Guess Fantastic Service!

I ordered two times( hoodies, a tee shirt and a pair of boots) from guess factory and I received them 4 days later without any damage or anything. I love their products and also some times mishaps happen, so don't be disappointed only after any such occurrence of wrong or damaged products.

Guess Was actually much better then the reviews say!

I placed my first order on the canadian guess factory website & received my order 3 days later! I picked the cheapest shipping option which was 5-7 business days so receiving my item in 3 business days was awesome. My bag is perfect & exactly what I ordered. I plan to order more in the future & Hope everything goes as well as my first time. The other reviews had me really worried to order but I'm glad I gave it a go.

Guess Amazing customer service!

I wanted to cancel my order which i didn't receive on time. I was talking to Alaxis Zavala over phone and I would say he is the best person you can talk to. I was so worried about cancelling my order coz I read too many bad reviews about customer service experience. I was so surprised as he is totally opposite of what people is saying. So polite, nice and understanding. He owns the personality of hospitable person. He knows what he can he do to satisfy his customer. Best person, I am so happy. If I will shop again online will be only coz I was impressed by Alaxis service. Thank you for being awesome!

Guess Disappointing Experience with GUESS Factory: Hidden Costs and Delayed Refunds

I recently made an order with GUESS Factory and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. I made sure to read the fine print about returns, and they made it seem like it was gonna be a breeze. But let me tell you, it was anything but.

First of all, they don't tell you upfront that shipping costs are gonna be a whopping $26 between Toronto and Montreal. That's a pretty big chunk of change, if you ask me. And then, when I tried to return the items (which I did pretty much right away), they made me wait a whole 18 business days before processing my refund. Like, what the heck? That's just ridiculous.

I get that businesses are struggling right now because of the pandemic, but that's no excuse for treating your customers like this. I'm not gonna be ordering from GUESS Factory again, and I'm gonna make sure to warn other people about their shady tactics.

Guess Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with GUESS Factory

I've been a loyal customer of GUESS Factory since 2013. My family of five loves their clothing and accessories, so we shop there frequently. However, our recent experience with their customer service has been disappointing.

Just yesterday, we found out that our loyalty card had been closed without any warning. We had no idea why this happened, except for the fact that we visited a GUESS store that we don't usually shop at while on vacation. The salesperson told us that there was no card associated with our account, even though it had been working just fine the day before.

Dealing with GUESS has been a pain lately. We've been ignored in store, received rude service, and have had items cancelled when shopping online. Now, with our loyalty card being closed, we've had enough. Their service is the worst we've ever encountered.

It's disappointing to see how GUESS treats their customers. We used to be loyal customers, but now we're taking our business elsewhere. It's not worth the headache to shop with them anymore. Our loyalty means nothing to them.

If you're thinking about shopping with GUESS Factory, I'd recommend saving yourself the trouble and going somewhere else. Their range of clothing and accessories may be nice, but their customer service is not worth the hassle.

Guess GUESS Factory's Poor Customer Service and Priority for Profit Over Customer Satisfaction

I used to be a big fan of GUESS Factory and would always order online, especially when they had sales. Recently, I placed an order using a coupon for 40% off one item and also had a $15 reward for being a VIP. I was excited to get a great deal on a pair of pants. However, I received an email saying that they were out of stock and my order was cancelled. I was disappointed and frustrated, so I called customer service to find out what happened.

The representative couldn't explain why my order was cancelled when they had plenty of the item in stock. She re-ordered the pants for me, but I received another email saying that my order was cancelled again. I was really irritated at this point, so I called customer service again. The representative apologized and suggested that the warehouse may have had the wrong stocking number. I asked her to return my reward points, which she did, but only after I requested it.

Later, my friend ordered the same item in the same size without a coupon, and her order was shipped without any issues. This made me feel like GUESS Factory doesn't like it when customers get items for a good price. It's frustrating to think that the highest paying customer gets priority over others.

I have spent a lot of money at GUESS Factory in the past, but I don't think I will be ordering from them again. It's disappointing to see a company prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. Never again, GUESS!

Guess Exceptional Customer Service and Quality Products from Guess Factory

I recently made an order on guessfactory.com for a pair of Sienna jeans. I placed my order on a Sunday and to my surprise, they arrived on Wednesday! I opted for standard delivery and was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround time. The jeans were packaged really well and even included a thank you card, which I thought was a nice touch.

Unfortunately, when I tried on the Sienna jeans, I wasn't happy with the fit. So, I decided to return them to the Guess factory outlet in Desert Hills, Ca. When I arrived, I was greeted by two friendly salespeople who asked how they could assist me. I explained that I had purchased the Sienna jeans online but wasn't happy with the fit. They were more than happy to help me exchange or return the jeans to make sure I was satisfied. I decided to exchange them for the Nova jeans, which I absolutely love! The style and fit are perfect.

I have to say, the customer service at Guess is top-notch. I've never had a bad experience with customer service at Guess, Marciano, or Guess factory. It's clear that they value their customers and want to make sure they're happy. As they say, you get what you give in life, and the same goes for customer service. If you treat people well, they'll treat you well in return.

In my opinion, Guess is the number one brand when it comes to quality and customer service. I've been a fan of the brand for years and even have a pair of Guess jeans that are 15 years old and still in great condition. That's a testament to the quality of their products.

One thing I would love to see Guess bring back is the black skinny corduroy pants. They're the blackest, softest pants I own and I would love to add another pair to my collection.

Overall, I highly recommend Guess and their products. Their customer service is exceptional and their products are of the highest quality. Keep up the great work, Guess!

Guess Disappointing and Unreliable: My Experience with Guess Factory's System and Customer Service

Guess Factory is a company that has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. Their system and customer service are terrible, and they often offend their customers with their unresponsiveness. I spent a lot of time sitting in front of my computer, placing orders from their website, only to find out that the items I ordered were not available. Even though their website showed that the items were available, it turned out to be false advertisement.

I placed an order 15 days ago and called them today to inquire about it. After being on hold for 59 minutes, Guess's people finally told me that the rest of my order was out of stock. I never received an email confirming this, which was very frustrating. This company is unprofessional and unreliable, and their customer service representatives and logistics are inaccurate.

Guess Factory takes too long to review orders, and after many days, they tell you that the pending items are "out of stock." When I asked their customer service representative for a coupon or discount for the inconvenience, she disconnected the call. This was very inconvenient for me, and it shows that Guess Factory doesn't care about their customers.

I suggest that Guess Factory doesn't assume that just because they have a well-known name, it will be enough. This company needs to hire professionals with experience in Supply Chain because their ERP is awful. I hope that Guess Factory will take my feedback seriously and improve their system and customer service.

Guess GUESS Factory Review: Good Deals, but Quality Varies

I gotta say, I'm giving GUESS Factory a solid three stars. Don't get me wrong, most of my order was on point and just what I was expecting. I've shopped at guess.ca a bunch of times and never had any issues with the quality. But let me tell you, I only stumbled upon guess factory recently when I saw the cianna floral cross body bag. I was smitten, I had to have it! And at only $29.99, I figured why not splurge a little? I also threw in a few other items I'd been eyeing for a while to get that sweet free shipping deal.

So imagine my excitement when my package arrived today! I tore into it like a kid on Christmas morning. But when I pulled out the purse, something felt off. It was smaller than I expected and the material felt kinda weird. And then I noticed the flap was all crooked. I thought maybe it was just the way it was packaged, but when I tried to straighten it out, it wouldn't budge. Not gonna lie, I was a little disappointed. I wish they had models wearing the bags on the site so you could get a better idea of the size. And maybe some more detailed measurements would be helpful too.

Now, I don't want to discourage anyone from shopping at GUESS Factory. But I do want to give you a heads up that you get what you pay for. If you're looking for high-end quality, this might not be the place for you. But if you're on a budget and don't mind sacrificing a little bit of quality for a good deal, then go for it! Just make sure you check the sizing and read the reviews before making your purchase. And hey, maybe you'll get lucky and score something amazing like I did with my Bentley purse (which was half the price and way better quality, by the way).

Guess Poor Order Processing and Customer Service at Guess Factory Online

I'm a big fan of Guess, and I love everything they make. I shop online a lot, but I've had some issues this year when ordering from guessfactory.com. I know that things can go wrong with retail, like products getting damaged or going out of stock. But I've noticed that my order confirmations always say that orders will be processed within 1-7 business days.

I placed an order on December 1st, 2016, and I received three items within 7 days. But when I called customer service on December 8th to check on the status of my order, I was told that my order should be shipping and that the item was in stock.

Today, I received an email saying that the last item I ordered is unavailable and won't be shipped. It took 12 days for Guess to process my order and let me know that they wouldn't be shipping this item. This has happened to me three times this year, and I'm really upset about it.

As a customer service-based retail store, Guess should have a better way of handling problems like this. Orders should be processed immediately, and customers shouldn't be informed 12 days after placing an order that an item is unavailable. I've decided that I won't be shopping at Guess anymore.

Guess Unprofessional Customer Service at Guess Store in Tulalip, WA - A Disappointing Experience

Me and my wife, who is a doctor, went to the Premium Outlet mall with our two kids, aged 8 and 1. We stopped by the Guess store located at 10600 Quil Ceda Blvd Suite 500, Tulalip, WA 98271. Unfortunately, the customer service we received was highly unprofessional. My wife had a lot of bags from other stores, so she kept them on the center couch with our son. However, they forgot one of the bags at around 6:10 pm and came back to the store between 6:15-6:18 pm. The store manager was highly unreasonable and asked my wife to leave the store instead of helping her out. We asked her to check the security camera footage, but her response was that things get stolen all the time and cameras are not for that purpose. Her response seemed fishy to me. She also asked us to leave the store.

I decided to call 911 to report the theft, and in response, the store manager called the alliance security. The security guy was highly reasonable and took our report, even though the store manager tried to go back from her stance. Since it was getting late, I just relied on the stealing report to alliance security and asked 911 to stop their due process. I also plan to reach out to the Guess Regional manager to report this incident. It should be all recorded on camera.

In short, the staff at the Guess store lacked ethics and compassion for the suffering ones. They showed a lack of regard for customers and their belongings. The store manager does not deserve to be at this location, and I don't know how the company hired her. It was a highly unprofessional experience, and I would not recommend shopping at this store.

Guess Guess Disappoints: Failed to Deliver Requested Gift Packaging for Christmas Orders

I really love Guess! I look forward to their emails every day and I'm pushing myself to become a VIP Guess member. However, I was disappointed when I received my recent orders. Since Christmas is coming, my family and I chose Guess to buy our stuff. I requested paper bags and boxes for all of my orders since I planned to use them as gift bags. This was the first time I requested something specific. I sent an email with a detailed request and talked to two customer agents to make sure my request was taken care of.

I was so excited for my orders to arrive, but when I opened them, I was disappointed. There were no gift bags or boxes, and the packaging for the items was plain and crumpled with lots of print that I didn't understand. How was I supposed to give them as gifts? I had to buy paper bags outside to pack them.

I called again and talked to an agent for almost 20 minutes. He accused me of not providing the necessary information and said he needed to investigate what the warehouse sent to me. I wouldn't waste my time calling if I got what I needed. He told me that the reason I didn't get what I requested was that I didn't provide the necessary information. If that's the case, why did you let me expect it? Yes, you put a note on my order, but if you have this policy, you should tell me or reply to my email. Be honest with your customers and don't let them assume and expect. I know you're a big company, but don't take us for granted. Don't lose us because of these simple requests.

It's disappointing that this is the first time I requested something, and now I feel let down. I have to spend more money on packaging that you could have provided. The moment I get all my points, I'll use them, and I won't order again from here. I'm telling my friends, family, and relatives not to patronize your company. It's a shame because I super love Guess, but you disappointed me. Thumbs down.

Guess Mixed Review of GUESS Factory: Great Styles, But Beware of Quality and Customer Service Issues

I've been shopping at GUESS Factory for about three years now, and I recently signed up for their loyalty card. I wanted to share my experience with the website, as I've seen some mixed reviews.

First off, I have to say that the styles are great and GUESS Factory never fails to make me look great. However, I have had a few issues with the quality of some of their products. For example, I once bought a pair of expensive skinny pants, and within a week, all of the buttons and studs had fallen off. I returned the product to a store location and received a new product at no extra charge.

I've also had issues with logo tee-shirts and pants with rubber decals. The decal on my tee-shirt crumbled off after only a month or two of being folded in my dresser. The rubber decals on my pants became frayed and lifted after only two wears and one wash. I have to be extremely careful not to touch the decal for fear it will slide off.

I've also had issues with customer service. I once accidentally ordered two of the same item and immediately began emailing customer service to adjust the order. However, I received no reply, and the order was shipped as ordered. I've also been frustrated with the $125 minimum order for free shipping, as many other stores offer free shipping for orders totaling $70 or $75.

Despite these issues, I have always received my GUESS Factory packages within seven days of placing the order, which is impressive considering I live in Sudbury, Ontario, where the nearest GUESS Factory is in Cookstown, Ontario.

I've also had issues with the sizing of men's clothing. The XS size for men is no longer a men's size but is a boys' size, making it difficult for men to find clothing that fits properly.

Overall, I would recommend GUESS Factory to wise shoppers who are willing to take a small risk of receiving a butchered order and who are willing to take the frustrating risk that some of the clothes ordered will fall apart or deteriorate drastically within weeks to months of wearing them. However, it's important to be aware of the potential issues and to plan ahead for GUESS Factory making a mistake and being heartless about fixing their own mistake.

One final note: the belts for men are great-looking, but every belt I've bought has fallen apart within three months of purchasing. The jackets, on the other hand, are warm enough for Ontarian winters and have not yet fallen apart. The underwear for men used to fit about one size smaller than the listed size.

In terms of ratings, I would give GUESS Factory a 1 for online service, a 4 for value (with sales only), a 3 for shipping, a 3 for quality (including 1/3 of clothes being duds), and a full refund for returns (based on one good in-store experience).

Guess Employee not paid

My name is Lara Baio and I have left resigned from Guess in the O2. I was meant to get paid on the 22nd of December (I even have a payslip for that date). My area manager Justine-Madison guaranteed that I would get paid on the 29th of December, and told me that I did not get paid on the 22nd of December due to leaving. I have emailed payroll multiple times and been ignored. I always get paid on the 28th or earlier at exactly midnight. It is now the 29th of December, past midnight and I have not been paid.

I need that money, which I have worked for. If I do not get that money by the end of the 29th of December I will contact my solicitor.

Guess Bag started peeling and developing cracks with few months of buying

I bought a bag from guess factory online and it started developing cracks and started peeling with couple of months. Irony is Guess only offers 30 days return/ replacement as if they know that their products won't last longer than that in terms of quality. My brother had an issue with Coach's wallet and they changed the product without any questions asked after 8 months. This is how a brand should take accountability for their products and treat their customer. Not like Guess, where they provide such bad quality products that they don't want to deal with them after 30 days. Highly disappointed!

Guess Handbag bought in Brampton Canada

I bought the guess handbag about six months ago and I have rarely used it due to work from home arrangements, and one of the straps of the bag came out today. I had a great experience using/purchasing guess products for past 14 years, specially the handbags. maybe this particular bag had a quality issue which has disappointed me.

I bought this bag from trinity common mall Brampton last December. I will try finding the receipt as I generally destroy receipts for small purchase within two month.

Guess I am complaining about the delivery of orders.

My name is Aditya Jain and my order no. is #GE04542898. I made that order on 22nd of june. Products value was 161 pounds + shipping charges 16 pounds. So total invoice value was 177 pounds.

You have charged me 16 pound extra for 24-48 hours of delivery but It is not received yet. And it is showing me the expected delivery on 28th of june which is almost 6 days of delivery.

If it takes so long time for delivery then why did you guys charged me extra pounds.

Kindly solve this problems ASAP. I need that order by monday anyhow. I need to gift those purses. What will be the point if i wouldn't give those gifts on time.

Guess Nightmare Experience with GuessFactory.com: Poor Customer Service and Refund Process

I gotta say, buying stuff from guessfactory.com was a total nightmare. I mean, I had to return two out of the five things I bought 'cause they didn't fit right. And I did it in person at the store, but guess what? I still haven't gotten my money back on my credit card. I've called and emailed them a bunch of times, but they never get back to me. And when I went to the store to ask for help, they couldn't do anything either. It's like they don't even care about their customers. So now I had to go and dispute the charges with my credit card company. What a hassle! I'm never buying anything from Guess again.

Guess Terrible First Experience with GUESS Factory: Wrong Item and Delayed Refund

I had a similar experience as Paulina with GUESS Factory. I ordered three wallets, but when my package arrived, it contained a pair of pants that belonged to someone else's order. It was obviously the warehouse's fault, but it was still frustrating. I returned the wrong item to GUESS, but it's been over a month, and I'm still waiting for my refund. It's been a terrible first experience, and I wish I could give them a zero-star rating. I don't think I'll be buying from them online again.

Guess Disappointing Experience with GuessFactory.com: Poor Customer Service and Delayed Refunds

Alert! I recently made a purchase on guessfactory.com and it was a total disaster. I ordered 2 wallets and 2 bags, but guess what? They only sent me one wallet and one bag! When I contacted their customer service, they acted like a robot and were not helpful at all. They didn't show any flexibility and it was a very frustrating experience.

After waiting for a few days, they finally sent me the other items, but I am still waiting for them to refund my money. They keep claiming that their system doesn't allow refunds while the order is still processing, but I find that hard to believe. They already have my money, but they can't send me the items I paid for? What kind of scam is this?

I am very disappointed with guessfactory.com and I would not recommend anyone to shop there. They are holding my money hostage and their customer service is terrible. If you want to avoid a headache, stay away from this website.

Guess Disappointed with GUESS Factory: Bodysuit too small, shirt looked different. Unsure about return

I just bought a couple of things from GUESS Factory and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about both of them. I live up in Canada, and I was really excited to wear this bodysuit I got to a Christmas party, but when I tried it on, it was way too small! I even looked at the size chart before I ordered it, but it still didn't fit right. And then there was this shirt I got that looked totally different in the picture than it did in real life. I was really disappointed with both of these items, and I don't have a lot of money to spend, so I was hoping to return them. But after reading some other reviews, I'm not so sure that's a good idea.

I've been shopping at GUESS for over 17 years, but after this experience, I think I'm done. I'm gonna try to sell these items online and just stick with shopping at Dynamite from now on. It's a shame, because I used to really love GUESS, but I just can't deal with the disappointment anymore.

Guess GUESS Factory's Inventory Management Needs Improvement: A Frustrating Shopping Experience

I gotta say, I've had some issues with GUESS Factory's website. It seems like every time I try to make a purchase, the items I want are already sold out by the time I hit the checkout button. And to make matters worse, they still charge my gift card even if the items aren't available anymore. What's up with that, GUESS?

And if they do end up canceling some of the items in my order, I don't even get the discount that I was supposed to get for spending a certain amount. I end up paying full price for the items that I do receive, which is a total bummer. It's like they're punishing me for their own inventory issues.

I really hope that GUESS Factory can get their act together and improve their inventory management. It's frustrating to have to deal with these issues every time I try to make a purchase. And now I have to go through the hassle of getting the right amount back on my gift card. Come on, GUESS, you can do better than this.

In the future, I'd rather they just cancel my whole order or contact me before making any changes to the price or availability of items. It would save me a lot of headache and hassle. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience shopping at GUESS Factory.

Guess Guess Factory: A Disappointing Experience with Online Orders and Rewards Program

I have to say, I've spent a lot of money with Guess in the past, but my recent experience with Guess Factory has been a real disappointment. I decided to order a product online, and after waiting for 7 days, they cancelled my order. I was pretty frustrated, but I decided to give them another chance and ordered the same item again. But guess what? After waiting another 7 days, they cancelled my order again! I was so angry and disappointed that I decided I would never order from them again.

To make matters worse, they have an app that promises daily rewards, but don't believe a word of it. If you earn more than 1 point, they won't add it to your account. It's like they're trying to steal your hard-earned money!

I have to say, I've had much better experiences with other branches of Guess. But Guess Factory really sucks. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Guess Unprofessional Customer Service and Refusal to Refund: My Experience with GUESS Factory

I recently had an experience with GUESS Factory that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I placed an order for a backpack to be shipped to the Train yards store in Ottawa, but I never received any confirmation about the order. When I called customer service to inquire about the status of my order, I spoke with a representative named Jose who seemed more interested in selling me more GUESS products than helping me with my issue. I found this behavior to be shady and unprofessional.

After I explained that I had been charged $77 for an order that I had not received any information about, Jose referred me to the store in Ottawa. When I spoke with the store manager, Susan, she informed me that they never receive orders at that location. I was shocked and frustrated that I had been charged for an order that had seemingly disappeared into thin air.

To make matters worse, GUESS Factory has refused to refund my money. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from this company and would not recommend them to anyone. It is unacceptable to charge customers for orders that cannot be fulfilled and then refuse to refund their money. I hope that GUESS Factory will take steps to improve their customer service and ensure that this type of situation does not happen to anyone else in the future.

Guess GUESS Factory Review: Great Discounts, But Beware of Payment Process and Delivery Times

This store, GUESS Factory, is a great place to find discounted clothing and shoes from the popular GUESS brand. However, it is important to be aware of their payment process. When you place an order, they will charge your bank account right away. Then, when your items are shipped, they will charge your account again. This can be a problem if you don't have enough funds available at the time of delivery, as you may end up overdrawn. I made this mistake myself and learned the hard way.

Another thing to keep in mind is that delivery times can vary, and your shipment may be broken up into multiple shipments. This is something I have only experienced before when making motel reservations. While the prices are great, the payment process and delivery times can be a bit confusing and frustrating.

If you do decide to shop at GUESS Factory, just be sure to keep an eye on your bank account and make sure you have enough funds available for both the initial charge and the charge upon delivery. Guess Disappointed with Guess Factory's Customer Service and Order Fulfillment

I recently made a big order on guessfactory.com and was excited to receive my package. However, I was disappointed to find out that one of the items I ordered was no longer available. I received an email notifying me of this, which was okay, but then when I received my package, I realized that there was another item missing. I was charged for this item, even though it was out of stock.

I decided to contact customer service to see what could be done about this issue. They informed me that the item was out of stock and that I would have to wait for 20 days for an investigation to be conducted on the product. They would then decide if I would get my money back. I was frustrated by this response, as I didn't receive the product and yet I had to wait for so long to get my money back.

To make matters worse, they offered me a 25% discount on another item if I decided to purchase something else instead. I wasn't interested in this offer, as I had already spent a lot of money on my original order and didn't want to spend more.

I love shopping at guessfactory.com, but this experience has left me feeling disappointed. I understand that mistakes happen, but I don't think it's fair that I have to wait so long to get my money back for a product that I didn't even receive. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future, as I would hate to have to find another store to shop at.

Guess Terrible Experience with GUESS Factory: Orders Not Delivered, Possible Scam

I had a terrible experience with GUESS Factory. I made an order on February 1st, but when I checked the tracking information, it showed that the item had been delivered. However, I couldn't find it anywhere. I contacted the customer service team, and they refunded my money and allowed me to place a new order for the same item at the same price.

Unfortunately, the same thing happened with my second order. The tracking information showed that the item had been delivered, but I never received it. To make matters worse, my first order still hasn't shown up either. I'm starting to think that this entire website is a scam, and they don't actually ship out items.

According to the tracking information, my order was shipped from Montreal and arrived at my location within a day. However, it was supposedly "delivered," even though I never received it. It seems like a total scam to me.

I strongly advise you to avoid this site at all costs, no matter how good the prices may look. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same frustrating experience that I did.

Guess Guess handbag leather is peeling off

I purchased a Guess bag last year from shoppers stop WTP Jaipur ( India) and it is of colour burgendy, and as you can imagine after having paid such a large amount of money when i look after the bag,

I feel very disapointed with the qualitiy as the leather is peeling away and resulting in the bag look dreadful and old. I has barely used this bag for 2-3 times and I bought 2 guess bags in combo that time…leather of both of the bags is peeling off

Guess Their customer service and the manager were horrible and racist

This store was super racist we arrived at 8.20 pm Potomac mills and after seeing us looking at clothes and choosing a couple they decided to close their fitting rooms somehow another person tried clothes at almost 9pm though !

When I asked why the manager couldn’t get an answer just gave me an attitude.

The manager was super rude the majority of the employees were super loud screaming their private conversation about their friends and boyfriends giving a doodle scott about the customers.

I felt I had entered a CHOLA market in LA ready to punch 🤜 and fight 😝😝😝😝yuck ,,,they were so agresiva that I decided to start recording ,which is an oxymoron considering that they are racist yet the only people that predominantly buys from them GUESS ?is Hispanics and Blacks and their manager is also black but there are blacks racist to Latinos regardless.

Desired outcome: Training on diversity and hire better people more productive and professional

Guess The worker wouldn’t give me her name

I went to the guess store today 02/09/23 around 2:45 PM. I had made a purchase online and the two tops did not fit. I approached the cash register for the worker to check if they have bigger size. She said they don’t have the same online item but she can issue a refund and I can ask place the order online or choose something else from the store. She refunded both tops and told me the money will go back on the gift card I paid with. I explained to her that I no longer have position of that card. Therefore, please issue a store credit. She refused to issue a credit and she refused to give me my two tops back. At this point she wanted me to leave the store by keeping my two tops that I was returning and a piece of paper indicates that the money would go back on the gift card. I explained to her over and over that I do not have possession of the gift card please issue store credit or give me my shirts back. She began to yell and scream and she was very unprofessional. I requested her name so I can call customer service and letting them know that I was unable to get my money when I returned two items. She refused to give me her name. She gave attitude, kept my return, and did not give me store credit or any money back. Here’s a photo of the employee that treated me with disrespect and that handled the situation with pure negligence and disrespect. As of now they kept my merchandise and they did not give me credit for the two items I returned based on what she said I should be getting it back on the gift card. That is no longer available. This is absolutely outrageous. you can’t keep the merchandise and the money and you cannot treat clients the way she treated me. When I requested her name, she is obligated to tell me her name as she works there, and she is the one that took my return. However, she refused to provide me with her name. Therefore, I took a picture of her. The amount of unprofessionalism and disrespect was outrageous. I truly believe in customer service, and this worker had zero customer service she was unhelpful, rude, disrespectful, loud and obnoxious.

Desired outcome: I am requesting to have the money back for the merchandise I returned. corrective actions against the worker and training. disciplinary action against the worker.

Guess Shirts not refunded

I recently bought 3 shirts that were on the guests website when I try them on they were too small I left the tags on two of them and one of them I had already cut the tag off thinking I was going to keep it but after I tried them on I realise they were t

oo small when I return them I included the tag that I cut off in the return bag the email received from guess has advised me that my refund will not be approved because the tag was not on one of the shirts and also that there were some make-up on the shirts which I didn't even notice yes I wear makeup and some must have came off after I was trying on the shirt which I didn't even notice this is really poor customer service to be refused a refund under the circumstances I will not be

Guess Tote bag

I am from India, Parul soni and I bought a combo of Guess sling bags from Noida Mall of India (Guess Showroom). I bought loads of clothes and those slings last year.
Right now the piping of the guess bag is peeling off and it is looking very ugly. It did not last even one year, I need it to be restored asap.
I bought one CK bag now as I am not using the guess bag as of now.

Guess Goods not supplied

I purchased some of the Banksy design merchandise & PAID for it . When I asked why the 30% discount advertised on every page ( photo's available) was not applied they said it wasonly on certain items.

I then got an email telling me my order had been cancelled.

I spoke to the Legal DEpartment in US - uk wont take calls- and Nancy said they would call me back today - NEVER Happened. I then phoned today THREE times & Cant get past switchboard.

I also went online & the goods are still being offered for sale.

I shall report then to ADvertising strandards / TRading Standards & - THey created publicity by "Useing" - not his word - BAnksy's artwork - now they will get MORE publicity.

THey are not honest
