During the rain of 17th April evening, Signal went off, in my TV. When Signal did not resume, after rain, complain was lodged. Subsequently, there were no. of follow up, but of no result as of now. On each call, we were given the assurance that Technician will give you a call within one hour and attend to the problem, But that one hour never came as yet.
Statistics given in Tata Sky web site, on "pending complain is zero" is an incorrect projection. Such incorrect Projection should be stopped and they should be penalized.
I demand;--
a. Signal is restored at ther earliest, stopping all incorrect assurance and commitment.
b. For Those days (part or full) Signal is not available, validity of date of membership should be extended.
c. Compensation for Mental depression of us at this old age (Father is 97 years, My self 69 Years, etc). TV is our only companion.

Last month, we could not see 4-5 days the Zee News channel (No. 511) on my TV through my tatasky dth connection. Others all channel were clearly seen only Zee news channel not respond. I have lodged so many complaints through by RMN [protected].
Thereafter three days gone, your service provider boy just came for a few minute & touch the set top box and thereafter said me "sir take HD connection with new set up box". He did not provide any services. I am totally unhappy & dis-satisfied with service provided by tatasky service.
My problems not solved. Your service boy just came for a minute & touches the set top box and thereafter said me "sir take HD connection with new set up box". He did not provide any services. I am shocked when come to know that you had charged Rs 225/- without doing nothings. Therefore I request you reversed the charges debited to my account immediately.
If you not reverse the charges, I will take legal action & knock the door of consumer Forum court. All future legal expenses and cost of mental harassment etc. will also claim with the wrong debit entry of Rs 225/-.
I request you please waive / reverse these service charges immediately.

I brought a brand new tata super ace in Dec 2015 for my landscaping business. Since January 2016 I have had no end of problems amounting to 15 break down and tow ins of the van. I have had disgraceful service from Milnerton franchise, Cape Town with just general bad attitude especially from Ronnie Phipps. Then after being told that the TATA dealer in Tokai would be better suited for me considering I stay in Tokai i now deal with Abdulah. My van in the last 1 and half years has lost me business due to me having to cancel jobs, staff wages, stress and complete lack of any faith in tata. I have complained to the CEO dannie opperman who has given me absolutely NO help... in fact it has come to the point now when i go to collect my tata at the dealer after a breakdown they tell me how sorry they feel for me!
I am at breaking point now, my van went for a service 2 weeks ago, 40000km, now whilst on a garden job my van brakes down again... again being towed to the Retreat, tata branch. This time it is the water pump and i have to wait 10 day for the part to arrive. I am not entitled to a courtesy van and thats it i must just wait. I have now had to cancel my work for the next 10 days and my staff i have told them I cannot pay them for 10 days as no work. I am beyond upset, stressed.. no one is helping me.. it is quite clear that my tata super ace is a dud van... 15 times it has broken down... 15 TIMES... from the gearbox to the water pumps... it is brand new... please please help me I am absolutely desperate
complaint against charges of hd connection upgradation
My setup box was upgraded to hd on dated 22.08.2017 and the person of tata sky who visited for the up gradation informed me that if i pay rs 900/for this i will get free hd for the next month.
I have credited the tata sky account by rs 900/ on the same day 22.08.2017.I had already recharged rs 200/ on dated 20.08.2017 for dhamal mix pack.
Now as on the date i have been informed by customer care that i had been given the hd connection free for only one month and all the account balance was exhausted for the package charge and hd connection charge.
How it can be possible if rs 200/ was credited on 20.08.2017 and rs 900/ was credited on 22.08.2017 in tata sky account with a commitment that the hd chares will be free for the next three months .I also requested to customer care for providing me the account statment today but they have not provided the same.
We rely upon tata sky services and commitment if we get thus bad experience thant i will constraint for leave the tata sky.

We are having disrupting service and lost connection of tata sky for most of the customers in the society. Loyal customers for more than a decade. but the company seems to be very ignorant.
3 times they have been informed but no one is sending any person to fix this. why do we have the customer care numbers, its all in vain. tata sky new connection
Recently I took new connection. I've requested for Ultra package which is one month free subscription. But they gave South sports package worth Rs. 230. Within 10 days, I've requested to renew the billing cycle. As per online, one month of Free subscription should be provided but they are recharding for less package and asking customers to pay for the balance. Customer care person and senior members in Tatasky are not cooperative to resolve the issue. Its really frustrating. I thought of even throwing out the disk. Senior member also doesn't respond and he doesn't know to resolve this issue. Also, they have lot of dealers who is basically giving wrong connections

It's a fraudulent company. While I was called to TATA sky for new connection and I informed them for activation of south pack which costs ₹.230 p.m.
But the TATA sky company was activated HD service. After 1 month I called TATA sky service desk and I informed them to deactivate HD pack and just I want south pack. Then this people deactivated HD pack and cancelled all the HD channels but charged price for all the HD channels. And disconnected connection just after 1 week of bill pay instead of 1 month. When i called them then they replied as they charged the cost for HD channels. I really surprised when they cut all the HD channels how can they charge for HD channels.
REALLY THIS IS VERY BIG FRAUD COMPANY AND DOESN'T PROVIDE PROPER INFORMATION WHEN THEY ARE GIVING A NEW CONNECTION.

The phone numbers given as customer support number on the Tata sky web site are incorrect and they advise you to call on two other numbers. When you call there it says that it is the number for business partner. Even when you talk to someone on these numbers they provide you another number and that also is for business partners.
I have suffered this problem a number of times but there is no resolution.
Tata Sky should immediately provide the correct Customer Support nos. on their web site on which a customer can file his complaint.

I think you should follow-up with Tata Sky customer support. You can write to them at help@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected].They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. The best part is it is available 24X7. If there is a default at bank level then they shall reimburse your money within 7 working days. However if there is a default at Tata Sky's end provide transaction details and they will assist you in reimbursing your money.
tata sky setup box not recharged
I had recharged tata sky setup box of ₹187 on friday 8:30pm through payzapp m-visa and money is deduced and payzapp show is recharged successful but tata sky account is not recharged success.

Its been just few months now and Tata Sky has already started with their NATAK!
The most important thing once you get the idiotic kit of Tata Sky your in deep crap!
The money is not refunded and later on when you think economically getting a subscription for 300 bucks a month then few of the MAIN channels diminish and the executive asks us to buy another package so we can view the same, for which you have to pay more.
Overall when you ask for disconnection the executive in reverse asks you to find another customer to buy the same idiotic kit. Now tell me who is gonna buy this crap!
God knows SIR RATAN TATA is aware of this or not. The TATA'S have been giving good service and products to the middle class family right from beginning and now what happened why the chairman is sleeping?
Friends take this advice if you are from an urban locality and there are local cable operators present then, even in your wildest dreams do not go for this crap kit called as Tata Sky.
Anyone needs an advice on this kit feel free to call me...

payment made for yly packs of dhamaal mix pack rs 2750/- on 01 mar 2016
I am a tata sky subscriber with customer id [protected] and taken HD connection on 01 Feb 2016 by paying rs 1750/- when I was promised a free viewing pack for one month.
After expiry of one month I recharged the Yly pack by paying rs 2750/- on 01 mar 2016. Now as on date i am shown a balance of rs 2/- and also asked to recharge 175/- which is not understood by me.
You are requested to resolve the issue or give me the details of amount asked to be recharged. In any case the company is bound to give 35 HD channels as per their dhamaal mix pack.If the same is not possible you are requested to take the appartus and refund the charges paid by me during installation and yearly pack recharge.

My tatasky installation stopped working 2.5 months ago.. yes.. that right .. 75 days... called them 5 times... talked to 2 service agents.. rest 3 times not able to reach due to "congestion"... promised to call back... but why will they call back...
In one of the talks I had with the agent, she had absolutely no idea of what to do.. same scripted responses and steps... and yes if you willl require a service guy to visit.. you will pay ... yes thats right.. because... you bought set top box .. from whom doesn;t matter.. but since you bought set top box.. its yours.. and now that its not working.. its your issue...

We have Tatasky HD connection and recently our set top box was physically damaged in an unfortunate incident involving dogs. Day 1: Called tatasky helpline to book a replacement. Complaint was taken, technician visits our place and says that he will not replace the box as it is completely damaged and we have to go for a NEW CONNECTION. We refused to buy this forceful ridiculous condition. Technician goes away. Day 2-5: Hundreds of calls to and from customer care, when we try to explain our unresolved issue the representatives cut the the call right on our face. Some superior executives informed us that if we pay 570 rs we can get a replacement of the box irrespective of its condition. We were relieved for a short while, but soon we came to realize that our complaint orders were being cancelled without our knowledge and no technician has called because they will not replace an irreparable stb. Day 6: My 73 yr father is frustrated and disappointed. We are still waiting for a solution. It is unfair, rude, irresponsible and disappointing behavior from tatsky.

Last month my services are terminated without providing any intimation & information, when I have contacted customer helpline on 01/OCT/2015/. I have talked with Ms. Geeta she using very bad language & told me that, "You are Bangladeshi & using this system in Bangladesh that's why your services are terminated & your account is deactivated. then I confirmed my address then she told me sorry, now she told, you are involved in tata sky channel piracy. Then i told how it is possible. Then she told our technical engineer will be touch with you within 2 hour with proof that you involved. I have waited two day & no one called me. Then I have again called customer care, they told same story & told please wait one week at-least. I have waited one week & no one from tata sky called me again. so that I have again talked with helpline no. on 12 OCT 2015 with Mr. Mujjafar & some other guy and got same response & told me contact your nodal officer, if you not receive any call from us. Today i have called nodal office because i haven't received any call from Tata Sky again. The nodal officer gave me same response & told me please send a mail to help-desk for reactivation because she can not do any thing. Then i have emailed to help desk & received a auto confirmation mail only even after two day of email(KPD8TNA), i have still not received any call from them. I am very much harassed by TaTa sky & Its customer support Representatives every day. I don't know, how can they survive after harassing & not providing any support to their valuable customer after so may followups in competitive market. I feeling very bad to tell you that, I have lost my faith in Tata sky & too much harassed. So that I am requesting you to please collect my Tata sky setup box & return my money immediately.

illegitimate chrging of fees for change of set top box
1. Got my set top box (10...16)0 replaced on 23 Jul 15 as per direction received from Tele nmbr +[protected]. I was asked to get it replaced free of cost from a dealer Mr Mehra at Berinag, Distt- Pithoragarh. Uttarakhand (PIN 262531).
2. Above person asked for payment of Rs 60/-
3. On asking for receipt he refused stating "अगर बिल चाहिए तो टाटा स्काइ से करवा लो".
4. To avoid inconvenience, Paid him Rs 60/- as asked and got the set top box replaced.
5. Reported the matter to Tele nmbr +[protected] to which he initially had said that the replacement will be done free of cost but later said "remote area है तो charge लगेगा".
6. Request confirm if the charges levied are legitimate, which I am sure aren't as initially I was asked to get the set top box replaced free of cost. Or else the dealer would have provided me the bill.
7. Though no one minds paying a meager amount of sixty rupees but isn't it an issue of principles where one's integrity and honesty is questioned. More so of a company of reputation as of TATA who makes us feel proud globally.
8. I still remember an incident few years ago wherein the TATA motors turned down a demand of a large consignment of vehicles from Pakistan and put forth its priorities of interests.
9. I as a true patriotic proud Indian and a big fan of the business house TATA, put forward my humble request that in order to avoid bargaining of principles for meager financial gain, extension of the dealership should be done diligently.
10. Hoping it merits due attention, a proud TATA consumer.

I have no signal on my Tata Sky box since last 3 days. I initially assumed it was due to bad weather but the issues did not resolve even after improved weather. This morning I called the Tata sky helpline and spoke to a guy who sounded very sleepy . I could barely hear him. he just asked me to do 1 troubleshooting step after which he informed me I need to pay for a tech to come home . He said I need to pay rs.170. I asked for a supervisor . He placed the call on hold and disconnected the line. I am extremely disappointed with Tata Sky and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Social media would be next step if my issue is not resolved.
inappropriate charges
I am a subscriber of HD Connection. I misplaced the digicard that is required to be inserted in the digibox (stb). When I contacted the call center for replacement, I was told that only digicard replacement fee will be charged. No visit charges would be applicable as I was their premium customer.
Now they have charged me and telling me that for anything replacement I will be charged. I said I am ready to pay the amount but atleast accept that your agent has miscommunicated. They did not even confirm by email their mistake. Is it the customer service or Governance expected from house of Tatas.

It seems that they are taking us for a ride by miscommunicating, cheating and all tricks they can find on the land.
