rewards for completing offers
So I completed an offer, three, actually, and only got rewarded for two. The third never got credited to my account, despite me having all the evidence to prove that I completed it. I've tried to reach out via Twitter and no response in the last few days. When I went back in-game and tried to submit another request ticket, it said that my request was marked as spam and my account this under review. I can't get ahold of anyone there, and this is frustrating beyond belief because I spent money on a different app to complete this offer.

I've completed the offer in 8 ball pool about downloading Lord's Mobile and Upgrading my castle to Level 11 but I still haven't received my reward/coins yet and it's starting to get frustrating especially when I spent my time and effort to complete that offer for nothing. I have already sumbitted a Request Support and they told me to check my Email for response but there was nothing. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.

I've been playing avakin life for a while now and I know that it's partnered with tapjoy. I've sent emails and asked for support and literally waited MONTHS for my coins that I still haven't received. I've asked for them to get my coins MANY times but I either don't get a reply in my email or just no coins at all. Better workers or systems could be part of the solution. I want my coins, I deserve them after all the work I've put into earning them. Please give me my avacoins. I really hope that you actually read this and care about your users opinions.
reward and poor customer service
I play covet fashion game and like most games if you want to earn extra diamonds you can complete offers reward varies. First bad experience with Tapjoy came after I completed a game download offer and when I told them that I wasn't rewarded after completing the offer the a**hole customer service department replied days later stating it's after hours and they're close.days go by and I'm not understanding, are they closed everyday and like a month later sent me a message through the game acknowledging poor they're poor customer service skills so I let it go and continued earning diamonds . Naturally it was fault for starting to trust them again. So I completed this Disney club offer which requires payment and valid information but I thought was decent and the requirements I was ok with because I do tend to purchase a lot of movies. After completing the offer, submitting the proof that my card was charged the company refuse to hold up their end of the deal. I've contacted their customer service and days later no respond, no anything. They're customer service department is joke and I'm starting to believe the entire company is fraudulent .

I completed an offer for the game soccer stars but by the time I was able to file an issue about not receiving my reward being 828 bucks in that game the offer was taken down, when I contacted support and provided evidence that I completed the offer all they told was they couldn't reward me since the offer was taken down even though I did complete it before it was taken down the offer I had completed was reach level 11 in Rise of Kingdoms it took so damn long to reach level 11 and to not be rewarded just makes me so disappointed for believing tapJoy would honor the reward. To be exact I completed the offer 2 days before the offer was taken down and also which was the 48 hours needed to file a complaint or contact support for offers.

Iv done a lot of tapjoy offers and never received rewards after completing them, I know I completed them because one of my friends accounts did the same one the same way and got her reward :( I'd like my coins just saying. It's upsetting when you use your time for this and don't get rewarded I hope to see coins in my account eventually but so far Iv got none.

I have completed the request of tapjoy but the reward stated fail. I requested ticket to this issue and my case all marked as spam and resolved. This is ridiculous, your system has issue and mark all my request as spam? This become a way to prevent payout?
This happens on not only one request but multiple request. lots of effort has been lost due to this.

The requirements were ro wait 24 hours which I did entirely do, but it is past that deadline and waiting any longer will cause me to lead my frustration/concern towards the service of this company. I completed an offer for diamonds buy buying RealEats meal subscription. After competing offer, my diamonds didn't appear. I waited the 24 hours and submitted complaint. Tapjoy responded asking for screenshots which I sent immediately. They said allow 3 days to get verification from their advertiser. It's now been 7 days since the completed offer and Tapjoy no longer responds to my emails.

It seems you meant reach level 51. Each level one reaches in this game is accomplished by completing levels in a campaign and through improvements. I've played well over 51 levels. Playing a lot over three days I've played over 50 levels. And, I've reached level 8. Reaching level 51 would take a long time, possibly months. I played this game years ago and remember when I finally reached level 23.

I have not recieved my rewards for completing the task in Star Trek Fleet Command, which was to make a purchase, which I did. The reward was the 2.5x Memorial weekend, so it was for 630000 coins for Marvel Collect! by Topps. I was told by Reward Specialist Liz D. that it would take another 3 - 5 business days, which it has been over 5 now. It said I was rewarded the coins on the offerwall, which I WAS NOT.
