Here i would like to put my complain regarding my car SLYPHY IMPUL (Luxury) *DASHBORD CRACK*.
Please answer me soonest possible. I brought this car year 2010 and this was happended last 2years. My car almost park inside my car porch.
I so sad look at my car dashboard crack. Thi car amount Rm130, +++.++. The quality of dashbord like this.

Hi to whom it may concern,
I'm very frustrated and disappointed customer of Nissan. I been sending my car to nissan setapak 6 times and they couldn't solve the problem and can't rectify.
I just want to know I bought this car for me to use it no to sent to your [censored]ing service centre. No one help me out I contracted everyone the service manager chew I don't know what the [censored] they are doing with my car they kept it for one week and they say they have don't it when I collect my car same issue still have sound. You [censored]ers are unprofessional you service Center is useless. Until they have give me the car without the rim nut was not there. Im telling to everyone not to get a Nissan in all sosial media. My car no 34. Im wasting my time and money if you [censored]ers can't solve the problem change my back of give me my money back [censored].

Claim for compressor
I had bought this Nissan Navara since 2019 until now 2021. This car just only 3 year. Last year I'm asking claim for leather sit issue but get rejected by Tan Chong due of chemical issue that make those leather seat spoil. Until today 29/9/2021, I submitted to claim for my compressor from Tan Chong but rejected due of mileage ? Is worst service !
Airbag signal light blinking after visit
I was being contacted by Tan Chong Express Jalan Patani Penang on changing airbag for my Nissan Sentra, PGJ784 under traffic regulations and appt set on 28 Aug 2021. No changes made at the end as my airbag has been changed from an accident that happened years ago and not eligible due to tampered. After the visit my airbag signal light was blinking non stop while driving I called and visited again on 30 Aug 2021. Upon the call the staff provided solution that they will offer free check up however I need to bare the cost should there is any parts broken, which was quite shocked for me! The staffs claimed that due to the sensor connection was not connected properly. Every time I left the center the light will be ok until the next day when I restarted my car. I called in on 1 Sep 2021 for another checked up on 2 Sep 2021, 8:30am as issue still persisted. When I showed up the staff mentioned the center is closed due to suspected Covid-19 case happened and they need to perform sanitization. I was so mad as no one called to inform and furthermore to put me in exposure risk! I would like seek for a permanent solution on the airbag issue and compensation for being irresponsible towards my driving safety and health exposure risk to Covid-19 case.

Serviced 3 weeks back for RM 2000. As usual your screwed up technician will have his greasy hands all over the car. It happens when ever I service my car. I've been servicing with Nissan till now.
Requested for plastic material to be replaced.This is near the wiper. Plastic cover that prevents from rain or water to get into the engine bay.2 weeks and no one responded . Called yesterday. Then only I was informed that the parts are here. Nissan style of getting customer to follow up.
Now comes the best part. They don't have my number.i gave it to them so that they can pass it to the technician and he will call me.So who actually makes the arrangement or appointment for me to replace my car parts?
Every single thing is paid by me and yet I'm making all the calls.
I'm not sure what needs to be done or maybe I'll have to take the technician out for a drink and slow talk to him.
My car even has an additional sound from the right hand side now after the major service. Hooray!
And FYi your car player went kaput exactly 1 year after the warranty came to an end. How delightful.
Maybe Nissan should appoint me to train your workers on cleanliness and SLA's.Ill do it for free.
I'm a bit excited with this complaint. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Airbag Notification signal for a new car purchase
Hi I'm Azlan Bin Abdullah I purchase a car model Nissan Almera full spec turbo from the showroom on 12/4/2021 and after use it for just 2 days and on 14/4/2021 I got a the airbag signal light shows and I was very worried and bring it to the setapak service Center. How can this happen for a new car purchase. I would like to take this matter so seriously. And my car is at the Setapak service Center and only can be collected in 2 to 3 days. And I have heard this is the 1st time happing in Nissan according to the front desk officer. Please get back to me and the tinted was not do it properly. Car Plate number: VGF 8025
Pending too long to deliver a customers order with unreasonable reason.
I would like to bring your attention regarding bad services and slow delivery of suv as per promise at one of ur branch. The reason given is most of staff clear leave and the factory short of manpower in fact the car is ready for delivery. Bank agreement is approved since November. A few letter sent from branch manager tanah merah, kelantan regarding this order. And now 5th January 2021 still no info yet. How come this case happen? Before this I am the one of ur loyal customers. Now, I feel Tan Chong Motor is the worst car management in Malaysia. Really dissatisfied with how u treat your customers. Nissan technology are intelligence but is not a good enough if management are failed to manage the customers satisfaction. Pls look into this case n take corrective action to build customers loyalty and trust. I am looking on ur action.

My wife bought nissan xtrail2.0 back in november 2016 in bayan lepas pulau pinang showroom.
CASE NO 1
On first day drving, l have noticed a lot of bumping while on the highway. I have complaint during the first maintenance 5000km. Until now same thing happen. What they did during service, l didnt know as they didnt inform me. I kept complaining the same thing on every scheduled maintenance. Last month on september 2020 l went to the tyre shop and what surprised me was the mechanic informed me the absorber were already damaged for long time already. I went back to nissan service centre and they denied.
CASE NO 2
Last week early october 2020, l drove my car and suddently a click sound came from the engine. I immediately went to nissan service centre and they said the aircon compressor was damaged. It surprised me because my previous nissan xtrail 2004 (whuch l still hold) aircon compressor last for almost 12 years. Nissan service centre said no more warranty on my new nissan xtrail. My wife not fully utilize the car. My speedometer was less than 70, 000km. What make me angry was, l am buying BRAND nissan car which has a good reputation in terms of service and quality. Not less than 4 years air compressor already damaged. If this is the case, l have no longer trust nissan brand and will viral it in the facebook and internet telling my story so that there will be no new victim.

Bought xtrail t32 oct 2019. On nov 2021 thr altenator gave up. Imagine what kind of product nossan has handover to tan chong. These TC is greedy till full to the mouth and jeopardising the quality, time and safety.
Airconditioning
I bought a Serena 2019 on June 2020. After taking delivery of the car, the aircon was not pumping any gas after 2 months. I took it to TC Service Centre Kota Kinabalu (Inanam) and the gas was refilled. Guess what? Tgid morning the same problem occured. I have been driving various brands and this is the first time I encountered a problem which persist even when the mileage is only 700km. The aircon guy is on leave today and I can only send the car on monday (21/9/2020). What made it worse was that this experience spoilt my family's mood for the weekend. We are left swearing as before. Iwondered whether Nissan Service only employs ONE guy and all aircon jobs depended on him. One thing for sure, if such problem occur again, then I will make sure I get my money back.
Due to employee negligence , engine break down after the gearbox fixed and fail to tighten up the screw.
my mom's car gearbox was diagnosed to be a gearbox problem and yet it is over 3 years guarantee period which the car was bought in 2016. And the gearbox is still under warranty until July (it has 6 months warranty). And few days ago my mom's car was sent to the Tanchong service center and the supervisor said that due to the screw was loose because we ask the formen to open it up and check. I wanted to say, this happened right after MCO and there isn't any individual workshop was operate during MCO, and now Tanchong service claimed that we ask the formen to loosen the screw? I dont mind they make anything wrong, but not pushing all the responsibility to the customer.

Battery warranty claim

I am feel very disappointed with nissan car and services from now onwards.
A battery change on03/06/2019, invoice no. Jjy-s020901 (main battery 100d26l/s-95 efb) been told offer 25% discouunt.
From last thursday. Car breakdown can not be turn on. After checked found battery issues.
Today your technician come to confirm the above-mentioned battery flat.
Funny answer, this battery no more under warranty, customer need to pay full amount for this.
Please answer my below question
1) market practice a battery will get a year warranty. Why nissan car do not have this?
2) why the first battery remain more than 60% and request customer to change a new battery?
3) why never inform customer the brand new battery without any warranty?
4) how tan chong compensate to customer because your issue cause inconvenience to customer especially this lockdown period?

Wrongly installed parts
I am Razy Japir (contact no: [protected]). I did a general service for my car (Almera, SSA4503A) early of this month (9 March). Then, I make complaint to Nissan Service Centre (Sandakan) about there is a rough sound when I'm turning on my air-cond. Nissan Sandakan has verified that the motor fan should be replaced and it is still under warranty. A week after (14 March), they called me to replace the fan motor. I waited for 2 hours for them to replace the part. After they had done the replacement, they called me back and said they had wrongly installed the part. The part that they had installed is not mine. They request me to go back to the service centre on the next Monday(16 March). Then, they replaced the part to the old one. After that, I realized that my alarm is not on when I'm locking my doors car. I called them, they said they forgot to put back the alarm. Please resolve this issue and take an action.

Head office tanchong kenapa pihak tanchong tidak membuat penanguhan bayar balik loan kereta Sepertimana kerajaan arah ya saya mengerti pihak tanchong adalah syarikat persendirian tetapi keadaan ekonomi sekarang ini macam pihak tanchong sedia maklum kami amat terkesan dan terjejas dengan ekonomi saat ini tolong la wahai tanchong pertimbang kan penanguhan bayar balik itu agar kami yang dalam kesempitan ini boleh menarik nafas lega sementara ekonomi dan keadaan menjadi pulih seperti sedia kala tolong la perihatin kepada customers anda sedangkan toyota capital pun membuat penanguhan bayar balik untuk pelanggan mereka.
Poor Service Center management at Klang Jalan batu 3
I'm facing a bad experience that I have been long waiting for my car service which is a normal service. I arrived at 9am and it was told that my car will complete by 11am. Ended up 12.30pm my car are still standing outside and pending washing. I have been noticing my car service status. It started parking at washing bay from 11am to 12am without any action. If I was told that it will takes long time which is fine for me. So that I can arrange my time to do other stuffs. I was really disappointed on Nissan service Center. I look forward to see the improvement.

The CVT gearbox
Hi I having a Nissan Sylphy 1.8 registered on 2015. It's only 4.5 years old and mileage only 75k. This car was fully maintained by Nissan Service all the while and last service was in Dec 2019. Today this case was diagnosed with issues in the gearbox and it's not cover by the manufacturer. I this case is the any help from Nissan to resolve the problem? As I am the customer with Nisan for past 10 years and this is my 2nd car with Nissan. Please assist.

dashboard cracking
Hi,
My dad bought Nissan Sylphy and realised that the dashboard start to crack after one year.
The car parks under the shade and not always drive out, just use it during weekends like family day.
My dad is so sad why the dashboard crack so fast and not even park under the hot sun.
My dad had advised his friend the way how to solve it, but cannot get the suit answer among his friends.
Add on, our relative also bought the same car and facing this dashboard cracking issue. In the end, he sold out his car because he very disappointed of the quality and company's service.
So, we wish can have a dashboard replacement and looking for feedbacks from Tan Chong Motor Holdings.

emergency/breakdown service not received-bad service
I had an emergency situation on 15th Nov 2019 where i could not start my car engine. Since i took my car insurance with Tan Chong i called Nissan customer care at 1800-88-3838. After explaining the situation to the customer service, he advised me that most probably the battery is dead, so he advised that he will assign a technician to come to my location and check it for me. If the problem is with the battery, he suggested that the technician will help to jump start and i should drive to the nearest Nissan service center to get it changed. After four hours no call received and no one came. I called Nissan customer care centre for four times. I had to find other source for help at the end. This is not acceptable and a very bad experience for me. I am experiencing this for second time.
airbag inflator
As requested by you, I have made a replacement on the passenger Airbag Inflator. However, the problem arise after the new airbag were replaced. The airbag sensor light started to blink continuosly.
I have contacted the Service centre at Kepong which done the Airbag replacement. They told me that is the electic board faulty and requested me to change it with cost of RM700+.
I regret to have my airbag changed. Before tis, my car is working fine. I am queries Tan Chong have tested this so call new Airbag is working fine for model Grand Livina year 2015.

damages to customer car
To whom it may concern,
We received a letter from Nissan stating on recall back on the airbag with replacement at no cost. However, the problem arise is after the new airbag were replace and other parts in the car start to be faulty especially the radio, DVD monitor player, touch screen and reverse camera are not functioning and power window not functioning.
I would like to know what the heck is wrong with my car after the new airbag replacement that cause other part of the accessories in the car went faulty?
This is not a kind of expectation that I expected from NISSAN service center to inform us that we need to repair it outside when this problem wasn't our fault and before the replacement it was working fine.
