Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Repeatedly ignore emails and they customer contact phone number says to email them, which as stated above does not get replies. It appears as though the only time they address issues is when a complaint is filed with the Complaintsboard.com or legal actions are filed. They issue store credits when they make the mistake.

Contacted 3-4 other times explaining the website had glitched and that i would at least like a store credit so they dont lose money on the shirt, or to change it out with another product and they've just been ignoring my emails. today i get an automated email saying that the shirt that i ordered had shipped. Honestly, i know supreme is a huge company that probably wont really care about their rating on Complaintsboard.com (since its close to a 1 star) but seriously. the level of customer service is complete and utter garbage, at least have the decency to say that the shirt couldn't be exchanged for a store credit or another item. but nope, ended up with a t shirt i didn't want and literally 0 contact or regard for their customers. I am just one customer, so what do i know.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company should be put out of business. There is a complete disconnect between the price of the items and the level of customer service. You would have loyal customers if you could simply talk to someone on the phone or receive a helpful reply to an email. Kids are spending hundreds of dollars buying this ***. Shame on whoever's idea it was to offer nothing to your faithful followers in terms of service. Capitalism at its absolute worst. A company with no soul. I hope another company starts offering better service because Supreme will quickly lose all of its customers. The only reason you get away with it is that you are dealing mostly with a younger crowd. Every kid I know who buys from you hates your website and is starting to hate your company and brand because of it. Someone will soon offer you some legitimate competition and, as always, happens, consumers will vote with their wallets and go elsewhere. I will laugh when it happens. In the meantime, eternally grateful for credit cards that reverse charges to fraudulent companies like yours. Check your conscience. You're ripping off children.

After logging in through ***, it confirmed my order, when usually I am returned to the merchant website to review the order purchase before proceeding. Instead, the transaction immediately processed even though I instantly closed the app. The item costs $612.02. I have never shopped at Supreme before. I called them as soon as it happened but there was an automated message that you stated you can only contact them through email. I emailed them right away and got a standard automatic response with no remorse. Supreme does not allow cancellations once an order has been placed. On March 10th I ordered a Hoodie from this business and shortly after my Order # *** shipped out to me. I was at work when it was marked delivered and when I came home it was not here. With products from merchants such as supreme it is common for people to ready the labels and see its from supreme and steal the package because of the value of their products. I messaged their support team regarding my order # *** being missing and was told Id have to wait *** days for an investigation from *** to be resolved so I could be refunded. Fast forward to yesterday almost a month later they have stopped replying to my emails so I email them again to ask on the status and what do I get? The same email saying I would have to wait *** days for an investigation when they told me that same thing a month prior. This is getting out of hand, I need to be refunded or sent a replacement Im tired of waiting on such an incompetent support team to help me!

Supremes items sell out in seconds due to the fact that automated bots purchase the items as soon as they are available. This makes the website very glitchy and doesnt allow a customer much time to review anything when trying to select the item theyre after. All of this makes for lots of inaccurate orders such as this order of mine. I reached out to the company to inform them of the mistake within half an hour of getting the order information for the wrong item and was met with a very short and unhelpful response indicating they would not cancel the order for the wrong item. This is the second time this has happened and I am beyond frustrated that Supreme wont assist when a wrong item is purchased and thats just horrible customer service. I am requesting a cancellation of the wrong item and a refund of the purchase amount.

I ordered a sundress from company and paid $19.95. I received a tracking number from *** states my package was delivered. The address to my home is not available on the tracking information however, just says my town. The package also says it is over 5 lbs. This is a $20 sundress, it does not weigh 5 pounds. I've recently had trouble with a return I made for order ***. The item was delivered to Supreme's warehouse on May 10th (tracking number available upon request - I've sent this to support). On May 21st, I received an email saying that $21.70 in store credit was issued. However, the item I returned was the South2West8 fleece jacket, which was $198 plus 8.5% sales tax (San Francisco), coming out to a total of $214.83 that should have been credited. It looks like Supreme has mistakenly credited me for the Hanes socks ($20 + 8.5% tax = $21.70) that I had in the same order, but this was not what I returned and it isn't a returnable item. I have the original post office receipt for the shipment that also verifies the package weight and sent that to your team. In summary, I am missing $193.13 (the difference between $214.83 and $21.70) in store credit, as a $214.83 credit should have been issued. Hoping to get some help here since I'm struggling to get replies via email. Thanks

I was browsing the supreme app as I am a good customer for a number of years. The app froze and I received an email that I had purchased a jacket. This was not an intentional purchase. I need my order to be cancelled and refunded. Supreme makes it impossible for anyone to talk to a rep and have orders cancelled but this is not buyers remorse. It is an unwarranted purchase. Again, I have been buying their clothing for years but this order is not correct
This morning (March 24), I added the black denim crusher hat to my cart and somehow checked out a jacket. The black denim crusher was the only thing in my cart, but after entering my payment information, I was redirected to the order confirmation showing the Summit Series Rescue Mountain Pro Jacket. This order was placed in the app. Order #*** After seeing the incorrect information on the confirmation screen, I took a screenshot and emailed the support email address. I received a reply immediately saying there are no cancellations. This e-mail must have been an automated response because the response was in my inbox immediately (within a matter of seconds) after my email was sent. How can I be charged for something that I didnt even add to my cart? This is ridiculous. Please cancel this order immediately. I have already contacted my bank and opened a dispute regarding this transaction.

Supremenewyork gave me 228$ of store credit instead of refund for it which is fine because i always buy cloth from them. Since then, I have been trying to use my store credit but it never work. and the worst part is you have to fill up all the billing info and click process payment and just pray for the store credit to pop up and it never did and everytime i had to use my credit card for the order. It's not the first time I'm trying to use store credit but i guess they forget to add the credit under my email address or some other error. and everytime I tried to use my store credit it just charge the full amount under my credit card. When *** opened up the bag to inspect the new pants, they found a manufacturers defect on the left leg. Nothing that I or they did. The product is defect and cannot be worn or resold, even thought they are new with the tags on them and have never even been tried on. I contacted Supreme to let them know that the pants were just opened and there was a manufacturers defect on them and I would like a refund or credit to be issued since they cannot be worn (since the hole/defect would tear) or sold damaged. They have replied with that they cannot fix the pants or replace the pants, and that is it. No refund, no credit, I am just supposed to be stuck with a defect $373 dollar pair of pants that no one can wear without doing damage to them and cannot be sold new since they are defective. When I bought these pants they were supposed to be new without damage, that is not the case.

I was helping a friend get an item and I wanted to pre fill out my payment info so I can get through to checkout service as fast as possible (which is important with these types of companies). I am supposed to have an online shop credit of $119.76 since Supreme doesn't offer refunds. The email sent to me stated "Your store credit has been granted for $119.76. It may be applied to any order on our web shop until Nov 24, 2022. Simply checkout using your email *** and you may choose to apply this credit." I placed a new order on the Supreme website (Order #***) and used my *** to checkout because in the email regarding the shop credit, it said to checkout using my email. However, I did not see the option to select and apply the credit of $119.76 that I have and got charged again on my ***. I do not think this is fair to me as a customer. Furthermore, I attempted checking out filling out my email and credit card information but didn't see the option of using my online store credit. The email confirmations for the orders I have bought were sent to me and stated to "please allow 3-5 business days for processing and another 5-7 days for shipping". Let me mind you that this order was placed on November *** and It was now December *** and I have just received the shipping email for my orders which is completely different from what they said in their original email stating that orders would be processed within five days. Shortly after the order was placed, the charge had dropped from my account and reflected a reversal from Supreme, only to find over two weeks later they would process it through and take nearly $400 out of my account. In summary, Supreme values money over their customers and they are manipulative. I have never seen a company that holds your funds for two or more weeks but won't allow cancellations. Another order from Supreme, also amounting to nearly $400 was delivered on December ***. When I opened the package, I found the item not in packaging or anything like if it was brand new. I've tried everything to resolve this with them privately.

In the act of purchasing the app had continuously glitched and was making it difficult to purchase the correct size and item. Not to note that the items are nothing like the images show. I come to see that all of my products were in the wrong size minus two of them. I am completely upset at the customer service as it is not consumer friendly and makes it virtually impossible to receive your money back. As a consumer of this company one is disappointed as to how we are not prioritized and instead sucked off our money and force to deal with it with no voice or choice. Instead they give you a store credit forcing you to endure once again the glitching and mess of the entire app. I am desiring a refund on both of my purchases minus 3 items in total (the denim trucker jacket & the hooded sweatshirt/ and one of the chapstick). I did not realize at the absurd quantity of chapstick that was added and items that i had not realize were in my cart such as the book bag and the beanie. Not to mention the fact that these sizes are completely wrong minus the hooded sweatshirt and the denim trucker jacket. As a working class citizen this is absurd at how difficult the return process is and being succumbed to a store credit at a store i want nothing else to do with. The Cart total was 198 USD, *** was *** USD and the total was *** USD or *** CAD as I live in *** and had to pay extra fees on top. The item that that was purchased had a defect on the logo stitched on the front of the jacket. The stitching was crooked and looked off center and was of poor quality. Reached out to supreme to get a refund for the defect only to get what seemed to be an automated response saying that nothing could be done. Initiated a return request from the shipment confirmation email and explained my situation and got authorization to ship back on the same day. Since I live in ***, I had to end up paying an extra *** CAD out of my own pocket to ship back to supreme in *** through *** in the hopes that I would get a full refund. Supreme ended up sending me an email saying that I am given store credit of 198 USD and no refund would be given.I find this treatment of Supremes customers to be absolutely disrespectful and unacceptable. Instead of a refund they issued me a credit. They originally told me the credit was linked to my account when I log in and could be applied at checkout. I keep trying to buy and all of a sudden they dont have an option to log in to your account anymore and now Im extremely confused on how to use my credit. I contacted Supreme the same day and told them how I did not get my pair of shoes even though *** tracking said delivered. They filed a claim, and never got back to me after. I had to write multiple emails for them to say that *** confirmed that they delivered. How is that possible? I live in an apartment and they usually hand me the packages in person and I sign for everything. This time there was no proof of delivery and no signature. So, then, I ask supreme to re-open the case, which they allegedly did. A day later, i get an e-mail saying that my address and information was banned because I have had 1 lost package before out of all the my purchases. Which is true, and *** has completely refunded and taken responsibility of that one, just like they should have this time. After that I wrote tens of emails and was told to contact my bank after being ignored like 5-6 times. I write one last email and still don't get a reply. However I wake up to a refund e-mail, even though I have never asked for one. All I was asking for was for them to investigate and try to find my pair of shoe and nothing more. I was surprised today that I couldn't checkout a pair of socks, probably because of "address" issues and I really believe that the Supreme representative had banned my address for no reason, even though I have done nothing wrong. I have been a supporter of this company for a while, and have bought items for retail or even for resale, because I really love the brand. But I was disappointed that they ban people for no reason just like that. It was not my fault that an order of mine had gone "lost", a.k.a. probably stolen, as I have seen horror stories of people finding out that their items got stolen by *** drivers from their cameras. Anyway, I don't want to assume anything. But I do believe that this company doesn't know how to treat their customers. And I was very disappointed with what they did. All I want is for them to reach out and fix my issue. I have nothing to hide, I told them multiple times that they could do all the investigations that they want, and that they can come search my house and do whatever they want. I have not received my item. I have never lied or avoided them. Truth always wins and that's a fact.

Terrible customer service, Contacted on 4/24 to cancel an order i had just placed after their website glitched on a different item i was trying to get on a Thursday drop. didnt contact me back until 4 days later saying the item could not be canceled even though it had not even been shipped yet. Contacted 3-4 other times explaining the website had glitched and that i would at least like a store credit so they dont lose money on the shirt, or to change it out with another product and they've just been ignoring my emails. today i get an automated email saying that the shirt that i ordered had shipped. Honestly, i know supreme is a huge company that probably wont really care about their rating on Complaintsboard.com (since its close to a 1 star) but seriously. the level of customer service is complete and utter garbage, at least have the decency to say that the shirt couldn't be exchanged for a store credit or another item. but nope, ended up with a t shirt i didn't want and literally 0 contact or regard for their customers. I am just one customer, so what do i know.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This company should be put out of business. There is a complete disconnect between the price of the items and the level of customer service. You would have loyal customers if you could simply talk to someone on the phone or receive a helpful reply to an email. Kids are spending hundreds of dollars buying this ***. Shame on whoever's idea it was to offer nothing to your faithful followers in terms of service. Capitalism at its absolute worst. A company with no soul. I hope another company starts offering better service because Supreme will quickly lose all of its customers. The only reason you get away with it is that you are dealing mostly with a younger crowd. Every kid I know who buys from you hates your website and is starting to hate your company and brand because of it. Someone will soon offer you some legitimate competition and, as always, happens, consumers will vote with their wallets and go elsewhere. I will laugh when it happens. In the meantime, eternally grateful for credit cards that reverse charges to fraudulent companies like yours. Check your conscience. You're ripping off children.
Horrible customer service. Repeatedly ignore emails and they customer contact phone number says to email them, which as stated above does not get replies. It appears as though the only time they address issues is when a complaint is filed with the Complaintsboard.com or legal actions are filed. They issue store credits when they make the mistake.
