Tricksters with useless product
Ditto to all the reviews that have said this company is a scam. Their company won’t refund the subscription fee no matter what. And disputing with your credit card won’t help as these companies’ policies dictate that a subscription must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date, so there won’t be anything you can do about it.
This business is surviving only through a legal loophole that basically allows them to trick £40 out of as many people as possible till finally the word gets around enough that people wise up. Slimy model.
Plus, as others mentioned, there’s very little of worth here. In Sheffield, there are hardly any decent restaurants included. And the chains, like the pizza places, as others have observed, you can find the same deals online. The cinema tickets are okay if you plan ahead and don’t go on the weekend - that’s it.
I feel sorry for their customer service people. It must be so stressful to be a part of a business with no integrity and no care for its customers. Their customer service department must eat up well over half their budget. If Tastecard would shift their dishonest “we got you - too late - hah, hah” business model, they could focus on expanding and verifying the companies included with their card, thereby offering a product that people would want instead of being tricked into.
Recommendation: Avoid unless you like to forced into keeping a useless subscription you don’t want
Tastecard Review: A Total Scam and Not Worth the Hassle
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time with tastecard. It was a real struggle to cancel my account, and they ended up taking a whole year's fee without giving me any heads up. And when I tried to get my money back, they straight up hung up on me! Not cool, man.
Plus, a lot of the places where you can use the tastecard already have their own deals and offers, so it's not even worth shelling out the thirty quid a year. It's a total scam, if you ask me.
I mean, don't get me wrong, the idea of getting discounts at restaurants is pretty sweet. But tastecard just ain't worth the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and stick to the deals that the restaurants themselves offer. Trust me, it'll be a lot less of a headache.
Tastecard Review: Disappointing Experience with BOGOFF Offer and Customer Service
So, I decided to give Tastecard a try to get some cinema tickets. I clicked on the "get offer" button and it asked me how many tickets I wanted. I wasn't sure how to use the BOGOFF offer, so I just entered 2. After completing the transaction, I noticed that I had been charged the full price for each ticket, with no discount at all. I was pretty disappointed, to say the least.
I reached out to Tastecard to complain about the issue, but they told me that I couldn't get a refund. I was pretty frustrated with the whole experience and felt like I had been scammed. Needless to say, I won't be using Tastecard again.
Overall, I think that Tastecard could do a better job of explaining how to use their offers. It would be helpful if they provided more detailed instructions or even a tutorial video to help users navigate the process. Additionally, I think that their customer service could use some improvement. It's frustrating to feel like you've been taken advantage of and not be able to get a refund or resolution to the issue.
Despite my negative experience, I do think that Tastecard has the potential to be a useful tool for saving money on dining and entertainment. However, I would caution others to be careful when using their offers and to make sure that they fully understand the terms and conditions before making a purchase.
Tastecard Review: Scam Alert! Never Received E-Codes & No Refund
Tastecard ain't no good, let me tell you. I was trying to buy some E-codes for the cinema, but I never got no email with the order confirmation. And then, to make matters worse, I never got the E-codes either! I even wrote to customer service, but they didn't do nothing to help me out. When I finally got in touch with them, they just said "sorry, but we can't give you a refund for them E-codes". Can you believe that? I paid good money for something I never even got to use, and now I can't even get my money back. It's a total scam, if you ask me.
Tastecard Scam Alert: Zero Customer Service and Unauthorized Charges
So, I got this tastecard thing for a trial. I was pretty excited to try it out, but I never ended up using it. I mean, life gets busy, you know? Anyway, I cancelled it pretty soon after I got it. But then, today, I see that they took money out of my account! What the heck? I didn't get any email or anything telling me they were gonna do that. And when I tried to call them, there was no number to call. So, I reached out to them on social media, and the person who got back to me said they couldn't help me. What kind of customer service is that? It's like they don't even care about their customers. I'm gonna have to take this up with my bank's fraud department. This is just not right. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. It's a total scam. I'm giving it one star, but honestly, it deserves zero.
Tastecard Scam: Subscription Charges Despite Cancellation
So, I gotta say, I'm pretty peeved about this whole tastecard situation. For the third year in a row, they've gone and charged me for a subscription that I canceled ages ago. And get this - there's no way to cancel it except online! But since I haven't used their card since 2020, I don't have the info I need to log in and cancel it. It's like they're robbing me blind! I mean, what am I supposed to do? Keep paying them every year until I die? Or until they go bankrupt or something? I'm at a loss for words, honestly. It's just not right.
Tastecard Review: Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service and Unauthorized Charges
So, I thought I'd give Tastecard a try, signed up for a free trial for 3 months through the NHS discounts website. It was all going well until after 2 months, I noticed that money had been taken from my account. I was a bit confused, so I contacted Tastecard to find out what was going on. They told me that's what I signed up for, even though I showed them that I'm a doctor and that they still have the 3 months free trial on the discounts page. I mean, why would I sign up for a shorter free trial, right?
Anyway, I asked for a refund for the money they took from my account, but they refused. Their customer service was appalling - rude and utterly unwilling to help in any way. I was so disappointed with their attitude and lack of willingness to resolve the issue. I would definitely advise anyone to stay away from this awful company.
Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with Tastecard. The fact that they took money from my account without my permission was bad enough, but their customer service was even worse. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Tastecard Scam: Unacceptable Customer Service and Unauthorized Charges
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with tastecard. I am not sure how I ended up being charged for their services, as I do not recall ever subscribing to anything. However, I was charged an amount and when I reached out to their customer service team over a month ago, I did not receive any response. This morning, I was charged the same amount again, which has left me feeling frustrated and confused.
After doing some research, I discovered that tastecard is a company that offers discounts on dining experiences. However, I am still unsure why I am being charged for something that I have never used or even heard of before. It is unacceptable that they are taking money from their customers without providing any explanation or customer service.
I feel like I have been scammed by tastecard and I am not the only one. It is clear that they do not care about their customers or their reputation. I will be taking this matter further as it is against the law to charge customers without their consent. It is a waste of time and money to deal with a company like this.
In conclusion, I would not recommend tastecard to anyone. They are not a trustworthy company and their lack of customer service is unacceptable. If you are looking for discounts on dining experiences, there are other companies out there that are more reliable and transparent.
Mixed Experience with Tastecard: Good Discounts, Poor Customer Service and Cancellation Issues
I had a bit of a mixed experience with Tastecard, but overall I would say it's worth giving it a try. I signed up for a trial because there was a restaurant nearby that I wanted to try out. Unfortunately, when I called to book a table, they told me they hadn't accepted Tastecard for six years and were getting tired of telling people that. I was pretty frustrated, but I decided to give Tastecard another chance and see if I could find another restaurant to use it at.
I did end up finding a few places that accepted Tastecard, and I have to say, the discounts were pretty good. I saved quite a bit of money on my meals, which was definitely a plus. However, I did have some trouble canceling my trial. I missed the deadline by one day, and they charged me £39.99 for a full membership. I was pretty annoyed, but I decided to reach out to their customer service to see if they could help me out.
Unfortunately, the woman who responded to my email, Donna, wasn't very helpful. She just kept sending me copy and pasted terms and conditions, and she didn't seem interested in actually resolving my issue. I was pretty frustrated, but I didn't want to give up just yet. I tried calling their customer service number, but there wasn't one listed on their website. That was a bit of a red flag for me, but I decided to keep trying.
In the end, I was able to get a refund from my bank, and they're currently pursuing Tastecard for the money. It was definitely a stressful experience, but I'm glad I was able to get my money back. Overall, I would say that Tastecard is worth trying out if you're interested in saving money on dining out. Just be aware that there may be some issues with canceling your membership, and their customer service isn't always the most helpful.
Tastecard Review: Terrible Experience, App Doesn't Work, No Customer Service
I gotta say, Tastecard ain't worth a penny. I had a terrible experience with them when I tried to use the card in a restaurant and the app just wouldn't open. I contacted them on August 26th and they gave me some instructions to follow. I did everything they said, but still no luck. I tried to contact them again the next day, but after being on hold for over 30 minutes, I got cut off.
I thought maybe I could fix the problem myself, so I removed the app and downloaded it again. But still, no joy. I contacted Tastecard again, but they didn't reply. I sent them two more emails on August 29th and 31st, but still no reply. I called them again on September 1st, but after waiting for 45 minutes, I got cut off again.
It's been over a week now and the app is still not working. Every time I try to log in, it just shorts out. And to make matters worse, Tastecard has taken down their phone lines. What kind of service is that? They take your money and don't offer any help when you need it. It's a total joke.
I asked for a refund, but I haven't heard anything back from them. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to using the card, but now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.
TasteCard Review: Unethical Practices and Lackluster Deals
TasteCard is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. They seem to have no morals or ethics whatsoever. The deals they offer are lacking and the meal discounts are only available from Monday to Thursday. You can find similar offers on restaurant websites yourself, so there is really no need to use TasteCard.
What's worse is that if TasteCard has your payment details, they will use them without your permission. They won't even provide you with a single reminder, even if you accidentally signed up for auto-renew a year before it was due. I was very upset when I saw the fee leave my account on the same day and literally hour. I immediately contacted TasteCard for a refund and cancellation, but they refused to give me one. This goes against my rights as a customer.
I tried to fight the claim internally with them, but they were rude and obnoxious. I would have taken them to small claims court and won, but I'm just too busy to deal with that. It seems like a lot of people have had this issue with TasteCard. If the only reason they are still in business is by stealing people's money, then they should not be trading.
I understand that if it had been a month or maybe even a week before contacting them for a refund, it would be understandable. But an hour? That just goes to show how disgusting they are! I would not recommend TasteCard to anyone.

Tastecard Review: A Rip-Off with Rubbish Deals
Tastecard ain't worth it, mate. They'll take your money even if you don't use the card. It's a rip-off, if you ask me. And the deals? They're rubbish. Don't waste your time or money on this one.
Tastecard.co.uk Review: Decent Discounts but Hassle to Cancel Trial
So, I signed up for the trial on tastecard.co.uk and let me tell you, it was a bit of a bummer. The app stopped working after a while and it was a real pain in the neck to try and cancel the trial. I mean, come on, why make it so difficult? It's not like I was trying to cancel a subscription to the moon or something. But anyway, once I finally managed to cancel it, I did get to use the card for a bit and it was pretty decent. I got some good discounts at some restaurants and it definitely saved me some cash. Overall, I'd say it's worth a shot if you're into that kind of thing, but just be prepared for a bit of a hassle if you want to cancel.
Tastecard App Review: Frustrating and Unhelpful Customer Service
Tastecard is a website that offers discounts on meals at restaurants across the UK. However, I have had a terrible experience with their app. It simply doesn't work, which makes the whole product completely worthless. I tried to search for restaurants in my area, but the app kept crashing. It was frustrating and a waste of my time.
When I contacted customer services, they were very unhelpful. They didn't seem to want to repair the app or offer any solutions to my problem. It was disappointing to say the least. I expected better from a company that claims to offer such a great service.
Overall, I would advise others to avoid Tastecard until they fix their app and improve their customer service. It's a shame because the idea behind the product is great, but the execution is lacking. Hopefully, they will take the necessary steps to improve their service in the future.

Tastecard Scam: Unauthorised Charge and Poor Customer Service
So, I was just minding my own business when I saw that I got charged ?34.99 for tastecard without even asking me first! What a load of rubbish! And now, they're not even willing to give me my money back. I mean, seriously, what kind of customer service is that? I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, it's just plain terrible.
Tastecard.co.uk: Deceptive Free Trial and Unethical Billing Practices
So, I signed up for the free trial on tastecard.co.uk and thought it was pretty cool. But then, out of nowhere, they charged me without any warning! I was so mad! I mean, come on, give me a heads up or something! And when I asked for my money back (which was literally minutes after they charged me), they said no way! What a bunch of thieves! I've never even used their service and now they've stolen ?50 from me! I'm never using them again!
Tastecard Review: A Hassle to Cancel and Refund Policy is a Scam
So, I signed up for tastecard and let me tell you, it's been a bit of a hassle. I tried to cancel my membership through the app, but no dice. They make you email in to cancel, which is a bit of a pain. And get this, when I asked for a refund on the day the money came out for my membership, they straight up refused. What a scam! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Stay far away from tastecard.
Tastecard Review: A Disappointing Selection and Unfair Refund Policy
I gotta say, I'm not impressed with tastecard. I mean, I read all them 1 star reviews and I gotta agree with what they're sayin'. The selection of restaurants is just plain sad. And don't even get me started on the website - it's a joke. I mean, come on, tastecard, get your act together!
But what really grinds my gears is how they take your money even when you've asked to cancel. And then they won't even give you a refund! That's just plain wrong, if you ask me. It's like they're tryin' to scam ya or somethin'.
So, my advice to y'all is don't take the bait. Stay away from tastecard. It's just a big ol' scam site. Save your money and go out to eat somewhere else. Trust me, you'll be glad ya did.
Tastecard's Payment Process Needs Improvement: A Disappointing Experience
So, I recently decided to cancel my membership with tastecard (TC) a few weeks back. I made sure to check my standing orders and direct debits to ensure that everything was in order. However, to my surprise, they still managed to take another payment from my account upon renewal. What's even more confusing is that they ended my card in the same month that they just took payment for, for the entire year. I mean, how does that even make sense?
Now, I have to go through the hassle of contacting my bank to figure out how they are still getting access to my funds. It's just frustrating and inconvenient. I expected better from TC, especially since I've been a loyal member for quite some time now. It's a shame that they couldn't handle my cancellation properly and ended up causing me more trouble than necessary.
Overall, I'm disappointed with the way things turned out with TC. I hope they can improve their customer service and payment processes in the future. It's important for companies to prioritize their customers and ensure that their needs are being met.
Tastecard's Sneaky Tactics: My Experience with Unwanted Charges and Refusal of Refund
So, I had a bit of a run-in with Tastecard. They went ahead and took nearly 50 quid out of my bank account without so much as a heads up, and when I asked for a refund, they flat-out refused. Apparently, they lure people in with a 3-month trial, but then conveniently forget to remind them when it's about to end before snatching the cash right out of their accounts. It's a real shame, because I was actually enjoying the discounts on meals that Tastecard offered. But now, I can't in good conscience support a company that's so manipulative and sneaky. So, if you're thinking about signing up for Tastecard, just be careful and keep an eye on your bank account. You never know when they might decide to help themselves to your hard-earned cash.
They have scammed me and ripped of the subscription fee without my concern.I have never used thier services and they have refused to refund money. It is high time the government put them behind the bars for scamming people.
