SwimsuitsForAll I have purchased their swimsuits for over 2 years and

I have purchased their swimsuits for over 2 years and could not be happier. Their selection is amazing and quality even better. It is so nice to find a place that caters to us plus size women. This company truly knows how to take care of its customers.

SwimsuitsForAll Great Customer Service and Fast Shipping

Swimsuit arrived quickly but I didn't like the way it looked on me so I returned with the pre paid label that was provided with original shipment. I was given a credit for the amount I paid and I ordered a new swimsuit that was delivered quickly. Both swimsuits were great quality for the price.

SwimsuitsForAll Curvy girl certified

Swimsuitsforall gives the opportunity for women of all sizes to feel sexy and beautiful. Sizes go up to about 18-20. I am 38 DD cup size and a size 16 bikini top fits gorgeous with no spill over. This store has been a blessing and actually makes me love the beach again! This store gets my curvy girl certification stamp

SwimsuitsForAll Love this site!

Honestly, I never thought I'd find a website that makes it so easy to find a swimsuit that fits and flatter my body type. Thanks goodness for SwimsuitsForAll. I found three one pieces I really liked and, after pushing myself a little, even order a bikini. I wore all four suits over the summer and could not have been happier! They provided just the right level of comfort and sexy that I wanted. Doesn't get any better.

SwimsuitsForAll Affordable Swimsuits and Great Quality

I've placed a few orders with this website and before I ever hit "place order" I read the shipping guidelines. If you don't pay for expedited shipping, the standard shipping states it can take anywhere from 7-14 days. I've also read on the website that due to some other issues, shipping may take longer. I always pay extra for expedited shipping and have had ZERO issues with my order arriving when I need it. Take notes ladies, if you're expecting your order to arrive in a certain time frame and you don't pay for the shipping for it, it's not the companies fault.

SwimsuitsForAll Amazing Selection & Quality Swimsuits in Every Size!

I simply wanted to share a great online shopping experience I had on a website I never knew about before - swimsuitsforall.com! It's really tough finding good quality, competitively priced bathing suits in my size once the summer begins... so I did a search for women's plus size swimsuits and found this site. I couldn't believe the variety of suits, including chlorine resistant swimsuits that are perfect for my pool. I ordered a one piece, a swimdress, several tankini tops, a high waist bottom and a few cute coverups. Their size charts made it easy for me to figure out what size to buy and the site was simple to navigate. I checked out quickly, although I wish they accepted PayPal, and received my order in just 6 days. A few of the suits were too big, but I exchanged them using their pre-paid return stuff and got my exchange a few days later. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and will absolutely shop this website again. They seem to offer really good discounts - I'm now on their email list and get frequent emails about their sales.

SwimsuitsForAll Warning: Do Not Order from Swimsuits For All - Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Delays

I really need to stress this, DO NOT, and I mean DO NOT, order from Swimsuits For All. These guys are a complete joke. They'll tell you your order has shipped, but it hasn't. I tried to cancel my order and told them I'd refuse any package that arrived at my door. I even sent them a letter to their address on May 5th, but I got no response. NONE.

Then, on May 12th, they changed my credit card. Seven days AFTER they said it had shipped. We all know they don't ship BEFORE they process the charge. So, it's all lies, lies, lies. These swimsuits are coming from China and it takes forever just to get the order processed. Then, you have to wait another 12-14 days for shipping. It's ridiculous. I ordered on April 26th and I've received two catalogs since then, but no swimsuits. Can you believe it?

Their customer service is a complete joke. They talk over you and don't care about your order or your opinion. All they want is your money. They don't care if their products are crap or if their sizes are wrong. They just want your money. And, if you try to return something, they'll dispute it. They're rude, discourteous, and incompetent.

It's clear they don't care about their reputation because they know there will always be someone else who will fall for their scam. I'm beyond enraged.

So, please, don't be a sap. Don't order from this company. Consider yourself warned.

SwimsuitsForAll Swimsuits For All: A Nightmare Experience - Don't Waste Your Time or Money

This company, Swimsuits For All, is not worth your time or money. I recently purchased a swimsuit from them, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. I returned it, but it took an excruciatingly long time for them to even register that it had been returned. It took over a week for them to process the "e-gift card" they issued me, even though their website promised it would only take three business days. By the time I received the e-gift card, the swimsuit I wanted was already sold out. I had to choose a new one, but even though I ordered two sizes larger than my normal size, it was still too small. I had to return it again.

I spoke to a customer service representative, who agreed to give me free overnight shipping as a gesture of goodwill. However, when the day came for me to leave for vacation, the swimsuit still hadn't arrived. I called customer service, and they informed me that there was an internal billing issue. The manager, whose name I can't remember, was completely unsympathetic. I asked for store credit or a refund, but he refused to give me anything until they received the item back. When the swimsuit finally arrived, I opened the package to find that they had sent me a giant nightgown instead of the swimsuit top. I was beyond angry. They had taken $156 of my money, and I had nothing to show for it.

I tried to reason with them, using the analogy of a restaurant bringing out the wrong order, but they were unresponsive. They claimed that they were a swimsuit company, not a restaurant. Obviously, that wasn't the point. They failed to provide the goods and services that they promised in exchange for my payment. I had to return yet another package to them and wait for my refund. It was a complete nightmare.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against buying from Swimsuits For All. There are plenty of other size-inclusive brands out there that won't give you the runaround like this. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

SwimsuitsForAll Swimsuits For All Review: Wrong Items Sent, Poor Customer Service, and No Refund

I bought 3 swimsuits from Swimsuits For All on March 12th. It took over a month for me to receive just one swimsuit on April 20th. I was not happy about this and contacted them with my order information. They told me that some items take longer because they are "customized" by the factory and assured me that my items would be shipped. However, on May 13th, I received a second package from them which included 3 random swimsuits. None of them were the ones I ordered and one wasn't even the same size as the ones I ordered. I was very disappointed and contacted them again. Their response was that they would give me a 50% refund and I could keep the swimsuits that I did not order. They also said that the reason they sent those swimsuits was that mine were no longer available so they sent something similar. However, the swimsuits still say they are in stock on the website and the swimsuits they sent look nothing like the ones I ordered.

Then they sent me a picture of the swimsuits they said they sent with arrows pointing to them saying that one was what I ordered which is not the case. It's a one-piece and I ordered bikinis only. It's also not one of the swimsuits I received. Then they said the one was "a gift". I don't even know what that one is other than not my size and some one-piece unitard-looking thing. I'm not even sure if it is a swimsuit. The third one was supposed to be the wrong style but similar to something else I ordered. That is the only thing they actually got right. It is, in fact, the wrong style, wrong swimsuit, and wrong color.

When I said I wanted a full refund because their policy states if they are at fault they will refund you in full, they started offering a percentage of my money back. I have told them I am not paying anything for items I did not receive nor items I didn't order. I also sent them a screenshot of their return policy on the website saying if it is their mistake they will cover shipping and a full refund will be given. They are not honoring their policy, and it was their mistake. I waited 2 months and still haven't received the swimsuits I ordered and paid for!

I would not recommend ordering from Swimsuits For All. They will just send you random items and expect you to be happy. It's frustrating to wait so long for something and then not even receive what you ordered. I hope they can improve their customer service and fulfill their promises in the future.

SwimsuitsForAll Swimsuits For All: Terrible Return Policy and Customer Service

I've been shopping with Swimsuits For All and their related companies for years now. I swim a lot and need a lot of swimsuits. I've never had a problem with returns until now. I bought three swimsuits in my regular size, but they were all much smaller than the same exact suit and size I had previously purchased. I sent them back for an exchange, but one of the replacements was still too small. I returned it for a store credit, but I won't be using it now. That was a month ago.

Today, I received all three of the original suits back in the mail with a note saying that they were "old/worn merchandise" and were refusing the return. This was after they had already charged me for and shipped the replacements. I called customer service to find out what was going on. I was told that they recently changed their return policy from 90 days to 60 days, and apparently, in the chaos of the holiday season, I missed this new deadline by a couple of days. I own a retail store, and it was December. It didn't occur to me to check and see if they changed their return policy. I was told by "Eric" that a lot of this has been happening, but too bad, nothing can be done. Oh, and "Sorry for the inconvenience."

I guess I have to read every bit of their website every time I make a purchase to be sure they haven't changed their policies. I've been buying about 80% of my clothing from these companies for about 10 years now. I swim about 4 times a week and go through bathing suits fast. I can't begin to guess how many times I've recommended Swimsuits For All to people at the aquatic center. I'll be letting everyone know that this is NOT a reputable company anymore.

Great job Swimsuits For All! Not only have they lost a long-time customer of ALL their brands, but I will also be canceling all of their branded credit cards. I will be certain to spread the word that none of these companies can be trusted.

Don't shop here.

SwimsuitsForAll Terrible Experience with Swimsuits For All: Shipping and Customer Service Policies are Horrible

I had a terrible experience with Swimsuits For All. Their shipping and customer service policies are absolutely horrible. I ordered a swimsuit on April 9 and paid for three-day shipping, as I was leaving for vacation on April 21. I thought 12 days would be more than enough time to receive my item for my trip. However, when I received the confirmation email for shipping, it showed that the suit would not arrive until May 2, more than three weeks after I placed the order!

I contacted customer service, and they emailed me back saying they accidentally shipped it ground and would refund the shipping fees. However, that didn't help me as I ordered the swimsuit for my upcoming vacation. When I called customer service, they told me that they don't offer three-day shipping to Hawaii, where I live, because it's considered international shipping. I couldn't believe it! There wasn't a single thing they could do to help me. No apology, no explanation, just "oh well, too bad."

I asked to speak to someone else, and finally got a manager who kept saying "sorry, but we can't give you a refund or do anything about it. Hawaii is international shipping." When I explained that I wouldn't even be home when the suit arrived, as I would be on vacation, and no one would be able to get the package that should have been here tomorrow, his response was "can't you find someone to help you? There's absolutely nothing we can do."

I was extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism in handling my issue. I wonder if Ashley Graham knows about this scam and supports it? I will never use them again. Instead, I will stick with Venus Swimwear, which is based out of Florida and gets me my product in just two days.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Swimsuits For All to anyone. Their shipping and customer service policies are terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. If you want a reliable and professional company, go with Venus Swimwear instead.

SwimsuitsForAll Disappointing Experience with Swimsuits For All: Paid for Expedited Shipping But Order Didn't Arrive on Time

My experience with Swimsuits For All was not a good one. I placed an order for a bathing suit early yesterday morning and paid over $35 for overnight shipping, as I needed it for my vacation that starts this Saturday. The bathing suit cost me $104. However, when I checked the website, it said that my order had not shipped yet. I was worried that it wouldn't arrive on time, so I contacted the company to cancel my order. Unfortunately, they told me that they couldn't cancel it because it had already been processed or shipped.

I was frustrated because I had passed on other options because I thought I would receive my order on time. The agent told me that my order was in the process of shipping out and that I would receive an email with the tracking number and delivery date as soon as the truck departed from their warehouse. However, I had paid for expedited shipping, and it seemed like it wasn't going to happen.

When I asked the agent why I paid for the "super fast" shipping if it wasn't going to happen, they told me that my order would ship later on the 9th or 10th. I was confused because I had ordered it yesterday, and the website said that it would arrive by Friday. The agent told me to wait until Friday and that they couldn't speak for something that hadn't come yet.

As a customer, I would like to receive my product when it states it will be delivered. I understand that things can happen, but I paid for expedited shipping, and it seems like I didn't get what I paid for. I hope that the company can improve their shipping process and make sure that their website reflects accurate information about shipping times.

SwimsuitsForAll Disappointed with Swimsuits for All: Delayed Shipping, Confusing Refunds, and Pushy Upselling

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Swimsuits for All. I've ordered from them before with no issues, but this time around they really let me down. I placed an order for three items on March 19th, and it cost me $64 with tax and shipping. I got a shipping confirmation with tracking on March 22nd, and it said it would take 5-7 business days to arrive. But when I tried to check the tracking, it just said "awaiting carrier pick up" for over a week. So I emailed customer service to check on it, and they said they'd get back to me soon. But then today, I got an email saying my return had been processed. What? I never asked for a return on items I haven't even received yet!

When I checked my account, I saw that they had refunded me only $48, which was the merchandise minus tax and shipping. I called customer service to ask what was going on, and the lady told me that the items had been returned to the warehouse because they were never picked up by the carrier. That sounds fishy to me - if they're a business that ships merchandise, why wouldn't they make sure it gets picked up? And if that were really the case, why didn't they refund my entire purchase since they didn't actually incur any shipping costs?

The lady on the phone told me that if I still wanted the items, she could resend them for the same price. But why should I have to pay the same amount again when I already paid for shipping two weeks ago? I asked why they didn't refund the entire purchase amount, and she said she could refund the rest on a gift card. But I didn't pay with a gift card - I want the exact amount of money back, or I want them to ship what I originally ordered for the amount I already paid.

Then she tried to upsell me on expedited shipping for an extra $11.98, and when I said no, she offered me a sale item from page 6 of the catalog for only $20. I just wanted what I already ordered! And then she started talking about credit cards and discounts, but I don't want to deal with all that. I just want my items before my vacation on April 26th.

It's been five weeks since I placed my order, and I still haven't received it. And to top it off, it cost me almost $14 to ship what will fit in a bubble envelope. I don't think I'll be ordering from Swimsuits for All again.

SwimsuitsForAll Mixed Experience with Swimsuits For All: Customer Service Shines, But Confusing Policies and Inaccurate Colors

So, I wanted to get some new swimsuits for my upcoming vacation and decided to check out Swimsuits For All. I placed an order online for a couple of suits, but soon realized that their return policy was a bit odd. If you order a 2-piece as a set, you HAVE to return it as a set and they don't offer all of their 2-pieces as individual items. It was a bit confusing, but I thought it was fine.

However, when the first package arrived, I realized I needed different sizes. So, I called their customer service line to ask about their policy for switching sizes and colors. The woman I talked to was very polite and helpful. She gave me codes so that I could exchange the items for the correct sizes. She made sure the second order was priced correctly, and I was happy with the service.

But, when I checked the shipping status a few days later, I saw that I was charged for the suits that I had removed from my shopping cart. I was really upset and called customer service right away. The woman I talked to was very kind and helpful, but there was nothing she could do to change the order since it had already shipped out. She suggested that I send back everything I didn't want and it should be okay. She also helped me place a third order for a different size, and made sure the price was the same.

I do wish that I had read the reviews before ordering, as it seems that this situation is not uncommon. I also wish that I had ordered directly from a customer service rep over the phone, as that seems to be the best way to avoid any issues.

I haven't returned anything yet, as I'm waiting to see if the last order will actually fit. I'm a bit wary about that part of it, but I'm hoping for the best.

Overall, I have to say that I absolutely DESPISE shopping for swimsuits, and this ordering process has been quite a trek. The only redeeming thing has been the customer service reps, who have been very helpful and polite.

One thing to note is that the website doesn't give an accurate picture of many of the colors. All of the ones I ordered ranged from a bit different to WILDLY different. So, be wary of that when ordering.

I just hope that my order gets here in time for my vacation and that everything fits. Fingers crossed!

SwimsuitsForAll Swimsuits For All's E-Card Policy is a Rip-Off - Beware!

I recently had an experience with Swimsuits For All that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had returned some bathing suits and received an e-card for credit on them. When I used the e-card for a portion of the amount and then returned those items, they did not reimburse the e-card and then said they would not find the information on the e-card and therefore I am now out $103.19. This company says the e-card does not expire, but if you try to use it past 90 days of the credit, the card is no longer on file with them and they can't help so you are out the money. Unbelievable.

I reached out to customer service and had a chat with one of their agents named Judith. I provided her with the information about my e-card and order number, but unfortunately, she was unable to help me. She explained that after 90 days, the gift card information is taken off their system and they are unable to verify the amount. I was shocked and frustrated that I was out $103.19 because of their policy.

I understand that it may not be directly Judith's fault, but the company's policy is a rip-off. It says on their site that e-cards do not expire, but they do if you try to use them past 90 days. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from them. I found that most people were dissatisfied with their experiences.

I will make sure to write a review of the company to let others know of my experience. I just want to warn others to be cautious when purchasing from Swimsuits For All. Their policy is not customer-friendly and they do not stand behind their e-cards.

SwimsuitsForAll Terrible Customer Service from Swimsuitsforall.com - Would Not Recommend

Swimsuitsforall.com is not a website I would recommend. My friend and I placed an order on July 8th, 2019, and paid an extra $30 for express shipping. However, on July 17th, I received a notice from Canada Post stating that I owed $70 in custom charges. Although I understand that this is not the company's fault, I was disappointed. We had already spent over $200, and we were not willing to pay another $70 for our bathing suits. So, I called the company to ask if I could send the package back. They told me that I could refuse the package, and they would refund my money when they received it back within 1-2 weeks. I called my local post office to ship it back, and they said they would. I checked with them a week later, and they said it was shipped back and sent across the border within a few days.

However, I have been in contact with this company for the past month, and their customer service has been terrible. I have been polite, but I have been hung up on four times. They called me a liar and told me that there was no way I sent it back when I said I did because they would have received it by now. They told me it would take 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, and even 3 months for return shipping. The tracking number they provided me with never worked, and they said they had no way to track the package. They told me twice that my order number didn't exist, even after spelling it out phonetically, and then hung up on me. I have been put on hold for 10+ minutes at a time without anyone coming back to check on me, leaving me to think they were avoiding me. Finally, on August 20th, they told me they were able to track the package, and the last update was that it was in Chicago on August 8th. Chicago is a 3-hour drive from Indianapolis, where their company is located. I don't understand why it would take 2+ weeks for it to get from Chicago to Indianapolis. I asked them to provide me with the tracking number, but it didn't work, and they couldn't give me an answer as to why they could track it, but I couldn't.

I wrote them a message on Facebook on August 20th, explaining the lack of customer service I had received and that I just wanted my refund. They got back to me today after I sent an additional message, only to tell me that they are only giving me a partial refund because I have to pay for the shipping to and from their store. Seriously?! I didn't even accept the package. I checked with them beforehand to make sure there wouldn't be any charges. Honestly, I wouldn't even be complaining if I had received good or even fair customer service along the way, but I didn't. I received horrible customer service and definitely will not be ordering from here again. I'm exhausted from dealing with this, and I don't think anyone should have to deal with this.

On another note, I had amazing service and found the perfect bathing suit from the girls at Pennington's. Highly recommend! They were kind, courteous, and extremely helpful and honest! Thanks, girls.

SwimsuitsForAll Horrible company and service!

I had returned some bathing suits and received an e-card for credit on them. This company has quite the racket of scamming going on. This is a a copy of my transcript with one of the service agents this morning. I
Received an e-card and placed an order ***5007 with it for 80.17 and then returned the items and never got anything to say it had been refunded back t the e-gift card. Now even the remainder of the e-gift card won't come up.

I purchased 2 e-gift cards online to be sent to our class's swim instructor. My credit card was charged $250. The recipient received a $50 e-card through their email, but when the $200 e-card never arrived, she called me to help. I have been dealing with this company since last December through emails to various addresses (their website lists MANY addresses for customer service)and no one can help me. I purchased the cards last September.

All I'm asking for is that the company send the recipient the $200 e-gift card I paid for. I pulled up the tracking information online with my order number and it said the $50 card had been sent, but the $200 card had not been sent.

Desired outcome: I would like Swimsuitsforall to email the recipient the gift card for $200 that I paid for and was never sent/received/used.

SwimsuitsForAll Swimsuits for all

DON'T BUY FROM THEM! This place is a scam. Had e gift card from a return and they cancelled it a year later so I wasn't able to use it. Two chats and 4 calls later and they are telling me they won't reissue it so I'm out $67. Their website says the credit never expire but here I am without my money!

What they don't tell you on their website- returns are not free, they charge $10+ to credit back you own money or you can get a e gift card that doesn't work.

Shipping took 4 weeks and that was after several days of processing.

Customer service doest know how to do anything, they give excused and send you to another person.

The sizes are all over the place,the same item could be two different sizes because it's cheaply and quickly made.

SwimsuitsForAll Swimsuits For All: Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Policies - A Warning to All Shoppers

I recently made a purchase from Swimsuits For All, or SFA as they call themselves, on February 14th for an upcoming vacation in mid-March. I was excited to receive my new swimsuit and couldn't wait to try it on. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when I realized that there was no movement or update with the tracking information I was given over the next two weeks.

I decided to call their customer service to inquire about my order and see if it could be deemed lost or at least an inquiry could be made to determine where the error was in shipping my item. To my surprise, I was told that they wait 30 DAYS to consider it lost! I couldn't believe it! In the meantime, my order and the ridiculous cost of shipping (almost $20) was charged immediately. The shipping says 7-10 business days and we are out of that window, I don't have a bathing suit or any indication where it is in the shipping process and the only advice I was given was to continue to wait.

I inquired if I could order another suit in order to get it in time while the suit is still in stock and the company would not honor the price I initially paid and wanted me to pay $35 additional for the SAME SUIT they lost! I placed a second order shortly after the first and I of course want to cancel but she stated since its shipped I cannot. The second package may be marked shipped and never come for all I know. I spoke to three different representatives all of which told me different stories about why a supervisor was unable for me to speak to them.

Safe to say that even if these suits are heavenly, I will NEVER purchase from SFA again. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration. I understand that things can get lost in transit, but the lack of customer service and unwillingness to help is unacceptable. I hope that SFA takes a closer look at their shipping and customer service policies to ensure that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

SwimsuitsForAll Disappointing Experience with Swimsuits For All: Incorrect Order and Terrible Customer Service

I was really let down by Swimsuits For All. My first order was a total mess. I used PayPal to pay and got an order number from them, but then I found out that S4A didn't actually have my order. I waited for five whole days before I reached out to them, only to be told that they didn't have my order at all. So I canceled it on PayPal and decided to pay with my credit card instead. I ordered a size 10 top and a size 12 bottom, but when my order arrived, I got a size 10 top and a size 12 top, but no bottom! I called customer service to try and sort it out, but they told me that they didn't have any size 12 or 14 bottoms left. They offered me a size 10 or 18 instead, which was no help at all since I'm a size 12 or 14. When I pointed this out, the agent accused me of being rude! I don't think it's rude to state the obvious. I don't want something that's obviously not going to fit me. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning the item and waiting for the warehouse to receive it before I can get my refund. And I definitely don't want a gift card, because I'm never shopping here again.

I was really excited to find a swimsuit that would actually fit me, especially since Ashley Graham is a spokesperson for S4A. But the whole experience has been a nightmare, from the first order to the canceled order to the incorrect order to the terrible customer service. I won't be shopping here again.

I gotta tell ya, if you're thinking about returning a swimsuit to Swimsuits For All, you better think twice. They gonna hit you with the shipping cost for delivery and the return, which can add up to a pretty penny (like $15-20, on average). Now, I ain't gonna lie, I was really excited to try out The Ashley Graham Bathing Suit Collection from Swimsuits For All. But let me tell you, buying a swimsuit online is a real gamble. You can't see it in person or try it on, so you're just hoping for the best. The suit itself was already kinda pricey, and then they gonna charge me $8.99 for shipping? That's a lot of dough, my friend. But I figured, hey, there ain't many places you can get this brand, so I'll give it a shot.

Well, let me tell you, I wasn't exactly thrilled with the top when it arrived. It just didn't fit right or look as good as I had hoped. But I decided to keep it anyway. Then, I ordered a second swimsuit top, and it was a total disaster. It didn't fit me at all. So, I reached out to Swimsuits For All to see about returning it. And that's when I found out the real deal. They gonna make me pay for shipping to send it back, and they ain't gonna credit me for the shipping I already paid to get it delivered. So basically, I'm gonna be out $15-20, and I won't even have a swimsuit to show for it. And get this, the tankini itself was only $30! That's just crazy, man.

SwimsuitsForAll Disappointing Experience with Swimsuits For All: Shipping Delay and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Swimsuits For All. I mean, I paid $13 for shipping and it was supposed to be here in 5-7 business days, but when I called customer service they told me it hadn't even left the facility yet and that it would take another 10 days because of covid. Like, what the heck? They didn't even mention anything about shipping delays on their website! I even tried to start a dummy order to see if it was there, but it wasn't. The agent I spoke to said it was after the order number, but I have a screenshot and it's not there either!

I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me the same thing - there's nothing they can do. I even asked for a refund, but they said no. And get this - they wouldn't even refund my shipping, which is non-refundable apparently. I needed the swimsuit for vacation this weekend and the only reason I ordered it was because it said it would be here on time. But now they can't even expedite it for me. And to top it all off, the first agent I spoke to was super rude. When I asked her to cancel my order, she said I would have to pay shipping to send it back to them! Like, seriously?

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company. Save your money and go somewhere else. It's just not worth the hassle.

SwimsuitsForAll Disappointing Quality and Unhelpful Customer Service: My Experience with Swimsuits For All

I recently purchased a swimsuit top from Swimsuits For All and unfortunately, when it arrived, I noticed that the strap hook was broken and there was a visible salvage strip showing on the front of the suit. I was disappointed, especially since I had paid an extra $32.97 for 3 day express delivery. When I contacted customer service, I was met with unhelpful responses regarding returning the top. I was informed that any refund I received would be much less than the original cost due to return shipping charges. Frustrated, I decided to exchange the suit instead.

In order to exchange an item, I had to fill out a new order form and send the swimsuit top back within the 60 day return period. It took a month for the exchange to be processed and I was charged the full price, including shipping charges, for the new top. However, today I received the original damaged suit back in the mail because it was returned outside of the 60 days. When I called customer service to rectify the situation, I was passed off to a manager who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He claimed that the suit had shipped on January 30th, despite the website stating that it had shipped on April 12th, which was within the return period. He even went as far as to mock me and scream at me, saying "I don't care what the website says!" It was a truly unpleasant experience and I will never use Swimsuits For All again.

Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of the swimsuit top and the unhelpful customer service. The exchange process was also lengthy and confusing, which added to my frustration. While I appreciate the variety of swimsuits available on the website, the negative experience I had with Swimsuits For All has left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a hassle-free shopping experience.

SwimsuitsForAll Disappointing Swimsuits For All Experience: Overpriced, Poor Quality, and Difficult Returns

I was so hyped to get my hands on a swimsuit from Swimsuits For All after seeing Ashley Graham rockin' it on their website. I ordered a size 12, which is usually my go-to size, but boy was I in for a surprise. This thing barely covered my girls and the cute strings on the side were too short to dangle like they did in the picture. Plus, the material felt weird and made a strange sound when I tried to put it on. I shelled out almost $100 for this swimsuit, including shipping, but was disappointed to find that the packaging was damaged when it arrived. It looked like it had been burned or something. I mean, come on, if I'm paying that much for a swimsuit and expedited shipping, the least they could do is bubble wrap it or something. But nope, it came in a melted bag.

Now, I'm not one to complain, but when I looked into returning the swimsuit, I was hit with another surprise. Apparently, I had to pay for my own return label or use theirs and they would deduct $7.50 from my e-gift card. What kind of nonsense is that? I already paid for shipping to get it here and now I have to pay to send it back? And on top of that, they're gonna take money off my refund? That's not what I call "easy returns."

Long story short, I wasted $30 on this whole ordeal and didn't even get to keep the swimsuit because it was so terrible. I was really hoping to support a company that promotes body positivity, but I think I'll stick with Torrid from now on.

When I did try on the swimsuit, I was initially thrilled with how it looked. However, I did notice that the sparkle on the suit seemed to be wearing off in some areas. This was disappointing, but I still felt like the suit was worth keeping.

SwimsuitsForAll Disappointing Experience with Swimsuits For All: Confusing Return/Exchange Process and Unhelpful Customer Service

So, I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Swimsuits For All. I ordered a bunch of stuff - 2 tops, 2 bottoms, and a coverup - and most of it was fine, but one of the bottoms just didn't fit right. I tried calling customer service, but couldn't get through to anyone, so I filled out an online inquiry. The response I got back was super confusing and didn't really help me figure out what to do. Plus, the return/exchange policy on the packing slip was pretty unclear too.

Eventually, I figured out that I had to complete a whole new order, use a coupon code for free shipping, and then wait for them to receive my original package before they would send me the exchange and refund me for the replacement. It was a weird process and it took forever. When I called customer service to try and get some clarification, the representative I spoke to was just as confused as I was. She told me to send the item back and then they would issue a credit to my store account. Once the credit hit, I was supposed to place another order and then they would send me the replacement bottom. It made absolutely no sense and was a total pain in the butt.

I mean, come on, an exchange should be a simple, one-time transaction. It shouldn't take a month to get my dang suit! The customer service rep even admitted that the process was confusing and that they were trying to work on changing it. But then she just told me to have a nice day and hung up. Not exactly the most helpful or reassuring response.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Swimsuits For All. The confusing return/exchange process and unhelpful customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm not sure if I'll be ordering from them again in the future.

SwimsuitsForAll Swimsuits For All Review: Good Quality, Sizing Issues, and Complicated Returns

I recently purchased some swimsuits from Swimsuits For All and unfortunately, I had some issues with the sizing. According to their sizing guide, the items I ordered should have fit me perfectly, but when they arrived, they were too small. I promptly returned the items with their packaging and tags, and ordered again, this time in a larger size. However, I still had the same problem and was unable to find the proper fit.

I contacted the company to express my dissatisfaction and was given a gift card for the amount of my return. Unfortunately, I was unable to use the gift card and requested a refund instead. The company deducted taxes and shipping and handling fees from the refund amount, even though I had already paid for these fees when I returned the items. I am still waiting for my refund, which was estimated to be $50, even though I paid $114 for the merchandise.

Despite these issues, I must say that the swimsuits themselves were of good quality and looked great. I particularly liked the Loop Strap Halter Bikini Top, which was comfortable and stylish. The High Waist Bikini Bottoms were also a great fit and looked flattering on me. I paired them with the Mentor Tie Front Bikini Top and the Captain Underwire Bikini Top, both of which were also well-made and looked great.

Overall, I would recommend Swimsuits For All for their quality merchandise, but would caution buyers to be careful with sizing and to be aware of the company's return policies.

SwimsuitsForAll Disappointed with Swimsuits for All's Customer Service and Pricing Policy

I recently bought a swimsuit skirt bottom from Swimsuits for All, and I paid $48 plus $12.99 for shipping. I've been a regular customer of theirs, and this was my 5th or 6th order. When I received my order, I also got a few new catalogs. I was surprised to see that the exact same swimsuit skirt I bought was on sale for $23 on page 16 of the catalog. The catalog said that the sale prices were valid until 9/27/22, and I had only placed my order 12 days earlier. So, I called their customer service number to ask for a price adjustment. But, I was disappointed to hear that they don't make price adjustments, and it's not their policy. I spoke to 4 different customer service representatives, including Victor and Rebecca, who were supposed to be Resolutions Supervisers. But, they all said the same thing - they can't help me with a price adjustment. Rebecca even told me that I could call anyone up the corporate chain, but no one would ever make that price adjustment and credit me back my $25. I was shocked to hear that! I could return the item and reorder it at the lower price, but that would cost me multiple times the price of the item in shipping fees. I was really disappointed with their customer service. It seems like they don't care about their customers at all. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them. Swimsuits for All, please don't bother sending me a standard robot message saying how sorry you are and that you'll use this to improve. I've read every review listed for the past 1 1/2 years, and your replies are all the same. It seems like nothing has changed, and even your replies are phony. So, I wouldn't trust this company.

SwimsuitsForAll I will not be shopping with them again

It's really sad that my first order (and the last one at the same time) was terrible. I carefully and attentively chose the items, checking the sizing charts.
But what I got was three sizes bigger than I needed. Of course, I wanted to return them. It turned out that the shipping will be at my expense. But the worst thing that they never give the money back. Everything they offer is a store credit. Whether you need it or not - you decide. But in fact, it means that you have no choice, especially if you're not planning to shop with them again.

SwimsuitsForAll Refund

I have purchased two swimsuits from www.swimsuitsforall.com and when I finally received them I was very disappointed because size was incorrect. Both suits were too tiny so there was no way I could ever wear them. Customer service rep explained how to return and promised me a full refund. I followed all the instructions and sent both suits back.
They refunded only one and I'm still waiting for the rest of my money. I'm actually glad that they refunded at least something but I'm not satisfied.

Late shipping, they refuse to refund. I guess that's how they make money. I have called and emailed and get the same response which is a refusal to help make the situation right.

Customers, be aware. I purchased swimsuit from Swimsuits for All. I got the swimsuit, which was wrong, I didn’t buy it. I returned and paid for the return postage from my own pocket. However, the seller said that the swimsuit was defective and if I wanted to get it back, I needed to transfer the money for the delivery. I think this man is crazy if he thinks that I send money for defective swimsuit.
