So, I ordered from Sweaty Betty and they said they'd either give me my money back or send me a new order since I didn't get my stuff. But now they're not answering me at all! I've tried emailing, calling, and messaging them but nothing. I still haven't gotten my refund or my new order. It's super frustrating that they're not responding.

I ordered from Sweaty Betty but my order disappeared. They haven't been helpful and won't give me my money back for the lost order. Anyone could sign for it, which is not cool. I just want my money back, my order number is ***.

I bought some stuff from Sweaty Betty online. They say they got "express shipping" if you spend more than $75, but they don't tell you that shipping costs $10 until after you buy. I called customer service to fix it, but the person I talked to wouldn't let me cancel or change my order, even when I asked to talk to their boss.

I got 3 things in 1 bag from Sweaty Betty. I didn't like the quality, so I sent them back using the Sweaty Betty label. I kept my part of the return receipt, like they said. I did what they said and had the post office pick it up from our locked mail room. I also sent back some Warby Parker stuff the same day and already got my refund from them. But I never heard anything back from Sweaty Betty. I emailed them and gave them the return label number ***. They said they can't track it because the return labels are made by another company. That's so irresponsible and ridiculous! I sent the stuff back in perfect condition and I still haven't gotten my money back. Their customer service is terrible and it feels like they're stealing from me. I want my money back on my credit card and for Sweaty Betty to admit that they messed up. Is this a scam or what? My original order number was ***.

I bought 8 clothes from Sweaty Betty on 10/15/22 for $387.96. But when I got the package, it was someone else's order. I emailed support on 10/20, but they only have email (no phone). They sent an auto-reply and someone contacted me 4 days later. It took them another day to tell me what I can do. I replied right away that I want them to send my order again. But I haven't heard from them since (6 days). I don't know if they sent my order or not. I can't track it and I can't contact them. The order number I have is wrong because it shows that my package was delivered. I never had this problem before. I asked for a refill, but now I want a refund. I don't want their clothes anymore. And what do I do with the other girl's clothes? I don't know.
