Never ever go into business with this service provider. I had an lte line with them that worked perfectly in 2022, after the sales pitch knocked me off my feet about their air Fibre, I upgraded or should I say I thought I upgraded. The Installation was done after 20.00 at night beginning February 2023. After load shedding that night it never worked again. Every single day I called and created never ending tickets, the technician came through so many times, I didn't even use the service for 24 hours. I again make endless calls for the service to be canceled. We then used Telkom lte. Next best they were debiting my bank account so I followed up on both cancellations, they were not done. I made arrangements with them to collect their sir Fibre, which they did. I went personally to their Mtn offices on 14th Avenue to deliver all 2 routers and chargers, luckily I took a pick off the finalised paperwork. I received a call from a guy, Jaydee who said my matter would be resolved, thst clearly I did not owe them and all the apologies under the sun. His call finally gave me peace about this service provider. Kanto Every month to date they kept debiting me and I reversed the debits. In September I decided to go back to their offices, only to be shocked told that I now owe the approximately R8000, the routers I tokk personally to their offices, only 1 was booked in. I stayed there for hours demanding to speak to a manager, nothing. Eventually a guy Nelson Hart came to assist with another lady Kgomotso. Explained that the lady that worked on my account resigned she had not ever looked at my account and just referred it for me to pay. The 2 made promised the matter to be resolved within 48 hours. Today is 27 October, my emails are no longer being responded to. Last I was told the matter is at Exco. Stay far from Supersonic they will make your life a misery
