I placed an order on May 29th. A week went by with no contact from the company and their site boasted most orders go out within 2 days. I contacted the company and was offered the usual excuses by ‘Jacques’ and was assured my order would go out. Another several days went by without hearing anything. I contacted ‘Jacques’ and asked him to just cancel my order since it hadn’t yet shipped. He told me that I wouldn’t believe how busy he’s
been, but assured me that my item was marked as ‘shipping’. Another week went by with no contact or shipping confirmation. So I again contacted ‘Jacques’, but got a message saying that they were out of the office and closed for a few days!
It’s been over two weeks and I’ve gotten nothing but excuses and promises when at this point, I just want my order canceled and my money back.
Since I can’t seem to get my order and ‘Jacques’ refuses to cancel it, I have put in a dispute with my credit card company for the charge.
Recommendation: Use caution when ordering from this company. They seem to have some issues.
This is absolutely ridiculous! You placed an order, and all you’ve gotten are excuses from Jacques. Unacceptable. You've been more than patient, but now it's time to get tough.
First, let Jacques know you mean business. Tell him directly that you want your order canceled immediately and a full refund issued. Make it clear that you won't accept any more excuses. If he doesn't comply, take your issue public. Post your experience on social media and tag Superwater Scrtd. Companies hate bad press, and this will get their attention.
You’re already on the right track disputing the charge with your credit card company. Make sure to document all your interactions with Jacques and the company. This will strengthen your case. Don't let them get away with this. Demand the service and respect you deserve, and don't stop until you get your money back.
