply pressure to the back to try to force it into place the watch screen shattered making the watch unusable. I would like to get a new front plastic face. Please advise.

Expired coupons sent to me as part of my membership
On November 18th I purchased a pair of earrings that had a promotional value of $39.99. During the purchase process your Associate offered me the membership if I paid $99.00 which I accepted, so my credit card was actually charged $99.00. I received by mail a set of four Stauer Platinum member coupons of $50.00 off valid for 90 days and 180 days respectively on any purchase.
I tried to make purchases for Christmas and wanted to make use of the coupons. To my surprise, all of coupons came up Expired on line.
I then tried to solve the issue by phone. Your associated did not seem to know how to handle it, she said she needed to get help but everybody was very busy at the time, they said they would call me back, it never happened, so I could not make my purchase.
Also the 10% discount offered to members was not offered as I did not have a code to exhibit.
Due to the above, I am requesting a refund of $50.00 that I supposedly paid at the time of my preliminary purchase of $99.00 and the cancellation of my membership.
Only one month has elapsed since my preliminary purchase and I am already finding out that the advantages offered with the membership are not working for me or do not exist.
I trust you will process my refund and cancel my membership as this is a legitimate reason.

Stauer talks you into a "platinum service" and says you will get discounts plus four $50 coupons to use on any order but the catalogues you get always come with a discount number (like so much off or a percentage off) and since you can only use one discount the four $50 credits they send you with the glossy "platinum package" are useless as is some cards they give you. You can never use your original discounts as each catalogue shows special "discount" price and it always in fine print... Can not be used with any other discounts... Stay away from stauer! Early in December I received a brochure stating that two king of the jungle walking sticks were available for the price of one to platinum club members under special item number. I ordered these on19 December, order number J41053080001.
On 24 December package was received with item number 37293 and containing only one walking stick. As the second walking stick was to be a Christmas gift I was less than thrilled being charged the full price and receiving only one walking stick when brochure clearly stated two were for sale at price of one.
