I Samiya from Andhra Pradesh had made an order of 590/-rs on 25th Aug 2023. And my order id is [protected]. Unexpectedly the address chose was different and order was already made. Hence it was a busy schedule for me and we all working i realised later in few minutes (3min) that address added was incorrect so upon request to change the address of delivery, i was not provided with the same. And only option shown was to cancle. That to the entire amount was deducted from my account for cancellation. Your team should provide an option atleast to change the address but unfortunately Swiggy has to make business. I need my complete refund of 590/-rs. Or send the same order to same address , atleast someone else can eat food on my name. But sorry i wont spare on this amount.
Also i got a call back from executive who told to send email and the team will make refund, but instead team refuse to refund. I need the delivery or refund within 24-48hrs. Am being very polite on this email. Please don’t push into worst case scenario. Do the needful asap.
