Taco Bell the did the complete opposite of my order.

I ordered a soft taco with no lettuce and add the cheese sauce. What I received was a shredded chicken taco with extra lettuce and no cheese at all! I told them the messed up and the just laughed. On my receipt is says just like how I ordered it. Not only did I get charged for the taco but all for extra cheese which I did not even get. I want a complete refund and an apology letter. Taco Bell 5 dollar quesadilla box

Went to two different Taco Bells in Jacksonville Florida. Neither one sold the box for five dollars, said they couldn't honor the sale price. I ended up buying 7 boxes at 6.29 instead of 5 dollars each. That is false advertisement! I have my receipts and believe Taco Bell should reimburse or send coupons. But you also need to make sure you have a deal everyone will honor before false advertising!

Taco Bell the flour tortillas

Every time I order anything with a flour tortilla it’s gummy. Why did you guys change them? Please go back to the way you were making them before. I’ve quit going to Taco Bell because of this fact. Also the beans don’t taste as creamy as before or maybe it’s because they are not prepared right. I dont know but please make the flour tortillas soft so I can go back to Taco Bell.

Taco Bell beef in vegetarian order

There was beef in my mexican pizza.. I’m vegetarian and it says sub beans from beef on the receipt too, this happened to my mom a month ago as well, we’re vegetarian. I have my receipts from these days and pictures of the meal with beef. I want a refund for these, mexican pizzas are not cheap. Someone should make sure vegetarian orders stay vegetarian

Taco Bell poor service and poor food handling!!!

I ordered a bean burrito and a steak challoppa...I Received a beef challoppa instead so returned to drive thru to explain and they replaced my order but I noticed no sour cream on my order as i origianly ordered it so I then advised them of this so then I gave order back to them again for the second time so they proceeded to open my challoppa in front of me and the manager put his finger through my food with his glove on mind you and says there it is right there...well I didn't see it and thought that It was so disgusting to put his finger through my food. I took my order and left and I felt that it was so unprofessional that he had fingered my food and never once apologized for their mistake. I am so upset over the whole ordeal I will think twice before eating at taco bell again anytime in the near future...

Taco Bell customer service

Stopped at Taco Bell today, 10/21/17 (in Meridian Idahoboff of Linder Rd) after my daughters soccer game because she wanted their breakfast... After waiting at the counter for 10 minutes with no service, a worker wandered to the counter wiping his nose with his bare hand asking me what I would like to order... it was 10:58 at this point and I asked about the breakfast menu. He explained that they were no longer serving breakfast and when I asked what time they stop serving breakfast he explained usually 11:00am... but today "they ran out". I have no idea why we continue spending our money at this place! Constantly missing orders when we go thru the drive or getting they order wrong so today we decided to go inside to order and no one is there... this place is a joke! People frequent it out of convenience because we don't have a lot of fast food drive thru in this part of town- poorly managed! I will NOT be back!

Taco Bell management

Two of the managers at this Taco bell are having sexual relations outside work. The names of the two managers are Marcus and Bri. From my understanding this is not allowed in any of the Taco bell establishments. The general managers name is Greg Graves it is to my believe he is unaware of this please correct this problem, before it goes any further.

Taco Bell taco bell bay minette, al

Bay Minette, AL Taco Bell is open 7am to 1am on Friday nights, we pull up to the drive through at 11:30 we're looking at the menu and as we are reading they shut off the lights and say they are closed. You can see in the kitchen and see about 3 workers standing around not closing. They are standing around talking and goofing off. We sat and saw multiple vechicles come through a drive through that is supposed to be open, drive off and not be able to get their food because they were "closed". We stayed there for about 30 minutes and witnessed people being paid to stand around and say they are closed so they could goof around and socialize.

Taco Bell taco bell's variety 12 pack

I have recently went to Taco Bell, and ordered a taco variety 12 pack. The tacos were suppose to be supreme with all the toppings on them, although they only put sour cream on some tacos and not the others, this has happened to me before as well. It's almost as if they got lazy and didn't want to put sour cream on the rest. I love Taco Bell and go their often but if I am paying all that money for a 12 pack I should receive sour cream on all of my tacos not just a few.

Taco Bell dishonest employee

I visit this particular taco bell frequently because its close by to my job. Today (10/20/2017) I visited as normal, service was good however I lost some money and did not know until about 30 mins later. My coworker who was with me told me the manager found said money. I called to see if I could return to claim the money but the same manager who found it told me that the person who found it had left already, (I was talking to the person on the phone). I feel that if money is lost in any kind of establishment that their first stop is to check your registers, then ask any customers if they lost money. If the money is not claimed by the end of the day there are two choices: 1) cash it into the register 2) person who found it keeps it. This tells me as a customer that there may be some dishonesty in this location and I do not think I will return.

Taco Bell drive thru

Cashier Monea J, took my boyfriends order..we order ONE gordita crunch with the dorito shell. she proceeded to tell us $6 and some change..and we were confused on how it could be so much. So when we addressed her about it at the window she had told us we ordered two, and so then we stated we actually only wanted one. And she looked at my boyfriend and said “really?” In the rudest way absolte possible and then called back to the others and said “ yeah well they decided they only wanted one.” All snobby. i didnt appreciate it coming from someone whom works in food serice/customer service herself. So i believe she should get repercussion for her actions.

Taco Bell attempt to steal my credit card

An employee labeled Noah M on the receipt, working in the drive through, at location 3623 Plaza Way, Kennewick, Wa., 99338

I handed the woman my credit card for a 7.14 dollar charge at 3:56:06 PM, 10/19/2017.

The woman swiped my card, then took a moment and handed me my bag and told me to have a nice day (without drink, card and receipt).

Mistakes happen, so I kindly asked her for the other items, she apologized and proceed to get my drink. She then said have a nice day again, and at this point it felt uncomfortable as why I still don’t have my card. Still, it can be a long day for her, so I ask for my card and receipt.

She apologizes again, and this time, hands me my receipt, folded like my card is in between the paper, tells me to have a nice day, and closes the window.

At this point I am very uncomfortable, so I abruptly -ask for my card through the window. She comes back and apologizes again and gives me the card, sitting on the inside of the window seal. I tell her that it’s a credit card, and she replies almost in a guilty manner that she noticed.

So Immediately called the store asking for their manager. There wasn’t one. A lady who didn’t speak English that well was almost deflecting my call as if they were trying to blow this over, she gave up, handed the phone off to a worker I could talk to more clearly, and she said she will tell her manager as soon as she can. She then told me to call the 1800 number, but being pacific time, the phones are down for the day. So here I am messaging why Taco Bell has let me down again. I’ve been frauds before by drive through and this is uncalled for, especially because this situation I fell will be swept under the rug. Please help resolve this issue with me, otherwise be sure that she is probably going to do this to others in the future, if not already. I want want some sort of notice, promptly.

Drive thru window video can prove it all. And in no way shape was I bashing the fact that she didn’t speak English. I don’t know why your gunning at me for a complaint? Just spreading the word that someone was deliberately trying to take me card, or at least leave it long enough to get info.

Sorry for some of the mispelling, but I am furious. I know you really never know who you hire in moral value, but I’m so sick of seeing people try to scam and thieve. Hopefully this person gets canned before she steals someone else’s card. Good thing I was watching her.

Hi, I might have been the person you are referring to, I wanted to assure you and clear the air I am in no way shape or form attempting to steal any type of information from your card. I have a mental illness called the Digeorge Syndrome which is no excuse it may help explain my behavior. It prevents me from working at the same speed as everyone else. I am not sitting on the window sill I guess my height makes it appear to be that way, I have epilepsy and really bad anxiety. I was feeling guilty because I realized I made you uneasy not the fact that I was trying to steal your card information, I would never, take anyones card information, my guiltiness was not because I was doing something illegal it was out of concern that I made anyone uneasy.

You really have no proof that she had any negative intent at all. She just might have been absent-minded and made a couple of mistakes. You should be more understanding. People make mistakes without nefarious intent all of the time. She probably seemed guilty because she felt bad for messing up.

Thanks for a proper response. I’m not one to tattle, so complaining on this form was me seeking help to see clarity in the situation. I’ve been skimmed before-hand a few years back, so this was frustrating to me. Typically, they hand your card back as soon as they swipe, not a big deal until I had to ask her three times for my card.

Sitting on this situation I feel like I learned a lesson. She didn’t illegally take my card. It should have been a better idea for me to just inform awareness in the phone call and leave it at that. The card company allows me to monitor and restrict use for safety too. Ill let it be. Again, Thanks for the input.

Taco Bell worst service possible

I went to Taco Bell at location #28711 at 12105 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064 at 1:00 AM on Saturday, October 14, 2017. The line was around the corner and backed out into the street, which was fine and we were willing to wait. By the time we got up to order in the drive thu it was 1:30 and we started to order. We did have a lot of items but while I was ordering I was cut off and told we could not order anymore. This was very confusing since you are a fast food restaurant and serve items that should be in stock. The drive thru attendant said they were running out of food and wanted to have enough food for everyone lined up since they were closing soon (they close at 2). When we drove up to the window to pay, it was actually pretty fast in getting our food which really didn’t make sense since we had been in line for so long. Then, I asked for sauce and I was informed the only sauce you had was Diablo sauce which makes no sense. It sounded like the employees were being lazy and didn’t want to open up an boxes of sauce. There’s no way you run out of sauce on Saturday at 1AM and then get a delivery of sauce at 10AM. The drive thru employee was not nice or helpful at all. The process seemed very inefficient and was lacking customer service.

Then, when we got home to the items we ordered (a total of $31) ½ of the items were incorrect. We did substitute to have beans in some of our items but of course we ended up with beef in 5 of the items so we were not able to eat it and had to throw it away. This is the worst service I have ever had at a taco bell and at a fast food restaurant. My expectation is not that high but there’s should still be some sort of standard. At the least, I expect to be refunded. I don’t ever plan on returning to that Taco Bell since I don’t live in the area but still feel like that location could use an over haul in service and staff.

Taco Bell service

I have been an occasional customer for years but not often because the service is so slow at all locations. I don't know why, it doesn't take any longer to make a taco than it does to make a burger but it's still slow. Last Monday night at around nine p.m. I went to the taco bell in Santee s.c. I pulled into the drive thru and saw three cars ahead of me. There were only two cars in the parking lot, so they wereally not busy inside. I placed my order and began my wait. After thirty minutes by the clock, there were still two cars ahead of me. I finally gave up and drove away. I went across the street to mc Donalds and went through the drivethru. I got my food in six minutes and left.my meal was also cheaper than the total at taco bell. As I drove past on the way home the car that had been ahead of me was still at the window. The truck that had been behind me had also left.there is no excuse for service this slow. I can assure you that I will never visit the taco bell in Santee again even though I work in town. I will very likely never visit any taco bell again because as I said the service is slow at all locations. From reading your complaint list a lot of other people agree with me. You need to focus your training on a way to speed up service instead of telling your employees that it is OK to stand around and talk to each other about boyfriends or last week's date night. You are losing business every day due to slow service and staff that doesn't care if the customers ever eat or not. Wake up people.

Taco Bell food / wait time

I went to taco bell for my late night meal after work and I went in and there was one persons order in front of mine. So, I order and the cashier was very respectful and got my order in quickly. I then waited for my food and after waiting 20 minutes on a nacho belgrande and a chicken quesadilla, and a carmel empanada. I then took my order and left. I got home and started eating and i got to my empanada and it was COLD. I couldn't even be satisfied I had to heat it on my own. My chicken quesadilla was the only thing that was satisfying. Not to mention, i don't drink soda and they were out of sweet tea! I love taco bell, i was very disappointed in them tonight .

Taco Bell the service and food I received

Just right now, I ate out at my local Taco Bell (Fresno Ca on Willow and Nees) and was not satisfied with my meal or the length I had to wait in order to receive it. At 6:15, I arrived to my local Taco Bell and ordered for my family: 3 Big Box Meals, 1 Crunchwrap Supreme, and 2 Mini Quesadillas. As I pulled up to the window, I paid and was about to receive my food, until the lady at the window told me my order was incorrect in the bag and pulled my food back. 5 minutes passed and she came back again with another bag (which did not contain the correct order), so the lady pulled it back to the kitchen again. For the next 20 minutes, I played a game of back and forth with the lady at the window a total of 5 times, until finally the workers in the back correctly put together my seemingly simple order. The lady at the window apologized and wished me a nice night; however, when I arrived home and my family dug into their meals, the food was the worst my family and I have ever experienced from any Taco Bell, my son's Crunchwrap barely had any ground beef, and was very cold (due to the abundance of sour cream and tomatoes instead of thoroughly cooked meat). Similarly, my gordita was so lacking in condiments that it was basically a taco. I hate to do this, but I feel like I can never go back to that Taco Bell due to the complete disaster of an experience I had. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Taco Bell manager said something about my wife and the drive thru window was still open

Logan was the managers name, not sure if that is right since he wouldn't even talked to me afyer uncalled my wife for him so he could apologize. My wife went there around 7:50 and wanted to add another quesadilla and the girl at the drivethrough yelled out she is adding another quesadilla no sauce and then he yelled something out in which my wife did not hear but the girl in drive through said " the window is open stupid". They closed the window and they began to talk and point at my wife and kept talking for a long while looking at her and talking and talking fornlike 10 minutes and then gave my wife her food. By this time my wife was so mad. She was so mad she was almost shaking. We have 5 kids and she was getting dinner on the way home from shopping. I got home 2 hours later and when my wife told me this I was outraged as you could imagine that anyone would treat her like that and so I went down there and talked to the manager. He just kept saying ok ok ok. Then he asked me what he would like him to do for, me, and I said apologize to my wife and give me my money back. He gave me a refund but refused to apologize to my wife over the phone. He acted like I wasn't even there and none of the other employees would even act like they heard me when I was, asking for his name. So so so unprofessional and my wife deserves, an apology from this manager! Pictures are down below of the quesadillas that were wrong they had sauce when my wife ordered without sauce and then one of them didn't even have cheese on half of it.

Taco Bell food containers

First of all I have absolutely no complaints about the food or the service. My problem is that I’ve started ordering ahead and because the food has been sitting for a little bit the bags and/or containers get wet. The first time all the food was soggy but I let it go. But the other night I went to pick up the box when I got home with my taco salad and the whole box fell apart, leaving me to have to clean the seat and floor mat. And it was certainly not edible. Could you guys look into making sturdier containers? Thank you.

Taco Bell some sort of hair in my food (dog/cat/human?)

Tonight I went to taco Bell and ordered a few things (you can see the receipt below.) When I got home to eat one of the 3 chicken quesadillas I was halfway through when I seen what I thought it was a piece of cheese I pulled out but then realized it was a hair of some unknown origin. You can look at the photos I took.
Besides this the customer service was good. Thank you.

Taco Bell quentin

We made a trip to Taco Bell drive through in Enfield CT. The young man on the speaker told us that the item was no longer available, while he made a suggestion for a similar item, we needed a second to look. After a very brief moment He very rudely made an inquiry:
“Do you need more time to look at the menu, or what?!”
Needless to say we declined. I asked the girl at the window who was on the order mic and was told it was Quentin and he was right there. I told her that he had been rather rude. She apologized. Quentin however did not.
I was going to use the survey from the receipt (placed inside the bag with our food...very unsanitary) to report this however, the receipt survey directed us to use the number on the back of the receipt. The back of the receipt is blank.
I am so very disappointed in Taco Bell.
