I had 4 items on layaway, It was 5 pieces of luggage, a VCR combo with DVD player and a Circo. The items had been on layaway for a few years. I went to prison in 2015 to 2021 and I couldn't pay on them. I don't know the items number,it's because I lost that information when I was incarcerated. Can you help find the layaway items, One of my address was 834 N 35th Street, Milwaukee Wisconsin. I would like to have those items, Sorry for the inconveniences. Myrtle Moss

I put 2 bikes on layaway, way back in fall/winter season of 2016 and when it was time to ship the bikes, I never heard another thing from Sweepstakes Clearinghouse. I have called several times with no action ever taken by Sweepstakes Clearing House, I was even cursed out and hung up, and I'm not a mean person. I don't like confrontation, so i was very polite to person that answered my call. I am surprised that this happen. I have put other things on layaway at Sweepstakes clearing house, and never had a problem with getting my order, and it's nice quality stuff too, so reading how many unhappy customers they have, was a real eye opener for me. Is there anyone that knows how I can get a refund?

I have the exact same thing happen to me but almost fail for it and I bought the 5 dollar money order and filled it out and closed it up with it stamp and ready to send until I decided to Google it first and im glad I did but I would just like to scam them back just like I did to another person just today but really you would think we would learn our lesson but somewhere deep in the back of our mines we often think there might be just one glimpse feeling that it might be true and then if it was true we think its a scam to bad these people can't be caught I would like to open a website just for them and get back at them all if I knew it was possible I would do just that until they where all caught and until it stopped them all for good

I was not notified that this company was closing I've tried several times to get ahold of them I had an item in layaway a sewing machine that I was paying on I have not received my sewing machine nor have I received my money back I would like to know who I need to contact regarding this matter I would like to get my money back or somehow get my sewing machine I was paying on thank

I've been paying for this machine for a couple of years, but i haven't heard anything from Sweepstakes Clearinghouse since November 2017. I was wondering why i haven't gotten a new invoice from them. I paid about $60.00 to them. It was a Brother Freearm Sewing Machine.

Above items on a Layaway Plan with company. Sent check which was returned by Post Office for being "undeliverable".
I phoned company and automated voice said the number was no longer in service. Could not leave message on the
company's website either. Have received no communication from the company. I would like to get a refund from
all the money I paid the company per our Layaway Agreement if they are unable to honor the contract. If they do not
contact me to arrange for the refund, then they have committed a Breach of Contract. My question: Since I am not the only
one complaining, has there been any action taken against the company, either individually or by a Class Action
lawsuit? Or can this issue be solved out of court?

I have been told this business is closed. I have a generator (order #202430) and luggage set (order #412230) on layaway. I sent a letter 10/5/18 and it was returned. I am trying to get my money back from the items I have on layaway. The website give and error and the mail is returned. They received payments from me earlier this year and checks cleared the bank. My payment in Oct was returned from address PO Box 560622 Dallas, TX "Return to sender refuse unable to forward". I call the number [protected] get the message "this call center no longer supports Sweepstakes Clearing house for further information visit the website www.sweepstakesclearinghouse.com. The website error can't reach this page.
There is no way to contact them. I want my refund for items that was on layaway.

My customer #317191. I ordered the Dell i5 Laptop PC w/Windows 10. Order # 410661. Wanted it for Christmas this year and had put it on lay-a-way. They received payments from me. Almost had it paid off when the last 2 payments never went thru in my bank. Said address unknown. So now I am out a couple hundred dollars. I tried calling there [protected]. It said there office no longer takes sweepstakes clearing house any more. So I tried to go onto there website. www.sweepstakesclearinghouse.com
There website is closed also. If they were going to close up they should of refunded me my money that I sent them over the months. Not kept it.

I had put the dishes on layaway, , was paying for them on line. yesterday [protected]. I was going to log in and make a payment. keeps coming up page not found, i have never had a problem with it till last night. I have been trying to find out how to get a hold of sweepstakes clearing house to see what is going on. I have read on some of the forms that after 34 year the sweepstakes clearing house has closed.. And if this is the case then what about the dishes i had on layaway. It seem that i should have got a letter or e-mail letting me know what was going on so that i could have finished paying for the dishes. I would like to pay for the dishes and have them sent to me. because of all the trouble the dishes should be sent to be . with out having to pay the bal. that i owe on them. I have the two chairs on Layaway, I am unable to login to my account to make my payments. Even their web site is down. Please send me my merchandise or my refund. The origina layaway amount was $417 for each chair after coupon is applied. I have paid well over this amount. I have been a reliable customer for many years and have bought several merchandise from Sweepstakes clearinghouse over the years with no problems. The deliveries have been excelent over these years. What is going on. Is the company out of business, if so please let your customers know. You have my shipping and mailing address. Hello, my name is Milton Mays. I purchased a desk-top computer and it was delivered perfectly. I also had two suspension bikes 1 red and 1 blue. My problem is, when talking on the phone to representative, they claim the y no longer due business with the company who provided the bikes. All I want is my layaway money I put down on the bikes which rounds to about $ 90.00. If someone could please reach out to me by email, I'd gladly appreciate it. I put these items on layaway and paid them off in January 2018 and have not received any merchandise or an explanation why or received any money back. No response to any of my call and now the number given is no longer handling business with Sweepstakes Clearinghouse. My customer #227933 my order numbers are 251991 and 251992. I bought a desktop for $240 which I thought was a deal but was not. I was happy when I opened the box then disappointed after set up. It constantly kicked me out, turned off for no reason, but I figured I could deal with it. Then, my operating system seems to be deleted? So I went for the recovery disc, shocker, there wasn't one. I have only had it a few months and for what I paid, a trade in for the laptop( which is cheaper) should be granted, or even an operating system

I mailed a check on March 9, 2017 for an elliptical exercise machine. I sent a voucher for 210.00 that I received in the mail from this company and a check for 129.95 for balance owed. This company cashed/deposited my check in their account on March 15. As of today April 21, I still have not received the item I have ordered and paid for. I want a full refund as soon as possible. I know they have seen what I ordered when they cashed my check!

I never bought anything from Sweepstakes Clearinghouse but I was getting their vouchers for years now. And finally I decided to order something from them! So I bought a tablet and paid over $100 for it. I was so excited about my purchased and could not wait to get it. Few weeks passed nothing arrived, so I went to their website and tried to find a phone number. Then I found all the terrible reviews! Well, I could not find their number, so I emailed, but still no response. They need to be put out of business immediately!

I have a publicity release copy which says " Rea Layne of Helena MT, is the WINNER of a major cash sweepstakesprize of $10, 000.00! Selected as a Sweepstakes Clearinghouse Prize Winner, Rea Layne will receive the prize in one large check. Congratulations are in order for lucky Rea Layne!" I do not have any money.

I ordered a camcorder through the sweepstakes clearing house and when I went to use it the camcorder did not work.I also did not receive an invoice with it so there is no possibilty for me to return it and when I tried to call all I got was prompted message but no way of talking to a live person.

This to me is a sham at trying to take peoples moneyand it is not right. I am on disability so not only do I own a device that is a piece of junk but I am out alot of money I could then have used for something else.

This is highway robbery when they do not give you an invioce on perpose it seems. I am close to calling the BBB.

Purchased a kitchen ensemble, prepaid before shipment. in one box contained a bakers rack, in the other box contained a table base, table top, 4 chairs. all products needed to be put together, which consisted of at least 100 or more screws, nuts, bolts. the table top stated to be butcher block, but is actually compressed wood with contact paper glued to it. this is the item that is damaged, side of table is crushed. I have called four times since feb 2009 when i received the damaged products, which is now over 3 months, and still have not received replacement. Each time I call a representive each has a different story line about awaiting shipment from their warehouse.

After receving a computer I was not happy different monitor, key board and mouse pad dell tower. Bad shape, made noise. I spoke with gentleman last Friday gave me refund number d26113174ma said i would get my refund 10-14 days. Failed to tell me that their company has to call UPS and request pick up call slip which contains bar code.I found this out through UPS once I paid for the shipping fee.I took an early lunch to call start up help desk reached recording that says office closed. Open M-F 8-7 CST. I went to lunch at 11:00 plenty of time to make contact.
