bottled water
I probably go to Taco Bell once a month I typically always use the drive through. I don't drink soda so I always get a meal and substitute bottled water for my soda. I've never had an issue with this until today. The girl at the counter told me meals only come with fountain drink and if I wanted a bottled water I had to pay for it separately. She said there is no way around it no discount or up charge that the meal comes with fountain drink and bottled water is separate I could not believe such an egregious policy and was left aggravated and upset after paying for a drink I did not want. Not sure if I'll be returning anytime soon.

I am a long-time paying customer with this particular Taco Bell I had ordered my food and ordered 4 water cups I have never received Clearwater cups I always receive the small black cups and when my children had got soda in a cup I normally get water this particular time the cashier / manager looked at my kids while I was at the counter waiting for my food turned around to me yelling real real loud with a room full of White people and said your kids didn't pay for that you have to pay for that I told her she did not have to do that she said I can do what I want to do I'm the manager and I will call the police now my thing is why did she have to holler why did she Target my kids and why did she give us the icy cups in the beginning the man in front of me as for a water cup and receive the normal water cup that supposed to be given when I asked her name she asked me why I didn't do anything why do you need my name I told her because I would like to voice my opinion... I just left from up there to speak to the manager over her head when I came in and spoke Softly and said hello Crystal is your manager here she replied no come back tomorrow and my name is Crystal okay Crystal... I really feel like she's picking

I was waiting for a receipt of my
Order and the girl gave me someone else receipt I gave it back to her then she called over someone else .i was then informed that the machine was broken . I asked for the manager name and number. I was given a number that was wrong and also not working.when I got the right # I called to file a complaint a person answered but when I started talking about the situation she put the phone down. When I hung up and called back the line was busy. Why am we being so mistreated?

The checked items shown below were missing from my order; with the exception of my request for "no sour cream". I had to scrap most of the top of my salad off to get the sour cream off.
After repeating the order back to me twice, at the speaker AND the window they still got it wrong.
I tried to call the store several times but they did not answer. This has happened several times in the past but this store does not answer their phone.
I feel I deserve compensation for this and this store should be seriously looked at.

On July 23, 2018, my husband (78) and I (73) ordered two taco salads and one shredded chicken burrito to take home. After driving home, getting out of the car, walking up the stairs, sitting down to eat, and then finding out No burrito! I went back to Taco Bell, angry, tired, and hot! But what transpired next turned the entire episode around.
Tamara, at the window, greeted me with a sincere apology, took full responsibility for the mistake, had them make a fresh burrito, and gave me a free blast to cool me off, all the while being totally professional and gently making me feel like a valued customer.
What a different world this would be if we had more young people with her attitude and professionalism.
I was so blessed by this young girl and her demeanor that I left there in an entirely different frame of mind.
I formally nominate her as Employee of the year! May God bless her life as she blesses others!

cheesy double decker tacos.
I went to the store in Bangalore at Ascendas Park Square mall on 10th of July. I had order a 2 set of veg cheesy double decker tacos and 1 cheesy double decker non veg tacos. I paid a bill amount of Rs 385.
My friend ate the non veg tacos and I had the veg one.
The reason I am complaining is that I have got food poisoning from the food consumed and needed hospitalization the next day. I have the statement of the purchase at taco bell in my bank statement.
Unfortunately I have lost the bill. I have the copy of the hospital Bill too.
I am really upset that with an international brand such an issue can arise. I can email the documents you require.
You need to take this up extremely seriously and check the hygiene of the store. I have suffered very badly due to this horrible experience.

drive thru
The hours on the window clearly state the drive thru is open till 11pm but they normally close it around 1030pm. I've been in line at the drive thru and they have shut the lights off and not waited on me and it was way before 11pm. This has happened more than once and it has happened when there were more cars than just mine in line. I have also gotten cold food going through there at night.

When I arrived at the Taco Bell on 4700 Boston St, Baltimore, MD, 21224 I was appalled. Only one employee was working who was both taking orders and making the food at the same time. I am a vegetarian so when I placed my order, I made sure to say NO MEAT. When I got home, each of my food items had beef in it and it was so disgusting I threw it out. Each taco was soggy and mushy and it was squashed and the beef was oozing out of it. On top of that, I was missing 3 items from what I ordered. I am disgusted and never going back.

At the first one I was told they cannot make my order because they didn't have a cook and there was no manager on site called back and spoke with the manager name Christy! My husband and sons and I went through the taco bell drive thru tonight. We ordered a party box. They had us pull over in parking lot. We waited 25 minutes for tacos. Then the girl that brings them out proceeds to tell my husband she doesn't know what the heck is going on.. she is new. We then asked for sauce and said we would have to go in and get them.
We got home and these tacos were horrible. Lucky to have 1/2 tsp. Of meat on each taco...AND NO CHEESE! I am not very happy at all.

horrible service and disgusting store conditions
I did an online order and was not even started when i arrived 10 minutes after the actual due time. The restaurant was disgusting. The staff was completely disengaged and they seemed excited that i just wanted a refund. Less work for the 6 people that were all standing around. I went to order food from an actual restaurant which served my to go in less then 10 minutes. I drove past same cars were in drive thru. Completely lost taco bell in Shelbyville, IN.
unprofessional and unusually long service times
7/19/18 I came through the Toco Bell drive through located at 1100 Smiley Ln. at approximately 9:30 p.m. I ordered two nacho fry boxes, one beef chalupa, and another nacho fry. I waited in the drive-through line for about 25 minutes and when I got up to the window I was told they didn't have fries. I left and complained to a manager named Lisa she said come back next time and they would give me a free meal. I came back a couple days later which is today ordered two nacho fry boxes and one beef Chalupa And told them about the previous incident and was told that Lisa didn't exist and if she did it's not possible for them to give me free food! And as I left one of the employees yelled out of the back door and said don't come back you won't be missed! I then called again and spoke with a different manager I'm not sure the name and he told me to call back on Monday when the general manager would be in and I also asked the name of the owner of the Taco Bell restaurant they said they could not give me that information and I also asked about a corporate office they said they do not have one!

Drive thru took 20 minutes with 4 cars in line including myself. Kids that worked there were very loud in the background of drive-thru com. Order was wrong. When I pulled up they were having a blast, which is fine, but not doing their jobs. Didn't seem like there was a manager on duty. It was obvious that no one there was trained properly. All Employees were very friendly and polite.
If the kids Taco Bell hires were paid a little more, trained, and treated with dignity, then It wouldn't be that big of a problem. It starts from the top...all the way from the top.

I have been eating at Taco Bell for years. I order the new nacho fries and they were half frozen. I order a grill Burrito with chicken and no chicken nor was it grilled. I can not believe this. I hate to never go back but I think this is it. I went through the drive thru and order a taco salad which was on the menu. They told me that they don't carry these items. You advertise products and none of which shows when I order the product. False advertisement is a serious issue.

This is my issue at taco bell 032709, I went to taco bell on 07/22/18 sunday morning, I decided to go in because the line at the window was all around the store, takes at least 5 mins for someone to recognize that you are even there to wait on you, there were 5 people there they should of at least had there own post to take care of but they were not helping to make orders one was standing at the window by the cash register and one was looking at the manager making orders one was complaining about not getting anything to eat, manager told him that was not her problem, there was one that I could not see but i'm sure he wasn't doing anything, people came in to place orders but noone recognize them or said just a minute so you guys lost money because when someone comes in that door they need to be taken care of there order needs to be taken. If they are overly busy they need to stress that to the customer some people will state I will wait some won't but you need to give them that option. This is not the first time that I have reported this store, we were excited that a taco bell was coming to duquoin, but you need to get some organization or people will not come back, I waited for at over 40 minuets if not longer. If you have a regional or district manager that is not a young adult who understands customer service and taking care of the customer that person needs to be at this store and get things organized. I have been in customer service and own my own stores and if my store was this unorganized I would be working it myself. I understand that you are a large company but believe me if you keep on having people disorganized the way you have at this store, its not going to work. End of rant.

I have ordered a Mexican pizza and a nacho cheese taco and when I got home tonight there was mild taco sauce all over my pizza they don't come that way and I was afraid to eat it and I'm mad because I work late tonight and I was very hungry and spend my money please solve this issue I waited in the line there for a hour and a half this is just not fair

I had gone to a Taco Bell around 9:30 pm. We had ordered through the drive through. I had ordered the chalupa combo with the two chalupas and one taco. I had asked for no cheese and no sour cream and my boyfriend order a dorritos taco. The guy on intercom had asked us to read over to be sure our order was correct. It was, my receipt even says no cheese and no sour cream. When I got home and had begun to eat my chalupas there was nacho cheese on them. I have a severe dairy allergy. I cannot eat cheese. It causes me a lot of pain. I have wasted my gas and money on food I can not eat and will now be in pain for the few bites I had taken.

My sister and I stopped through the drive thru this evening. We waited for 30 minutes to get to the window. When we finally got to the window we were told that it was going to be another 5-10 minutes. Already have waited a half hour with a young child in the car this made my sister upset. When she spoke with the manager he was argumentative right off the bat. He gave her excuses as to why it was taking this long, and told her that talking to her was wasting his time. He never apologized at all. My sister asked for a refund he refused to give. So I went in to see if we could just get our money back and go home. But I was confronted with the same manager who started the argument again in front of alot of customers. When he refused to give our money back he stated the order was ready. The one of his associates walked up to the counter and threw the bag at me. Our food was all over the bag, burritos we're smashed. We ordered the new nacho fries which were flipped upside down and all over cause of that associate throwing the bag like that. I wish I would have gotten our refund our food was soggy and at the bottom of the bag. Order was 23$ we could have spent somewhere else with a better experience. We will not recommend this restaurant to anyone and we will spread the word on how customers are treated if you want a refund. The managers will refuse to make things right. Where I work this treatment is not tolerated and I'm greatful. This manager on staff to night at 5:30 on 07/21/18 blew up on my sister and should be working a job with no customer contact. This is completely dissapoiting. We will not eat at this establishment again.

I and my wife were so upset when you discontinued the Volcano 🌋 burrito! I was so mad 😡 that I didn't eat Taco Belle for a long time. I'm back eating there but still sad. Please bring it back even if for a season? I think of it every time I eat there. I know this sounds silly, but please? I'd probably eat there twice a week if you brought it back! I'd probably be a spokeswoman for it as well? Reconsider Taco Belle, reconsider? Thanks for listening 😁
