I ordered a sword online on Oct. 10th that I needed for a wedding on Oct. 20th and I paid for express shipping (which is almost 1/2 the cost of the sword) and it was said that it should arrive in 2-5 days. The following Tues I got an email with a tracking number that said it had been delivered to a location in New Jersey. After tracking down a live person at DHL (shipping company) they said that the tracking number that was sent to me was attached to someone else's order, even though all the info sent to me showed it was my information. Needless to say, I still do NOT have my order. I have emailed, tried chatting and even calling and get NO WHERE! This is beyond fru's that I have contacted my CC company and am blocking my purchase at this point. What a fraud this company is! So so disappointed!

Ordered gandolf staff and sword. Staff is a shower curtain rod with a broken piece jammed on the end. Sword is ok quality but my name is spelled incorrectly on both sides if it and also on the staff. The design I paid extra for and got approved is not on it at all. Many attempts at asking them to resolve the issue both before they even made the items when I noticed the errors on the invoice and after they arrived have gone unanswered. Tried the chat and after screenshotting all the emails their response was they could not locate any emails. Seriously? Disputing the charge! Save yourself frustration and do not order from them!

So being a conscientious consumer, me shot them an email straight away. They just messed me about, straight up. I'm so over it, I'm gonna dispute the purchase with my bank. Sword kingdom ain't getting away with this. I might even contact trading standards, they need to know about these guys. Stay away from sword kingdom, it's just too dangerous.
