Hi there is bought a pair of tag sunglasses in aberdeen scotland from vision express in the bone accord shopping centre. The product them self's is fantastic but I got a cracker on one of my lens and went back to vision express to organise a replacement lens and told me that tag was having problems with a manufacturer and can't have them fixed so I have been left not being able to use my glasses for two years now so really disappointed by a big brand like tag which I love just to be told that basically you have a tag product it's needing a repair and you can't get it repaired. May I add that I wasn't just once I went back it was two or three times and at least 12 months inbetween when I went back. So just to let you know I still have my tag sunglasses sitting in its case not able to use and just thought I would share this complaint as really disappointed by this. Many thanks raymond

I had a Tag Heuer Connect which kept freezing after the 3rd time being sent back I was told I could have a replacement after waiting almost a week on the returns envelope to arrive I sent it back I tracked the item and seen it was received with 3 days of sending back I was contacted and told the watch I selected was in stock and I would be informed when it was dispatched I asked after a few days was it dispatched by email and after a week have received neither responce or watch. I thought buy a Tag I was buying quality this is most certainly not the case and I definitely would not be recommending Tag Heuer to any I know.

Whenever we are dealing with a huge entity like TAG Heur so we are expecting so much accuracy in the delivery dates specially when it comes to the delivery of 4 simple accessory parts "Bezel and 2 Links"
I have requeated these 4 parts since March 10, 2018, and I have been informed that it will take exactly from 4 to 6 months. When I tried to check about the delivery date for my requested items - which I think that 1 month is a too long period for my order to be delivered from Switzerland- they have replied me saying that it's not the due date yet for your delivery as it should be here after 6 weeks as they have informed me at the beginning.
I waited patiently to receive my requested items on the due date that was supposed to be on April 22, 2018, BUT unfortunately I got nothing but very lame execuses which I still receive till this moment. Finally, they informed me that it's all about the FedEx Co., and when I requested the Track Shipment No., they did not pick up the phone to give me the No.
So what am I supposed to do right now?!
I need a definite date to receive my items.

Dear TAG Heuer,
I purchased a Tag Heuer watch two years ago. The crown of the watch has always given me problems, as it regularly came lose throughout the past years, irrespective of how much I tighten it it would eventually come loose. At that point I thought unnecessary sending the watch in for that reason, until it unfortunately came loose as I was in contact with water and I noticed ingress of water, even though it was supposedly waterproof. Reason why I decided to send it for an assessment and service the following day.
The instructions were: Crown opened and watch got some water in. Please do a complete service and recheck crown. Thereafter, the assessment/quotation was completed 15 days after receiving the watch. The watch was assessed as follows: battery full, minor dents and scratches on the exterior. Minor water marks on dial and tube. FULL SERVICE REQUIRED, etc.
The quotation consisted of a complete overhaul of a total of R1400, 00. As part of the complaints, it is unacceptable to provide a total cost for the complete overhaul with description of the replacing parts needed and not provide detailed feedback and the individual costs of parts, such as: specifying a need for a new battery (unnecessary according to the assessment) and not provide the cost. Also, replacing three spring bars and not stating the reason why nor the cost. In conclusion, charging a specific amount irrespective of the individual service and parts needed. Very questionable from my perspective!
As a TAG Heuer Client, I believe it is part of my rights to enquiry why there was a need for certain replacement. Therefore, I contacted the company which provides the service on behalf of TAG Heuer, looking for a detailed explanation. Sadly, I did not receive neither a detailed explanation or an ethical behaviour. As per the reputation of TAG Heuer watches in particular for the quality, service provided and the obvious cost of it, I therefore do not think that I should tolerate the arrogance and disrespect of employees towards me, due to a simple enquiry about the reason for the replacing part and the fact that costs were not assigned to each item. As part of the many replies I received from the manager technician, "if you don't do this, you might as well just throw your watch away" was one of them. As noticed, I did not receive the kindest reply and I was directly obligated to accept the complete overhaul, as imposed by the employee without further explanation.
I then decided to log the complaint considering the situation and the fact that the complete overhaul and refurbishment approximate to a quarter of the price payed for the watch itself.
I therefore would appreciate that better service is provided within all branches that operate on behalf of TAG Hauer, with standard service compatible with the company's reputation and what is expected by the clients. I would also like to ensure that the issue will be permanently resolved, as from the lack of information provided to me, it is uncertain wether the same problem will happen again.

I own a tag heuer watch now 10 years old. The buttons by the side of the watch has fallen off 3 times. Send for repair at the tag heuer service centre in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. I have paid more than the cost of the watch for service n they even overhauled the watch the last time. Now its fallen off again. I just received an email from them that I need to secure the water resistant in the watch and have another button installed. The charges are expensive and what is disappointing is that its repeated every 2 years. I want to know if this is normal and are tag heuer watches this fragile? This is really so frustrating. Please advise

Did thy replace the glasses David. I bought a pair in 2005 and they said they were covered under thier lifetime replacement warranty and I am wondering if they honored you? I have the same problems. Poor quality for 500 bucks

I bought a new modular connected watch which at the time I thought was a stunning watch and was presented so by the sales person in Venice on my 50th Birthday.
However what the sales person did not say is the stunning watch goes in to hibernation after 5 seconds, so no stunning watch or time.
I have explained I feel this has been miss sold and would even pay more for a suitable watch.
Very surprised at the poor response from the brand and a lack of customer care.

I have been trying to contact Tah Heuer to complain about a watch that broke under guarantee for over two weeks and I still have not received a reply!
I took my watch for repairs to Tag Heuer authorized repair center in Malta as the dial/crown fell off when I was trying to set the time. I expressed my shock and dismay that something like this should happen to a watch of this quality while still under warranty. She questioned whether this fault was covered under warranty and I pointed out that this was not listed as an exclusion under warranty terms and conditions I had with me. She agreed and told me she would contact tag heuer and phone me back. When she did contact me, she told me that this repair would not be covered by warranty as there was damage to the crown caused by impact.
As is to be expected, I was very disappointed as I would have expected this to be pointed out on handing the watch for service since I specifically questioned how such a thing could happen. Secondly, as state of watch can indicate I rarely ever wear this watch and I can vouch that this watch never fell or had a similar impact. Thirdly, I was shocked to see a number of similar complaints about crowns falling off for other customers. It seems that this is a common problem with tag heuer watches.
For these reasons I would expect that the watch be repaired as it is still under warranty. It is disappointing to see how loyal customers who invested thousands of dollars in your watches (we own a number of tag heuer watches) are treated the one time they have a problem with a watch.
If I still do not receive a reply, I will have no choice but to contact local and international consumer affairs branches.

On 8/18/17 at 10:30am I approached the store and the doors were closed. Went next door to Canali and asked if they knew why Tag was not open. The attendant from Canali walked next door with me, and we knocked on the glass. A man came out of the back but was very reluctant to aproch the doors, and would not explain what was going on. After I walked away he opened the door and explained to the non customer what was going on. I own multiple Tag Heuer watches, and was bringing one in for service. Might just sell it and stop dealing with bad customer service

I have owned the the Tah Heuer Aquaracer (WAJ2110) for 6 years and have nothing but problems. The time is slow or stops completely, i've had to replace crown when thread has worn and now the crystal sapphire face popped out and when i sent it in to be repaired (face put back in) on 8/9/17 i was presented with a quote for $1103.50 saying i need a new bezel $286.36, a new black dial $390.91 and a complete overhaul $320. This is a complete scam and rort! A new watch would be $1300! When i called to say i only want the service i was told they wouldn't do it and would send it back to me. This is the poorest customer service i have ever experienced and will never buy or recommend Tag to anyone.

but the problem still exists and the delay is within three minutes so I returned to maintenance on July 10
the maintains work was modified in the clock and received on the same day
but the problem still exists a delay and contacted the customer services in Jeddah and asked me deliver it to maintenance center in Riyadh to send it to Jeddah
so pls solved my problem a final solution because it is unacceptable to get all these problems in a new watch have two months and buy it at high price

I purchased 2 x Tag Heuer on the 01/08/15 from Harris Jewellers in Cape Town, South Africa.
I have had no problems with the Aquaracer.
Within the 2nd month I experienced problems with the Formula 1.
It keeps loosing time.
Personally I feel I purchased a faulty watch.
I asked for the watch to be replaced from the time I experienced the problem. They just kept sending it in for repairs.
The watch has been more in for repairs than on my wrist.
For the 2nd time now they have changed the movement on the watch.
I dont expect this from a premium brand that Your company stands by.
It has been giving endless problems, as is clear from the records submitted to the South Africa agent.
Harris Jewellers are in contravention of the Consumer Protection Act.
Kindly advice before I proceed with legal action.

Hi, I received a Tag as a Christmas gift about 2 years ago. Recently, when I wanted to adjust the date, I noticed the crown detached from the watch.
I took it to the nearest dealer and was informed my warranty is over and I will need to pay for the repair. I am extremely disappointed that a watch of Tag caliber is able to break so easily. It was always my dream to own a Tag but now I am left with a bill.
This is a first time I am experiencing this with a watch. I have watches that are much older but no such issues.

I, too, experienced the same problem. The crown stem pulled out of the movement when I was simply setting the time and date! Over $300 to repair it OUT OF WARRANTY!
For a $1600 LINK, this is totally unacceptable. I've owned Seiko automatics that worked flawlessly for a decade or more without any requirement to "maintain" the movement. What they really mean is they have poor quality and design that requires replacement of parts that should last for many years.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY A TAG HEUER WATCH!

I purchased a couple of years ago a pair of TAG LRS 0253 sunglasses (black and red rubber temples). One day while putting them on the right temple piece came away from the hinge that affixes it to the frame. Although I have visited several local eyeshops that sell TAG glasses and also during my travels several international ones, nobody seems to have spare temple pieces or a way to repair them. (picture attached)
I wrote a few months ago to TAG via the web form on the customer service web page with no reply.
I need a solution to repairing my perfectly good sunglasses that only have this one problem.
I would like to receive from TAG or purchase, if necessary, the repair part to be able to continue using them.

At 16.10.2014 I bought a TAG Hauer branded watch with the serial number of TAG-CAR2A10BA07 from your Turkish distributor Saat&Saat. (CAMPALONA).. The price of this watch was 4570.- CHF.
In 2016 December, just 2 months after the end of guarantee period; my watch got out of order with lagging behind 15 minutes continuously. .
(By the way your distributor claims that this brand has “only” 2 years of warranty but I need your confirmation of this info as I have already lost my trust to this company )
Than I left my watch to them for repair and paid 350 CHF with waiting nearly 1, 5 months to get back my watch!
(according to yr represantative company info; some of small parts were changed..)
Unfortunately these efforts were useless and only 2 months later my watch start to lag behind again just like the previous case!
I left it again to yr representative company for repairing ..
Again I waited 1 month more!,
They reverted me 1 month later saying that, they just adjusted the clock but no reparing..(no need reparing)
All the docs and correspondences are attached files..
And please be informed that during both period I was suffering a lot from your official representative due to the lack of information…
At the end naturally I requested them to change my watch with a new one . But even to get the answer “no” from them, was extremely difficult .
They didn’t want to understand that this is my legal right according “Turkish Consumer Protection Rules “ which was confirmed by my lawyer already.
Please note that ;
Among the various famous brands, I chose TAG Hauer just to have the high quality against its high price . Honestly the image of your brand was “reliable” in my mind.
First of all the guarantee period shouldn’t be so short like an ordinary Chinese brand. Secondly the distributor you have chosen must represent you and your brand’s vision correctly.
With such a strong branded watch ; to have the same problem twice in 5 months and to be waited more than 3 months for repairing sounds ridiculous to me.
I have a few other with the same segment, but I never faced such technical problems and bad attitude of the dealer.
So I am requesting a new watch to compansate loss of my moral and my money.
Of course this is not a fault of yr dealer here in turkey, that my watch got broken twice..
But their duty is to make these corresnpondence with you instead of me for customer satisfaction..

venezuelan local tag heuer office/issue with the service delivered
Hello, I am a tag heuer fanatic and I own 4 watches already for my perssonal use and for my wife too.
The case is the following: I went to the venezuelan local tag heuer service office with the idea to buy the crystal and the bisel for my wife's watch, because the age of the watch, just trying to renovate it for my wife's anniversary. I was delivered with a local form indicating the type of service I did required. I. E. Change the crystal and bisel. Some weeks ahead I received a budget for some parts to be changed, which I assumed was for the parts changing, what I was asking for, I approved it for repair paying the 50% required. But uppps!... It was an internal office error and I received a wrong budget and the process was continued. When I arrived to the office to pick up the watch my surprise was what the watch was in the same conditions I delivered to them. I. E, never was changed the crystal and the bisel what was my original request. This internal confussion of tag heuer local office had for me a problem with my wife for her anniversary gift. Mrs. Office head mrs ligeia castillo took the decision to give me back the money I paid, which is ok, but now and do not get my wife's watch repaired, and the parts required for me were delivered to another customer, as mrs castillo told me the parts I required are out stock, so now I have to wait until parts become available, generating to me higer cots, because the rate $/bolivars has changed dramatically, and all caused this for a local error with my budget.
I am asking you guys to provide to me with the local prices for the parts (When its become available) by the time I was requesting it, because it was an internal error of your local office and is not fear to pay for the new prices rates. We do not have a free $/bolivars conversion, the government controls the $/bolivars convertibility.

My name is hafedh kooheji, I am a tag watch owner since 1988. I and my family trust and love tag, hence we wear 5 of them. Two years ago I bought a aquatacer 500m. Just recently had a problem with the robber grip on the stop watch bottom as it came of partially. Having known tag quality this was a disappointment since I am a collector and take good care of my time pieces. Brought it to the dealer few days ago in saudi arabia at al rashed mall in al khobar. Unfortunately I have been told this is not covered by warranty and that it fan be fixed atva cost? I understand if this was because of misuse it can be charged, but in my case this is a manufacturing problem as it came of just like that while being stored. The serial number is: cak2112. Ba0833.
Please help me not to loose trust in your products.

My wife bought me a watch from an official Tag store in June 2016. We bought the automatic aqua racer. It was a gift for my birthday. Having said that since that time - the watch has gone twice to the service center. The first time i thought the watch has stopped working (as the boutique told me that the watch would last for 48 hours; but hardly lasted for 36 hours) and there was a problem with the buckle as well. They repaired the buckle and gave it to me. The second time the watch stopped working (Mar 2017) - not even a year into buying the watch - i gave it back on 1st March 2017. They have now told me that a part has to be replaced. Its been more than a month and a half and i havent received the watch. AM very suprised that a watch that is supposed to last me a lifetime has a spoilt part and they refuse to even replace the watch...

I have just returned my Tag CAU1112 for the 4th time to be repaired due to moisture in the watch fogging up the glass.
The first time the dealer said you must tighten the crown so as you can imagine I have religiously tighten the crown but a number of times I have found it undone although I never swim with it it once again has fogged up.
I think its time for a total replacement as there is obviously some design flaw. It is only over 3 years old.
