wait time and incorrect food.
After waiting for 10 minutes just to order(there were not many in front of me), I finally ordered two 7 later bean burrito with no cheese or sour cream added on, as well as fries. When I arrived back to my hotel, I opened up my burritos to find that I had been given twomeat filled burrito with sour cream and cheese, all of which I cannot eat. Additionally, the fries were cold. My balance due was 8.39$ which seems to be a waste of money since I cannot even eat what I ordered. The customer service skills were awful and I spent over 15 minutes in line total.

7-30-18 My daughter just got back from the Taco Bell at 1695 W. Webb Rd in Wichita Ks. She ordered a cheesy gordita cruch, no spicy ranch plus nacho cheese. It had spicy ranch on it. I ordered a Nachos BellGrande with extra, extra cheese. There was no extra cheese. Her boyfriend ordered a nacho fry box and the burrito had no meat in it. I called the store to complain and hopefully get my name put in the book for another time since it's storming outside and she didn't want to get back out in it. The first call the lady I was talking to said that she made everything herself and nothing was wrong with it and then she hung up on me. I called right back and it took about 20 rings before anyone answered the phone. When they answered all they said was hello and I asked if this was Taco Bell and she said no, this is so and so. I didn't catch her name. I asked again if this was Taco Bell and she said yes. I told her that I had just called and the lady hung up on me. She said she was sorry and asked what the issue was. I started telling her everything that was wrong and she said that we would have to bring the food back up there with the receipt for anything to be done. This isn't the first time that we have had an issue with this Taco Bell but anytime before they would just put down the items that were wrong to where we could come back in another time and receive the same items. I have never had anyone from any other Taco Bell treat me that way that these people treated me.

Rebecca aka. Supervisor was rhe rude women taking orders at drive tru. She was obviously in bad mood or something she didnt let us finishing ordering. Nor did she xare at the window to pay where she tgen still messed up the order. And refused to let us pay to fix it we have 4 kids not one. So she rudely says pull around pull around in yelling form. Then we waited no food in 15 min wait outside. I then went iin where she then says well you pay for it. Im like u saod pull around repeatedly and she like yea pull around get out ur. Car and come in

This is store 636 and I work across the street at Hertz. I go to this store at least twice a week. I stopped going inside to eat because of the manager Hayley. This day I decided to have my meal at a table instead of in my car. I ordered a steak nacho but my chips were soggy. When I asked for something in place of them the cashier was helpful. Ronda offered her favorite and called for Hayley whom was with a heavy white woman. She told Ronda to wait then when she finally came to the counter she told me that was her wife and continued to tell me about her personal life. This is why I stopped coming inside someone needs to teach her professionalism.

My boyfriend and I came there after work on Monday July 30th 1245am ish, we order about 25 dollars worth of food, BUT before we can order we wait 10min for an unknown reason because no one was in front of us, anyways we receive attitude and missed two items from our receipt, so we call.. bad idea.. the so called manager didn't feel comfortable giving us his name but felt comfortable to tell us to call 1800 tacobell and proceed to hang up on us, we we're literally polite the whole time. Every time we come to this location it's always a mess and full of racist and raging "workers". I'd suggest corporate come in and do some retraining because this is ridiculous. oh and the cashier wouldn't keep her gross hands out of our bag, after we asked her nicely to stop touching everything.

cinnamon twists and employee behavior
I came into Taco Bell about 45 minutes ago to order a dollar cinnamon twist I thought maybe it would be a quick snack, unfortunately it was a horrible experience I don't complain much but this is the third time I have been into a Taco Bell and have had a bad experience I figured it is time first there was an employee in line with friends they were horsing around jumping around they were even wrestling and knocked into me which I thought was very unacceptable and rude, for 2 the other employees that were working did not say one thing to them about their behavior they just continued to laugh with them & third it took about 15 minutes for one order of cinnamon twist to get to me. I looked around trying to find out what was taking so long I noticed three employees over to the side standing around just talking but at least they did get this order right unlike the last time I ordered four items out of four items were wrong. Well I asked for a manager and they told me they were unavailable at the moment I think the employees either need to find a daycare for themselves or need to get a clue on how to be professional I know I was only a dollar customer tonight but that is due to the fact my unsatisfactory 26 and 34 dollar purchases last two times I orderd from there. My business often eats out on Friday's and have take out throughout the week but less and less are we ordering Taco Bell. Hopefully next time the person the employees decide to wrestle with while in the restaurant is not an elderly person or a small child they knocked down..

At our local taco bell (shelbyville, illinois) I went in to get an order and the cashier was off to the side talking to another employee about buying and doing drugs (meth specifically). I mentioned this to the local managers and nothing has been done. Actually, they informed the two employees about it and who mentioned it.
Is this the kind of service you provide? Why are they not being drugged tested? And why did the managers pass off the complaint and inform them? My service has been terrible and my orders are regularly being messed up now every time the two are working.

When I left Taco Bell drive through I could not see. At the window there are two extremely bright lights facing the cars. The lights gave me a migraine and blinded me. I had to pull onto the side of the road and wait for my migraine to let up & my eyes calm down enough to see. My retinas felt burnt even though I pulled my sun visor down. While at the window I asked to speak with the manager. I was told there was nobody there I could speak with that the manager had just left. After asking who owned this Taco Bell franchise, the girl at the window told me I could call and talk to the manager when she got back from vacation.

I visited the Red Oak, Texas location this evening (drive thru). This is the second time in the past month that I ordered the grilled stuff steak burrito for my husband. Both times...no steak, ground meat instead. These are one of the most expensive things on your menu. I would prefer to get what I pay for. This is ridiculous. When I attempted to contact the store my phone, after a few rings it went to a fax machine. Please train your staff better. We will probably not be customers any longer.

They are not friendly at all and when you order and pay the price for this stuff you should at least get 2 spoonfuls of meat and all in the boritos. We got maybe 1/4 of cheese with cheese fries. They dont smile at all or speak besides orders. They act like they don't want to be there. I went in with a large order for me and some co workers, the lady taking my order kept saying "oh my god" "jesus" referring to all the extra veggies I added to my loaded fries making me feel embarrassed in front of others. I got extra beef, extra sour cream, with added guacamole, onion, red strips, beans and potatoes. when I got my meal it was most definitely not extra beef or sour cream and I counted my tomatoes and red strips (because there was so little there) i paid close to 10 dollars for my loaded fries and got a very disappointing platter, AFTER being embarrassed in front of employees and other customers because my order was "too much". I know in my picture I already started eating, but it's because I'm at work on a time crunch and I have to eat very fast and I was very hungry because I do a lot of manual labor at my job. Hello there, I am a committed customer, I am actually eating it right now as I am writing this. But I fell in love with a product that sadly, I have not seen come back. The naked chicken chips and the crispy chicken quesadilla were incredible and I know a lot of people enjoyed them as well! This is not the first time she has done this and i dont think this is very polite to have her on your service and team any longer. For 1.39 I hate to complain but the NACHO fries are not worth getting. This is the third time I have received cold limp fries and that's enough. I was glad they were coming back and thought I would try again. Never again. Is the cheese sauce boiling hot so you won't notice the cold fries ? I am very fond of the crunchy tacos and the fries would of been a great addition but they need to be hot and crispy.

My wife halfway through eating her steak nachos when she noticed a black curly hair on it. I took her food and hand it to the staff at the register. The female staff picked the hair from the food and showed it to her supervisor? Manager? as she was preparing another food for someone and quoted "I don't know where it came from? You can see how we do it" she did not apologize to me or my wife, but a middle age staff at the counter said "I'm sorry". I went back to our seat hoping she will approached us and apologize, but instead she prepared something and whole time she keeps saying "Make sure there is no Hair in there" stated that numerous times as my wife looking towards the kitchen. Then the same female staff handing us a bag of food of something and said the name of the food the manager made and my wife and I refused to take it. And she replied back Are you sure? And we both nodded yes we are sure. We were upset how the store manager handled that situation and we wanted to address this in upper managment of taco bell

We arrived at Taco Bell around 10:21 on 7/15/2018 in Fort Wayne Indiana downtown at the Jefferson Street Location. The drive through was wrapped around the building with long lines. It was not 11:00 which is the lobby closing time so we decided to go in. But when my husband got out the car a manager was standing outside smoking a cigarette leaning inside a truck talking to someone. He stopped my husband and told him that the dinning room was closed. Now we were confused but the guy looked to be annoyed by our presence or interrupting his conversation. So we got in the drive though line. We sat in the line for over 2O Minutes. Then we were finally able to place our order and the young lady advised that they were out of Nacho cheese. But Finally we made it to the window and the time that the dinning room was to close was listed just as we thought 11:00pm. So why had they closed the dinning room over 30minutes early. Why the shift manager stood outside on a break with the line wrapped around the building and them being out of product. It was after 11:00 when we were finally done getting our food and left the lot. This service was awful and a lot of it could have possibly been avoided. There was no regard to the customers no sorry for the long waits. Continued actions like this will ruin the name that Taco bell has worked hard for.

Yesterday I bought my daughter an order of nacho fries at the drive through in Jennings Louisiana. When we drove off she spilled the cheese on her arm. It was so extremely hot she suffered a bad burn. I pulled the car over to help her because she was crying and screaming in pain. When I took the container from her even the container was hot. The container was too flimsy for a product that hot. The cheese was way too hot to serve to the public in an unmarked flimsy container. This product is not safe! I went to taco Bell on 7-20-18. It is a brand new taco Bell just recently built in Mont Belvieu Texas. This was my second time to ever visit this taco Bell we have been so excited to have one closer to where we live now! My first visit I was a little upset because I made it all the way home and was missing both of my bean burritos but I let it go. My second trip there on the 20th I sat in the Taco Bell line with only three cars in front of me for 45 minutes. When I finally made it to the window the young man that was working the drive-thru I am not certain of his name had a smirk on his face like the whole situation was funny. He takes my debit card and charges me for my order and hands me my order I look through it and notice that I am missing my order of cheese fries I had ordered two and only received one. When I told him he said he will have to charge me for the second one because he did not the first time. So as I was a little aggravated because I had already sat in line and I figured since it was his mistake he would give me the fries I handed him my debit card and instead of him charging me for another order of fries he charged me for the order of the car behind me. Then when he realized the mistake he made he precedes to cuss profanities using the f word and the s word. I had my 16 year old son sitting next to me the whole time listening to this. He precedes to get the manager who starts to argue with him about what he did while the window is open and we are sitting there watching she starts to get on to him and made the situation much more uncomfortable. She attempts to fix the problem by refunding my card for the $5.58 they charged me. She said it would be back on my card immediately which was a lie I did not receive it until today 4 days later. I understand that it is a new restaurant and that you people are still training and I tried to take that into consideration but the customer service that was shown at this restaurant was Far Below expectations. It was a nightmare to say the least.
