Taco Cabana stressful working environment

I have been working here for 3 years off and on and have never been so stressed out before like i am now. its hard to give customers what they want when our GM never orders anything that we need. we have to try and make things work for the customers most of the time they get mad and drive off. when i tried to tell our GM what we were running out of and will he be able to go to another store to get some he said thank you and you are my star employee. the next day as i walk in to work the assistant manager said freddie wants to talk to you because of how rude you were over text with him and victor. i was unaware of the issue. he sits me down and the first thing he says is "do we have a problem stephanie? i said excuse me. his whole approach came off aggressive. then tells me "why do i have you here still."- im sorry but i dont bully easily - then tells me its nun of my buisness what he orders in the truck order that they are still transitioning to the new company thats why he cant order some of the container or bags or the right cleaning supplies because they dont have nothing instock. Im tired of dealing with this manager who is never here and gets on us about sales when a lot of the times we lose sales cuz we dont have what they want cuz freddie doesnt order it and then turns and says we dont help him yet when i do he says he doesnt want to hear from me what we need anyone else but not me. hes a manager and needs to act like one.

Taco Cabana Bad service this morning .order #297940

I ordered 1 taco this morning and I was forced to wait for a bunch of tacos for customers behind me to be made. I was so excited when I finally got up to the window, after sitting there for 10 minutes, then I was made to wait another 5 minutes because no one would come to the window and they were making orders for people behind me.

I go to Taco Cabana quite often because I love the food and it is very disappointing to me that I have to choose to find somewhere else to go, because the way your employee spoke to me is completely unreasonable and I will never go there again.

Desired outcome: Retrain your employee

Taco Cabana Bad Food

I go through the drive thru on my way to work and i always get the same thing. 2 bacon and egg tacos and a large caso and chips. Always good. This morning different story! First it was a different crew working than usual.
i got to work and my tacos were cold and the tortillas looked old and they were cold. And the chips that i got with my caso, were very stale! I mean bad! Like they had been left out all night! I had to throw them away! I won't be going back!

Desired outcome: Talk to workers about being lazy!!

I stopped going for two years and decided to try them again tonight 12/08/2019. Once again order was wrong. I called and asked for the manager to tell them that my order was wrong, he asked me what was he suppose to do? Yeah I won't be going back to this location ever! Taco Cabana service

You all have to fire everyone here and just get a new system and new employees. I've been sitting at this window for 16 minutes waiting for a cheese quesadilla. I don't understand how it takes his long to make food every time I come. People are walking around in there at a snails pace. Is there a manager? I am a employee at taco cabana I rarely ever call I I do the drive thru, front counter and line all at once, and any time I am sick or have a appointment I have to go do my bosses never care if I'm sick and throwing up to diarrhea and shouldn't be around customers and the managers never think about the employees well being or the customers well being the general manager we have her name is beretta Jones and if she had her way she would have people that are throwing up with a flu working because she doesn't want work., she wants to talk about getting drunk and her "bar life" completely inappropriate conversations for work., I have been throwing up have had other symptoms as well like diarrhea headaches and weak body (etc.) Well my general manager bretty Jones told me yesterday to take some imodium and get to work that she didnt care if I was sick or not., there has to be someone who cares about there job at taco cabanna to where they care about there employees because bretta jones does not care about the restaurant, her customers or her employees and as a fellow employee that is truly a hard worker I would like to ask if the main bosses to do something about this

I placed an order in the Drive thru line for 1 pound of Chicken Fajitas and a small Chicken cassafilla. The Caass. was ok the Chicken Fajitas was not. I got more peppers and onions and than Chicken.
