Exceptional Service at Hyundai Dealer on Fullerton Ave in Chi-Town: Shoutout to Chris and Ed!
Yo, I gotta say, the service department at the Hyundai dealer in Chi-town on Fullerton Ave is legit. Chris and Ed are the real MVPs. They always hook me up with the best service for my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe. They're always respectful and make me feel like a part of the fam. Every time I roll up, they greet me by name and make sure my ride is in tip-top shape.
I've been going to this spot for years and I gotta say, Chris and Ed are the reason why. They're exceptional employees and I always recommend this dealership to my homies and fam. If you're looking to buy a new ride, this is the spot to hit up.
I just wanna give a shoutout to Chris and Ed for all the years of service. Y'all are the real deal and I appreciate you. Keep doing what you're doing and I'll keep coming back. Much love, Janet Olivera.
SureCritic: A Misleading Website for Automotive Service Reviews
SureCritic is a website that claims to provide reviews of automotive service companies. However, I have found that this website is not as trustworthy as it seems. It is not transparent about the fact that it is paid for by the very companies that it claims to review. This is a major issue because it makes the reviews on the site suspect.
SureCritic has appointed 'dealers' who sell subscriptions to automotive service companies. This means that the companies being reviewed on the site are paying for the privilege of being reviewed. This is a clear conflict of interest and makes it difficult to trust the reviews on the site.
What's more, SureCritic goes to great lengths to hide its relationships with the auto service companies being reviewed. This is a major red flag and makes it clear that the website is not interested in providing honest and unbiased reviews.
As a result, I believe that SureCritic is a useless and downright misleading website. It leads visitors to believe that they are making informed decisions when selecting service providers, but in reality, they are likely to be misled. This is a major problem and makes it difficult for consumers to make informed decisions about which automotive service companies to use.
In conclusion, I would not recommend using SureCritic to find automotive service companies. The website is not transparent about its relationships with the companies being reviewed, and this makes the reviews on the site suspect. Instead, I would recommend doing your own research and finding reviews from other sources that are more trustworthy.
SureCritic Review: A Sneaky Little Game That Hurts Businesses
We had this service at our shop and let me tell you, it was a real pain in the neck. The company makes it so darn easy to write a review, but then they go and steer all your customers away from the big name review sites like Yelp and Google and over to their own little SureCritic review site. It's like they want to keep all the good reviews for themselves!
And let me tell you, it really messed with our shop's ratings. All our 5-star reviews ended up on this obscure review site that no one's ever heard of, while all the so-so reviews ended up on Yelp or Google (or both!). It was like we were being punished for not playing by SureCritic's rules.
Over time, this really started to hurt our shop's Yelp rating. We went from a solid 5 stars to a measly 4.5 stars. And it's not like our customers are stupid - they know that a 1-star review on SureCritic is unlikely to be seen by anyone. But the folks at SureCritic seem totally oblivious to this unsustainable issue.
All in all, we were not impressed with SureCritic. It's like they're trying to create their own little review empire, and they don't care who they hurt in the process. If you're looking for an honest review of a business, I'd recommend sticking with Yelp or Google. At least they don't play these sneaky little games.
SureCritic Fails to Publish Honest Reviews: My Experience with Peninsula Truck Repair
I had a really bad experience at Peninsula Truck Repair in Redwood City, and I wanted to share my thoughts on SureCritic. I wrote a negative review, but it never showed up on the site. I waited patiently for a month and tried again, but still no luck. I'm not sure what's going on, but it seems like SureCritic might be more interested in helping auto dealerships and repair shops advertise than in providing honest reviews.
I'm not the only one who's had this experience. Other customers have reported that their reviews never made it onto the site, even after multiple attempts. It's frustrating to think that we're not being heard, especially when we're trying to warn others about bad experiences.
I think it's time to go back to using Yelp, Google Reviews, and other reputable review sites. SureCritic might be a good idea in theory, but if they're not going to publish honest reviews, then what's the point? As a consumer, I want to know that my voice is being heard and that I can trust the reviews I read. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like SureCritic is the place for that.
Top-Notch Customer Service at Empire Hyundai in Fall River: A Royal Five-Star Rating
If you're lookin' for some top-notch customer service, then you gotta check out Empire Hyundia in Fall River. Let me tell ya, Preston on the sales floor and Andrew in the service department are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the amazing group of Hyundia employees at this place. I'm a proud owner of a 2020 Hyundia Venue named Ivy, and every time I call up to set up regular maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations, they work with my schedule and I never have to wait longer than I'm told.
When I bought my car, the paperwork process was smooth as butter and I felt totally relaxed. They explained all the forms in detail and there were no hidden costs or fine print to worry about. The folks at Empire Hyundia are patient, polite, and an absolute pleasure to do business with. To be completely honest, giving them a 5-star rating just doesn't seem like enough. This car dealership and service center deserve a royal five-star rating, no doubt about it.
SureCritic: The Most Accurate and Trustworthy Review Site
I've been a SureCritic customer for more than five years now, and I can say with confidence that the reviews on this site are as accurate as they come. What sets SureCritic apart from other review sites is their strict policy against deleting reviews. This means that businesses cannot simply remove negative feedback, and it encourages them to be more responsive to their customers.
If you see a business with mostly five-star reviews on SureCritic, it's because they earned it the hard way. They went above and beyond to satisfy their customers, and that's why they have such a great reputation on the site. SureCritic only sends review requests to customers who have verified transactions, which ensures that the reviews are genuine and trustworthy.
Of course, there are some cases where reviews may be deleted. For example, if a customer calls for an estimate but doesn't end up doing business with the company, their review may be removed. However, these cases are rare, and they don't detract from the overall accuracy of the site.
It's unfortunate that SureCritic is often lumped in with other review sites like Yelp, which are known for their shady practices. SureCritic goes to great lengths to ensure that the consumer experience is accurate and unbiased, and they deserve recognition for that. If you're looking for a reliable source of reviews, I highly recommend giving SureCritic a try. You won't be disappointed!
Sure Critic Review: Verified or Manipulated Customer Reviews?
Sure Critic is a website that claims to have verified reviews from actual customers. They say that they achieve this by getting customer information from the service shop that subscribes to their service. Then, they send emails to those customers asking them to rate their experience with the shop. They pick the best reviews to post on their website. This way, customers are more likely to write a positive review because they know that it is associated with their own identifiers. This prevents any retaliation from the shop at their next visit.
However, there are some concerns about this process. For example, service shops do not disclose their subscriptions to 3rd-party services. This means that they do not ask for your consent to release your information, such as your name, address, phone number, email, VIN, license plate, make, and model. The scope of using your information is not limited, and it can be used and shared perpetually.
In my opinion, repair shops should focus on doing a good job and using ethics instead of subscribing to services like Sure Critic. They should rely on reviews posted directly by customers instead of trying to manipulate them in exchange for customers' information. This way, customers can trust that the reviews they read are genuine and not influenced by any outside factors.
SureCritic: The Best Review Solution for the Automotive Industry
SureCritic is, without a doubt, the best review solution for the automotive industry. All the reviews are written by verified customers, which gives dealership management a great insight into how well they are doing. If there is an issue, SureCritic allows management a chance to clear it up before a negative review is posted. This is a win-win situation for both the dealership and the customer because the customer can have their issue resolved, and rescore the store, while the store doesn't suffer from a negative review that could have just been a lack of communication. As far as I know, no one else does this in the automotive industry.
One thing I really appreciate about SureCritic is that their sites are dedicated to the dealership and don't advertise their competitors. If someone is reading positive reviews that I worked hard to get, why would I want competitors' ads and directions on my review site? It just doesn't make sense. SureCritic is the most effective solution I've found for getting customers to quickly review a store and build a large number of reviews that other solutions just can't do as effectively.
Overall, I highly recommend SureCritic to anyone in the automotive industry who wants to improve their online reputation and get more customers through the door. With SureCritic, you can be sure that your reviews are coming from verified customers, and that you have the opportunity to address any issues before they become negative reviews. Plus, with dedicated sites that don't advertise competitors, you can be sure that your positive reviews are getting the attention they deserve.
My Experience with SureCritic: Company-Controlled Reviews?
Yo, so I gotta update y'all on my experience with SureCritic. So, I had posted a review about Werner Genesis in Tallahassee, FL and it was pending for two whole days. I gave them a 2-star rating because their service department was giving me a hard time. So, I called up SureCritic to see what was up with my review and they told me that it got deleted because the company didn't agree with me. Like, what the heck? If the company is controlling the reviews, then what's the point of even having a review platform? It's like SureCritic is just an arm of the corporation, you know what I'm saying?
Anyway, I did some research and found out that other people have had similar experiences with SureCritic. But, I've used Google and Yelp reviews before without any issues. So, I don't know what's up with SureCritic. All I know is that the service rep at Werner Genesis doesn't answer the phone and doesn't return calls from messages. It's frustrating as heck, man. But, I did go up the line to higher supervision and hopefully, I'll get better results from Werner Hyundai/Genesis.
UPDATE: So, the CEO of SureCritic got involved and my review did end up getting posted. I'm glad that Mr. Brondstetter took the time to get the issue resolved. But, I hope that the company will streamline the process and make sure that reviews are posted in a more timely manner. Ain't nobody got time to wait around for their review to get approved, you know what I'm saying?
Shady Business: My Experience with SureCritic and Their Deceptive Practices
Yo, I gotta tell you about my experience with SureCritic. It's been a real rollercoaster, let me tell you. So, I was trying to get in touch with the service department and they straight up weren't answering the phone. Like, what's up with that? After three whole days of leaving messages, I finally got a call back and made an appointment for an oil change. But let me tell you, that oil change took two and a half hours, even though I had an appointment! And to top it off, the multi-point inspection claimed they set all my tires to 36 psi, but they were still at my settings of 33 and 35 psi. Like, what's the point of even doing an inspection if you're not gonna do it right?
But wait, it gets worse. The technician wrote up my cabin air filter as a "critical safety" item, but I change it myself and it was totally fine. And when I went to pay, I couldn't find the cashier and was told I had to pay someone in a little room outside on the left. Like, what kind of Mickey Mouse operation is this?
But here's the real kicker. I gave them three stars on SureCritic, trying to be nice and all, and then they called me up offering a free oil change or detail if I changed my review to five stars. Like, what kind of shady business is that? And now, my review isn't even on SureCritic anymore. They straight up deleted it! So, don't trust the ratings on SureCritic, they're just bribing customers to get good reviews. It's all a bunch of phony baloney if you ask me.

SureCritic Fails to Deliver Honest Reviews: My Experience
SureCritic ain't all that great, to be honest. I mean, I tried to leave a bad review for this one place, and it just got pushed down or didn't even show up at all. What's the point of having a review site if you can't even leave an honest opinion? It's useless, if you ask me. I don't know if it's some kind of algorithm or what, but it's definitely not fair. I mean, I get it, businesses want to have good reviews, but come on, let people have their say. It's not like we're trying to ruin anyone's reputation or anything. We just want to share our experiences, good or bad. So, yeah, I wouldn't really recommend using SureCritic if you're looking for honest reviews. It's just not worth the hassle.
SureCritic Review: A User-Friendly and Legitimate Review Website
So, I decided to give SureCritic a try and post my review again. This time, it was easy to find and I was able to see other reviews as well. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
I appreciate that SureCritic verifies reviews to ensure they are legitimate. It gives me confidence that the reviews I am reading are from real customers and not fake ones. The website also allows businesses to respond to reviews, which I think is a great feature. It shows that the business cares about their customers and is willing to address any concerns or issues.
One thing I did notice is that there are not as many reviews on SureCritic compared to other review websites. However, I think this is because the website is relatively new and not as well-known. I hope more people will start using SureCritic so that it can become a more reliable source for reviews.
Overall, I had a positive experience with SureCritic and would recommend it to others. It's a great way to share your experiences with businesses and to read reviews from other customers.
Pohanka Hyundai Salisbury Maryland Service Department: A Total Disaster
I went to Pohanka Hyundai Salibury Maryland service department and it was a total disaster. I had a terrible experience there, just like everyone else. I decided to write a review about it on SureCritic, but my review never appeared. I wrote an honest (and bad) review, but it seems like they didn't want to publish it. However, I noticed that other people wrote reviews on the same day and their reviews did appear. What's up with that, Pohanka Hyundai Salibury Maryland? Are you only publishing positive reviews?
I'm really disappointed with the service I received at Pohanka Hyundai Salibury Maryland. I had to wait for hours just to get my car serviced, and when I finally got it back, it wasn't even fixed properly. I had to bring it back again and wait for even more hours. It was a huge waste of my time and money.
I hope that other people will see this review and think twice before going to Pohanka Hyundai Salibury Maryland. They don't seem to care about their customers or their reviews. I'm going to Yelp now to write another review and hopefully it will actually get published.

SureCritic Review: Shady Practices and Unreliable Reviews
So, I was checking out SureCritic (surecritic.com) and I gotta say, I'm not too impressed. I left a review a couple weeks ago and they still haven't put it up. And get this, I heard they only post the good reviews! What's up with that? I mean, if they're only showing the positive stuff, how can we trust what they're saying?
I tried calling them to see what was going on, but all I got was some generic voicemail message. Not very helpful if you ask me. And get this, I did some digging and found out that their registered agent has companies in three different countries! That seems pretty shady to me.
I don't know about you, but I like to read reviews before I make a purchase or try out a new service. But if I can't trust the reviews on SureCritic, what's the point? I think I'll stick to other review sites from now on.
SureCritic Review: A Reliable Resource or Too Good to Be True?
I was looking for a transmission place in the Upper Midwest and stumbled upon SureCritic. At first glance, I was impressed with the number of positive reviews that all the transmission places had received. I mean, who wouldn't want to take their car to a place that has a 4.5-5 star rating, right?
But then I started to wonder, what happened to all the less than positive reviews? Surely, not every customer had a perfect experience. I couldn't help but feel a little skeptical about the authenticity of the reviews.
I decided to do some more digging and found out that SureCritic has a strict review policy. They only allow verified customers to leave reviews and they also give businesses the opportunity to respond to negative reviews. This made me feel a little better about the positive reviews, but I still couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off.
In the end, I decided to take my chances and go with the transmission place that had the most positive reviews. I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received and my car has been running smoothly ever since.
Overall, I think SureCritic is a good resource for finding businesses in your area, but it's important to keep in mind that not every review may be 100% accurate. It's always a good idea to do your own research and make an informed decision.
SureCritic: A Waste of Time for Honest Reviews
So, I had a pretty bad experience with a car repair shop and decided to share my thoughts on SureCritic. I posted a negative review, but to my surprise, several positive reviews appeared after mine and mine was nowhere to be found. It seems like they have some sort of telemarketing company that boosts their results with fake reviews, but I can't say for sure.
Honestly, I think SureCritic is a waste of time. It's just a site that's paid for by auto-repair companies to make themselves look good. If you want real information, stick to Google or Yelp. At least there you can get unbiased reviews from real people. Don't waste your time with SureCritic.
surecritic is not an accurate critic — for sure
Submitted a 2-Star review to SureCritic, regarding my experience at a Toyota dealer. SureCritic did not publish my review. Reworded the 2-Star review and submitted it again. SureCritic did not publish my second review. Looking at this Toyota dealer's ratings on SureCritic, they list 5-Star, or 4-Star, nothing less! Seems that SureCritic weeds out lower rated reviews of this Toyota dealer, resulting in artificially inflated high overall ratings. Is this legal? Very disappointing!
PS: Eventually saw the critical reviews sections on SureCritc (after SureCritic president emailed me a link) . When I enter a business name (like Vancouver Toyota) on SureCritic the 5-star and 4-star reviews popped up first. I acknowledge that SureCritic publishes critical reviews. For this mortal, I found it hard to locate the critical reviews sections (before I received the link to my review).
Received an email from the president of SureCritic saying that my review is published and that they will change the SureCritic website software, so it will not wait for a business to verify (, resolve, screen?) a review before SureCritic publishes it. I sincerely hope that this software change will fix the situations when a business does not verify (approve of) customers, when they submit critical reviews. As it stands now, SureCritic did publish my critical review of Vancouver Toyota. But, the SureCritic software did not tag my review as "Verified"; even though I am a bonafide customer of Vancouver Toyota, and have recent receipts to prove it. My critical review being tagged as "not verified" gives readers the sense that it is bogus, hearsay, and not-true.
Yes surecritic is shady! I was ripped off at 40 west auto care and towing for 600+. Posted Google and BBB reviews without any problem. I wrote 2 different reviews on their website and never showed up. Plenty of 5 stars though. It wasn't till I looked up surecritic that I seen others experienced the same. It's a shame that you can't trust the reveiw system anymore. Something created to help consumers ending up hurting them
This is nonsense writ large. I looked high and low on the internet to find even 1 legitimate complaint about Sure Critic. I found one, not even a complaint, at the BBB who, having been in business since 2012, had exactly one, very tepid review of SureCritic. They even acknowledge that Sure Critic is not a member of BBB. Any ill will toward these folks is a joke.
Want to be mesmerized but hundreds of thousands of really bad reviews, look up MyPillow owned by Fox Huckster Mike Liddell. It got so bad that he “refused to recognize the authority of the BBB”.
Sadly, this action was initiated by the oldest BBB office in the nation, North Dakota.
Removed my review!
I posted a negative review on www.surecritic.com website about a local store and one of their employees.
Next day I went online to see were there any comments but I was not able to find my review! I even saved a link and when I tried to open it said that page did not exist. I contacted customer service and they said that my review was removed. I demanded some explanation but they said that before posting anything I was supposed to read the site rules. What? I did not break any rules, I'm sure. I just described the situation, said only truth! Terrible service! They delete all the negative feedback and leave only positive reviews. I bet they get paid for deleting negative reviews.
I left a TRUTHFUL NEGATIVE review about surecritic on the sitejabber board and after about a month I noticed it disappeared! What a SHADY organization surecritic is!
They removed my bad review
I recently posted bad review about Hyundai Dealer on the website www.surecritic.com. After 5 days I entered to this website and it turned out that my review was deleted. WTF? I sent multiple emails to the moderators and asked where my review had been gone, but no one replied. Total scam, so stay away from them and post comments if you have similar problems with them.
I keep checking the sitejabber website for my review of surecritic and it seems to disappear then reappear after I leave a comment about it. Shame on shady surecritic!
Just looking on the sitejabber review site for surecritic and my review just disappeared! It's been on there about a month. What a shady organization!
Yes I agree with everyone. I posted my TRUTHFUL negative review on Google and the BBB. They had no problems with the content. 40 west auto care and towing ripped me off bad for 600+ and I was wondering why I couldn't see my review on their website. Then started digging into this surecritic and my eyes were opened. It is so funny since my negative review on Google they are posting all these 5 star excellent reviews on their surecritic website. Such a shame the reveiw system was started to help consumers and some shady person twisted it for their profit! Its always about the love of money! Be careful out there!
Reviews cant be trusted anymore due to websites offering only good reviews for a price, under the guise of "Membership" or "advertising" costs. Tho some only write about bad experiences this helps the rest of us avoid those problems and keeps businesses more responsible. Its better to encourage customers to write good reviews so to balance bad days/bad reviews. While most logical people read between the lines, the BAD reviews are as necessary as the good ones.
yea same here whats the sense of a review if it can be removed? what a joke surecritic is
