*RE: Incomplete product provided, No client service, billed for service not received, billed for defective router.*
Subscribed and received an *incomplete and used router*. Despite attempts to get Supersonic to rectify the situation, couldn't utilize the service. Logged complaints through various Supersonic contact points, but received absolutely no support – not just lackluster, but *complete absence of support*. None. It's a black hole of frustration.
Furthermore, I was billed twice for a service I was never even able to access. Astonishingly, upon canceling my account due to frustration, they took it a step further – instead of addressing the issue of the defective router and collecting it, *THEY INVOICED ME FOR THE FAULTY ROUTER I HAD BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT!*
This company's behavior is a disgrace; their conduct verges on the unethical and resembles a scam; they're clearly unable to provide the service their client's pay them to deliver.
They've fail in fulfilling the fundamental roles of an ISP: *PROVIDING* *SERVICE*, support, and *functional INTERNET* to paying customers. Their inability to meet the basic responsibilities of their business is both outrageous and abysmal.
I strongly advise avoiding them at all costs, unless you enjoy disputing charges with your credit card vendor.
Desired outcome: Refund all automatic deductions for services that I was never able to utilize.Refund the automatic deduction for the DEFECTIVE ROUTER THEY CHARGED ME FOR! Retrieve their used and incomplete router, with expenses covered by them.
